Case-Based Reasoning(CBR) offers a new approach for developing knowledge based systems. In case-based approach the problem solving experience of the domain expert is encoded in the form of cases. CBR has successfully been applied to many kinds of problems such as design, planning, diagnosis and forecasting. In this paper, CBR was applied for forecasting default risk. The applied result was successful in spite of the small casebase. Generally, CBR requires large casebase. So, if the number of data was large, the result was better. But in this paper, what financial variable was more forecastable was not tested. Next, this should be tested.

The rapid development of information technology has affected many industries, and made consumers receive new services that are completely different from those of the past. In the financial industry, various changes are taking place, such as providing the payment system which is easy to use and offering differentiated services. This study examined the factors affecting the intention to use mobile payment system. In particular, we considered both practical and emotional factors that affect the intentions. The mobile payment system, which is a new form of payment, is rapidly developing in China. In Korea, it is still in the beginning stage due to the legal regulations and the activation of alternative payment methods. This study, therefore, compared the differences in factors that affect the intention to use mobile payment system between Korea and China.

This paper is aimed at investigating the influence of the fit between PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) driven mobile technology and tasks on performance. Our research motive was adopted from the burgeoning mobile technology which can be easily observed in modem management. Fit theory has been widely applied to proved the relationship between technology and tasks. However, there are few studies about the fit between mobile technology and tasks. A the advent of the IT, mobile technology started to affect individuals' lifestyle as well as the management style of firms. For the purpose of proving those hypotheses, we collected 173 questionnaires from 20 firms such as manufacturing industry, financial business, service company, telecommunication company which deem using the PDA technology for their management. We applied factor analysis and path analysis for our experiments Results revealed that the mobile technology holds a statistically significant fit with tasks and Individual characteristics.

For research data to be shared without legal, financial and technical barriers in the Open Science era, data repositories must have the functional requirements asked by DMP and CoreTrustSeal. In order to derive functional requirements for the data repository, this study analyzed the Data Management Plan (DMP) and CoreTrustSeal, the criteria for certification of research data repositories. Deposit, Ethics, License, Discovery, Identification, Reuse, Security, Preservation, Accessibility, Availability, and (Meta) Data Quality, commonly required by DMP and CoreTrustSeal, were derived as functional requirements that should be implemented first in implementing data repositories. Confidentiality, Integrity, Reliability, Archiving, Technical Infrastructure, Documented Storage Procedure, Organizational Infrastructure, (Meta) Data Evaluation, and Policy functions were further derived from CoreTrustSeal. The functional requirements of the data repository derived from this study may be required as a key function when developing the repository. It is also believed that it could be used as a key item to introduce repository functions to researchers for depositing data.

The purpose of this study was to develop long and short-run educational programs for u-turn farmers based on their need assesment. This study was conducted by review of literature and surveys. Subjects of this surveys were 310 participants of agricultural training programs developed by the Rural Development Administration for u-turn farmers in 1997 and 1998. According to major findings, many participants were faced with problems such as financial shortage, deficiency of farming skills, difficulty of marketing, new neighbours unfavourable gazing and farm labour shortage. These problems could be classified into the problems at their preparing stage and the problems of adjusting stage in their farms. And also the participants suggested that educational programs for them contain knowledge based teaching and technical practices with focus on their problems solving. With their suggestion various knowledge and technical modules were selected. Using these module several kinds of long and short-run educational programs could be developed.

A spreadsheet is a office automation software which has been widely used in almost all areas in business. A spreadsheet is used for calculation, data analysis, model building and so on. As a result, spreadsheet is a very important tool for generating knowlege in a firm. Errors in a spreadsheet model can cause a serious financial damage in a corporation. However in Korea few researches for reducing errors have been performed. Neither serious efforts to reduce errors have been executed by corporations. In this research we provided summarized the results from a survey for spreadsheet usage, summarized researches on errors in spreadsheet up to now, and suggested a rules and structured development method for reducing errors in a spreadsheet. Errors in spreadsheets are prevalent. To solve this serious problem, we need much more attention on this problem in research area. Corporations must put more efforts on setting policies and rules. And also we need the government's concern and support.

Nowadays, nations cyber security capabilities play an important role in a nation's defense. Security-critical infrastructures such as national defenses, public services, and financial services are now exposed to Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) and their resistance to such attacks effects the nations stability. Currently Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) is widely used by organizations to mitigate and deter APT for its ability to proactively protect their assets by using evidence-based knowledge. The evidence-based knowledge information can be exchanged among organizations and used by the receiving party to strengthen their cyber security management. This paper will discuss on the business process reengineering of the CTI information exchange management for a nationwide scaled control and governance by the government to better protect their national information security assets.

Recently, smart devices for various services have been developed using converged telecommunications, and the markets for near field communication mobile services is expected to grow rapidly. In particular, the realization of mobile NFC payment services is expected to go commercial, and it is widely attracting attention both on a domestic and global level. However, this realization would increase privacy infringement, as personal information is extensively used in the NFC technology. One example of such privacy infringement would be the case of the Google wallet service. In this paper, we propose an zero-knowledge proof scheme and ring signature based on NTRU for protecting user information in NFC mobile payment systems without directly using private financial information of the user.

WebME is an Web-based integrated modeling environment that implements a multi-facetted modeling approach to mathematical model representation and management. Key features of WebME include the following: (i) sharing of modeling knowledge on the Web, (ii) a user-friendly interface for creating, maintaining, and solving models, (iii) independent management of mathematical models from conceptual models, (iv) object-oriented conceptual blackboard concept, (v) multi-facetted mathematical modeling modeling, and (vi) declarative representation of mathematical knowledge. This paper presents details of design and implementation issues that were encountered in the development of WebME.

Each nation of the world is intensively propelling the R&D investment to solve the financial crisis and worldwide economic recession occurred from last year. This means the world economic is under economic system based on the knowledge. So, The R&D is continuously propelled for possession of the technology through the R&D stock and which is core in the knowledge based economic system. In this world stream, our government is also increasing the R&D investment and checked the technology level through surveying the R&D stock and corn parison of each industry or world. The R&D investment of the railroad is continued but there is no data of the R&D stock. So, surveying the railroad R&D stock and comparing with korea industry is processed.
