A study on the social necessity of marriage culture center and its interial environmental design. -Focus on the plan for the special department store of necessary articles for marriage. The purposes of this study are to play a role as a guide of marriage for the age-group people who want to marry soon, and to devise a special departmentstore which harmonizes two systems of sales promotion and cultural role, which reflect features of marriage culture. This department store will settle all the procedure of marriage easily, and will improve the commercial state that hampers the essential value of marriage and that arose at department store of necessary articles for marriage and facilities for ceremony during preparation of it. Followings are also included in this study ; to study about how can the special department store offers a cultural space which is coincindent to consumer's needs, to devise a purchaser's concenience obtaining affirmative act and mental satisfaction , and to originate a design following the result.

The researches on modern fashion design have more specific and multifactorial, and expressional approaches of designers become more deeverse too. And, at the present point time when the design itself extends actively throughout the world, there should be may studies that focus on the development of CAD system. This study research that computer adied design used in developing various design and variety training. Development of fashion design by using computers could contribute to the rapid composition of deverse researches on it. It is to be classified into three items, diagram, illustration, transformation in computer adied fashion design. The illustration could be color variation by using CAD system, and express correct form, adjustment, complement. It must be development as an expression of propaganda, having a artistic value of ganre. At the present point of time when the fashion design itself it needed development, there should be may studies that focus on development of fashion design by using computer. This study present diagram for practical side, and illustration for decorative side by using CAD system.

The accurate focusing position should be determined for accurate measurements In VMS. Camera lens focusing is an important problem in computer vision and video measuring systems (VMS) that use CCD cameras and high precision XYZ stages. Camera focusing is a very important step in high precision measurement systems that use computer vision technique. The auto focusing process consists of two steps, the focus value measurement step and the exact focusing position determination step. It is suitable for eliminating high frequency noises with lower processing time and without blurring. An automatic focusing technique is applied to measure a crater with a one-dimensional search algorithm for finding the best focus. Throughout this paper, the suggested algorithm for the Auto focusing was combined with the learning. As a result, it is expected that such a combination would be expanded into the system of recognizing voices in a noisy environment.

This study deals with high power Nd:YAG laser welding of thin steels for small pressure vessels. Full penetration welding at the overlap joint was performed so as to assure sufficient weld strength. Results showed that mid-depth weld size reduced drastically with increasing the travel speed. Position of focus had little effect on the bead formation even though short focal system was used. However, the shape factor and the bead width had closely related with the position of focus. Based on the microstructural inspection, acceptable weld was obtained when the overlap clearance was controlled up to 20% of the base metal thickness. In the case that the joint contained more clearance than the critical value, both the tensile shear strength and the tear strength were reduced. Results also demonstrated that shielding gases were proved to play a key role as far as the bead formation characteristics was taken into consideration. Blowing dry air through 5mm in diameter nozzle produced narrower bead cross-section than that of argon or nitrogen shielding.

The purpose of this study was to explore the experience the Nightingale pledge rituals of nursing students. Rituals are how people have always passed on their value system to the young, the next generation. Data were collected using focus group interviews and participant observations from 2012 to 2014. First researchers attended and observed Nightingale pledge rituals. And the three focus group interviews were held with a total 22 nursing students participating. All interviews were recorded and transcribed as they were spoken, and data was analyzed using ethnography methodology. The results were the participants experienced the nurse identity and connectedness with others through Nightingale pledge rituals. Also, they experienced "a river that can't be crossed,", thus go through a transition stage such as a rite of passage with a firm determination on their nursing career. The Nightingale pledge rituals allowed to the nursing students close relationship and the sense of community by going through ritual procedures.

Over the last decade, the field of supply chain management (SCM) and e-business has received an enormous amount of attention from practitioners and academicians. However, little has been known about how and to what extent small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are implementing SCM initiatives and e-business practices. This paper proposes a comprehensive research model and presents the survey results of these practices of SMEs located in Wisconsin and illinois, U.S., In terms of competitive strategy and priority, value chain activity priority, supply chain and e-business integration focus, SCM best practices implementation focus and challenges, and business performance. The analysis reveals several valuable insights into how SMEs should run their businesses in today's volatile, rapidly changing customer economy.

The objective of this study is to find the effects of consumer values on eco-friendly buying behavior. This study examines environmental attitudes and involvement as moderating variables to explain eco-friendly buying behavior of consumers. Hypotheses were developed based on Focus Group Interviews, Depth Interviews, and literature reviews. To test such hypotheses, questionnaires were distributed and collected among female adults aged 18 or above, and who are either office workers or housewives. The analysis results show that personal values, sociocultural values, and values related to ecofriendly products affect consumers in their eco-friendly buying behavior. Among those values, concern about safety and health, eco-friendly culture and trend, willingness to pay price premiums and functional effects of eco-friendly products have significant effects on eco-friendly buying behavior. Reflecting these results, business marketers must appeal to consumers with more focus on safety and health, perceived consumer effectiveness, self-monitoring, eco-friendly culture and trend, media exposure, willingness to pay price premiums, design excellence and functional effects, to implement marketing communication strategies accordingly.

In addition to a range of H&S documentation, a range of actions, beliefs, interventions, practices, and states are important in terms of achieving optimum construction H&S. Conclusions include that H&S documentation facilitates and assists planning, organising, leading, controlling, and coordinating H&S. Furthermore, current H&S documentation: is inappropriate in that it can be complex, generic, lengthy, onerous, repetitive (duplicative), and vague; engenders dubious practices; generally, 'does not add the potential value'; shifts the focus from the physical process, and could be improved. Recommendations include: industry associations should review their 'audit system' to interrogate the allocation of points; H&S documents must reflect the intention of the requirement; the synergy between H&S documentation, and actions, interventions, and practices should be investigated, digested, and focused upon, and 'audits', or rather inspections, should focus more on the physical process, actions, interventions, and practices, than documentation.

Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects of nurses' perception of servant leadership on leader effectiveness, satisfaction and promoting additional effort. The focus was the mediating effects of leader trust and value congruence. Methods: Data were collected from 361 RN-BSN students and nurses participating in nationally attended in-service training programs. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural analysis with SPSS 17.0 windows program and Amos 7.0. Results: Direct effects of nurses' perception of servant leadership were negative, but mediating effects of trust and value congruency were positively correlated with leader effectiveness, satisfaction and additional effort, that is servant leadership should be effective through mediating factors. Conclusion: The study results indicate that if the middle managers of nurses can build leader trust and value congruency between nurses through servant leadership, leader effectiveness, satisfaction and additional effort on the part of the nurses could result in a positive change in the long term.

This study aims at investigating the effects of internal control effectiveness on business survival of food businesses in Thailand through the mediators of productivity improvement and value creation. In this study, 155 food businesses in Thailand are the samples of the study. The results show that internal control effectiveness has a significant influence on productivity improvement and business survival. Productivity improvement critically affects value creation and business survival while value creation is an important determinant of business survival. However, internal control effectiveness has no relationship with value creation. Also, productivity improvement explicitly mediates the internal control effectiveness-business survival relationships. In summary, internal control effectiveness can enhance firms' sustainable competitive advantage, superior performance and long-term survival. Firms need to focus on internal control effectiveness through investing their assets and resources and utilizing their abilities, competencies and capabilities in order to continuously develop and improve their appropriate concepts and characteristics in an organization. Better internal control effectiveness definitely leads to more long-term survival. To generalize the research results, future research needs to collect data from other businesses and industries. Increased response rate of the study is important for future research to verify and confirm the research results.
