국내 연근해 선박의 온실가스 배출량 공간할당 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Space Allocation Method of GHGs Emissions from Domestic Coastal Shipping)

  • In this study, we researched a space allocation method of emissions from domestic coastal shipping (passenger ship, cargo ship, fishing boats). We were building a geographic information data that is used in GIS for emissions of space allocation, and presented a methodology capable of performing the space allocated for each grid by calculating the emissions. Passenger ships were assigned emissions of routes each the ship that operated at a fixed. Emissions of crusing mode of cargo ship, was equally assigned to the safe operation line, which is defined for domestic cargo ship. Also, Emissions of maneuvering (moving into or out of port) and hoteling (operations while stationary at dock), was assigned in consideration of anchorage in the major port. Fishing boat was evenly allocated monthly emissions in the country every month fishing grounds formation zone. Based on these results, it tries to provide the basic data that can be used when you want to create a local government measures to reduce scenario in the future.

연안어선용 열전발전 장치의 성능개선을 위한 연구 (A study of performance improvement of a thermoelectric generation system for the coastal fishing boats)

  • In this study, we developed a thermoelectric generation system for coastal fishing boats that allows for a high-density arrangement of thermoelectric modules, verified the improvement in performance by conducting comparative analysis between field test results and results from previous studies. The developed thermoelectric generation system was installed in a 3-ton gill-netter to analyze the engine revolutions per minute and energy production per day for each fishing process over a period of 20 days. From the experimental results, the maximum electric energy generated was 207.1 Wh, the minimum was 53.93 Wh and the average electric energy was 129.98 Wh. In accordance with the increasing of the engine r.p.m., the maximum electric production was 183 W at 1,500 r.p.m. It was approximately 80.5% of designed capacity, 227.2 W. Considering the result in the earlier research was 50.7% of designed capacity, 115.8 W. It was improved by 30% compared to the earlier one. The fishing operation was classified as departure, fishing and arrival. From the result on production analysis of electric energy, the composition of energy was 63% in fishing, 19.5% in departure and 17.5% in arrival. The electric energy production per unit hour was 42.8% in arrival, 32.9% in departure and 24.3% in fishing.

Gaussian Decomposition Method in Designing a Freeform Lens for an LED Fishing/Working Lamp

  • In this paper we propose a freeform secondary lens for an LED fishing/working lamp (LFWL). This innovative LED lamp is used to replace the traditional HID fishing lamp, to satisfy the lighting demands of fishing and the on-board activities on fishing boats. To realize the freeform lens's geometry, Gaussian decomposition is involved in our optics-design process for approaching the targeted light intensity distribution curve (LIDC) of the LFWL lens. The simulated results show that the illumination on the deck, on the sea's surface, and underwater shows only small differences between LED fishing/working lamps and HID fishing lamps. Meanwhile, a lighting efficiency of 91% with just one third of the power consumption can be achieved, when the proposed LED fishing/working lamps are used instead of HID fishing lamps.

  • On the general fishing boat in the same person of the fishing Chief and the Captain, the fishing chief positions are not separately. In this case, in Civil, Criminal and Administrative law, does not cause any problems. Just he take only responsibility for the legal effect of each, this is a natural solution for the effects of laws. But, if make one work unit, the fishing chief take fishing work from the position of the dominant of the captain, and moreover throughout the voyage work commands the captain. Such fishing chief center structure have roots institutive. In the case, according to legal liability by presenting solutions to the problem are as follows : firstly, The legal division Of the Sailing courses and operation course are necessary. Secondly, In the adminstrative ship official law, obligatory acquisition of the fishing Chief marine engineer qualification is necessary.

3톤급 연안어선용 태양광 발전장치의 전원공급 성능 (Power supply performance photovoltaic (PV) system for 3-ton class fishing vessel)

  • This study describes the result on PV system for evaluating the performance of small fishing boats. Photovoltaic system with 200 watts power generation facilities on the 3-ton fishing boat was carried. Load test was performed on the condition that the work lamps lit during night operations. As a result the performance can be used for more than two hours at 60 watt work lamps. The load test was performed on the condition that fishing vessels are on the cruising condition at sea. The solar power systems have been investigated as a power generation efficiency of about 36.55%. Additional tests show that the power generation efficiency is difficult to expect a maximum of 50% or more. Fuel consumption of fishing boats by installing a solar power system is reduced. Also the PV system is useful for the verification of their availability for fishing vessels as well as the satisfaction of the fishermen. The results for the durability of the photovoltaic device is acceptable, including a solar panel, controller and the performance exhibited no breakage in the harsh marine environment or failure so far. The installed PV system was confirmed that the durability with at least 2 years.

  • 21세기 신산업의 발전은 생활의 편리함과 인류발전의 제2의 도약 기틀을 마련함으로 제2의 산업혁명이라 불리운다. 특히 지속적이고 급속도로 발전하고 있는 정보통신산업은 일상생활의 일부분이 되고 있고 응용범위를 넓혀갈 것이다. 이에 상대적으로 소외되었고, 발전진화가 더딘 어업통신의 현황을 고찰하고, 향후 연근해 지역에 적합한 어선통신의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • Novel ships are commonly required iterative hull form modifications until she get reputation for new marine environment. Small FRP boats are manufactured in a identical shape with a mould. It implies that every modification step requires great time and expense which makes it difficult to improve the hull form promptly. Domestic hull form of small fishing boat of force has been evolved from the traditional hull form of developable shape. Utilizing this typical developable characteristics of small boats, ,New mouldless production method for FRP boat has been suggested and it is confirmed that the method is recommendable for a petty order of hull in evolving period of hull form development.

소형 연안 어선의 최소 중량 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study for the Minimum Weight Design of a Coastal Fishing Boat)

  • 한국에서 건조되는 대부분의 소형 연안 어선의 경우 경험에 기초하여 건조되어지기 때문에 구조적 안전성 문제가 발생하곤 했다. 본 논문에서는 이들 어선의 구조강도를 증가시키고 생산 및 운용비를 줄이기 위하여 최적설계를 수행하였다. 어선의 무게와 구조부재의 주요치수들을 각각 목적함수와 설계변수로 선택하였다. 해석과정 중에 극소점을 피하고 CPU 시간을 줄이고자 전역 탐색법과 지역 탐색법을 결합한 하이브리드 최적화 알고리즘이 개발되었다. 또한 최적화 루프의 각 iteration 단계에서 제한조건을 결정하기 위하여 유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 최적화 결과는 초기 어선 모델과 비교하였으며 최적설계의 효과가 구조강도, 재료비 관점에서 검토되었다.

AL계 희생양극에 의한 2종스테인리스 강축의 음극방식 실용화 연구 (Study of Practical Cathodic Protection of 2nd Class Stainless Steel Shaft by means of Al Sacrificial Anode)

  • In the case of hull material. large sized merchant ships are made of steel, on the other hand FRP or wood are used for small sized fishing boats. At present in Korea approximately 88,500 fishing boats are in operation of which 70% are made of FRP In the meantime, stainless steel is frequently used as shaft materials of the small-size FRP fishing boat. Namely, the kinds of shaft materials are STS 304(18Cr-8Ni), STS 316(18Cr-12Ni-2.5Mo steel) and STS 630(17Cr-Ni-Nb steel)etc. Among these things, STS 304 which is the cheapest and having ordinary corrosion resistance is most widely used as 2nd class shaft material. But, using STS 304 for shaft system material of the small-size FRP fishing boat on seawater environments entails a severe corrosion which causes shaft system troubles. Particularly, the corrosions tend to be concentrated of the stern and bow side, propeller shaft surface of inside of stern tube and the boat having no stern cooling pipe line system. As a solution for those problems, research on the ways to mitigate corrosion on the part of 2nd class stainless steel shaft have been undertaken. In the result, not only clarification for the reason of corrosion of the part of stainless steel shaft used mainly for the small-size FRP fishing boat was done, but also most optimal corrosion protection system was developed by experimenting shaft's protection simulation based of the electrochemical cathodic protection principle. In addition, verification through the field test on the optimal cathodic corrosion protection method by means of aluminum sacrificial anode was carried out. In this study, effective and economical shaft's protection system is suggested to the small-size FRP fishing boat operator by substantiating the results obtained from the research on the optimal cathodic protection.
