공공도서관에서 문화프로그램 업무가 전체업무의 30% 이상을 차지하는 핵심 업무로 부각됨에 따라 국가차원의 지원방안이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전국 88개 공공도서관의 문화프로그램 운영 현황 및 지원요구 사항을 기초로 하여 정부기관 지역대표도서관 차원에서의 지원 사항을 6개 분야에서 제시하였다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구와 전문가협의를 통하여 지원방안을 모색하였다. 제안 분야는 (1) 자문위원회 운영, (2) 프로그램 모형 개발 보급, (3) 프로그램 패키지개발, (4) 실무자 교육프로그램 개발 및 시행, (5) 자원(지역프로그램, 강사)보급을 위한 DB구축과 연결망이다.

본 연구는 보편적 권리로서의 지역주민의 정보접근권의 보장을 위해 공공도서관 기반시설의 지역 간 격차 해소가 필요하다는 입장에서 중앙정부의 공공도서관에 대한 효과적인 재정지원 방안을 수립하는 것을 목표로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 우선 국가도서관통계시스템에 2008년 12월 31일을 기준으로 입력된 공공도서관 연면적, 사서 수, 장서수, 예산, 자료구입비 등을 16개 광역지자체 별 인구 1인당 및 1관 당 평균을 비교 분석하여 지역 간 격차 현황을 제시 하였다. 또한 공공도서관의 재원구조와 2010년 광역 지역발전특별회계 도입에 따른 재정지원내용의 변화와 문제점을 조사하여 국가가 편성하는 국고보조금제도로의 전환을 중심으로 공공도서관 재정지원제도의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the effects of a support group intervention on the burden of primary family caregivers of stroke patients. Method: A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The subjects were 36 primary family caregivers of stroke patients [experimental(N=18) and control(N=18) groups] in a neurosurgery ward of a university hospital. The experimental group members participated in six sessions of a support group intervention for two weeks and the degree of their caregiving burden was evaluated. Data was analyzed by Chi-square tests, t-tests, and paired t-tests using SPSS 10.0. Result: The experimental group had a significantly lower total burden score (t=2.06l, p= .047)and sub-scales of emotional(t=-3.319, p= .002), time-dependent(t=-2.045, p= .049) and developmental(t=-2.656, p= .012) burden scores than the control group, while no significant differences were found in physical, social or financial burden scores between the two groups. Within the experimental group, there was a significant decrease in physical(t=2.507, p= .023), emotional(t=4.754, p= .000), social(t=2.932, p= .009), time- dependent(t=5.015, p= .000) and developmental(t=7.541, p= .000) burden scores but not the financial burden score. Conclusion: The results suggest that a support group intervention can be utilized as an effective nursing program to reduce the burden of primary family caregivers of stroke patients.

건설산업의 지속적 발전과 상생을 위해 일반건설업체와 전문건설업체의 파트너링 형성이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 일반건설업체에서는 협력사와의 상생협력을 위해 다양한 지원활동을 펼치고 있으며, 특히 재무지원이 가장 효과적인 지원으로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 전문건설업체와의 상생협력을 위한 일반건설업체의 재무지원 현황 및 특징을 분석하기 위해 사용될 수 있는 분석 기본틀(analysis framework)을 개발하는데 있다.

본 우리나라를 포함하는 세계 각국은 건설 산업의 경쟁력 및 생산성을 강화하기 위해 노력하고 있으며, 그 해답 중 일부를 BIM에서 찾고 있다. 하지만, 적극적인 BIM 도입이 요구되는 건축사사무소는 수주물량 감소, 수주 양극화, 저가설계 등 다양한 원인들로 인해 매우 열악한 실정으로 BIM 도입을 매우 부담스러워 하고 있어 BIM 도입이 매우 저조한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 중소건축사사무소의 BIM 도입을 지원하기위한 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 지원방안 마련에 앞서 중소기업 지원 관련법과 과거에 시행했거나 현재 시행중인 국내외 중소기업 지원사업을 살펴보았으며, 중소기업 지원사업에 대한 수요조사를 실시하였다. 수요조사는 설문의 형태로 242명의 건축사를 대상으로 BIM의 필요성 인지, BIM 운용 현황 및 문제점, BIM 도입지원 정책별 선호도 및 적정 지원 범위 등에 대해 조사를 진행하였다. 조사 결과 향후 건축사사무소에서 BIM을 사용하고자하는 의지는 매우 높았다. 또한, 설문에서 제시한 정부 지원 사업 중 BIM 프로그램 구입 비용 지원, BIM 교육 비용 지원, BIM 전문 인력 지원, 저금리 대출 지원 등의 정부 지원 사업의 필요성에 대해 매우 공감하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 BIM 도입 컨설팅, 도입비용지원, 교육 및 인력지원, 수주지원, 성과홍보 등 BIM 도입 준비부터 활성화에 이르는 중소건축사사무소 지원방안을 마련하였다.

2009년부터 시작된 소상공인 조직화 지원 사업은 2013년 들어 소상공인 협업화 지원 사업으로 변하면서 정책적 위치를 확립해 나가고 있다. 이 지원 사업은 크게 두 가지 측면을 지원하고 있는데, 하나는 유통의 효율화를 위해 소상공인들을 조직화 하여 규모의 경제 측면을 강화시키는 것이고, 다른 측면은 방문교육을 통하여 경영을 개선하고 효율성을 제고하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 소상공인 조직화 지원 사업의 두 가지 측면 중 방문교육의 영향에 대해서 연구한다. 세부적으로는 사업체 형태를 체인형 소상공인과 조합형 소상공인으로 나눠 방문지도 교육의 품질이 경영성과 및 지원 사업의 충성도에 주는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 지원 사업의 충성도에는 방문지도 교육의 품질이 사업체 형태에 상관없이 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 경영성과에는 조합형 소상공인의 사업장에서만 방문지도교육의 품질이 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 소규모 점포 조직화 지원 사업에 대한 충성도를 높여 계속적으로 지원 사업을 받게 하기 위해서는 방문지도교육의 품질을 높여야 하며, 소상공인들의 경영성과를 높이기 위해서는 사업체 형태를 고려해야 함을 시사하고 있다.

Recently, the student internship has been introduced in medical schools as a way of preparing students with training experience and medical knowledge by performing clinical practice. This study discusses student internship management and ways to operate the internship effectively. Catholic University of Daegu School of Medicine has set up a 6-week internship program for fourth-year undergraduate students. In most of the sections, students have shown their satisfaction, particularly when they have received appropriate feedback and attention from their professors. The students found that performing the evaluation and treatment of patients and individual chart recording were informative and helpful. However, they felt a lack of basic knowledge and clinical skills and had difficulty in understanding their roles and in time management. The success of an internship depends on the passion and interest that professors show for their students along with active support from the other faculty and thoughtful consideration of patients and all their friends and family members. In addition, with growing awareness of the need for the student internship, it is necessary that the school executive provide financial and administrative support to the faculty and staff, clarify roles and the work needed to perform the tasks, ensure substantiality of the individual program with professors or departments, provide enough preliminary courses, and monitor outcomes and reflection.

Purpose: Religious facilities often intend to contribute to surrounding neighborhood and local community. While motivated by religious aims, churches can play a role in social welfare for elders in local community. It is obvious that the role will be different from official social welfare services from government and this study aims to examine the possibility of churches in the role of elderly social welfare in terms of space and program. Methods: Researchers interviewed management of four existing welfare programs by churces in order to understand operation of social welfare program for elders by churches. The second step was case study of four churches in Suwon City area. The potential for social welfare space use for elders was examined. Results: Researchers found the role of churches in providing welfare relevant programs and services but its function is not well established yet. Financial support is needed and another support is need from welfare experts. Implications: While churches has not well established the role in elderly welfare in local communities, churches can further develop welfare services utilizing space, manpower, and activity programs.

The presence of agricultural and rural society in South Korea has been threatened due to aging as well as depopulation. This study aims to explore the Japanese support scheme for new farmers and the role of local group in new farmers' successful settlement in agricultural and rural society. The case study area is Biratori-cho, Hokkaido, Japan. Firstly, this study identified the systemic support scheme for new farmers of Biratori-cho, which provides with two years' training program, mentoring, rental housing and financial aid. Secondly, we focused on the birth and the supporting role of local group, which is called 'Neo-frontier'. Lastly, we analysed the relationship of new farmers and local residents based on the in-depth interview of 11 new farmers' household. As conclusions, we emphasized the value of quality-based support scheme of local government, unlike the quantity-based policy focused on the number of in-migrants. Also, we discussed the meaning of social network in new farmers' successful settlement in agricultural and rural society.

영재교육의 수월성을 제고하는 데는 영재교육 교사가 자신의 전문성을 효율적으로 발휘하도록 행 재정 지원을 제공하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 영재교육 교사들이 자신의 교사 전문성을 효율적으로 발휘하도록 지원함으로써 영재교육의 질을 제고하는 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 영재교육 교사를 대상으로 1차 설문조사(236명) 및 2차 설문조사(123명)를 통해 영재교육 교사 행 재정 지원에 대한 의견 및 요구를 분석하였다. 설문조사 분석 결과에 근거하여, 영재교육기관의 행 재정 지원, 지역사회 구성원의 영재교육에 대한 인식 및 지원, 그리고 영재교육교사 전문성 발휘를 위한 지원 체제에 대한 개선안을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 영재교육기관 행 재정 지원 개선안은 영재교육 전담교사 제도를 도입하고 일반학교 수업시수를 감소하는 방안, 도 지역 영재교육기관의 재정 지원을 강화하는 방안, 그리고 집단편성, 학생지도, 수업연계성의 행정지원의 체계성을 확립하는 방안이다. 지역사회 구성원의 영재교육에 대한 인식 및 지원의 개선안은, 학교장의 영재교육 인식제고를 위한 연수를 실시하는 방안, 학부모 교육을 통해 영재교육에 대한 올바른 인식을 개선하는 방안이다. 영재교육 교사 전문성 발휘를 위한 지원의 개선안은 영재교육 교사 연수를 지속적으로 확대 제공하는 방안, 우수교사 확보를 위해 영재교육 전담교사 제도를 도입하는 방안, 영재교육 교수 학습자료를 개발 보급하고 지식네트워크를 구축하여 정보를 공유하는 방안, 영재교육 교사 특혜를 강화하는 방안이다.
