  • International construction market has been open to other countries, and it derives the development of our overseas construction industry quantitatively as well as qualitatively. Until now, the major companies have an absolute majority in the overseas construction market, and the small and medium enterprises have had difficulty to get a leadership in the international construction market because of the lack of the technical expertise and the capital strength. Especially in the Middle East Asia, our construction companies has touched off a boom, so our market share also has grown, which derived from the up toward ratchet oil prices and a worldwide boom in real estate development. The small and medium enterprise minority have recognition that the overseas construction market is the major company's native territory. But Data from the existing researches and many statistics indicate the most companies tend to underestimate the capacity and international competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises. As a matter of fact, hundreds of small and medium enterprise cut a conspicuous figure in overseas market. Consequently, it is indispensable to overcome the international financial crisis by revitalizing our overseas construction industry which obtains excellent results in international market. this study suggested the ways to expand overseas bonding capacity of Korean financial institution. This study proposed the Korean government to allow Construction Guarantee (former Korea Construction Financial Cooperative) to deal with foreign exchange so that Construction Guarantee will underwrite the overseas construction bond.

유통생약 황금의 품질모니터링 연구 (Quality Monitoring of Distributed Herbal Medicine, Scutellariae Radix)

  • This study was investigated that quality inspection of distributed Scutellariae Radix in Korea. To evaluate the quality of these herbal medicines, we carried out TLC pattern, foreign matter in purity, loss on drying, ash, acid-insoluble ash, oil content, dilute ethanol-soluble, water-soluble, ether-soluble extracts contents, quantitative analyses, residual $SO_2$, individual heavy metals and organochlorine pesticides. To measure contents of baicalin, baicalein and wogonin, we were quantitative analyzed using HPLC. The average contents of baicalin, baicalein and wogonin were detected by 13.28 (${\pm}$0.43)%, 1.17 (${\pm}$0.04)% and 0.40 (${\pm}$0.02)%, respectively. Each average contents As, Cd, Hg and Pb was 0.059 (${\pm}$0.054) mg ${\cdot}$ $kg^{-1}$, 0.019 (${\pm}$0.010) mg ${\cdot}$ $kg^{-1}$, 0.017 (${\pm}$0.057) ppm and 0.242 (${\pm}$0.084) mg ${\cdot}$ $kg^{-1}$, respectively.

하드매트(Hard Matte) 영상 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study of Images on the Hard matte Skill)

  • 하드매트는 영화의 표현에 있어서 대형화면을 열망하던 초창기 영화 감독들의 희망을 반영한 장치였다. 그러나 이러한 희망이 실현되면서 하드매트 방식은 영상 내용을 규정짓는 또 다른 장치로 변모되어 오늘에 이르고 있다. 즉 하드매트는 하나의 띠처럼 이루어져 영화의 시작 부분에서 관객의 시선을 새롭게 유도하는 기능을 하고 있다. 이러한 기능은 영화의 끝 부분에서는 시작과는 다른 기능을 하지만 영상에서 하드매트는 색다르면서도 인상적인 기법으로 계속 사용되고 있다. 적지 않은 감독들이 영상의 내용을 규정하면서 한편으로, 관객들에게 은유의 방법으로써 하드매트를 보여주고 있으며 이러한 방식은 이른바 HDTV 방식이 개발되면서 레터박스 스타일로 이어지고 있다. 요즈음 들어서는 젊은 층을 겨냥한 뮤직 비디오에서 하드매트 방식이 보여짐에 따라 하나의 유행이 되다시피 하고 있다. CF들 중에서도 여러 작품에서 하드매트 방식을 볼 수 있는데 이것은 뮤직 비디오 등으로 하드매트에 익숙해진 젊은이들에게 적극 어필되고 있다. 비록 하드매트가 영화 초기 기술적 실험의 하나로 이루어진 방법이었지만 현대에 이르러 영상 내용을 규정하게 되는 중요한 사례로 볼 수 있다. 내용이 형식을 주로 규정해온 시각 문화 양상과 구별되는 중요한 기법인 셈이다. 그렇지만 하드매트가 보여주는 일시적인 시각적 장점에만 의존하여 영상을 옆으로 늘어나게 하거나, 외국 영화의 크레딧에서 하드매트를 쓰는 까닭에 아무런 의도도 없이 모방만 한다면 문제가 될 수 있다. 이런 관점에서 형식이 이루어낸 영상 내용 규정이라는 영상 언어를 통하여 우리 나라 영상의 발전을 모색해 본다.

축분 퇴비화 시설 내구성에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Durability of Manure Composting Facilities)

  • 본 연구사업 목적은 축분 공동 퇴비화시설에서 배출되는 퇴비화 악취물질이 퇴비화시설 기계에 부식과 마모를 일으켜서 기계 고장을 발생하는 현상을 방지하기 위해 축분퇴비화 시설 기계의 내구성을 재질과 구조 및 보수와 관리 측면에서 평가하여 축분 퇴비화 시설 기계의 내구성을 증대하고, 이에 개선 대책을 마련하는데 있었으며 주요 성과는 아래와 같다. 퇴비화시설 기계의 고장의 주요원인은 부식과 마모, 과부하 상태, 이물질 혼입 등 이었다. 퇴비화시설 기계에서 고장빈도가 높은 곳은 교반장치, 포장장치, 반송장치 등의 체인, 교반 날과 축, 모터, 스크루 베인 등에서 발생 되므로 정기점검과 보수관리가 중요하였다. 퇴비화시설 기계의 내구성 증대를 위한 고장 방지대책은 탈취장치 설치, 돌가루와 쇠붙이 등의 이물질 혼입방지, 고 수분 재료 사용방지 및 재료 과다투입 방지 등 이었다. 미 이용자원의 유효이용 및 유가성 폐기물의 퇴비화 처리를 위한 우리나라 지방자치단체의 바이오매스 타운 건설에 본 조사연구의 성과가 성공적으로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

대학수학능력시험의 '중국어 I'과 SAT의 'Chinese with Listening' 비교 - 체제와 문항을 중심으로 (Comparative studies of systems and questions between Chinese I in the Korea National Scholastic Aptitude Test and Chinese with Listening in the SAT)

  • This paper aims to compare systems and questions between Chinese I in the Korea National Scholastic Aptitude Test(abbreviated by KNSAT) and Chinese with Listening in the SAT. In the beginning, we compared KNSAT and SAT, and then focused our attention on Chinese I in KNSAT and Chinese with Listening in SAT in terms of assessment purposes, sections, ranges, questions. Through the research, the following results were obtained: Firstly, compared KNSAT with SAT, it is found that Chinese I is less important in KNSAT than Chinese with Listening in SAT. Chinese I belongs to one of the second foreign languages section, and it is placed under common rule of its section. However, Chinese with Listening is similar to Chinese I in that it also belongs to one of the languages section, but it keeps under its control, so it has its own system e.g. purpose, range etc.. Next, compared Chinese I with Chinese with Listening, in the matter of purposes of them, Chinese I is less explicit and less concrete to explain it than Chinese with Listening, and in respect of sections of them, the sections of Chinese I are leaning more toward language materials contrary to Chinese with Listening leaning more toward language functions. And in terms of ranges of them, Chinese I is limited to Basic vocabulary and Examples of communicative function in curriculum of Chinese I, but Chinese with Listening has not any limit on the ranges of questions. Lastly, with regard to questions of them, Chinese I has more tendency toward assessing knowledge of Chinese, on the contrary, Chinese with Listening has more tendency toward assessing performance of it.

APR1400 원자로 용기 스터드 홀의 표면거칠기 거동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Surface Roughness Behavior of Reactor Vessel Stud Holes in APR1400 Nuclear Power Plants)

  • The APR1400 reactor may be operated for a long time under high temperature and pressure conditions, causing damage to the stud holes and causing stud bolts and holes to stick. The present practice is to manually remove the anti-sticking agent and foreign matter remaining in the APR1400 reactor stud hole and to visually check the surface condition of the thread to check the damage status of the threads. In the case of the APR1400 reactor stud holes, manually cleaning the threads increases the risk of radiation exposure and operator's fatigue. To avoid this, the autonomous mobile robot is used to automatically clean the reactor stud holes. The purpose of this study is to optimize the cleaning performance of the mobile robot by looking at the behavior of the surface roughness of the stud surface cleaned by the brush attached to the mobile robot due to changes in brush material, thickness of wire, and rotation speed. A microscopic approach to the surface roughness of the flank is needed to investigate the effects of the newly proposed brush of the autonomous mobile robot on the thread holes. According to this experiment, it is reasonable to use STS brush rather than Carbon one. Optimal operating conditions are derived and the safety of APR1400 reactor stud holes maintenance can be improved.

코안다효과를 이용한 제진기 스크린의 최적설계를 위한 수치적 연구 (A Numerical Study for Optimum Design of Dust Separator Screen Based on Coanda Effect)

  • There is a need to study dust separator screens with good drainage efficiency while effectively filtering suspended solids and other contaminants entering the intake pumping station, the drainage pumping station and the mediation pumping station, the cooling water inlet of the power plant, and the like. In this paper, Numerical studies were conducted for the optimal design of the dust separator screen using the Coanda effect. The shape of the dust separator screen is important, such as the right curvature radius $R_1$ at the top of the dust separator screen and the left curvature radius $R_2$ at the top, h is the height difference and shape between the screen and the accelerating plate, and ${\theta}$ is the inclination angle of the screen. A total of 4 shape factors were set and the effects of Coanda and drainage performance of each element were compared and analyzed, the optimum length and size of each shape element were derived by classifying the shape elements into direct and indirect influences. Finally, it was possible to effectively filter foreign matter by narrowing the screen spacing, and the drainage performance was analyzed and optimized through numerical studies of dust separator screen.

Analyses of intermediate products during degradation of pyrene in soil by hemoglobin-catalyzed reaction

  • Hemoglobin (Hb) is a member of heme-protein that can perform catalytic non-specific chain reaction in the presence of hydrogen peroxide ($H_2O_2$). Catalytic ability of Hb to degrade pyrene was demonstrated using soil contaminated with $^{14}C$ pyrene and 10 mg pyrene /kg soil. The composition of soil was similar to previously used soil except that it had lower organic carbon content. Bench scale laboratory tests were conducted in the presence of buffer only, $H_2O_2$ only, or Hb with $H_2O_2$ for 24 h. After 24 h reaction, 0.1 and 1.3% of $^{14}C$ pyrene in contaminated soil were mineralized with $H_2O_2$ only or Hb plus $H_2O_2$. No mineralization to $^{14}CO_2$ was detected with buffer only. Approximately 12.2% of pyrene was degraded in the presence of $H_2O_2$ only while 44.0% of pyrene was degraded in the presence of Hb plus $H_2O_2$ during 24 h of catalytic reaction. When degradation intermediate products were examined, two chemicals were observed in the presence of $H_2O_2$ only while 25 chemicals were found in the presence of Hb plus $H_2O_2$. While most degradation products were simple hydrocarbons, four of the 27 chemicals had aromatic rings. However, none of these four chemicals was structurally related to pyrene. These results suggest that Hb catalytic system could be used to treat pyrene-contaminated soil as an efficient and speedy remediation technology. In addition, intermediate products generated by this system are not greatly affected by composition change in soil organic matter content.

Factors Affecting the Choice of Banks: Do Bank's Interest Rate, Employee Image and Brand Matter?

  • The banking system provides a number of important functions for the economy and is also the lifeblood and financier of the economy in each country. Large amounts of idle money have not been exploited by banks; however, banks still depend on loans, including loans from foreign banks, to meet the growing demand, as such, for banks, the cost of capital is high, the stability and business efficiency are low and banks have not promoted their internal resources to grow steadily. To achieve the goal, this research analyzes the factors affecting the choice of bank for the deposit decisions of customers in Vietnam. The study used a sample data of 250 individuals and SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that customer policy has a positive effect on customers' deposit decisions in a bank, and this is new evidence regarding behavioral theory in the case of Vietnam. Results further demonstrated that other factors such as employee image, brand, interest rate, relative influencing, and transaction time positively impact the choice of bank for the deposit decisions of customers. However, the bank's promotion strategies had no impact on the choice of bank for the deposit decisions of customers. Besides, employee image is the most influential factor in the deposit decisions, followed by the bank's brand and interest rate.

산업 현장에 적용할 수 있는 휴대형 정전기 측정기 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Portable Electrostatic Meter Applicable to Industrial Site)

  • In this paper, We propose a portable electrostatic meter which can measure high voltage static electricity caused by friction to prevent fire or explosion accidents in grinding, crushing, power injection, transport, filling, dust removal, painting, and foreign matter removal processes. The proposed device not only shows static electricity strength in 4 steps with respect to distance and voltage but also gives warning with a buzzer, on process facilities that are likely to generate high voltage static electricity due to friction. The device is implemented by filtering the signal detected by the wireless antenna, amplifying the signal by 6 times, and passing the signal through the integrator circuit. Tests are carried out with an electrostatic discharge simulator. And the results show that 4 LEDs are turned on at the distance of 10cm, 3 LEDs at 12cm, 2 LEDs at 13cm, and 1 LED at 15cm, when a fixed voltage of 500V is given. And also, the tests show that the static electricity can be detected at 5cm on 100V, 10cm on 200V, 15cm on 500V, 20cm on 1000V, and 25cm on 1500V. We expect to reduce accidents caused by static electricity by allowing safety managers on fields where fire or explosion accidents can happen to monitor static electricity.
