  • For the satisfying performance of a oil lubricator, design of a oil controller for the system which meets the required specifications and its supporting hardware that keep their functioning is important. Among the hardware of a control system, oil system are most vulnerable to malfunction. Thus it is necessary to keep track of accurate and reliable oil readings for good fusion oil lubricator performance. In case of oil lubricator, data loss, ssr trigger error faults, they are detected by examining the data system output values and the major values of the system, and then the faults are recognized by the analysis of symptoms of faults. If necessary electronic-sensor values are synthesized according to the types of faults, and then they are used for the controller instead of the raw data. In this paper, a fast-32bit cpu micorprocessor applied to the control of flexible link system with the sensor fault problems in the error module for exact positioning to show the applicability. It is shown that the fusion oil lubricator can provide a satisfactory loop performance even when the sensor faults occure

태양광 가로등용 멀티스트링 파워 밸런싱 시스템의 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Multi-string Power Balancing System for Solar Streetlight)

  • In this paper, multi-string power balancing system for streetlight was developed. Accordingly, the components of the system was developed, unit converters, MPPT control unit, a bank of Li-ion battery and controls the charging and discharging. Loss by improving the efficiency of the system through the parallel operation of the unit converter output will be reduced. And by improving the efficiency of the system through the unit converter parallel operation, output losses will be reduced. Charging and discharging efficiency of the device used in a typical solar streetlight is calculated based on the maximum power input. Because of the variation of the input power has a weakness. In this paper, flexible to changes in the input, and a system was developed to minimize the cost per watt. Measure the performance of the unit module from the system, the result was more than 91%. And the charging capacity 12 V/105 Ah, module power 180 W, respectively. Should expect to be able to improve performance through continuous monitoring in the future.

배관 검사 로봇 시스템 개발 (Development of Inpipe Inspection Robot System)

  • Recently, various inpipe inspection robots are developed and its effective values are increased in industrial use. However, it is so difficult to make a inpipe inspection robot system which has flexible mobility and accuracy of inspection in pipelines. Especially, it is very important to know the exact crack position. In this paper, we are to present a lately developed inpipe inspection robot system which can resolve the above Problems. The robot is configured as an articulated structure like a snake. Two active driving vehicles are located in front and rear of the inspection robot respectively and passive modules such as a nondestructive testing module and a control module are chained between the active vehicles. Special feature of the robot system is a ground interface, which is able to show informations of robot and pipelines. By using this, so called virtual map in this paper, user is able to know the pipelines'feature and crack position.

  • With the recent progress in flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) in industry, increasing attention has been given to Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems. An AGV is a self-powered unit for transporting materials between stations without needing to be controlled by an operator. Such a system has several sensors to recognize the external state, and it is designed to travel between stations automatically without external assistance. To manage each device automatically in real time it requires a distributed controller with a main computer as the host, as well as a number of micro-controllers. In this study, an AGV system with dual motor drive was constructed. A Pentium 4 personal computer was set up as the main host for the distributed control, and this communicated with other micro-controllers in the management of the motor. The speed of each motor was also controlled by a micro-controller.

  • 본 연구에서는 프랜트 및 빌딩자동제어 분야에서 적용이 확대 되고 있는 LonWorks 필드버스를 이용하여 기존의 공기조화시스템를 제어하고 있는 DDC제어기를 대체할 수 있도록 필드버스에서 사용이 가능한 고성능 저가의 지능형 제어모듈을 개발하였다. 이는 필드버스 기반의 AHU 전용 지능형제어기를 새로운 설계기술로 개발하고 상품화를 실현하였다. 특히 S/W부분에서도 8 bit Neuron chip에 매우 콤팩트하게 내재된 고성능 응용프로그램도 개발하였다. 공조기의 실험시스템을 구축하여 개발된 전용 제어기를 실험한 결과 밸브, 댐퍼제어 및 감시기능이 기존 DDC 제어기보다 우수함을 확인하였다.

  • 현재 가격비교 사이트에서는 관련 쇼핑몰 회사들이 가격비교 사이트에 가입하여 수동으로 상품정보와 가격을 입력하여야 하며, 또한 상품가격을 자동으로 실시간 가격변동을 지원할 수 없는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 실시간의 능동적인 상품 가격비교 및 직접 상품 주문에 대한 SOAP기반의 동적 상호작용 웹 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 연구의 웹 서비스 시스템은 크게 상품검색, 상품정렬과 상품주문을 지원하는 웹 서비스 클라이언트 모듈과 상품검색과 상품주문 원격 프로시저 호출을 포함하는 서버모듈로 나누어진다. 본 웹 서비스 시스템은 SOAP 메시지 기반으로 상호 정보를 교환하도록 구현하였으며, 사실표준 환경인 SOAP, WSDL, UDDI 표준을 따르는 모든 환경에서 이식가능하고, 플랫폼에 독립적으로 지원할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 TFT-LCD 모듈에서 발생하는 가청잡음을 감소시키기 위한 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 또한 가청잡음에 영향을 미치는 중요 인자들을 분석하였다. 이러한 잡음원은 FPCB와 LCD 패널간의 진동 및 윈도우와 백라이트에 충전되어 있던 정전기와 같은 다양한 중요 인자들로부터 유래됨을 확인하였다. 윈도우에 충전되어 있던 정전기로 인한 잡음 수준을 분석하기 위해 윈도우가 없는 LCD 모듈과 윈도우가 있는 LCD 모듈이 동시에 평가되었다. 신뢰감이 있고 재현성이 있는 데이터를 확보하기 위해 테스트 지그 및 측정시스템을 구축하였다.

  • Eight 300kJ modularized capacitor-banks have been constructed. These modules have been installed and assembled to make a 2.4MJ pulse power system (PPS). This 2.4MJ PPS was developed to be used as a driver of an electrothermal-chemical (ETC) gun. Each capacitor bank has six 22kV, 50kJ capacitors connected in parallel. A triggered vacuum switch (TVS-43) was adopted as a main pulse power-closing switch in each module. The module also contains a crowbar circuit made of three high-voltage diode-stacks, a multi-tap inductor and an energy-dumping resistor. Various current shapes have been formed by a sequential firing of multiple capacitor banks. Resistive dummy load has been used and various combinations of experimental parameters, such as charging voltage, trigger time and inductance, were tested to make flexible current shapes.

  • 환경분야에서 산업화와 도시화에 따른 수질오염의 문제를 해결하기 위해 오수처리시설을 제어 및 감시하는 장치들이 개발 되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 지역에 설치된 오수처리시설의 구동 모터와 주변 환경 상태를 제어하고 감지하기 위하여 시리얼 인터페이스를 갖는 내부 네트워크로 상호 연결한 효율적인 모듈 시스템의 설계방법에 대하여 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 방법은 급변하는 환경시장에서 요구되는 조건과 환경인자들의 사양에 대하여 보다 적응성 있고 유연한 설계 기법을 제공하리라 기대된다.

  • Multi-Agent Robotic System (MARS) is a system that independent autonomous robots in the restricted environments infer their status from pre-assigned conditions and operate their jobs through the cooperation with each other. In the MARS, a robot contains sensor part to percept the situation around themselves, communication part to exchange information, and actuator part to do given work. Especially, in order to cooperate with other robots, communicating with other robots is one of the essential elements. Because Bluetooth has many advantages such as low power consumption, small size module package, and various standard protocols, Bluetooth is rated as one of the efficient communicating technologies which can apply to small-sized robot system. In this paper, we will develop Bluetooth communicating system for autonomous robots. For the purpose, the communication system must have several features-separated module, flexible interface. We will discuss how to construct and what kind of procedure to develop the communicating system.
