Special-purpose microcontrollers PLCs have been widely used in the area of industrial automation. For the research of analysis and verification for PLC programs, first of all we have to specify formal sematics of PLC programming languages. This paper defines formally the operational semantics of LD language. After we transform the graphical language LD into its textual representation Symbolic LD, we give semantics of Symbolic LD since LD language is a graphical language. This paper defines the natural sematics of Symbolic LD and formalizes it in Coq proof assistant.

Correct descriptions for software component functions become a strong requirement in developing critical software especially on the area of real-time applications. In this paper, we introduce both formalization of software design using patterns and verification methods in order for the components to increase their understandability. In particular, the paper investigates into a means of formal description techniques based on VDM++ for the software components, and provides adequacy proof steps for a given functional descriptions.

This study analyzed the process of information service and its factors in the cognitive viewpoint. And developed a conceptual model to help in developing future information systems and services. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1) The paradigm of information user study is changing from the system-centered to the user-centered one. 2) The researchers describe the user's internal cognitive process as the starting point of the information service. 3) The user's personal cognitive process influence the process of the information service over. And the focus is a microscopic one including the factors of the perception and recognition of the stimulus, remembering and searching information, reasoning the rules, recognition of the patterns, formalization of the concepts, etc. 4) The information librarian performs the role as a knowledge/ information system interface, and his knowledge structure reflects the organization of that knowledge/information system. 5) The information librarians can perform their role as information specialists actively and offensively. And the performance of the librarians can be measured on the scales of the su n.0, pplying capability of relevant information and the client satisfaction.

There have been quite many studies to identify factors affecting successful implementation of EDI systems. However, previous studies have investigated influencing factors independently. Given the complexity involved in the implementation of EDI systems, it might be quite necessary to investigate the interaction effects between influencing factors. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the interaction effects of organizational characteristics as contextual variables on the relationship between managerial characteristics and EDI implementation. Analysis of 202 responses of survey questionnaire indicates the following: 1) Education/training and top management support has positive effect on the successful EDI implementation. 2) The degree of decentralization has strong, and management risk position has mild moderating effect on the relationship between managerial characteristics and EDI implementation. 3) The degree of formalization and organizational size have no moderating effect. 4) The subgroup analysis, conducted to determine the exact nature of interaction effect, reveals that the relationship between managerial characteristics and EDI implementation is significantly stronger with a high level of decentralization or management risk position than with a low level.

대량의 코퍼스를 이용해 여러 가지 일반적인 언어 현상을 관찰하고, 언어 지식을 자동으로 획득하여 자연 언어 처리의 여러 분야에 이용하는 등의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 이에 따라 코퍼스에 대한 필요성이 날로 증가하고 있다. 코퍼스에서 추출할 수 있는 유용한 지식 중의 하나가 구문 관계 지식이다. 그러나 한국어에 자주 나타나는 격이동이나 생략 현상, 복합어의 이형태 등은 정확한 지식 획득을 어렵게 할 뿐 아니라 자료 회귀 문제를 더욱 심화시킨다. 본 논문에서는 한국어의 문법적인 특징을 반영한 코퍼스정규화에 의해 이러한 문제를 해결하고자한다.

Access Control is one of essential branches to provide system's security. Depending on what standards we apply, in general, there are Role-based access control, History-based access control. The first is based on subject's role, The later is based on subject's history. In fact, RBAC has been implemented, we are using it by purchasing some orders through the internet. But, HBAC is so complex that there will occur some errors on the system. This is more and more when HBAC is used with other access controls. So HBAC's formalization and model which are general enough to encompass a range of policies in using more than one access control model within a given system are important. To simplify these, we design the mathematical model called non-access structure. This Non-access structure contains to historical access list. If it is given subjects and objects, we look into subject grouping and object relation, and then we design Non-access structure. Then we can determine the permission based on history without conflict.

Information processing culture is presented as an integrative concept for representing the cultural aspects of organizational information processing, and its effects on organizational information processing effectiveness are investigated. Based upon a review of literature on organizational culture, the dimensions of information processing culture are drawn and validated empirically. It is found that information processing culture consists of two dimensions, information value perception and information processing rituals, the latter being further consisting of the volume of formal information processing, the structural support for information processing, and the degree of formalization for information recording and transmission. It is also found that information value perception has a strong effect on organizational information processing effectiveness. The implications of the findings are discussed.

This second study on the effectiveness of nursing organization was designed to test the relationships between effectiveness of nursing organizations and structural variables that had been significant variables in the first study, the group design variable and the personal characteristic variables that had not been analyszed in the first study based on personal resource productivity model. The data were collected through self-reported questionnaires completed by 605 nurses working in hospitals in seoul and 782 patients being hospitalized in 5 tertiary hospitals in Seoul. The results showed that according to the canonical correlation analysis, the managing job design, nursing delivery system. nurse's age, career. and formalization were revealed as predicting variables of a nurses' job satisfaction and patients satisfaction among the five hospitals. Hospitals in which the team nursing method was used showed a higher score in nurses' job satisfaction and patient satisfaction than in hospitals which used the functional nursing model.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the phenomenon worker's health as a basis for the future study. Concepts help us to identify how experiences are similar or equivqlent by categorizing all the things that are similar. The concept of health in workers was investigated using the Chinn and Krammer's method. The process of analysis involves choosing the concept, clarifying the purpose, using evidence of data, exploration of context, and value and category formalization. Dimensions of health in workers were identified as follows: \circled1 clinical dimension \circled2 role execution \circled3 coping with dimensia \circled4 mental well being \circled5 possibility \circled6 concrete activity \circled7 symbolization \circled8 hardiness Characteristics of anality of health in workers are activity, dimension of symbolization and of hardiness. Through this study it is identified that health in workers is with the beyond physical well-being, focused functional ability, and harmony environment.

시각 언어는 인간-컴퓨터 사이의 인터랙션 수단이다. 올바른 인터랙션을 위하여 저작된 컨텐츠와 재생되는 씬의 시맨틱이 인간과 컴퓨터는 물론 인간과 인간 사이에서 일관성과 신뢰성을 가져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 인터랙션의 일관성과 신뢰성을 위한 시각 언어의 시각문장 집합을 정의하고 형식화한다. 이러한 형식화는 시각 언어의 시각적 저작 내용의 모호성을 제거하여 공동 참여자의 신뢰성을 높인다. 또한 형식 정의에 대하여 저작 컨텐츠와 재생 씬의 동일성을 그래프로 증명한다. 이러한 형식 정의를 MPEG-4 컨텐츠 저작 도구에 적응한다. 즉. 각 객체 사이의 시간관계 정의에 따라 저작하며, 사용자 인터랙션에 따른 씬의 속성의 변화를 효율적으로 지원한다. 저작된 컨텐츠는 씬의 속성 정보에 따라 객체 사이의 동기화를 유지하면서 재생한다.
