소방전원계통의 전원용량과 간선의 전압강하에 대한 문제점 분석 (Problem Analysis of Power Capacity and Main Line Voltage Drop of Electric Power System for Fire Protection)

  • 최근 소방대상물의 대형화는 소방전기계통의 용량과 간선길이를 급격하게 증가시키고 있어, 과거의 소규모 소방대상물에서는 문제가 되지 않았던, 소방전원의 용량부족과 간선의 전압강하 증가로 규정전압을 벗어나는 문제점를 발생시키고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 소방용 전원전압이 규정전압에 미달되어 각종 전기설비가 동작하지 못하는 심각한 결과를 초례할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 실제 준공된 소방대상물을 대상으로 전원공급장치의 용량 및 소방전기간선의 전압강하를 이론적으로 계산하여 문제점을 도출하고 분석하여, 소방전원계통에서 소방용 전원의 안정적이고 합리적인 설계와 운용에 대한 대책이 요구됨을 확인하였다.

  • The underground utility tunnels are important facility as a mainstay of country because of communication developments. The communication and electrical duct banks as well as various utility lines for urban life are installed in the underground utility tunnel systems. If a fire breaks out in this life-line tunnel, the function of the city will be discontinued and the huge damages are occurred. In order to improve the safety of life-line tunnel systems and the fire detection, the behaviors of the fire-induced smoke flow and temperature distribution are investigated. In this study we assumed that the fire is occurred at the contact or connection points of cable. Numerical calculations are carried out using different velocity of ventilation in utility tunnel. The fire source is modeled as a volumetric heat source. Three-dimensional flow and thermal characteristics in the underground tunnel are solved by means of FVM (Finite Volume Method) using SIMPLE algorithm and standard ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ model for Reynolds stress terms. The numerical results of the fire-induced flow characteristics in an underground utility tunnel with different velocity of ventilation are graphically prepared and discussed.

화원의 높이 및 화재크기별 터널 천장온도 측정 실험 (Measurement of Ceiling Temperature in Tunnel for Heights and Fire Sizes of Fire Source)

  • The "Ondong tunnel" is not used now where is one of the tunnels in the Janghang line which is from Cheonan to Iksan. The length of the tunnel is 214 m. The location of the fire source is center of the tunnel and the pool fire with heptane is for the fire source. Tests are carried out for the various fire sizes, the height and obstructed/open condition of the fire source. Temperature on the top of the tunnel is measured. Even if the fire size is same, the maximum temperature on the ceiling of the tunnel for the elevated fire source is very larger than the maximum for the ground fire source. As the fire size is lager the maximum temperature on the ceiling is higher. These test results can be very useful for design and guidelines of fire detectors in tunnels.

  • 본 논문은 관리자 중심의 지하철사고 대응 매뉴얼을 사용자 중심의 지하철안전 가이드로 바꾸어 시민 스스로 사고를 예방할 수 있는 안전의식의 필요성을 알리는 연구이다. 최근 국제 사회를 보면, 공공장소의 테러와 대형 재난 재해가 급증하고 있다. 특히 지하철 화재사고의 경우 대처방법에 따라 대형 인명피해로 이어질 수 있으므로 예방과 사고 시 대처방법이 중요하다. 그러나 지하철의 화재 안전 가이드는 현재 홈페이지에 가장 자세히 안내되어 있지만, 역사 내 홍보물은 역마다 각기 다른 위치에서 통일성 없는 내용으로 홍보하고 있다. 사용자 중심의 지하철 화재 안전 가이드는 첫째, 공공디자인의 이해를 바탕으로 남녀노소 누구나 알기 쉬운 유니버설디자인의 법칙이 적용 되어야 하며 둘째, 기관마다 다른 방식의 홍보물을 통한 일방적인 홍보가 아닌 일관성 있는 디자인과 커뮤니케이션이 필요하고, 마지막으로 일상에서 사용성과 접근성을 높여 시민 스스로 안전의식을 높이고 더 나아가 사고예방 훈련 및 캠페인의 참여로 확장되어야 한다.

산불에 의한 열적상승유동 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the model of Thermal Plume Flow in the Forest Fire)

  • A study is made of thermal plume flow model for the development of helicopter simulator over the forest fire. For numerical analysis, the Boussinesq fluid approximation and line fire model, which is assumed by the shape of forest fire spreading, are adopted. Comparing 3-D full numerical solutions with 2-D similarity solution, it has been built a new model that is capable of temperature prediction along the symmetric vertical axis in both cases of laminar and turbulent flows.

중성선 선로 전압강하를 이용한 단락사고 방지용 보호장치 개발 (Development of Prevention Apparatus for Short-Circuit Faults Using the Line Voltage Drop of Neutral Wire)

  • The major causes of electrical fire are classified to short circuit fault, overload fault, electric leakage and electric contact failure. The occurrence factor of the fire is electric arc or spark accompanied with such electric faults, specially short circuit faults. Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELB) and Molded_case Circuit Breaker (MCCB), that is, Residual Current Protective Devices (RCDs) used on low voltage distribution lines cut off earth leakage and overload, but the RCD can not cut off electric arc or spark to be a major factor of electrical fire. As the RCDs which are applied in low voltage distribution panel are prescribed to rated breaking time about 30ms(KS C 4613), the RCDs can't perceive to the periodic electric arc or spark of more short wavelength level. To improve such problem, this paper proposes a prevention apparatus using the line voltage drop of neutral wire and some semiconductor switching devices. Some experimental tests of the proposed apparatus confirm the validity of the analytical results.

  • Due to the benefit of QRA(Quantitative Risk Analysis) method, we can evaluate the risk, and it helps us to make our safe. We also depend to some of correlation equations to assess the jet fire at high pressurized transmission line. However, we can evaluate the risk within limitations. After comparing the current model to investigation report of natural gas transmission line accident at EL-Paso in U.S., this study concludes that more research and study are required because currently developed model cannot expect factors of the fire risk such as flame configuration.

  • The CF(Counter-fire) is neutralizing enemy's all command control systems and fire support elements. It will weaken a battle continuous ability and an intension to fight. At the beginning of the CF is obtaining locations of targets using various detection assets. CF command center processes acquired target information and send it to attacking equipments. The targets are classified into two classes, preplanned target and target of opportunity The target of opportunity is potential threaten, so it needs to take a immediate and exact process for determining location of target of opportunity. This paper proposes the real-time processing algorithm for offensive weapons to strike target of opportunity, and presents the result of its performance.
