기존의 수동적인 음악 서비스에서 벗어나 사용자가 음악 콘텐츠 제작에 직접 참여하고자 하는 욕구가 증가함에 따라 객체기반 오디오 서비스를 위한 기술로써 멀티 오디오 트랙과 관련 부가 정보들을 포맷화 하기 위한 객체기반 오디오 파일 포맷기술이 표준화 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG에서 표준화 중인 객체기반 오디오 응용파일 포맷인 MPEG-A Interactive Music Application Format (IM AF)의 표준화 진행 현황을 소개하고 그 기술을 분석한다.

This paper presents about the activities of speech database standardization in ETRI. Recently, with the support of government, ETRI and SiTEC have been gathering the large speech corpus for the domestic speech related companies. First, due to the lack of sharing the knowledge of speech database specification, the distributed speech database has a different format. Hence it seems to be needed to have the same format as soon as possible. ETRI and SiTEC are trying to find the better representation format of speech database. Second, we introduce a new description method of the annotation information of speech database. As one of the structured description method, XML based description will be applied to represent the metadata of the speech database. It will be continuously revised through the speech technology standard forum during this year.

국가지리정보체계의 표준화는 정보의 공동활용 및 상호운용성의 확보 등을 이유로 중요한 존재로 부과되고 있다. 이의 표준화는 현재 구체적으로 추진되고 있는 현재 국제적으로 추진되고 있는 OSE/RM을 참조하여 발전할 수 있으며 이의 구조에 맞는 국가 표준의 제정이 요구된다. 현재 추진하고 있는 국가지리정보체계 표준화는 국가 기본도 표준화와 공통데이터교환포맷 표준화가 있으며 국가 기본도 표준화에서는 지형지물 코드 및 속성 부분데이타 모델링 등을 추진하고 있고 공통데이터교환포맷 표준화에서는 국외표준의 국내수용으로 그 기본 방향을 유지하고 있다.

중앙기록물관리기관이 제정한 원내표준 NAK/G 8-1:2013(v.1.0)에는 종이기록물의 영구보존용 마스터 파일 포맷으로 TIFF, PNG, PDF/A, JPEG 2000 파일 등을 명시하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 포맷들과 함께 마스터 파일의 요건을 갖춘 JPEG 포맷을 추가하는 표준화 가능성에 대해 검토하였다. 먼저 JPEG 포맷이 갖고 있는 고유의 특징을 소개하고, 대표적인 마스터 파일 표준 포맷인 TIFF 포맷과의 특징 등을 비교 분석과정을 통하여, JPEG 포맷이 마스터 파일 포맷의 기능상의 요건이라는 대전제를 만족하므로 중앙기록물관리기관의 원내표준 내 JPEG 포맷을 추가하는 표준화 필요성을 주장하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 최근 가장 범용적으로 생산되어 지고 있는 JPEG 포맷을 영구보존용 마스터 파일 기본 요건을 충족하는 원내표준 포맷에 추가함으로써, 디지털화 된 종이기록물 원본의 진본성, 범용성, 편의성, 실용성 및 호환성 등 다양한 편익을 이용자들에게 제공할 수 있는 표준 환경을 마련했다는 것이다.

This study tries to analyze the problems of rules for cataloging currently used n Korea such as KCR 3rd ed., KORMARC Description Rules, and KORMARC format, and to propose the methods solving the non-standardization of Korean cataloging records as follows: 1) No-main heading principles should be established so as to be applied to MARC format. 2) Description rules of cataloging currently used in Korea should be coordinated in accordance with MARC system and principles of bibliographical description. 3) Description rules of cataloging currently used in Korea should be coordinated in accordance with MARC system and principles of bibliographical description. 4) Unifying the format for CRT screen to display online catalog records are needed. 5) Conventional cataloging rules and MARC format should be coordinated.

This describes the standardization plan of data format (track 2) in magnetic stripe card and message format between terminal and host computer. The track 2's data format is composed of PAN and additional data based on ISO 3554. In the present social status of Korea, the VISA B message format is recommended.

본 논문에서는, 위성 영상자료 표준화에 대한 정의 및 표준화에 따른 일반 사용자들의 요구사항들을 설명한다. 위성을 개발하고 운영하더라도 일반 사용자가 사용하지 않는다면 그 위성은 무용지물일 수밖에 없다. 일반 사용자가 위성 영상자료를 원활하게 사용하기 위해서는 위성 영상자료에 대한 표준화가 이루어져야하고 한국항공우주연구원은 아리랑 위성의 개발 기관으로서 위성 영상자료의 표준화를 완수해야한다. 위성 영상 자료의 표준화를 위해서는 위성 개발 요구사항, 국제 영상자료 표준화, 일반 사용자 요구사항들을 반영해야 하고, 일반 사용자들에게 제공되는 영상자료도 표준 형식을 수용해야한다. 또한 위성 영상자료 품질을 확보하기 위한 검보정 작업이 필수적으로 수행되어야 한다. 한국항공우주연구원은 이미 운영 중인 아리랑 위성 2호를 포함하여 다목적 실용위성5호와 3호의 표준화를 위한 작업을 단계별로 수행 중이다.

Objectives: The clinical document forms, a format for collecting clinical data, is the most fundamental object of standardization. Doctors must have a mutual understanding of the clinical chart. Methods: Clinical document forms were developed by investigating existing conditions in hospitals and conducting demand surveys, doing literature research, and seeking expert advice for the improvement of version 1.0. In addition, an organization of a network of 19 Oriental medical doctors and nurses, 190 patients, and users of collected and assessed data was formed to come up with version 2.0. Results: The overall format was divided into different portions that the patient, nurse, and doctor must fill out, respectively. The patient's section consists of demographic data, lifestyle details, history, and symptoms. The data to be supplied by the nurse include the patient's vital signs and anthropometric parameters. As for the doctors, they are to supply data regarding the patient's palpitation, the detailed symptoms of the patient's head, ophthalmological and otorhinolaryngological symptoms (mouth), respiration, circulatory organ and chest conditions, digestive-organ conditions (thirst), neuropsychiatric conditions, reproductive system, musculoskeletal system, skin (depilation), etc. Conclusions: Common clinical chart development is the prior question to Traditional Korean Medicine standardization. A web-based clinical document format should be developed to support diagnosis and treatment, and furthermore EMR (electronic medical record system) and EHR (electronic health record) developed. Clinical information could be shared through a network of medical institutions and be useful Traditional Korean Medicine for evidence-based medicine.

As a new medium for knowledge diffusion, E-Journal is expected to be a general type of scholarly communication. However, the techno - economic problems have hindered the advancement of the E-Journal. For the technical aspects, there are problems such as the standardization of document format, automatization of the document preparation, forward and backward link between documents. Also there are necessities for the support of the information infrastructure of digital library and information superhighway. For the economic domain, reengineering of total publishing cycle is considered and the new paradigm of peer review is analyzed. We pointed out that the main difficulties in the diffusion of E-Journal are on the promotion of service and technological advance, not the price and marketing strategy.

스마트 기기의 보급과 Apple사의 iBooks 2 보급과 더불어 교육 환경에서의 디지털 교과서의 중요성이 높아지고 있다 국내에서도 정부는 스마트 교육 추진 계획안을 최근 발표하였으며, 디지털 교과서 적용 및 클라우드 교육 시스템 구성 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다. 미래의 교육환경은 이러닝을 넘어 다양한 디바이스에서도 정확한 학습 및 소통이 가능한 스마트 교육 환경을 필요로 하고 있다. 현재 정부의 디지털교과서 사업은 중장기 목표로 추진되고 있으며, 단기적인 목표로 전자책과 유사한 형태의 모델로서 배포가 용이한 PDF 기반 e-교과서 사업을 추진한 바 있다. 그러나 차후 스마트 교육을 위해서는 다양한 종류의 단말기에서도 변형이 용이하고 원본 콘텐츠에 대한 중립성이 강화된 e-교과서 전략이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자책 기반의 e-교과서 포맷에 대한 표준화 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 전자책 요소 기술의 동향에 대하여 조사 분석을 하였으며, 기존 교과서의 분석을 바탕으로 서책형 교과서의 디지털화를 위한 전자책 포맷 표준화 방안을 연구하였다. 또한 제안된 표준 방안에 근거하여, 실제 e-교과서 시범 콘텐츠를 제작하였다. 그 결과 제안 기법은 향후 스마트 교육 환경에 적용 가능하며 디지털교과서 중장기 사업 목표에 효과적으로 응용 가능할 것으로 예상한다.
