금융업 종사자의 특성이 지식공유, 직무만족, 기업혁신에 미치는 영향 분석 연구 (Study on Effect of Characteristics of Financial Professionals on Knowledge Sharing, Job Satisfaction, and Firm Innovation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 금융업 종사자의 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 특성요인과 성과요인 간의 영향관계를 규명하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 금융업 종사자의 특성변수는 개인적 차원의 신뢰성향, 주관적 규범, 지식공유 의지를, 조직적 차원의 팀원 간 신뢰, 경영층 지원을 설정하였다. 성과변수는 직무만족과 기업혁신을 설정하고, 이에 대한 연구모델을 제시하였다. 연구모델은 금융업 종사자 185명의 설문지를 이용하여 실증분석 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 개인적 차원 중에서 신뢰성향은 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 조직적 차원의 팀원 간 신뢰 그리고 경영층 지원은 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 특성요인 중에서 팀원 간 신뢰가 가장 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 금융업 종사자의 지식공유는 직무만족과 기업혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 날로 고도화 지능화 되는 금융보안 위협에 효율적이고 선제적으로 대응하고, 금융 이용자가 안전하게 금융서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 금융권의 전문적인 정보 보안인력이 필요한 실정이다. 하지만 2015년 기준 금융IT 보안인력은 금융IT인력 중 4.9%로 전년대비 다소 증가하였으나, 여전히 낮은 수준이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 점차 금융 보안전문 인력들의 증가가 예상되는 가운데 금융 보안 전문 인력들의 최소한의 업무수행능력 검증과 보안의식 제고를 위하고 기존 보안자격제도의 과목과 금융보안원 및 금융감독원에서 제시한 교육커리큘럼 및 검사기법들을 비교분석하여 금융 분야에 특화된 정보보안 전문자격 도입 필요성에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

  • Financial planning in the United States has evolved since 1980 from a field comprised of specialists, such as insurance agents, bankers, accountants, and stock brokers, offering particular services to clients, to the situation today, where most professionals offering financial services to households market themselves as comprehensive financial planners. The breadth of knowledge required for financial planning can be seen in the 106 topics covered by the Certified Financial Planner(CFP) Exam. This study reviews the actual conditions of financial planning in the U.S. including suppliers of financial services to household, the philosophy of financial planning, and the financial planning process as described by the CFP Board. Also, this study discusses related research about problems and challenges faced by households in financial planning in the U.S.

정보보호 사기진작 결정모델 연구 (Morale enhancing determination model of information security)

  • 최근 정보보안 침해사고가 증가함에 따른 정보보호인력의 업무와 책임부담이 가중되면서, 이들의 사기저하 문제가 사회적으로 제기되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 정부에서도 다양한 정보보호인력 사기진작방안을 마련하고 있으며, 금융사의 경우 자체적으로 사기진작 계획을 세워 금융위원회에 보고할 것을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰 및 빈도분석을 통하여 정보보호 분야의 16가지 사기수준 결정 변수를 도출하고, 정보보호인력을 대상으로 사기 진작에 중요한 요인이 무엇인지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 정보보호인력의 사기수준 결정요인으로 직무적 특징, 제도적 특징, 관계적 특징 등 3가지 요인을 압축적으로 제시하였으며, 정보보호인력 사기진작 프로그램 운영 시 활용할 수 있도록 사기수준 측정모델의 활용방안을 제시하였다.

Perception Based Definition of Construction Quality in Pakistan

  • The complexity arises in defining the construction quality due to its perception, based on inherent market conditions and their requirements, the diversified stakeholders itself and their desired output. A quantitative survey based approach was adopted in this constructive study. A questionnaire based survey was conducted, for the assessment of construction quality perception and expectations in the context of quality improvement technique. The survey feedback of professionals, from the leading construction organizations/companies of Pakistan were analyzed. The financial capacity, organizational structure, and construction experience of the construction firms formed basis for their selection. After statistical analysis of survey feedback it was found reliable and valid for the inferential purpose to the target population of construction professionals. The quality perception was found to be project scope oriented, considered as an excess cost for a construction project and keeping the rework minimum by qualifying the required quality tests, keeping the defects minimum by ensuring the specifications of supplied material. Any quality improvement technique was expected to address the financial aspects of the construction project for the employer and contractor, by increasing the profitability through reduction in overall cost, reduction in time, reduction in defects and improving the productivity in a construction project. The study is beneficial for the construction professionals to assess the prevailing construction quality perception and the expectations from implementation of any quality improvement technique in construction projects.

정선 폐광지역 주요 관광자원 중요도 평가 연구 - 전문가와 지역주민 평가를 중심으로 - (A Study of Important Perception on the Main Tourist Resource of closed Mine Area in Jeong-Seon - The Case of the Perception of Professionals and Local Residents -)

  • This study was initiated by the fact that Kangwon Land and large sized resorts was failed the financial benefit to the local residents. This research analyzed the best important tourist resource among the main tourist resource by perception interviewing local residents and related professionals. This study shows that the leisure resource was most important resource field in Jeong-Seon. So more attention to the leisure resources and investment them. Among natural attraction resources 'Hwa-Ahm cave and Hwa-Ahm mineral water' is estimated to have most potential for the strategic financial support. In leisure sector 'High One resort' is judged to be more important attraction resource by professionals but a case of local residents 'Dong-gang Rafting' and 'Rail Bike' were estimated more important resources rather than 'High One resort;. Lastly, in cultural resources, although the importance is a bit behind natural attraction and leisure resources, 'Jeong-Seon 5th day market' and 'Araree village' should be the core linking other related cultural resources. In order to activate tour industry and development of Jeong-Seon area, it is necessary to find identify of regional owned attraction resources and to build tourist attraction infra structure by selecting core bases of existing major attraction points and linking other various resources to those core bases.

  • This study proposed the model of research describing the positive impact of fitness between career orientations and reward systems on the performance of R&D professionals. To prove the propositions of the model, a questionnaire survey was conducted 204 professionals in 19 R&D research institutes related with electronics and communication industries provided answers for the questionnaire. The results of the survey were summarized in the following. 1) Career orientations of R&D professionals can be categorized into three dimensions : managerial, technical/professional, and project orientation. 2) The rewards consist of four dimensions : financial, social status, job content, and professional reward. 3) The age and tenure of R&D professionals has the negative impact on the project orientation. 4) The education level of R&D professionals has the positive impact on the professional orientation. 5) The sex was found as insignificant variable career orientation. 6) The person with strong prefers social status rewards to other rewards, the professional orientation is prefer to professional rewards, and the project orientation is prefer to job content rewards. 7) For the professionals with professional and project orientation, the congruence with each reward delivered positive impact on job satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational commitment. However it created negative impact on turnover intention and job stress.

가계저축규모의 결정요인 (The Determinants of Family Savings)

  • The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of household characteristics to family savings. Family savings were defined in four ways such as monthly savings, average propensity to save, financial assets, and net financial assets. The household characteristics dealt with were family income, household size, number of earners, age, occupation, education, housing tenure, and urbanization. The data used in the study was Survey of Family Finance 1990. The main statistical method was multiple regression. Family income was found to the most important variable to determine four family saving variables holding other characteristics constant. Also, household size had significant negative effects on family savings. Two-earner households were found to have higher average propensity to save and less financial assets compared to single-earner households. Fro monthly savings and average propensity to save, the households with forties andfifties household head tended to be less than others, while financial assets tended to increase with the age of household head. Compared to salary earner households, blue-colored households had significantly lower average propensity to save, and the households with professionals had significantly higher financial assets. The college-graduated households tended to have less monthly savings than the elementary-graduated households. Also, the housing renters were found to have more monthly savings and higher average propensity to save, compared to the housing owners.

  • 협동조합형 금융회사란 협동조합 원칙에 따라 다수의 금융회사(일명 '조합')와 이를 지도 감독하는 중앙 조직인 중앙회로 구성되어 있다. 조합은 일정 지역 내 조합원을 바탕으로 운영되고 그 규모가 영세하기 때문에, IT 및 정보보호업무를 중앙회를 통해 위탁 구축 운영 관리하고 있다. 그러나, 금융당국은 전자금융거래법 하위규정인 전자금융감독규정을 통해 IT 및 정보보호 기준을 제시함에 있어 주식회사형 금융회사인 상업은행의 현황을 주로 고려하여 제시하였기 때문에, 협동조합형 금융회사 중 중앙회에는 적절하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 조합의 IT 및 정보보호 업무를 위탁받아 수행하는 중앙회 관점에서 정보보호 측면에서의 현황 및 고려사항을 확인하고, 개선사항을 제시함으로써, 협동조합형 금융회사의 중앙회를 위한 효율적인 정보보호 인력 및 예산 수립기준을 제안하고자 한다.

노인의 자살사고에 대한 스트레스의 영향정도 (The Influences of Perceived Stresses on Suicidal Ideation in Older Adults)

  • Purpose: The purposes of the study were to understand the levels of older adults' perceived stresses in terms of family relationship, physical health, financial difficulty, death of family members, and household environment, and to identify the influences of the stresses on their suicidal ideation. Methods: The subjects were 302 older adults residing in Daegu, Korea. The data were collected by questionnaires between March and April 2007. Results: Older adults perceived the highest level of stress from the death of family members and had high levels of stresses from physical health, family relationships, financial difficulty, and household environment in order. The variables influencing suicidal ideation were stresses from family relationships, physical health, and financial difficulty. Conclusion: Based on the findings, it is recommended that nurses provide in-depth screening of suicide risk for older adults who visit general health care settings through the identification of the levels of stresses in terms of family relationships, physical health, and financial difficulty. It is further suggested to provide collaborative interventions between primary health care providers and psychiatric professionals for suicide prevention and treatment in older adults.
