The CAD tools for ASIC design, which are already developed or will be developed in the future, have their own functions and different working environments in many cases. Therefore, it would be more effective in achieving the final design goal, if we have a system called CAD framework in which these CAD tools are systematically integrated. In this paper, we introduce same novel techniques for integrating systematically such the CAD tools, which are usually developed under UNIX shell environments, into the CAD framework with the standard graphics interface such as X-windows. Some meta languages and script file formats are developed for flexible specification of the system MENU hierarchy and the data dependencies among executable programs. We integrated two existing CAD tools into our CAD framework using the techniques and find out the integrated protype system is working well under the new system environments.

The ever increasing requirements on today's compacts with regard to their geometry and precision call for flexible high-precision and most capable production systems. DORST Technologies has coped with these requirements by developing the new HP series for pressing forces between 1600 kN and 16000 kN and the new HS series for pressing forces between 150 kN and 1200 kN. These fully hydraulic presses featuring upper ram, lower ram, core rod, filler, up to 4 lower tool levels and up to 4 upper tool levels with closed-loop controlled movements. Thanks to latest servo technology and an electronic bus system it is possible to have all movements closed-loop controlled in the desired relation to each other. Thus, today's hydraulic presses provide high stroke rates, low energy consumption and a user-friendly interface. The input of data is carried out via clearly arranged screen masks on a touch-screen. The innovative DORST $IPG^{(R)}$ (Intelligent Program Generator) has been designed to support the set-up staff in preparing and optimizing the toolprogram. The combination of the machine type with the hydraulic unit determines the productivity in consideration of the specific application and the part to be pressed. Thanks to the closed-loop control circuits, DORST hydraulic automatic presses of the latest generation ensure unmatched precision and repeatability - and consequently process reliability - often without necessitating subsequent machining steps.

Purpose: In the past, the South Korean government made various efforts to attract Chinese tourists, resulting in gradually more inbound tourists. In 2016, the number of Chinese tourists to South Korea peaked at 8.06 million and became the top source market. Nevertheless, increasing numbers of consumers choose to adopt the mobile payment tool instead of cash and credit cards in modern times with developed IT services. Research design, data, and methodology: IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0 and IBM Statistics 23.0 were used to analyze the data, which was collected from hotel employees in China from March 25 to May 10. Results: First, Interactivity, security, convenience, local information supply and user interface had positive effects on satisfaction and reliability. Second, it was believed that the convenience of Alipay played a positive role in increasing reliability and satisfaction through verification. Third, the role of use rate was found to be important in the development of Alipay functions. Conclusions: Based on the result, an analysis on the development of the Alipay market and the use of Alipay in South Korea is warranted. Furthermore, this paper will serve as a basis for flexible strategic plans for the development of Alipay and SMEs in South Korea.

This thesis is results of experimental works on the behavior of the cut-and-cover tunnel. Centrifuge model tests were performed to simulate the behavior of the cut-and-cover tunnels having cross sections of national road and subway tunnels. Model experiments were carried out with changing the cut slope and the slope of filling ground surface. Displacements of tunnel lining resulted from artificially accelerated gravitational force up to 40g of covered material used in model tests, were measured during centrifuge model tests. In model tests, Jumunjin Standard Sand with the relative density of 80 % and the zinc plates were used for the covered material and the flexible tunnel lining, respectively. Basic soil property tests were performed to obtain it's the property of Jumumjin Standard Sand Shear strength parameters of Jumunjin Standard Sand were obtained by performing the triaxial compression tests. Direct shear tests were also carried out to find the mechanical properties of the interface between the lining and the covered material. Compared results model tests estimation with respect to displacements of the lining.

The durability of UV radiation cured coatings near the film-substrate interface has been studied. Particularly, the influence of the reactive diluent and oligomer in the UV-cured urethane acrylate formulation on the wrinkle formation of coating films was investigated. Results showed that wrinkle resistance increases when DMTA loss peaks of coating network are broad and has shoulder. When modified aromatic urethane acrylate oligomer is used to replace the aliphatic one, resulting cured network provides coating film of high hardness and flexibility. Therefore, the high values of loss modulus as low temperature are considered to be the main reason for wrinkle resistance improvements. The SEM and instron data support above conclusion.

With the rapidly changing information communication environment and development of technologies, the informati on networks are evolved from traditional fixed form to an active variable network that flexible large variety of data can be transferred. To reflect the needs of users, the next generation using DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division M ultiplexing) transmission system and OXC (Optical Cross Connect) form a dynamic network. After that GMPLS (Ge neralized Multi-Protocol Label Switching) can be introduced to dynamically manage and control the Reconfigurable Optical Add-drop Multiplexer (ROADM)/Photonic Cross Connect (PXC) based network. This paper propose a softw are architecture of Path Computation Element (PCE) protocol that has proposed by Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) to path computation. The functional blocks and Application Programming Interface (API) of the PCE protoco l implementation are also presented.

Costs and times, resources was better decreased than former times because it had been introduced EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) system. Nevertheless, many problems has been raised as before, that is high costs and data re-using, the rapidly changing environment, etc. To solve these problems, it was attempted to introduce XML technology at traditional EDI System. From this point to view, 1 designed and implemented XML/EDI System based on Internet(Internet Messaging System) in this paper. And I selected some services as basic service among many services which is provided at XML/EDI System, that is message sending and message receiving, message retrieval. Other service of client system was composed of MapIn and MapOut module. MapIn Module is to parse the received XML Message and to store XML Data to RDB system. And MapOut module is to generate XML Message after extracting data from RDB system and to transfer XML Message to recipient. Hereby, XML/EDI System(XEDI System) provide document re-using, the various result(output) generation f3r various requirement and directly interface with DB. Therefore, This System(XEDI System) is more various and more flexible than the existing Messaging System that just provide transfer and retrieval service

This paper introduces the Interactive Power Electronics Seminar - iPES - a new software package for teaching of fundamentals of power electronic circuits and systems. iPES is constituted by HTML text with Java applets for interactive animation, circuit design and simulation and visualization of electromagnetic fields and thermal issues in power electronics. It does comprise an easy-to-use self-explaining graphical user interface. The software does need just a standard web-browser, i.e. no installations are required. iPES can be accessed via the World Wide Web or from a CD-ROM in a stand-alone PC by students and professionals. Due to the underlying software technology iPES is very flexible and could be used for on-line learning and could easily be integrated into an e-learning platform. The aim of this paper Is to give an introduction to the iPES-project and to show the different areas covered. The e- learning software is available at no costs at $\underline{www.ipes.ethz.ch}$ in English, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Spanish. The project is still under development and the web page is updated in about 4 weeks intervals.

In these days, providing flexible and personalized network services subject to customers' requirements becomes an interesting issue for network service providers. Moreover, because each network service provider own finite network resources and infrastructure, dynamic network provisioning is essential to leverage the limited network resources efficiently and effectively for supporting personalized network services. Recently, as the population of mobile devices increases, the location-awareness becomes as important as the QoS-awareness to provision a network service dynamically. In this paper, we propose a framework for providing location-aware dynamic network services. This framework includes the web user interface for obtaining customers' requirements such as locations and QoS, the network generator for mapping the requested locations and network infrastructure, the network path calculator for selecting routes to meet the requested QoS and the network controller for deploying a prepared network services into SDN(Software-Defined Networking) enabled network infrastructure.

OLED has many advantages of low voltage operation, self radiation, light weight, thin thickness, wide view angle and fast response time to overcome existing liquid crystal display (LCD)'s weakness. Therefore, It draws attention as promising display and has already developed for manufactured goods. Also, OLED is regarded as a only substitute of flexible display with a thin display. A considerable portion of the light originating film emissive centers buried in a solid film never escapes due to internal reflection at the air-film interface and is scattered as edge emission or dissipated within the solid film This is one of the major reasons why the luminous power efficiency of OLED remains low, in spite of research progress in OLED. Although several ways of overcoming this difficulty have been reported, no comprehensive method has been proposed yet. In this paper, we propose that use of anti-reflective coating layers.
