  • Numerical changes of coliform bacteria in a recirculating aquarium were measured as fouling indicator. The contamination of the filter bed was mainly due to the food given to fishes, the fecal materials and the additional supply of water polluted already. Abundance of the bacteria in the aquarium was controlled by the physiochemical factors of water quality. Of these factors, pH was the main factor. Under the water temperature $20^{\circ}C$, if pH was controlled at lower than $5\~6$, the bacteria did not flourish seriously. Under the water temperature over $30^{\circ}C$, the bacterial growth was markedly decreased regardless of the pH value, and the bacterial flora seemed to be active in growth under temperature condition lower than $30^{\circ}C$.

  • The protection of Design is very important issues in these days. Even though Interior Design is also one of important design sections, it is relatively unprotected by formal intellectual property laws, yet creativity and innovation flourish. The needs for protection of Interior Design have been creased. The aim of this study is to suggest the weakness of the system for protection of Interior Design. The proposed research is comprised of two themes. One is to research Acts related to protection of Interior Design. The second is to study the registered cases under the Design Protection Acts. These two theme is generated by the comparative review between ROK and U.S.A. Through these comparative results, this study propose some considerations for an effective protection for Interior Design. Design need to be registered in the hole image of the space not a partial element. The concept needs to be protected because it is more effective way to respond the copying. Exterior for facade and Interior Design need to be registered in one registration to use the protection system actively.

  • In 1999, "Records management of public instituition Act" was enacted. Since then, records management system has been developed, but the level of records management is still low in reality. This article is to present suggestions in policy of national records management. To flourish national records management, 'governance' should be performed during policy propulsion and National Archives of Korea should be politically neutral and independent. In addition, records management system needs to be wide-spread, many different archives should be established, also archives should have archivists. Not only that, managers of archives need to cooperate and thrive with autonomy, decentralization of authority, and solidarity.

  • This study puts emphasis on showing the change of Stripe Pattern, which has been popular for a long period of time in many societies, with change in time, assessing its value as an art. During medieval period, Strife Pattern had a strong negative meaning as a sign of disgrace or inferiority, or had been used as discrimination against a mental or a sinner, who had been rejected or banished from the society. Through French Revolution, Stripe Pattern has become a symbol of liberty and equality, furthermore, the notion of society as well as countries. This event had positively affected on reevaluating its image, from inferior, negative to significant, artistic. Eventually the variety of aesthetic values of Stripe Pattern led its way to the variation of its functional value expanding its use other than fashion industry. It is anticipated that our fashion industry will flourish in creating new, creative design by understanding design and appreciating their aesthetic values with their applications to human sensibility.

  • At the present time, the economy continues to flourish, and private cars have become the means of choice for most people. Therefore, the license plate recognition technology has become an indispensable part of intelligent transportation, with research and application value. In recent years, the convolution neural network for image classification is an application of deep learning on image processing. This paper proposes a strategy to improve the YOLO model by studying the deep learning convolutional neural network (CNN) and related target detection methods, and combines the OpenCV and TensorFlow frameworks to achieve efficient recognition of license plate characters. The experimental results show that target detection method based on YOLO is beneficial to shorten the training process and achieve a good level of accuracy.

Firstly, as for the Renaissance makeup, they preferred a broad forehead and thin eyebrows. The color for lips and cheeks makeup was orange and light orange in fashion. Secondly, as for the Baroque makeup, they preferred a broad face with double chin, dark and thick eyebrows and small lips. The color for lips and cheeks was reddish and clear. Finally, as for comparison the these ages, the Renaissance ideal beauty was a little plentiful women with a broad forehead, thin eyebrow. But the Baroque ideal beauty was totally plentiful women with thick eyebrows, clear reddish lips and cheeks. The color of lips and cheeks was more reddish and clear in Baroque. The Baroque women had the smaller lips than the Renaissance women and they are more plentiful and modern with a flourish than the others.

  • The spatial patterns of meiobenthic communities in deep-sea sediment were examined. Sediment samples for analyzing of meiobenthic community structure were collected using a remote operated vehicle (ROV), multiple corer TV grab at 20 stations at five sites. In all, 15 meiofauna groups were recorded. Nematodes were the most abundant taxon. Benthic foraminiferans, harpacticoid copepods, polychaetes, and crustacean naupii were also dominant groups at all sites. The total meiofauna density at the study sites varied from 49 to 419 ind./$10cm^2$. The maximum density was recorded at a site located in Challenger Deep in the Mariana trench where simple benthic foraminifera with organic walls flourish. These distinctive taxa seem to be characteristic of the deepest ocean depths. Active hydrothermal sediments contain up to 150 harpacticoid copepods per $10cm^2$ of sediment. In a inactive ridge sediments, devoid of macrofaunal organisms:, the abundance of harpacticoid copepods never exceeded 15 ind./$10cm^2$. Multivariate analysis (multidimensional scaling) revealed significant differences in community structure among the three regions; near an active hydrothermal vent, in the deepest ocean depths and at typical deep-sea bed sites.

  • The aim of the present study was to assess the effect of transitional boundary on community composition and soil carbon stock. Five vegetation types were recognized horizontally along the transitional strip based on the dominance of tree species i.e., Pure Anogeissus latifolia forest (P.AL), mixed Pinus roxburghii and Lannea coromandelica forest (M.PR&LC), pure Pinus roxburghii forest (P.PR), mixed Pinus roxburghii and Lannea coromandelica (M.PR&LC) and pure Anogeissus latifolia forest (P.AL). The results revealed that Anogeissus latifolia was reported dominant tree in the outer transitional boundaries of the forest, which reduced dominance of trees towards middle where Pinus roxburghii was found dominant. The soil carbon stock was reported higher in the Anogeissus latifolia dominant forest and reduced with the dominance of Pinus roxburghii in the middle site. Both the species are growing close to one another and competing for survival, but the aggressive nature of Anogeissus latifolia particular in this region may change new growth of Pinus roxburghii and will enhance soil carbon stock. But high anthropogenic pressure on Anogeissus latifolia tree species could be limited chance to further its flourish.
