중매인에 관한 연구 (On The Licensed Dealer in Landing Markets)

  • Korea is a peninsular country surrounded by seas on three sides, and the fishing industry has carried out the service of suppling to the people with important anima protein. The distribution of fishery products has very complicated structures, because the production is in charge of small producers scattering along the coast all over the country, while consumpstion is made by separate homes in areas away from producing district. The relation between these two factors the structures make very complicated. The most typical and special structures of fishery distridution are distinguished in two, that is, one is landing market, the other is inland market. Landing markets have been monopolized by fishermen's cooperatives, providing with landing facilities and building sites. Fish markets played not only an important role in the landing, but distribution and price determination of catches by auction or tender. Inland markets are two types of wholesale market in consuming center, one is the terminal market for urban consumers, the other type is the local market for rural consumers. Fundamental functions of landing markets are gathering, assessment, and distribution functions. Gathering function is in charge of wholesaler in fishery cooperative. Gathering amounts are equal to gathering capacity of wholesaler and transact ability of licensed dealers as shown below model. Gathering amount=f.gathering capacity(=pre price.landing facility.account of wholesaler.distance of fishing ground.conveniency purchasing.home port)=fㆍ transact ability of licensed dealers≒f.population or port, and table 1 indicates these relationship. Assessment and distribution functions are in charge of licensed dealers in consumption side. Assessment function should bring the value in production activity through the auction between the cooperative seller and the licensed dealer as buyer. For fair trade transaction in auction, the free competition is supposed to be a prerequisite among the licensed dealers. The ideal condition for free competition is sameness in the scale of buying amount by licensed delaers, but it is almost impossible to attain its goal in actual marketing.

참전복, Haliotis discus hannai 표식개체의 실내사육 및 방류효과 (Effects of Stocking and Laboratory Rearing in Abalone, Haliotis discus hannai by Tagging)

  • 우리나라 연안성에서 가장 중요한 양식대상종의 하나인 참전복의 표식 방류효과에 관한 조사는 보고된 바 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리 배양장에서 자체 생산된 참전복의 표지 방법별 효과를 검토하고, 방류효과를 구명함으로서 연안 자원의 증강을 도모 하고자 1994년 11월 10일 부터 1995년 3월 30일까지 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 참전복의 표지 및 표시 방법별 효과는 Al-teco에 의한 표지 부착이 가장 좋았다. 2. 실내 사육에 의한 표지의 탈락 및 폐사율은 각각 $6.7\%$$8.3\%$였고, 표지에 의한 폐사는 없었다. 3. 실내 사육 및 방류한 표지 개체는 실험 개시시 각구 공히 평균각장 및 전중량이 1.0 cm, 0.092 g 이던 것이 실험종료시에는 각각 1.80cm, 0.74 g, 1.68 cm, 0.68 g으로 성장하였다. 4. 재포된 모든 개체의 분포 중심 수심은 2.6m 였다. 재포된 모든 개체의 평균 이동 거리는 2.6m 였다. 6. 어획사망계수, 자연사망계수 및 전사망계수의 추정치는 각각 0.0195, 0.4652, 0.4847였다.

소형 어선용 디젤기관에서의 연료유 성상에 따른 배기배출물 특성에 관한 연구 (An experimental study on characteristics of exhaust emissions with fuel properties changes in a diesel engine for small-sized fishing vessel)

  • In order to test the applicability of bunker-A in a diesel engine for small-fishing boat, the investigation of the engine performance and the exhaust emission was performed under various conditions of fuel property, intake air pressure and fuel temperature. It was also performed based on IMO NOx Technical code. At high load, the energy consumption rate of bunker-A was lower than that of diesel oil, and the characteristics of exhaust emission of bunker-A were similar to those, and NOx emission rates of both fuels satisfied the IMO NOx emission regulation limits. The energy consumption rate and characteristics of exhaust emission were improved as the intake air pressure was increased, but these were not improved remarkably as the temperature of bunker-A was heated. However, at low load the energy consumption rate, CO emission rate and HC emission rate of bunker-A were higher than those of diesel oil, but NOx emission rates of the fuels were about the same. In addition, at low load the energy consumption rate and CO emission rate of bunker-A were increased as the intake air pressure and the temperature were higher than normal conditions. Accordingly, it is thought that the use of bunker-A in a kind of test engine is possible at high load. On the other hand, it is thought that more research is needed to improve the combustion efficiency under low temperature and low load condition.

어장의 저서생물에 미치는 해저 폐기물의 영향 (The Impact of Bottom Debris on the Benthos in Fishing Grounds)

  • This study deals with bottom debris and benthos which have obtained by using a beam trawler in Chinhae bay, Korea. The temperature and salinity didn't impact on the fish species and weights in the bay. But bottom debris is dominated on the precipitation into the bay. And it also was nearly very soiled owing to geographical condition of semi-enclosed bay. Moreover, all debris was not related on the quantitative variability of benthos. On the other hand, it was revealed to be reverse-correlative with fish species and positive-correlative with fish weights.

  • Recently ocean environmental pollution becomes very serious, so each governmental organization slove this problem. As part of the policy, KRISO has investigated distribution condition at ocean waste. Acc\ulcorner we found that combustble waste consists of ropes, fishing nets, and tires. These are, however, highly polyme\ulcorner existing incicerators have many problems to treat these. In this study we want to pyrolyze highly polymerized \ulcorner data for a design of fule production system without second pollution. Through the thermogravimetic experiment characteristics of pyrolysis and obtained some preliminary results.

  • In recent years, navigational and fisheries instruments are rapidly advancing. Especially data processing. data transferring and data interchange throughout the digital signals has been in high progress. Even though the ship's heading is also provided by a gyro-compass, an electro-magnetic compass studying by us currently is easy to issue adequate data to instruments requiring the information for the ship's heading. especially in small fishing boats. As the main element of the electro-magnetic compass is a three-axis magnetic sensors, the developing of the high performance sensor is in highly necessity in the beginning. This paper describes on the development of electro-magnetic compass of three-axis fixed type by using three-axis detection new type magnetic sensor without gimbals. even though usual electro-magnetic compass have to need necessarily a gimbal system in order to keep horizontal condition of the compass.

소형어선의 기관 사용실태에 대한 개선방안 조사연구 (The Study for Improving Main Engine Utilization by Analysis of Actual Condition for Small Fishing Boat)

  • 최근 해양사고의 통계를 분석해 보면 어선사고의 경우 2004년부터 감소하는 추세이나, 기관 사고의 경우 2004년부터 급격히 증가하는 추세로 2004년 136건에서 2006년 187건으로 50건(37.5%) 증가하였다. 2006년의 경우 전체 기관사고 중 어선이 약 96%를 차지하여 기관사고를 예방하기 위한 대책마련이 시급하다. 특히 소형어선 해양사고의 경우 약 1/3 이상이 기관사고로 안전관리 여건이 취약한 소형어선의 기관사고 예방대책 마련이 필요하며, 본 연구에서는 어선 기관의 특성, 어업기계의 사용실태, 기관손상사고 분석, 중고기관의 유통과정 등 어선 기관사용에 대한 상황을 분석하여 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The optimal shape modeling of core parts through 3D modeling and structural analysis for the development of small and medium-sized ships. The goal is to improve the efficient structure of the hydraulic system for controlling the rudder among the core steering parts in small and medium-sized ships. Through 3D modeling and structural analysis, a new concept of tiller parts and a double-acting hydraulic cylinder control system were proposed and operational structural stability was evaluated. Structural analysis of the three different tiller designs that can be replaceable onto existing fishing vessels was conducted to derive the final shapes. The emphasis was placed on evaluating the structural stability of the key drive components, the tiller, pin, and cylinder rodin the maximum torque condition of the hydraulic cylinder.

해양력 평가를 위한 해양력의 개념과 속성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Concept and Attributes of Sea Power for Evaluation of Maritime Power)

  • For evaluation of maritime power, the attributes of sea power are identified in this paper by system analysis method. A many fundmental factors of sea power are selected by survey of the extensive and thorough literatures on maritime power. And the factors are classified into 11 standard attributes by cluster method. The 11 standard attributes are as follows: geographical condition, character of territory, character of the people, maritime will of the government, shipping power, navel power, shipbuilding power, fishing power, ocean research and development, dependence on seaborne trade, number of ocean population. As the sub-attributes of the standard attributes, 37 composite factors and some basic factors are defined through careful survey and discussion with some experts. As the result of this study, the maritime power is systematically identified as maritime power system. And it is realized that the evalution of maritime power system is the hybrid MADM problem with both quantitative and qualitative factors.

소형어선의 선외추락 경보장치 개발 방안 연구 (Developmental Plan of Man-Overboard Alert Devices of Small Fishing Vessels: A Study)

  • 국내 연안의 소형어선에서 선외추락 등의 사고 시 대처 방법은 VHF-DSC 무선설비의 경보신호 버튼 조작에 의한 조난 경보 송신과 선박패스 장치(V-Pass)의 경보버튼 작동 또는 비콘 분리에 의한 경보신호 송신 방법이 병행 운용되고 있다. 그러나, 1~2인 승무 소형어선에서 선외추락 시 승조원이 이들 설비를 직접 조작하여 경보신호를 송신할 방법이 없으나, 외국에서는 VHF-DSC 및 AIS, Bluetooth 등의 기술을 사용한 선외추락 경보장치(MOB)를 이용하여 경보신호를 모선과 타선에 직접 송신하여 대처하고 있다. 외국에서 운용 중인 MOB 장치의 성능 및 기술 분석을 위해 근 장거리 전파환경을 측정한 결과, MOB 장치가 수면 표면에 있을 경우 최대 1해리 이내에서 경보 신호의 수신이 가능함을 확인하였다. 국내 여건에 맞는 MOB 장치는 VHF 통신거리 내의 무선국으로 경보신호를 보내야 하나, 허위의 경보신호를 줄이기 위해서는 선박에 탑재된 VHF-DSC 무선설비와 원격으로 연동되어 운용하는 형태가 가장 적합한 것으로 판단된다. MOB 장치와 VHF-DSC 장치를 연결하기 위한 여러 가지 기술을 검토한 결과, 장치의 소형화 등의 장점이 있는 Bluetooth 방식이 적합하다. MOB 장치에서 비상신호 송신 시, 전용 수신기에서 수신하여 VHF-DSC 무선설비의 외부입력단자를 통해 비상신호를 인지시켜 자체 경보 알람 발생으로 모선에서 인지할 수 있으며, 모선에서 대처하지 못한다면 VHF-DSC 무선설비에 의한 조난경보 신호를 모든 무선국으로 송신하는 방식을 이용하면 국내 연안의 소형어선 등에서 선외추락으로 인한 비상상황에 대처할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
