Detection of wooden foreign body represents a clinical challenge. Wood is typically radiolucent, so wooden foreign bodies are generally cannot be seen on survey radiography. Failure to locate and remove foreign bodies can lead the patient to the long-term secondary inflammatory reactions or infections. The dog described in the present report ingested a wooden foreign body(cotton swab stick) a year ago. The foreign body remained in the intestinal tracts which were attached to each other due to the prior abdominal operation. The wooden piece in the intestine functioned as a nidus and inorganic matters were gathered forming calculus on the outer layer of foreign body. In the radiograph, the foreign body appeared to be a chicken bone which of it's inner area was more radiolucent than the outer layer. Because the wooden foreign bodies that have remained for long time in the intestinal tract can be seen like a bone by mineralization, the diagnosis of the wooden foreign bodies should be done prudently.

This study aims to analyze the science content in secondary school environmental education(EE) textbooks and the environment-related content in secondary school science text- books. Firstly, a total of 73 EE and science textbooks for secondary students were reviewed, which three kinds of textbooks, secondary school EE textbooks and the 10th grade "Science" textbooks, were finally selected for analysis. Three researchers separately analyzed the textbooks using NAAEE framework(1996) for the development of EE materials. In condition that there was a disagreement in their opinion, they had discussed until they came to an agreement. The results showed that secondary school EE textbooks contained more and deeper science concepts than the 10th grade "Science" textbooks, which were evaluated better in all perspectives of the analysis framework. The 10th grade "Science" textbooks had more various teaching and learning activities than EE textbooks. It it expected that the new EE textbook developers should consider the ultimate goal of EE which focused the affective perspectives rather than the cognitive perspectives.

Purpose - This research aims to determine whether the consumer affinity and ethnocentrism as well as the image of a foreign country (Japanese product as the most popular product in Indonesia) are able to influence behavior related to the perceived risk and willingness to buy foreign products from the affinity country. Research design, data, and methodology - Using survey techniques with 164 respondents, the study uses structural equation model with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). To ensure the research objective and appropriate respondent, then we select an individual who have interest on Japanese culture & language. The primary and secondary data used in this study. Primary data refers to information collected directly from respondent by questionnaires dissemination while secondary data is provided from well-established literatures. Results - The results show us that the ethnocentrism has dominant affection role compared to affinity in order to influence consumer behavior meanwhile, the product country image has cognition role to evoke consumer desire to consume foreign products. Conclusions - From a theoretical perspective, the study contributes to international marketing literature by refining the conceptualization of the consumer affinity construct and highlighting its multidimensional nature. The consumer affinity research need to enrich in term of the context and the different culture and situation.

This study purposed to discuss and suggest how to apply the internationally circulated standard Korean language curriculum to the fields of education. For this purpose, principles of the curriculum development that use reference of criterions like setting the education goals and stages of the Korean as second foreign language at the Korean foreign secondary school with the cases were reviewed. Studies about the curriculums of Korean language as an unit of state were began at 2010 and being continued in 2017. These researches pointed out a standard of the Korean language education, which influenced the development of curriculums, evaluations, and textbooks. Korean language teachers need lots of informations how to adjust the curriculums because they recognize that the curriculum as a reference of criteria is very difficult to be utilized. Roles of the reference of criteria that were extracted from the review on the curriculum development of the Korean as a second foreign language are providing a content basis for setting the goals of the curriculum and setting the stages connected with the operation of semesters. After the macroscopic development, plans for the phase of a syllabus run along. At this stage, sources of the items of education should be offered and elaboration of the education contents may design the syllabus. Finally, through a series of process, programs for Korean language education and textbook will be completed. Through this whole process, standard curriculum provides orientation and guidelines for the process of the development.

Allergic contact dermatitis is an inflammatory condition associated with periorbital erythema, edema, and pruritus. The periorbital skin is relatively thin compared with the skin over other facial areas; therefore, it is vulnerable to allergen penetration and may show a variety of cutaneous manifestations. Recently, vision enhancement surgery is a widely performed procedure, and the prevalence of senile cataract and glaucoma is increasing. The prevalence of periocular allergic contact dermatitis is increasing secondary to the growing use of topical ophthalmic medications. Several studies in Korea have reported periocular allergic contact dermatitis secondary to the use of topical ophthalmic medications including latanoprost ($Latano^{(R)}$), fluorometholone ($Tolon^{(R)}$), polymyxin B ($Terramycin^{(R)}$), atropine sulfate ($Atropine^{(R)}$), neomycin sulfate ($Cambison^{(R)}$), and befunolol hydrochloride ($Bentos^{(R)}$), among others. However, ofloxacin ($Effexin^{(R)})$-induced allergic contact dermatitis has not been reported in the domestic and/or foreign literature. We report a case of periocular allergic contact dermatitis secondary to the use of ofloxacin ophthalmic ointment.

In this paper, we propose a "social mentality" of primary and secondary school teachers in Anshan City, China. To conduct the study, 298 teachers in Ansan City were selected and a survey was conducted. This study adopted the method of combining literature research and questionnaire survey. The results showed that the overall level of "social mentality" of primary and secondary school teachers in Anshan was relatively high. Teachers' social support levels differed significantly from educational background, teaching section, administrative position, and school location. The path model shows the interaction mechanism between variables. It appeared that general self-efficacy and job involvement play an important role in the mechanism.

The purpose of this study was to analyze recent research trends of mathematics textbooks to provide implications for textbook research and development. For this purpose, 90 out of 1121 research papers published between 2006 and 2011 in seven prestigious domestic journals were selected. The papers dealing with only Korean mathematics textbooks were analyzed by school levels (i.e., elementary or secondary), mathematics content areas, analytic methods, and implications. The papers comparing our mathematics textbooks with foreign counterparts were analyzed by reasons for the comparison, school levels, subjects for analysis, and implications. The results of this study urge us to pay more attention to secondary mathematics textbooks, least studied content areas, and various but inconsistent analytic methods. This paper also suggests close connections between textbook analysis and textbook development.

In recent years, the outward foreign direct investment (oFDI) in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) by Chinese companies has significantly increased in size and changed in content. However, changes in the oFDI patterns between the pre- and post-BRI periods have not received sufficient attention from academia despite their theoretical and strategic significance. This paper reviewed existing research to establish seven hypotheses on changes in the oFDI patterns of Chinese companies investing in BRI countries and conducted empirical analyses to test the hypotheses using secondary data. The results showed that after the BRI agreement, Chinese oFDI in BRI countries was more active in less economically and less institutionally developed countries, that the oFDI by privately-owned enterprises (POEs) increased more than that of state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and that SOEs were more active in the social overhead capital (SOC) area while POEs were more active in the non-SOC area. The paper concludes with a summary, implications, and future research directions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends and specific features in the statistics education between Korea and overseas. For this purpose, a total of 180 articles presented in 4 domestic and 4 foreign journals of the mathematics education and statistics education was investigated. The result findings are as follows. First, more than half of researches have been carried out in teaching and learning, understanding of statistical concepts in both of domestic and foreign journals. Second, some researches on the affective effect were carried out in foreign journals, but not in domestic journals. Third, researches on the teacher education were carried out mainly for the pre-service teachers in domestic journals, but mainly for the in-service teachers in foreign journals. Fourth, empirical study was mainly used for the research method in domestic journals while both empirical and non-empirical study were used in foreign journals. Fifth, subjects of research were mainly secondary students in domestic journals, but over undergraduate students in foreign journals.

Traumatic neuromas are rare benign tumors that are common after trauma or surgery and are usually accompanied by obvious symptoms of pain. Most reports show neuromas in the face, neck, and limbs, and the traumatic neuroma of the medial plantar nerve has rarely been reported. We encountered a traumatic neuroma of the medial plantar nerve after a deep laceration mimicking a foreign body granuloma. A small mass lesion was found around plantar aponeurosis with heterogeneous high signal intensity in the T2 fat suppression view and slightly enhanced intensity in the magnetic resonance imaging that suggested a foreign body granuloma. The lesion was diagnosed pathologically as a traumatic neuroma. A satisfactory clinical result was obtained after excision of the traumatic neuroma and burial of the proximal and distal stumps to the adjacent muscle at the secondary operation.
