시계열 생성적 적대 신경망을 이용한 비행체 궤적 합성 데이터 생성 및 비행체 궤적 예측에서의 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Synthetic Flight Vehicle Trajectory Data Generation Using Time-series Generative Adversarial Network and Its Application to Trajectory Prediction of Flight Vehicles)

  • 딥러닝을 포함한 머신러닝 기법을 기반으로 비행체의 궤적 설계, 제어, 최적화, 예측 등의 작업을 수행하기 위해서는 일정한 양 이상의 비행체 궤적 데이터를 필요로 한다. 그러나 다양한 이유(예를 들어 비행체 궤적 데이터셋 구축에 필요한 비용, 시간, 인력 등)로 일정한 양 이상의 비행체 궤적 데이터를 확보하기 어려운 경우가 존재한다. 이러한 경우 합성 데이터 생성이 머신러닝을 가능하게 하는 방법 중 하나가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 가능성을 탐구하기 위하여 시계열 생성적 적대 신경망을 이용하여 비행체 궤적 합성 데이터를 생성하고 평가하였다. 또한 비행체의 상태를 인식하기 위한 비행체 궤적 예측 작업에서 합성 데이터의 활용 가능성을 탐구하기 위하여 다양한 ablation study(비교 실험)를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 생성 평가 및 비교 실험 결과는 비행체 궤적 합성 데이터 생성 및 비행체 궤적 관련 작업에서 합성 데이터의 활용 가능성에 대한 연구를 수행하고자 하는 연구자들에게 실질적인 도움이 될 것으로 예상한다.

  • Aircraft noise in the vicinity of Kimpo international airport has damaged to large number of people who live in communities. This paper investigates noise exposed area due to aircraft flight based on prediction modeling program INM and flight path data. Especially effect on route for aircraft has been considered. Ti also examines noise impact for various flight modes, such as a thrust cutback climb method.

  • This study is performed to secure the safety of civil aviation by establishing systematic analysis ability of Flight Data Recorder. Through this study, downloading SSFDR(Solid State Flight Data Recorder) to personal computer, editing interface file, flight data numerical analysis and regulations relayed to the aircraft with carry diversion into execution are performed. In the analysis, the flight data of B747-400 model aircraft between Jeju(RKPC) and Gimpo(RKSS) was selected.

  • This paper describes the real time Hardware-In-the Loop Simulation(HILS) that is an efective tool for design, testing and performance evaluation of the guidanc eflight system. The real time HILS was performed by using a 3-axis flight motion simulator, real time computer, I/O system and flight control system hardware along with the assumed flight trajectory of the guidance flight system. Also, we proved the validity of the real time HILS is the guidance flight system by comparing its simulation results with the software simulation data and telemetry data.

  • The sophisticated mathematical model is required for the design and the database construction of the advanced flight control system of UAV. In this paper, flight test of KARI's research UAV, often called DURUMI-II, is implemented for the data acquisition from the maneuver flight. The flight path reconstruction is implemented to ensure that the measured data is consistent and error free. The nonlinear system identification for the refined mathematical modeling is implemented with the verified measurements from the flight path reconstruction. The simulation with the identified results have a good validation when the simulated responses were compared to the flight tested data.

  • BITSE is a technology demonstration mission to remotely measure the speed, temperature, and density of the solar wind as it forms as close as 3 Rs. BITSE obtained coronal images during its one day flight above more than 99% of the atmosphere, and calibration data are taken in the laboratory as well as during the flight. As the linearly polarized K-corona is much fainter than other bright sources like diffraction, sky, and F-corona, a careful data reduction is required to obtain reliable scientific results. We will report status of the obtained data, the reduction progress, and future plan.

  • The purpose of this paper is to find how to determine the parameters of the basic control system design such as hinge moment coefficients and to display the controllability of the ChangCong-91. Since the estimation from the flight test of real aircraft is the most reliable, we performed the flight test of ChangGong-91 to get the various parameters such as velocity, height, control force, control surface deflection, 3 axis acceleration, 3 axis angular rate, pitch angle, angle of attack temperature and so on. We recorded the flight test data in VHS tapes and stored them to personal computer using A/D(analog to digital) converter. Flight test was done in various conditions, and the acquired data was processed with parameter identification method such as least square method. These data will be utilized for the development of Autopilot System design and Control Loading System design.

  • In this paper, we present novel simulation contents for drone racing and autonomous flight of drone. With Depth camera and SLAM, we conducted mapping 3 dimensional environment through RTAB-map. The 3 dimensional map is represented by point cloud data. After that we recovered this data in Unreal Engine. This recovered raw data reflects real data that includes noise and outlier. Also we built drone racing contents like gate and obstacles for evaluating drone flight in Unreal Engine. Then we implemented both HITL and SITL by using AirSim which offers flight controller and ROS api. Finally we show autonomous flight of drone with ROS and AirSim. Drone can fly in real place and sensor property so drone experiences real flight even in the simulation world. Our simulation framework increases practicality than other common simulation that ignore real environment and sensor.

On Capital Flight from the ASEAN-8 Countries: A Panel Data Estimation

  • This paper examines how macroeconomic variables, such as interest rate differences, inflation, exchange rates, economic growth and external debt growth, affect capital flight in the ASEAN-8 countries. We apply a panel data model with fixed effect estimation for the data for eight countries from the period 1994 to 2018. We use the residual approach used by the World Bank to measure the value of capital flight. The results show that the interest rate differences, exchange rates, economic growth and foreign debt growth had a positive and significant effect on outward capital flight. A further implication of this finding is that the interest rate differences, exchange rate, economic growth and foreign debt growth are factors that trigger an increase in capital outflow in the ASEAN-8 countries. Nonetheless, inflation rate is not considered to be the main factor influencing capital flight, as average inflation in the ASEAN-8 countries remains relatively stable. This paper will be beneficial for policymakers in the ASEAN-8 countries and encourage them to constantly pay attention to these four variables, as they significantly influence capital flight, whereas they can disregard the impact of the inflation variable that is not significant in influencing capital flight.

  • 항공기 개발과정 중 비행 계측장비를 통하여 획득된 비행 데이터는 항공기 개발 및 성능 개선에 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 비행 계측장비의 신뢰성 확보가 요구됨에 따라 비행 계측장비의 건전성을 점검하기 위한 점검 시스템이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 비행 데이터 계측장비의 기존 점검 시스템을 분석하여 점검 시스템의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 측면의 개선점을 제시한다. 이를 바탕으로 성능이 개선된 점검 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고, 시험 결과를 제시한다. 성능이 개선된 점검 시스템은 기존 점검 시스템보다 비용 절감과 유연한 적용, 그리고 유지보수성이 향상되었다. 따라서 계측장비의 건전성을 확보할 수 있어 비행 데이터의 신뢰성 향상을 기대할 수 있다.
