From 1958 to October 1977, 294 cases of acquired heart disease were operated. There were 68 cases of pericardium, 3 trauma, 2 foreign body, one cardiac thrombus, 3 atrial myxoma, 2 left atrial and 1 right atrial, 2 Budd-Chiari syndrome, and 214 valvular heart disease. Out of 214 cases of valve operation 73 valves were replaced in 64 patients. Male to female ratio was 1.46: 1. The youngest age was 14 years in male and 18 in female. The oldest was 54 years in male and 52 in female. Fifty-five cases of single valve were replaced, consisting of 47 mitral and 8 aortic valves. There were 9 double valve replacement cases which consist of 7 mitral and aortic and 2 mitral .and tricuspid valves. Six varieties of prosthetic valves, 3 ball and 3 disc types and 3 kinds of xenograft tissue valves were utilized. Beall, BjSrk-Shiley and Starr-Edwards prosthetic valves and Hancock valves were used mainly. For single valve 34. 5% and for double valve replacement 44% mortality were noted. There were 23 operative deaths out of 64 patients, over all mortality rate of 36.9%. Mortality for mitral valve replacement was 29.5%. But in recent 12 consecutive cases one death occurred, showing 8.3% mortality. In earlier days thrombocyte anti-adhesive drug dipyramidole-persantin-aspirin and/or SP 54 were adminstered. But in recent cases after heparinization, coumadin and Persantin were prescribed routinely.

상호접속고시기준에 따라 2000년부터 “유선전화가입자로부터 이동전화가입자로의 착신통화(이하 LM 통화라 한다)”의 접속료를 현행 수익배분방식에서 원가검증을 통한 정산방식으로 전환하여야 한다. 이에 따라 수익배분 하에서는 문제가 되지 않았던 LM 통화의 접속경로설정 방법이 사업자간에 쟁점사항으로 대두될 전망이다. 이는 접속경로를 어떻게 설정하느냐가 접속원가산정에 상당한 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 본 고에서는 영국, 호주, 일본에서의 LM 통화 접속경로설정 사례와 국내현황을 살펴보고 현행제도의 개선대안을 검토해 보고자 한다.

A proposed test statistic is obtained by multiplying constant weights by the Neumann smooth type statistic discussed by Eubank and Hart(1993) in order to observe the effect of weight. It has very good results of power studies. Another advantage of this test is that it simultaneously provides an important diagnostic tools that can be used in many cases to determine how the model should be adjusted.

현재 국내 유통업계, 신용카드업계 및 금융계 등을 중심으로 데이터베이스 마케팅 활동이 전개되고 있다. 이러한 추세는 정보 기술의 발전, 홈쇼핑 및 통신판매업계의 급신장, 인터넷으로 대표되는 새로운 광고 매체의 발전, 이를 이용한 전자 상거래의 도입 등으로 더욱 가속화되리라 예상된다. 본 고에서는 이러한 추세에 부응하여, 선진국 유통업계의 데이터베이스 마케팅 사례를 소개한다. 하나는 캐나다의 Eaton 백화점의 고객 관리 사례이며, 다른 하나는 영국의 Tesco 수퍼체인의 데이터베이스 마케팅 사례이다.

Ten cases of the right middle lobe syndromes were experienced. Nine out of ten were treated surgically, six-right middle lobectomy, one-right middle and lower lobectomy, one-right middle lobectomy and decortication, one-incidental right pneumonectomy. Pathologic diagnosis were tuberculosis in five, bronchiectasis in two, organizing pneumonia in one, and foreign body granuloma in one. There were three postoperative complications, postoperative empyema-1, pleural effusion-1, pneu-monia-1. The surgical candidates for middle lobe syndromes were; 1.Suspicious malignancy 2.Fixed bronchiectasis 3.Bronchostenosis 4.Intractability to medical treatment or recurrent atelectasis and obstructive pneumonia.

Variance estimation for the regression estimator for a two-phase sample is investigated. A replication variance estimator with number of replicates equal to or slightly larger than the size of the second-phase sample is developed. In these cases, the proposed method is asymptotically equivalent to the full jackknife, but uses smaller number of replications.

We show in many cases that the Siegel-Ramachandra invariants generate the ray class fields over imaginary quadratic fields. As its application we revisit the class number one problem done by Heegner and Stark, and present a new proof by making use of inequality argument together with Shimura's reciprocity law.

본 논문에서는 지방행정혁신의 모델이 될 만한 외국기업 GE의 혁신 사례를 살펴보고, 충북도청에서 추진하는 브랜드사업에 GE 혁신 사례의 적용가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 기업과는 달리 행정기관은 비영리적 기관임에도 불구하고 운영 면에서 두 유형의 조직은 점차 비슷한 성격을 띄어가고 있는 데, 이러한 현상은 공히 고객 중심적 사고방식을 지향하고, 요즈음 CEO형 단체장이 각광을 받으며, 행정기관들도 점차 효과성/효율성을 중시하는 점 등에서 살펴볼 수 있겠다. 이러한 현상들이 행정혁신의 배경이 됨을 고려해 볼 때, 행정기관들은 이미 수백 년간 혁신을 추구해온 기업들로부터 많은 것을 배우고 참고할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

I study on the classification of cyber terror & counterplan against cyber terror The paper, purporting to consider security counterplans, comprise five chapters. Chapter I which introduction is followed by chapter II, dealing largely with the general definition and classification of cyber terror. Chapter III concerns the domestic & foreign cases of damages by cyber terror. Chapter III consider the condition of world nations against cyber terror and its actual condition. It is followed by concluding observation made in chapter V.
