  • Green finance plays an important role in environmental protection missions and fighting climate change. The Environment Fund in Vietnam is the main channel of preferential capital offered to firms for environmental protection. Unfortunately, it was previously unknown which criteria influenced these companies' ability to obtain green financing. Using a survey method, we collected data through a structured questionnaire of 203 respondents that represent firms that had received concessional loans from 26 Environment Funds. A Multiple Linear Regression model was used to examine the determinants of access to concessional loans for environmental protection. We found relationships between age, size, ownership type, and industry sector, and access to green finance. Third-party guarantees were a significant factor in financing through Environment Funds. Moreover, we found commercial environmental projects face fewer green financing obstacles. Surprisingly, showing audited financial statements does not mitigate the information asymmetry between firms and these financial institutions. These findings suggest that Environment Funds should classify environmental project types to develop appropriate lending policies. In emerging markets, enterprises need to build a trusted relationship with financial institutions so that they can replace asset-based lending techniques, thereby increasing the firms' accessibility to green finance.

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce issues on agricultural policy of participatory government and to suggest some implications for national consensus. According to the finance and investment plan, 119 trillion won in total will be invested in the farming industry for improving the welfare system and development of the sector over the next 10 years. It is very important that this plan will make Korean farmers competitive and income per capita increased more and more. By the way, the plan has been argued by farmer’s organization(NGO) and some people of academic circles because there is a fair question as to how effective these investment aids will be. Therefore, the finance and investment plan must be established on the basis of effective execution system as well as additional discussion for national agreement. In addition, the 'Special Plan Committee for agriculture-fishery and farming-fishing communities' will work out an ideal framework for succeeding this plan.

Quantitative research was carried out with SPSS 25 software. Research results show that all 6 factors positively affect environmental accounting, which includes Firm size, Stakeholders, Awareness/Knowledge of leaders, financial resources, Qualifications of staff, and Regulations, in which stakeholders and leaders' perceptions are the most influencing factors. Based on the research results, the author has proposed recommendations to improve the ability of enterprises to successfully implement environmental accounting in the food and beverage industry, thereby contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the food and beverage enterprises. The Vietnamese market is very potential, so the Government, authorities, customers, investors, etc., contribute to creating significant pressure to implement environmental accounting in food and beverage enterprises.

The services which can be served from site are banking, mortgage and credit loan, stock, card, retirement tax, PFM(Personal Finance Management), EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) and Account Aggregation and so on. The stage of site can be divided as the information provide stage which only gives information about service parts, on-line transaction stage which real-time transaction is possibile and PFM services provide stage according to development process. As a result, the beginning of finance portal service in Korea was lated about 10years and more than it of U.S.A. So the development stage of domestic portal site is still staying in the first step and the providing services and contents or business model development parts are also in the same stage than U.S.A. Resides, Korea's sites mainly focus on their first service parts even though they recently aim internet finance portal, and provide not real time transaction but finance information. • This paper empirically investigates the finance-growth linkage in Korea by utilizing firm-level data of manufacturing industries before and after the 1997 financial crisis. We find that, first, an increase in external finance is associated with a faster subsequent capital accumulation of firms. However, this capital accumulation channel became relatively attenuated after the crisis. Second, the total factor productivity growth effect of external finance has been considerably weak both before and after the crisis. Third, the information production and industry restructuring effects of external finance have also remained weak after the crisis. The limited role of external finance in post-crisis Korea partially reflects sluggish corporate investment and weakening dependence of good credit firms on external finance. The evidence suggests that, in order to effectively sustain economic growth, further reform efforts may be required to strengthen resource allocation and corporate restructuring roles of financial markets and institutions.
