벽식아파트 리모델링시 내력벽 제거에 따른 응력변화 분석 (Analysis of Stress Variation According to Removal of Shear Wall At the Remodeling of Shear Wall Type Apartment)

  • 최근 재건축에 대한 규제가 강화됨에 따라 리모델링에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 추세이며, 기존 아파트의 경우에도 발코니 확장 등을 목적으로 내력벽을 철거하는 등 아파트 평면에 대한 변경사례가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 평면변경에는 구조안전에 대한 검토가 반드시 수반되어야 함에도 불구하고 이에 대한 인식은 크게 부족하며, 리모델링과 관련한 기존의 연구도 대부분 경제성 향상 측면에 초점을 맞추고 있어 구조적 안전성 측면에서의 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 진행되고 있는 리모델링 사례 및 국내 대형 건설사들의 아파트 평면분석을 통해 아파트 평면변경에 수반되는 평면변경요소를 추출하고 이의 적용에 따른 구조요소별 응력변화 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 벽체축력은 독립 벽체를 제거하였을 때, 슬래브 모멘트는 ㄱ자형 벽체를 맞닿은 수직벽체와 함께 제거하였을 때 가장 불리한 결과를 초래하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 리모델링이나 발코니 확장 등 평면변경을 목적으로 벽체를 제거함으로 인해 유발되는 벽체와 슬래브의 응력변화를 예측하고 평가하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide information needed to the construction of the co-housing in the urban area. This study focused on the characteristics of co-housing in its planning process of private house & common space; 'economy', 'creativity' & 'sociality'. The object of this study is co-housing in 'Seongmi-san Village' in Seoul, which was built by a coordination company with residents' participation. The methods are investigating interview materials, floor plans of 9 households, & common space plans produced in the coordination process from the basic plan of private house & common space to the final plan. The results are as follows. 1) The size and plan of private house differed from each other. The water pipe location differed from each floor, so that there were difficulties in construction. In conclusion, these made no 'economy', but brought high 'creativity'. 2) The 'sociality' would be estimated as high because there were various types of resident participation; resident interviews on the planning, workshops for private housing plan, and workshops for common space.

  • The behavioral-related environmental study for multifamily housing is needed to develop the quality of unit floor plan in terms of user comfort and needs. So, the aim of this study is to find out the living style and housing needs in terms of interaction between the users behavior pattern and orgarnization of physical home space. For the purpose, the field experiments in Pusan, have been carried out with 318 households living in apartments by plan types(2BL, 3BL, 4BL, 5BL) which were classified by number of bedrooms. The dwelling space usage behavior(room use pattern and furniture uasge pattern) and the space adjustment behavior(physical modification of space and preferred space adjustment attitude) were examined and analyzed.

장스팬이 가능한 친환경 공동주택용 철골 프리캐스트 합성보 개발 (Development of Long-Span Steel-Precast Composite Beam for Green Apartment Building)

  • Currently, the multi-residential apartments used in Korea are mostly bearing wall apartments which don't satisfy consumers for the lack of architectural plan flexibility. And due to remodelling-incompatible, bearing wall apartments have to be reconstructed. It is, thus, necessary to develop multi-residential apartments utilizing composite beam that can replace the conventional bearing wall-type apartment buildings. Composite beams proposed in this paper ensure modification of space and quality control, while the floor heights are maintained at the same floor height as in bearing wall structures. This study analyzes the experimental behavior of composite beams with proper combination of structural steel, reinforced concrete, and precast concrete. By comparing with the theoretical analysis and experimental results, the accuracy of flexural moment capacity and neutral axis was evaluated. The experiments were performed by two simply-supported specimens using loading and unloading. When the analysis results were compared with the experimental results, the flexural moment capacity of the composite beam was shown with an error of approximately -0.5 to 0.1% at the maximum load limit state.

  • The objective of this study is to provide recommendations for the interir design of motor showroom as a sales policy. ten cases of motor showrooms were selected from already observed 50 showrooms in Seoul area. findings revealed that the car industries of Korea should meet the strong needs of differentiated sales policy, and the showroom design was an important factor which influenced client's pruchasing power. From these findings and analyses, this study suggests that each brand has to represent the typical total image to appeal to the consumer strongly . Additionally each showroom should be flexible in modification to meet the diverse conditions such as the location, required function and the trend of consumers. In conclusion , researchers provided 6 types of recommendations in terms of floor plan and interior elements such as circulation path, moduled furniture and objects color and lighting variation . Hopely, this research provides more functional and comfortable environment of automobile showrooms for consumers and companies.

공간특성 및 이용행태 분석을 통한 노인전문요양시설 프로그램실 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study of Act Room Planning in Skilled Nursing Facilities for the Elderly through the Analysis of Spatial Characteristics and Using Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate spatial characteristics and using behavior of activity room in skilled nursing facilities for the elderly and to provide basic guidelines about its space planning. The activity rooms in the most of the research facilities were arranged by usage modification of unnecessary spaces after the foundation of the facility, and were used not only for the program service but for the staff lounge. It decreased space speciality and resulted in limited area of the space and crowded furniture arrangement. The design guidelines for activity room were as follows. First, the space plan of activity room is based on the use of once to twice per week and for 30 minutes per use, and is mainly for the human knowledge and art programs that are appropriate for small group. Second, the activity room of the facility with less than 3 stories needs to be in the same floor as elderly individual room, but should be independent and easy to be controlled by the staff. On the other hand, in more than 4 stories facility, it is better to be in the different floor as the elderly living area such as administrational area close to the lounge and garden. Third, at least $5.9m^{2}$ per user for the area of the activity room is recommended including the elderly, staff, furniture, equipments and restroom. Fourth, the furniture of activity room includes the shelves, big table with enough knee space, wheel, and stopper, and stackable chairs. Toilets and water closet are needed for the emergency, and the windows to the corridor and curtain door should be avoided for soundproof and easy access of wheelchair users.

  • Conventional apartment building projects have favored wall slab structure for the ease of construction and economic viability. However, wall slab structure, consisting of bearing walls, makes remodeling a difficult challenge. In addition, as the amendment to the Building Act in November, 2005 incentivized easy-to-remodel Rahmen structure design for apartment building in terms of floor area ratio and the number of stories, were are seeing more use of PC construct method in apartment building projects gradually. However, PC construction method requires complex connections between beams and columns, making it difficult to install and remove formwork. Furthermore, it is not possible to reuse forms after removal, generating lots of construction wastes, and it is necessary to install new forms again when the size of connection changes in line with modification of column cross-section. Researchers in Korea and elsewhere in the world have focused on structural performance of connection in PC construction method, with little attention to alternative approaches to improving connection forms for PC construction method. Accordingly, this research aims to study an approach to improving connection forms for PC construction method.

중등단계 직업교육에서의 발명·지식재산 교육내용에 대한 담당 교사의 교육요구도 우선 순위 분석 (An Analysis on the Priority of Educational Needs of Teachers in Charge of Educational Contents of Invention Intellectual Property in Secondary Vocational Education)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중등단계 직업교육에서의 발명 지식재산 교육내용에 대한 교사의 교육요구도 우선 순위를 분석하여, 중등단계 직업교육에서의 발명 지식재산교육이 효과적으로 이루어 질 수 있는 토대가 되는 교원의 역량 개발을 위한 직무 연수 프로그램 개발에 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 담당 교사 인식에 기반한 중등단계 직업교육에서의 발명 지식재산 교육내용에 대한 교육요구도와 이러한 교육요구도의 우선 순위를 분석하여 제시하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등단계 직업교육에서 발명 지식재산 교육내용에 대한 담당 교사의 교육 요구도 평균은 5.02로 나타났다. 교육요구도가 전체 평균보다 높은 교육내용 항목은 23개이고, 이들 항목과 항목별 평균은 F4(특허 청구 범위) 6.72, F5(명세서 수정 및 보충) 6.46, F2(특허 도면 작성) 6.39, F3(특허명세서와 요약서 작성) 6.31, A5(발명 기법과 활동) 6.27, E6(발명 디자인 프로젝트) 6.15, H3(발명품 사업화) 5.97, F1(특허 정보 및 출원) 5.90, E5(디자인 권리화) 5.78, E3(발명 디자인의 디자인 과정) 5.77, A4(발명과 문제 해결) 5.57, G2(특허 조사 및 분류) 5.47, C2(발명 문제 해결 사고 기법) 5.45, E4(발명 디자인 제품 제작) 5.45, B5(발명특허 프로젝트) 5.42, A2(창의성 개발) 5.26, C4(발명 문제 해결 프로젝트) 5.26, H4(발명품 마케팅) 5.26, H2(발명품 사업성 분석) 5.20, D4(발명과 경영) 5.16, C3(문제 해결 활동) 5.14, E2(발명 디자인의 발상과 표현) 5.11, B3(발명기법의 실제) 5.08 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중등단계 직업교육에서 발명 지식재산 교육내용에 대한 담당 교사의 교육 요구도 우선 순위는 1순위에 해당하는 교육내용 항목은 13개, 2순위는 10개, 3순위는 17개로 나타났다. 1순위에 해당하는 교육내용 항목은 A4(발명과 문제 해결), A5(발명 기법과 활동), B5(발명특허 프로젝트), C2(발명 문제 해결 사고 기법), C4(발명 문제 해결 프로젝트), E3(발명 디자인 과정), E4(발명 디자인 제품 제작), E5(디자인 권리화), E6(발명 디자인 프로젝트), F1(특허 정보 및 출원), F2(특허 도면 작성), F3(특허명세서와 요약서 작성), H3(발명품 사업화)이다. 2순위에 해당하는 교육내용 항목은 A2(창의성 개발), B3(발명기법의 실제), C3(문제 해결 활동), D4(발명과 경영), E2(발명 디자인의 발상과 표현), F4(특허 청구 범위), F5(명세서 수정 및 보충), G2(특허 조사 및 분류), H2(발명품 사업성 분석), H4(발명품 마케팅)이다. 3순위는 1, 2 순위를 제외한 교육내용이다.
