대학생 위험음주자의 특성 및 결정요인에 관한 분석 (Analysis on Characteristics and Determination Factors of Risky Drinking of University Students)

  • This study examined drinking status, knowledge regarding drinking, and drinking behaviors between non-risky drinking and risky drinking groups and found out the factors determining risky drinking. Data were collected from 355 college students in Gyeongbuk region by a self-administered questionnaire. T tests, ${\chi}^2$ tests and logistic regression analysis were conducted by SPSS Windows V.20.0. Almost 30% of the respondents were categorized as the risky drinking group. The respondents in the risky drinking group showed greater drinking frequency per month, subjective drinking quantity, frequency of resolution not to drinking per month, and drinking expenditure than the non-risky drinking group. There was no statistically significant difference in the percentage of correct answers for knowledge regarding drinking between non-risky drinking group and risky drinking group. However, the respondents in the risky drinking group showed more undesirable drinking behaviors than the non-risky drinking group. Finally, according to the result of logistic regression analysis of the factors determining risky drinking, monthly allowance, major, circle activity status, drinking frequency per month, drinking motive and drinking behaviors were significant.

광양매화축제를 기반으로 한 패션문화상품 디자인개발 연구 (Development of Design for Cultural Fashion Products based on the Gwangyang Ume Flower Festival)

  • For the Gwangyang Ume Flower Festival, this study sought to develop competitive fashion culture goods design and to activate regional culture festival by reinterpreting ume flower image in accordance with current trends, manufacturing motive patterns, and applying them to neckties, scarves, and T-shirts. In terms of method, four basic motives were set that showed new figurative images of ume flowers using Adobe Illustrator 10. The repetitive units of each motive we combined with the ume flower motives and the geometrical patterns, such as quadrangle, triangle, and circle. The basic direction of design was set so that color and texture could have colorful, modern, and natural images using pastel tone and gradation. The set patterns were applied to the repetition, the repetition of the transformed patterns of 45 angle, and the strife patterns, making it possible to display various images in the fashion items such as neckties, scarves, handkerchiefs, or T-shirts. The development of such fashion culture goods seems to be more significant, since they can be easily accessed by general festival participants. Accordingly, the Gwangyang Ume Flower Festival seems to develop not into food-led festival, but into a cultural festival that can publicize more various programs and create profits.

  • The jaundice means hyperbilirubinemia that it happens bilirubin is contained for much in the blood for the disorder of formation and evaluation about bilirubin. The dry nut is one of the representative medicine which made use of Tae eum in bokchang bujong byung(태음인의 복창부종병) and that is marked use of removing the obstruction of tae eum in, by removing the damping heat(습열) and that is to depend on not the circle of medicine but the food The diet cure of a dry nut might be profound in meaning because the jaundice, the disorder of liver and gall, can be considered in relation to Tae eum in bokchang bujong byung(태음인의 복창부종병) I make a report in the basis of the reliably remedial value about application of a diet cure that a dry not is used to the patient coming to my hospital for the jaundice of ruing his health in eating and drinking

어머니의 구강보건관리행태와 자녀의 우식경험유치지수와의 관련성 (The relations between mothers' oral health behavior and children's mean number of decayed or filled primary teeth)

  • Objectives : This study was to assess the children's mean number of decayed or filled primary teeth in relation to their mother's oral health behavior and then to increase children's oral health. Methods : The 346 children and their mothers were selected for this study. The children were 4 or 7 years old in the 4 dental clinics in Busan and Kyungnam, Korea. Data were collected by examination on children and self-administrated questionnaire on their mothers. The questionnaire was surveyed mother's oral health behaviour and children experienced dental caries or not and the number of decayed or filled they had were used as outcome variables. Results : 1. The mother's education level affected children's dft index significantly(p<0.05), In the case of tooth brushing method of children, the group with circle teeth wipes shows the low dft index(p<0.01). 2. On the other hand the group with snack as food eaten between meals has high dft index(p<0.001). 3. The group with mother's visiting to dentist within recent 1 year, experience in removing plaque or willing to attend the oral health education show low dft index(p<0.05). The important variables affecting to dft index are experience with oral health education, tooth brushing guidance, replacement of toothbrushes, the kind of food eaten between meals, recent experience of plaque removal and willing to participating in the oral health class. Conclusions : This study showed that the mother's oral health behavior and concern play an important role for the prevention of preschooler's dental caries. Dental health education would be focused on the mothers, expecially for the practice of preventive behavior by preschools themselves.

살포 방법에 의한 살균제 Dithianon의 감귤 잎 부착량 비교 (Deposit Amounts of Dithianone on Citrus leaves by Different Spray Methods)

  • 농약의 효율적인 방제효과를 얻기 위해서는 적절한 시기에 원하는 작물체의 부위에 균일하게 부착되도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 농약 살포기술(application technology)은 노즐의 형태 및 종류와 같은 미세 조절이 가능한 기계적인 인자가 약효 발현과 작물 잔류성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 감귤의 더뎅이병에 사용되는 디티아논 액상수화제를 이용하여 감귤 과원에서 사용중인 약제 살포방식 차이에 따른 감귤 잎의 부착량 분포도를 조사하여 살포 방식의 효율성을 비교하였다. 이를 위해 기계식 살포기를 대조구로 하고 노즐 및 살포 방식에 변화를 준 sprinkler 살포시스템 및 speed spray 분사 방법에 대한 감귤잎 부착량을 비교 평가하였다. 시험은 제주도에 위치한 감귤시험장 감귤과원에서 진행하였으며, 감귤잎의 높이 위치별 부착량, 전후면 부착량을 알아보기 위하여 디티아논 43% 액상수화제 1,000배 희석 액을 살포한 후 filter paper와 나뭇잎을 상, 중, 하로 높이로 채취하여 실험에 사용하였다. Speed spray 방식이 engine type spray 방식보다 부착량 및 부착균일성 우수하였고, 모든 살포방식이 잎 뒷면의 부착량을 증가 할 수 있는 방식으로 개선되어야 하며 감귤의 상부 위치의 부착량 평가에서는 마른안개 sprinkler 방식이 가장 우수하였다.

제 2언어, 문화 및 윤리 교육 자료로서의 영화 음악 활용: 라이온 킹 OST를 중심으로 (Using Film Music for Second Language, Target Culture, and Ethics Education: With Reference to the OST of The Lion King)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제 2언어와 목표 문화, 그리고 윤리 교육을 위한 학습 자료로서 영화 음악의 가능성을 파악하고 그것의 효율적인 활용도를 고찰하는 것이다. 몇몇 교수자들은 언어 교실에서 음악이나 노래가 단지 부차적인 학습 자료라고 간주하는 경향이 있다. 그러나 음악은 시대에 따라 그 나라의 언어뿐만 아니라 사상과 문화 및 다양한 관념을 반영하기 때문에 훌륭한 학습 자료가 될 수 있다. 이를 고찰하기 위해 본 연구는 디즈니의 유명한 애니메이션, 라이온 킹(The Lion King) 음악을 선정하여 이를 활용한 구체적인 학습 활동을 제시하였다. 영화 음악 중 선정된 5곡은 , , , , 이다. 먼저 언어 학습 중 듣기 말하기 활동, 어휘와 문장 구조 및 문법 학습 활동, 쓰기 활동을 위해 빈칸 채우기 과업, 노래 따라 부르고 녹음하기 과업, 자신의 경험을 바탕으로 가사 직접 써보기 등의 다양한 과업을 제시하였다. 다음으로 문화 학습을 위해 목표어의 특정 문화에 대한 토론하고 자각하기 활동이 제시되었다. 마지막으로 윤리 학습을 위해 주제곡들을 활용해서 자연의 섭리와 인생철학, 지도자의 자질과 조건, 그리고 행복을 즐기는 인생관 등에 대해 탐구하였다. 문화와 윤리 학습에 대해 학습자들의 만족도와 자각도에 대해 개방형 설문조사를 시행하였고 그 결과 음악은 문화와 윤리적 가치를 자각하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 영화 음악은 제 2언어와 목표 문화 그리고 윤리 교육을 위한 매우 효율적인 학습 자료가 될 수 있다.

소형 퇴비화용기에서 가정 음식물쓰레기의 퇴비화 과정 중 감량화 및 생산 퇴비의 물리화학적 특성 (Mass Reduction and Physicochemical Properties of the Produced Compost during Composting Domestic Food Wastes in a Small Composter)

  • 본 연구에서는 소형 퇴비화 용기의 최적 조건에서 미생물이나 퇴비화 보조제를 첨가하지 않고 가정에서 발생되는 음식물쓰레기를 매일 1 kg씩 투입하여 퇴비화를 진행하였다. 실험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다; 퇴비화 진행과정 중 수분함량은 $51.04{\sim}53.45%$로 유지되었다. 질소는 퇴비화 진행과정에서 산화되어 암모니아성 질소 및 아질산성 질소로서 검출되지 않았다. Hemicellulose, Lignin은 시간의 경과에 따라 뚜렷한 경향을 나타내지 않았으나, Cellulose는 점차 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 중금속의 함량은 Cu, Cd, Pb, Hg, As는 검출되지 않았고 Cr은 $9.8{\sim}13.8$ mg/kg으로 부산물 비료의 기준치 300 mg/kg보다 낮았으며, Zn은 $25{\sim}100$ mg/kg이었다. 무기성분은 $P_2O_5$ $1.32{\sim}1.71%$, CaO $1.29{\sim}1.48%$, MgO $0.41{\sim}0.49%$, $K_2O$ $0.38{\sim}0.74%$로 퇴비화 과정 중 큰 변화가 없었다. 20일 동안 퇴비화한 후 무게 감소율은 습윤 기준 67.5%, 분해율은 48%이었다. 배출된 퇴비의 숙성도는 3등급이었다.

Octopus vulgaris의 장관으로부터 분리한 단백질 분해효소 생성 균주와 생성된 효소의 특성 (Protease Properties of Protease-Producing Bacteria Isolated from the Digestive Tract of Octopus vulgaris)

  • Octopus vulgaris의 장관으로부터 단백질 가수분해력과 활성을 측정함으로서 높은 단백질분해효소 생성능을 가진 균을 분리하여 동정하였다. 균이 생성한 단백질분해효소는 황산암모늄침전, cellulose CM-52 양이온 교환 크로마토그래피, DEAE-Sephadex A50 음이온 교환 크로마토그래피의 3단계를 통해 정제하였다. 장관으로부터 분리한 균중 가장 높은 단백질분해효소 생성능을 가진 균은 Bacillus sp. QDV-3로 나타났으며 이균을 분리한 후 표현형 분석, 생화학적 특성, 16S rRNA 유전자염기서열분석을 통해 Bacteria역, Firmicutes문, Bacilli강, Bacillales목, Bacillaceae과, Bacillus속으로 Bacillus flexus와 99.2%의 유사성을 보이는 것으로 확인하였다. 균이 생성한 단백질 분해효소를 QDV-E로 지정하였으며 61.6 kDa의 분자량을 나타내었다. 이 효소는 pH 9.0~9.5에서 활성을 나타내었고 최적온도는 $40^{\circ}C$였으며 $50^{\circ}C$에서는 60분간 96% 이상의 활성을 보유하였다. Phenyl methyl sulfonyl fluoride (PMSF)에 의하여 활성이 억제 되었으므로 세린 알칼리성 단백 분해 효소인 것으로 결론지었다. 금속이온인 $Mn^{2+}$$Mg^{2+}$에 의하여 효소활성 상승효과를 보였으며 $Ba^{2+}$, $Zn^{2+}$, 그리고 $Cu^{2+}$에 의하여 활성이 억제되었다.

Characterization of Plasmid pKJ36 from Bifidobacterium longum and Construction of an E. coli-Bifidobacterium Shuttle Vector

  • Abstract The full sequence of the plasmid pKJ36, which was derived from Bifidobacterium longum KJ, was determined and analyzed to construct shuttle vectors between E. coli and Bifidobacterium. The plasmid pKJ36 was composed of 3,625 base pairs with a 65.1% G+C content. The structural organization of pKJ36 was highly similar to that of pKJ50, and the three major ORFs on pKJ36 showed high amino acid sequence homologies with those of pKJ50. The putative proteins coded by these three ORFs were designated as RepB (32.0 kDa, pI=9.25), MembB (29.0 kDa, pI=12.25), and MobB (39.0 kDa, pI=IO.66), respectively. The amino acid sequence of RepB showed a 57% identity and 70% similarity with that of the RepA protein of pKJ50. Upstream of the repB gene, the so-called iteron sequence was directly repeated four-and-ahalf times and a conserved dnaA box was identified. An amino acid sequence comparison between the MobB and MobA of pKJ50 revealed a 48% identity and 61 % similarity. A conserved oriT sequence with an inverted repeat identical to that of pKJ50 was also found upstream of the mobB gene. A hydropathy analysis of MembB revealed four possible transmembrane regions. The expressions of the repB and membB genes were confirmed by RT-PCR. The in vitro translation reaction of pKJ36 showed protein bands with anticipated sizes with respect to each putative gene product. S 1 endonuclease treatment and Southern hybridization suggested that pKJ36 replicates by a rolling circle mechanism via a single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) intermediate. A shuttle vector between E. coli and Bifidobacterium sp. was constructed using the pKJ36, pBR322, and staphylococcal chloramphenicol acetyl transferase (CAT) gene. The successful transformation of the Bifidobacterium strains was shown by Southern hybridization and PCR. The transformation efficiency differed from strain to strain and, depending on the electroporation conditions, with a range between $1.2{\times}10^1-2.6{\times}10^2{\;}cfu/\mu\textrm{g}$ DNA.X> DNA.

혈액투석 환자의 단백질 섭취량에 따른 혈중 albumin과 hs-CRP 농도의 비교 연구 (Comparative study of serum levels of albumin and hs-CRPin hemodialysis patients according to protein intake levels)

  • Protein-energy malnutrition, PEM, and increased hs-CRP level are considered to be associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in hemodialysis (HD) patients. This is commonly referred to as the vicious circle of malnutrition-inflammation-atherosclerosis cardiovascular disease (MIA syndrome) in chronic kidney disease (CKD). Low protein intake can decrease the serum level of albumin and increase inflammational markers; further, both low serum albumin and high hs-CRP are independent risk factors for all-cause mortality in HD patients. The aim of this study is comparing the serum levels of albumin and hs-CRP in HD patients according to the protein intake levels. The total number of subjects was 60 hemodialysis patients; they were grouped by dietary protein intake: low protein intake group (LPI, protein intake < 1.0 g/kg IBW, 11 men and 19 women) and adequate protein intake group (API, protein intake ${\geq}$ 1.0g/kg IBW, 12 men and 18 women). Blood biochemical parameters, nutrient intake, and dietary behaviors were compared between the LPI and API groups. The LPI group showed a significantly lower serum level of albumin and higher serum level of hs-CRP than the API group (p < 0.05). The LPI group showed a significantly lower intake of most nutrients than the API group (p < 0.05). Index of Nutritional Quality of most nutrients of the LPI and API groups were lower than 1.0. Dietary protein intake was positively correlated with the serum level of albumin (r = 0.306, p < 0.05) and negatively correlated with the serum level of hs-CRP (r = -0.435, p < 0.01). The serum level of hs-CRP was negatively correlated with that of albumin (r = -0.393, p < 0.01). According to these result, serum albumin and hs-CRP in HD patients were influenced by the protein intake levels. To prevent MIA syndrome, it is necessary to improve nutritional status, especially in protein and energy.
