Isotope Selectivity in the CO$_2$Laser Induced Decomposition of Trichloroethylene-H and Trichloroethylene-D

  • The infrared multiphoton decomposition of trichloroethylene-H(TCE-H) and trichloroehtylene-D(TCE-D) was studied by using the high power $CO_2$ laser. The pressure dependence of TCE-H decomposition showed that the HCl elimination channel to form ClC ≡ CCl was the major step at high pressures, while the HC ≡ CCl formation step became important at low pressures. $Cl_2C$ = CHCl ${\rightarrow}$ (high pressure) ClC ${\equiv}$ CCl + HCl ${\rightarrow}$ (low pressure) HC ${\equiv}$ CCl + 2Cl${\cdot}$($Cl_2$) The IRMPD of TCE-H and TCE-D mixtures with 10P(20) laser line showed that optimum conditions of large isotope selectivity were the low system pressures and high laser powers. The experimentally observed dependence of the branching ratios on the pressure and laser fluence, and the isotope selectivity coefficients were quantitatively explained by using the modified energy grained master equations (EGME) model.

이더넷 기반 실시간 통신 네트워크 프로토콜 구현 (Protocol Implementation for Ethernet-Based Real-Time Communication Network)

  • We propose a protocol for Ethernet-based industrial real-time communication networks. In the protocol, the master periodically transmits control frames to all slaves, and the ring-type network topology is selected to achieve high-speed transmission speed. The proposed protocol is implemented in the form of both firmware and Linux kernel modules. To improve the transmission speed, the MAC address table is disabled in the firmware implementation, and the NAPI function of the Ethernet driver is removed in the Linux kernel module implementation. A network experiment environment is built with four ARM processor-based embedded systems and network operation experiments are performed for various frame sizes. From the experimental results, it is verified that the proposed protocol normally operates, and the firmware implementation shows better transmission speed than the Linux kernel module implementation.

전사 인쇄에 의한 3차원 백금 다공성 다층구조 (Three-dimensional and Multilayered Structure Prepared by Area of Platinum Transfer Printing)

  • A three-dimensional porous structure was fabricated by pattern transfer printing for applications of electrodes in gas sensors. To form replica patterns, solutions were mixed with acetone, toluene, heptane, and poly(methyl methacrylate). These replica patterns can also be formed on substrates such as polyimide, polydimethylsiloxane, and silicon. The wide range of line widths from 1 to $5{\mu}m$ was derived from the surface grating patterns of master substrates. The cross-bar pattern with 40 layers showed a thickness of 600 nm. The area of platinum transferred patterns with different line widths was enhanced to $20{\times}25mm$, which is applicable to various electrode patterns of gas sensors.

Smart Tourism Destination from a Systemic Perspective: A Brazilian Case Study

  • This study examines Natal in Brazil as a Smart Tourism Destination (STD) based on the perception of public and private managers who are members of the City Tourism Council. The research utilizes a systemic perspective of STD proposed by Ivars-Baidal et al. (2016), consisting of three interconnected levels: Strategic-Relational, Instrumental, and Applied. The findings reveal that Natal faces challenges in terms of infrastructure, accessibility, security, connectivity, and sensoring, which hinder its progress as STD. The study also identifies opportunities in the form of governance structures with smart destinations and the inclusion of smartness guidelines in the City Master Plan. The research aims to contribute to the theoretical understanding of STD and its application in destination development. It highlights the need for innovative planning and management in Natal, emphasizing that adopting the STD from a systemic perspective can enhance competitiveness and elevate the level of smartness in the destination.

종교의 가정윤리에 관한연구 (A Study on Family Ethic of Buddhism)

  • The purpose of the study is to find how the family moral principles are placed in the Buddhist Sutra how they come up to the surface through certain course. We set up the following five kinds of question for aim of this study First in which form are the family moral principles placed in the Buddhist Sutra ? That is are they shown devided into two between the fundamental though of Buddhism and the concrete description? Second how are the family moral principles melted into the fundamental though of Bud-dhism ? Buddhism takes a cognitive method of pursuiting one from divesification,. If that is so the family moral principles will establish the fundamental thought of Buddhism melted along with other phenomena. When the fundamental thought of Buddhism is restored to the family moral principles which image are they presented with us? Third if the family moral princprinciples melted into the fundamental thought of Buddhism in itself came up to the surface ? Buddhism has a and is mixed together. The family moral principles of Buddhism are named from the fundamental thoughts to the family moral principles and do not come up to the surface but are melted into the important concepts of Buddism that is charity kama nirvara emptiness the principle of middle way. The aspects of the family moral principles which are melted into theses thoughts: 1) The concept of loving-kindness including equality non-self practice is shown in the family moral principles. 2) The thought of karma includes the moral principles for interdependence between the building up of home and family members. 3) Home should be a place of self-realization from the suffering realization This kind of home salvation should be set up by family members themselves and the consciousness of the master that such salvation is neither to be made by others not to be given by god is presented one should be the master of one's life 4) The thought of emptiness includes the social extension of home and those of the moral principles of collective body of family. 5) The Buddnist family is morality is based on the principle of the middle way shich means neither too extrim nor lacking.

한국과 일본 녹지체계의 발전 특성에 대한 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Development Characteristic of Parks and Green Systems between Korea and Japan)

  • Japan has been tried to integrate Western planning theories into its parks and green systems in the past. However this effect has been regarded unsuccessful. One of reasons for this is that the green systems have been treated as an urban facility, instead as systems. Another reason has to deal with greenbelt's stationary and reservation characteristics that make difficulty to respond timely to the rapid urbanization. The parks and green systems in Korea was introduced in 1990 and began to be promoted fully with the 'Parte and Green Master Plan' established in 2005. However, due to its short history, incomplete aspects exist in its philosophy and methods for promoting the system. Based on these experiences, the current green zone plans in Japan considers the green structure as an independent institution and amenity plan, not a tool of urban planning, that can be a medium for realization of urban visions. And main characteristics of this approach are 1) classifying the green structure into four categories in order to respond to urban forms and purposes, 2) pursuing confirmity with urban planning, and 3) executing the landscape plan based upon core green areas. From reviews upon experiences of Japan as well as considerations on demands and conditions of green systems in Korea, we proposed the following five new strategies for the construction of the urban parte and green system in Korea. They are 1) to develop urban parks and green systems into a genre of urban development improving the quality and local competitiveness of cities rather than a means of urban planning; 2) to form the integrated structure of urban green zones; 3) to transform the urban parte and green systems into practical systems as the centers of localities; 4) to raise criteria for planning and execution plans for effective implementations of the urban parte and green systems, and 5) to provide specific guidelines for the construction of urban parks and green systems through organizing research groups or specialists.

시험도로 건설과 계측시스템 구축 (A Review of Instrumentation System and Construction of Korea Highway Test Road)

  • The cost needed for the construction and management of highways in the whole nation is rapidly growing so the research that can decrease the cost is required. However, most of the highway specs have simply converted from those of other countries, including USA. Therefore, some of our design and construction specs were not the optimum ones based on our own situation, requiring a research under the actual traffic and environment of our nation. The use of test road develops many aspects of highway engineering. Those are evaluation of construction materials, a general overview of korea pavement design and serviceability under the actual traffic and environmental condition of the nation. It is also economical and efficient compared to the trial construction of each item in spreaded form. A test road, 7.7km long with two lanes, is being constructed on the Inner Central Expressway. In this test road, 2.7km is planned for asphalt pavement and 3.4km is planned for concrete pavement. Three test bridges and five earth retaining structures will be included in the test road. Based on the master plan, the major performance was progressing such as detailed research modules of each area, preliminary research for the future research, sensor surveys for the behavior analyses of pavements and structures with installation methods and data acquisition systems, the foundation research of Integrated Instrumentation System and the Management Plan for automated measurement. Some area(structure research division, geotechnical research division) was designed the instrumentation plan because some instrument sensors must be installed during the construction of the test road. And then the instrumentation plan of each area was enforcing because a large majority of the instrument sensors must be installed after the construction of the test road. The field surveys with material property tests and pilot instrumentation test with sensor tests was also performing in accordance with the construction in the field.

가상임피던스를 이용한 원격 이동로봇의 장애물회피 (Obstacle avoidance of Mobile Robot with Virtual Impedance)

  • 본 논문에서는 Virtual Mass-Spring-Damper 모델을 사용하여 이동로봇과 주위 물체와의 관계를 모델링하고 장애물의 충돌벡터를 검출하여 가상의 척력을 발생시키는 가상 임피던스 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 원격지 슬래이브 로봇의 주위 환경 정보 즉, 이동 로봇과 장애물과의 거리 및 접근 속도 등의 정보를 조작자에게 입체적으로 전달하기 위해 조이스틱의 각축에 연결된 모터를 이용하여 힘을 발생시킬 수 있도록 한다. 제안한 방법의 실제 로봇적용에 앞서 이동로봇의 장애물 회피 시뮬레이션을 통하여 알고리즘을 검증하였다.

  • 본 연구는 "대한지리학회지(지리학(地理學))"에 게재된 논문과 그 말미의 참고문헌을 자료로 인문지리학 분야의 논문별 저자별 인용빈도를 다차원척도법과 사회 네트워크 분석을 통해 고찰해 보았다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 인문지리학 연구의 접근방법론상에 공통점이 적어 연구자의 지적(知的) 친밀성은 나타나지 않았으나 지적 네트워크는 강하게 나타나는 그룹이 형성되었다는 점이 밝혀졌다. 지적 친밀성과 네트워크를 형성시키기 위해 우선 각 연구자는 연구 분야와 주제를 다양화하기 보다는 하나의 주제에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다고 하겠다. 또 완성도 높은 연구물을 축적하여 인용빈도를 높여야 할 것이다. 한편 석 박사학위논문은 학회지와 달리 공식적인 출판물이 아닌 경우 인용하는 것은 우리나라 특유의 현상으로 제도적으로 이를 지양해야 할 점이다.

역세권 지가 변동 분석을 통한 서울시 공간 구조 변화 분석 (Analysis of Changes in Spatial Structure of Seoul by Analyzing the Land Price Changes of Station Influence Areas)

  • 서울시에서는 1990년부터 도시를 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 도시기본계획을 수립하여 다층적 위계를 갖는 중심지 체계를 도입하였으며, 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 방안으로 도시철도의 역세권에 중심지가 설정되도록 하는 전략을 사용하고 있다. 따라서 도시철도 역세권의 변화에 대한 검토는 서울의 공간 구조 변화를 파악하기 위한 가장 기본적인 연구라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울 지역의 도시철도 역세권에 대한 2000년, 2005년, 2010년 3개년의 표준지 공시지가의 변화를 이용하여, 서울시 중심지 구조가 어떻게 변화되었는지를 분석해 보았다. 연구 결과 역세권 공시지가의 시계열적 변화를 분석함으로써 중심지 위계의 변화를 용이하게 파악할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
