This study was studied in Tamjin liver that is situated jangheung-gun Jeollanm-do. Fishways that was studied with the emphasis on Ice harbour type fishway analyzed efficiencies. In result, Ice harbor type fishway discovered 12species of fish among 13species in Tamjin liver. But, most other fishways have discovered a few fishes. Because most fishways established ill station and managed badly.

It is important to manage artificial fish reefs with installation for restoration. The instruments of survey for artificial reefs condition(location, amount etc.) is Side Scan Sonar and Multi-beam sonar. The efficient and economic survey of the artificial reefs facility is the complete survey of the SSS(Side Scan Sonar) in all area first and then the survey of the artificial reefs by MBES(Multi Beam Echo Sounder) in the finding area.

The most of nearshore areas along the coastline of the Sea of Japan are not blessed with the gulfs or natural reefs. So in those areas so many kinds of man-made Fish Aggregation Devices (FADs) and artificial aquatic habitats have been submerged to cultivate and proliferate the aquatic resources. However, to utilize the ocean space furthermore effectively, the technology of offshore aqua-culture must be developed by coastal engineers and oceanographers.(omitted)

Dietary protein is the most expensive component in flounder feed because of the high protein requirement of this species. The non-protein energy sources may also influence the protein utilization of fish. The inclusion of adequate levels of non-protein energy sources in diets can minimize use of protein as an energy source. Protein sparing effect by fat and carbohydrate has been studied in other fish. Ammonia in aquaculture system may lead to suppression of fish growth, sublethal histopathological changes, and even death thus ammonia is considered toxic to fish. Tricking filter and submerged filter have many advantages include: low construction cost, easy management and maintenance, and well adaptation to different water and waste loading rates. (omitted)

In teleost, vitellogenin (Vtg) is synthesised in the liver in response to estrogens and transported by the blood to the growing oocytes where it is incorporated by micropincytosis (Selman and Wallace, 1982). Generally, Vtg is not induced in normal male fish but male fish are capable of synthesis Vtg in reponse to exogenous estrogen and xenoestrogens. (omitted)

Cardiovascular and respiratory responses of fish exposed to environmental hypoxia have on the subject of a number of investigations. Although relatively few species have been examined, generalized responses to ambient hypoxia include an elevation of blood pressure, increased systemic vascular resistance and bradycardia (Fritsche and Nilsson, 1990; Bushnell and Brill, 1991). The degree of bradycardia experienced by fish during hypoxia is highly variable and may depend upon the severity of the hypoxia and the rapidity with which it is imposed. (omitted)

Many studies have been made on antimicrobial activity of Sawa-wasabi (Wasabia japonica). It has been reported that the essential oil of Sawa-wasabi has a particularly strong antimicrobial effect against Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and fish pathogenic bacteria such as Edwardtarda siella and Vibrio hollisae (Nishida, 1958; Inoue et al. 1983;).(omitted)
