The fire department has one of the most important role as public resources of response to disasters in the aspect of supply and the adequate distribution of resources of response is essential, but the distribution of the response capability to disaster of fire department does not reflect the regional hazard vulnerability and hazard risks. Researchers performed database process with simple mapping based on the regional fire disaster response capability and the regional hazard vulnerability and hazard risks. The cities and towns are divided to four types each, total eight types and relative threat ratios are extracted from every type. The fire disaster response capability was extracted from number of firemen and fire vehicles in defined region. The distribution of the fire disaster response capability was inadequate and not matching to relative threat especially in small cities and some types of towns. The regional relative threat and resources should be analyzed by more delicate mapping and software development in the future.

Recently various types of disaster monitoring system using smart-phones are under active studying. In this paper, we propose a system that automatically performs the disaster and fire detection. Additionally we implement the Arduino-based smart image sensor system in the web platform. When a fire is detected, an SMS is sent to the Fire and Disaster Management Agency. In order to improve fire detection probability, we proposed a smart Arduino fire detection sensor simulation which searches the smart sensor inference algorithm using fuzzy rules.

Fire experiments were conducted in a real scale room which is assumed to be a residential living room under the various opening conditions and locations of wood crib fire source to study on fire hazard before and after sprinkler activation. Concentrations of oxygen and carbon monoxide, smoke density, and temperature were measured to look into environmental conditions in a room of fire origin. The response time of residential sprinklers was also examined in relation to distance between sprinkler heads and a fire source.

연구목적, 방법:본 연구는 강원도 영동지역 초등학생들을 대상으로 산불 재난 경험, 산불 발생, 산불 재난교육, 산불 대처 행동에 대한 인식을 설문조사하였고, 산불재 난교육에 대한 기초자료 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 산불재난 경험에 대한 인식에서 산불의 뜻에 대해 알고 있는 학생이 95.8%, 재난의 의미에 대해 알고 있는 학생은 80.8%로 나타났다. 둘째, 산불 발생에 대한 인식으로는 산불이 여름에 가장 많이 발생한다고 35.8%가 생각하였다. 산불이 난 것을 본 적이 없는 학생은 79.2%로 대부분을 차지하였다. 산불의 인지 경로는 텔레비전을 통해서 접한 학생이 가장 많았고, 다음으로 가족, 친구들, 선생님, 라디오와 학교, 교과서 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 산불재난 학습경험으로는 산불재난 교육을 배운 적이 있는 학생이 83.3%로 대부분을 차지하였다. 산불재난 교육은 학교가 대부분이었고 소방서가 그 다음으로 나타났다. 넷째, 산불 발생에 대한 대처행동으로는 119 신고를 80.5%가 응답하였고, 산꼭대기로 올라간다, 얼른 집으로 내려온다, 모르겠다 순으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 산불재난에 대한 교육과 교육자료 제작이 일관성 있고 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

최근 사용하는 소방배관의 현장 시공에 사용되는 공법 및 부속을 살펴보면 정통방식의 부속연결 방식, Tee 가공방식, 분기관 방식을 사용하고 있다. 이 방식 중 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 방식은 Tee가공 방식과 분기관 방식으로 이는 우리나라의 소방배관 시설의 규모로 보았을 때 부속과 공법이 미흡하다 할 수 있다. 기존의 공법은 현장 적용성이 떨어지고 화재안전 성능이 미흡하다 할 수 있으며 사회가 발달 하며 건축물의 형태가 다양해지고 초고층화가 이루어지고 있는 과정에서 본 연구에서는 현재사용 하고 있는 공법의 분석과 새로운 소방배관 부속을 개발 하려 한다.

As for the performance related to a fire safety like fire resistance efficiency and evacuation safety etc. It is the ain of this study to investigate the comparative survey of expression methods for fire safety performance in Korea and Japan. The results of this study that there are so difference between Japan and Korea and suggests that the necessity for converting the fire risk calculated by an advanced technique into a simple expression.
