  • The implementation of PI controller with the FPGA is for controlling the speed of DC motor in the digital system. FPGA is assigned to 1. Outer speed control loop. The signal from the speed comparison will be in the PI controlling form transfer function of Direct Form I or PI Parallel Form. 2.Inner current control loop. The signal from the current comparison will be converted into switching function in sliding mode condition. Its output will be a controller of DC motor in the next step. The result from using FPGA will be close to the value of simulation in the analog control system. The sampling rate 40 kHz and 16 bit of 2's complement data are defined in this presentation.

  • In this paper. the design procedure of the inverter output filter is described. The transfer function of the filter output voltage to the load current is described with the capacitor value and the system time constant including the controller. This means that the relation between the filter capacitor value and the system time constant is given as the closed form. By using the above closed form. the capacitor value can be calculated with the system time constant which can be implemented practically not using the try and error method. And as the effect of the load current to the voltage distortion can be calculated from the closed form, it can be verified how much the voltage distortion is effected when the nonlinear load is connected.

  • This study Investigates the effect of the wave form of pulse energization on the collection characteristics of a wide plate spacing electrostatic precipitator. For the semi-pulse energization, the peak current and voltage of the energization increases with increase of the pulse period, and the corona current increases, as pulse ratio decreases. For the micro-pulse energization, the corona current increases with increase of the pulse voltage. The collection efficiency of semi-pulse and micro-pulse energization is larger than that of DC charge.

  • New technologies using a CNC machine are being developed to reduce the production cost of free-form buildings. For production of free-form members using such technologies, vast free-form buildings should be first split into multiple panels that are productible. Taking into consideration of the curved surface of free-form members, the segmented free-form panels may vary in shape and size, which may cause a lot of errors. In addition, it is time-consuming for the work. However, the current panelizing work is completed with the trials and errors of engineers and architectural designers even in large-scale projects, which results in increased construction duration and cost. Thus, it is necessary to develop a technology for panelizing free-form panels so as to maximize the economic feasibility of production technologies for free-form concrete members. The study intends to develeop automatic panelizing algorithms of free-form buildings considering the curved surface and size of free-form panels and the production conditions. The developed algorithms will be useful in applying the production technologies of free-form buildings using CNC machine and reducing the cost.

밀링공정에서 주축모터전류를 이용한 절입비 추정 (Immersion Ration Estimation Using Spindle Motor Current during Milling)

  • In order to regulate cutting torque in milling, monitoring system should be set to a certain threshold. Radial immersion ratio is an important factor to determine the threshold and should be estimated in process for automatic regulation. In this paper, on-line estimation of the radial immersion ration using spindle motor current in face milling is presented. When a tooth finishes sweeping, a sudden drop of cutting torque occurs. This torque drop is equal to cutting torque acting on a single tooth at the swept angle of cut and can be acquired form cutting torque signals. Average cutting torque per revolution can also be calculate form cutting torque signals. The ratio of cutting torque acting on a single tooth at the swept angle of cut to the average cutting torque per revolution is a function of the swept angle of cut and the number of teeth. Using the magnitude of this ratio, the radial immersion ratio is estimated. Identical algorithm is adopted to estimate the immersion ratio based on the spindle motor current measurement. The experiments performed under different cutting conditions show that the radial immersion ratio can be estimated within 10% error range by the proposed method using spindle motor current.

  • In this paper, we analyzed form of flowing leakage current in electrical installation. Leakage current ($I_g$) is consisted of resistive leakage current($I_{gr}$), capacitive leakage current($I_{gc}$), and inductive leakage current($I_{gl}$). Resistive leakage current($I_{gr}$) is big occasion than capacitive leakage current($I_{gc}$) in system, Residual Current Protective Device(RCD) detects correctly leakage current. But,$I_{gc}$ is big occasion than $I_{gr}$, RCD is malfunctioned It is resistance to lead to electric fire in electrical device. We manufactured outlet that resistive leakage current detecting circuit is had. Manufactured outlet displayed performance exactly in leakage current of 5 mA Therefore, this product estimates that contribute on electric fire courtesy call.

GIS 기반 개발가능지 정형화를 위한 토지형상기준 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of Land Form Indices to the Standardization of Development Available Lands, using GIS)

  • 본 연구는 개발가능지 분석과정에서 부정형 토지에 대한 정형화의 과정에서, 기존에 적용되어 온 작업자의 주관적 판단을 배재하고, GIS기반 토지형상 기준을 마련하여 일련의 개발가능지 정형화과정을 도출하고자 하였다. 구체적으로는, 첫째, 토지형상의 계량화 지표들로서 토지형상지표(LFI, Land For Index) 및 조정된 선형성지표(ARCI, Adjusted Related Circumscribing Circle Index)를 제시하였다. 둘째, 수도권 기존 택지개발(예정)지구들에 대한 사례조사 분석을 통해 표준 최대 및 최소 LFI 및 ARCI 지표값들을 추출하여 표준 토지형상기준 설정에 이용하였다. 셋째, 실제 사례에서 추출된 LFI 및 ARCI 지표값들의 분포를 기반으로 표준영역기준을 설정하고, 실제 토지를 대상으로 LFI 및 ARCI값 관련 토지형상지표 표준영역에서 벗어난 부정형토지들에 대한 개발가능지 정형화과정을 추가로 제안하였다. 본 연구는 실제 개발가능지 사례들을 가지고 다양한 부정형토지들의 객관적인 정형화를 실현하고자, GIS기반 토지형상기준 설정 및 적용을 통한 그 실현가능성을 객관적으로 보여준 데 그 의의가 있겠다.

  • 일반적으로 마그네틱 코어(magnetic core)가 삽입되어 있는 구조의 변압기의 에너지 효율을 높이고 적절한 주파수 대역에서 작동시키기 위해서는서 자성체를 이용하여 eddy current를 줄여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 자성체의 적층 형태에 따라 어떻게 eddy current가 영향을 받는지에 대한 전자기적 전산모사를 실시하였다.

  • Small art museums are important objects in the point of view that they are museums to speak for the general architectural culture of current Korea and immediate factors to have an effect on urban street view and urban people's life. In small art museums, form has had plural transfigurational process when we analyze the external component elements or form types, we will find various aspects. In past, composition of form was expressed by simple partition of surface and columv. Now a days, it is expressed with unnumerable formal vocabularies. Although these forms being looked plural, form principle of composition that prescribe it can be rather simple. This study aims to grasp the characteristics and the composition technique of form in small art museums by analyzing compositional elements of it.
