This paper presents development of a classification system for an electrical fire investigation. In order to reduce an electrical fires and establish detailed prevention plans, the collection of an electrical fire causes and base data are very important. Based on this data, a new classification system for an electrical fire investigation was developed and the direction to the classification system was suggested by fundamental analysis. All of the collected information is analyzed by bottom-up method. Criteria items which based on base data were categorized to classify items. The classification of items were found out as follows : basic condition fire scene condition, fire sign, fire cause. Particularly, the fire cause category is classified. A new developed classification system for an electrical fire investigation will be used to analyse electrical fires easily and efficiently.

A diagnosis the concrete structure suffered a fire has an end in the view of safe investigation of structures and judgement of the re-use for the existing facilities to close examination of structural resisting forces and the extent of damages. And then, in this report, it has an object of references needed to fit management of concrete struc-ture suffered a fire, with describing epitome of conerete crack examination, displacement strain investi-gation, stregth examination, steel bar probing & carbonation test.

This paper presents an electrical fire diagnosis system using intellectual reasoning which is the mixed approach of the case-based reasoning with the knowledge-based reasoning A prototype system is implemented using Delphi, one of the program development tools under windows environment, for making an application program for database. And database is builded using Paradox. The results of applying the system to some imaginary fire cases to verify its capability and validity show that the causes of fires is successfully diagnosed, so the proposed system proves to be reasonable.

There is needed the quard channel triple wave lengths pyroelectric infrared flame detector to recognize the unique characteristics of fire sources in various type. This system detects the triple wave lengths of infrared flame emitting maximum radient energy and scattering frequency of flame. The quard channel infrared flame detector detects the duplicate wave lengths of maximum radient energy to enhance the accuracy of detecting fire. Especially this paper focuss on development of the self diagnosis function system including contamination, temperature and input voltage. Therefore, the prevention and early suppression of fire is available.

Recently, fire resistance of high performance concrete for explosive spatting was issued as high performance concrete was vulnerable to the explosive spatting in initial fire. Therefore, This study is willing to propose fundamental data for quick and accurate diagnosis of deteriorated concrete structure by fire damage with making variable concrete test specimen, exposing high temperature environment, observing the explosive spatting and examining engineering property.

Our research group, which was organized by the South Korean and Japanese researchers, have carried out research about natural disaster in our regional heritage villages derived from the concept of ICT(information communication technology)-based DPD(disaster prevention design). In this research, we performed simulation analysis on the fire safety diagnosis in Asan-Oeam folk and JeonjuHanok village for developing our research of ICT-based PBD. In order to do this, we used fire simulation program which was developed by BRI(Building Research Institute) of Japan. Based on the results of fire simulation of Asan-Oeam folk and JeonjuHanokvillage, we can demonstrated that the fire which broken out inregional heritage folk village will be easily expanded to adjacent houses, because the house which are built with wood structure.

본 논문에서는 주택의 전기화재 방지를 위해 아크고장전류로부터 아크 진단 기능을 가지는 지능형 분전반이 개발된다. 지능형 분전반의 주 제어장치는 단상전력관리를 지원하는 단상 전력관리 장치와 아크전류로부터 아크 고장을 진단하기 위한 아크 진단 장치로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 단상 전력관리 장치와 아크진단장치의 시작품이 설계, 제작되며, 전기화재의 원인을 분전반으로부터 원격 서버 시스템에 전송하기 위해서 주제어장치와 아크 고장 진단 장치와의 연동기능이 개발된다.

The objective is to establish the standard of criteria for differential diagnosis of signs and symptoms. This study selected signs and symptoms related to heart which stands for Fire(火) as a kind of five phase(五行). Eleven experts was asked to evaluate the adequateness of criteria which was developed by Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine(KIOM) and to suggest the amendment of them. To implement the study, we used the questionnaire which asks about the diagnosis criteria for an insufficiency of the heart-qi(心氣虛證), deficiency of the heart blood(心血氣證), deficiency of the heart-yin(心陰虛證), insufficiency of the heart-yang(心陽虛證), exuberant fire due to hyperactivity of the heart(心火亢盛證), stagnation of the heart blood(心血瘀阻證), heart disturbed by phlegm-fire(痰火擾心證), attack of the heart by retainedfluid(水氣凌心證). Every criteria consists of primary symptoms, secondary symptoms, tongue findings. and pulse findings. In perspectives of the classification of patterns for signs and symptoms and criteria for diagnosis, the result shows that the previous standard doesn't have so many problem. So many of experts were agree with the criteria which was suggested but the trend is that they use, in their actual practice, less than the criteria. Additionally, they pointed that every element in a criterion should have the different weight value, criteria for the overlapped pattern should be added, and, in future, criteria which are based on clinical investigation should be established.

Tinnitus is usually due to insufficiency of Kidney-essence, asthenia of the Spleen and Stomach, diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor, Liver fire(肝火) by severe stress, Phlegm -fire(痰火) by surfeit of high caloric food and alcoholic liquor. I observed and treated four patients who had been diagnosed with tinnitus of Liver-fire(肝火) and Phlegm-fire(痰火). After I checked the Inyeong(人迎) and the chon spot(寸口), all of their Inyeong were stronger than chon spot. Unbalance of the Inyeong(人迎) and the chon spot(寸口), and symptoms of tinnitus were removed by Acupuncture therapy of three Yang meridians of the hand(手三陽) and three Yang meridians of the foot(足三陽).

To develop the diagnostic tool for Fire-heat pattern, we analyzed sensitivity and specificity of symptom signs to diagnose the Fire-heat pattern in stroke patients. Korean medicine doctor surveyed Fire-Heat of the symptoms for the Stroke(KSDS) case report form in stroke patients within 1 month of onset. The sensitivity of "more 1/5 in major sings and 2/11 in helpful sings", "more 2/5 in major sings and 2/11 in helpful sings", "more 3/5 in major sings and 2/11 in helpful sings", "more 1/5 in major sings and 3/11 in helpful sings" "more 2/5 in major sings and 3/11 in helpful sings" "more 3/5 in major sings and 3/11 in helpful sings" are respectively 93%, 59%, 33%, 80%, 53%, 32%. The specificity are respectively 93%, 59%, 33%, 80%, 53%, 32%. The sensitivity(59%) and specificity(80%) of "more 2/5 in major sings and 2/11 in helpful sings" that to be implanted.
