This research was conducted to investigate the effect of essential oil (EO) from Artemisia Princeps Pampanini on quality of tomato during storage. EO was extracted by steam distillation and diluted by 1 and 2%. Total phenolic contents and antioxidative activities of EO were analyzed. Tomato was packaged corrugated box covered with polypropylene (PP) film containing EO (1 and 2%) and then stored at room temperature for 10 days. During storage, appearance, weight loss rate, soluble solid contents, pH and a (redness) value were measured for tomato. Total phenolic contents of EO increased in a dose-dependence. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities also showed a concentration-dependent increase. The weight loss rate was lowest using the film packaged in 1% EO. During the storage period, soluble solid contents and pH increased in all treatments. The a value increased regardless of EO concentration in films. Especially, tomato packaged with EO film showed a lower a value than non EO-packaged ones. This result suggests that application of EO to film is effective for tomato quality preservation.

The purpose of this study was to review and establish the two concepts of art film and artistic expression in Prada fashion films, through a literature review of domestic and international case studies, as a form of luxury branded content, Prada fashion films are considered to artistic film genre. For the study, aesthetic expression in art films as discussed in the previous research was divided into four types. The study method was to review fashion / art films from the founding of YouTube, specially, works that used digital images from Thunder Perfect Mind, which was introduced in Prada in 2005, to Nylon Farm in 2018, stylistic features were searched by film. In addition, for this study, fashion film was analyzed based on the typology of art films. The following conclusions regarding artistic expression were drawn from this study : First, the Prada fashion films represent a transition to advanced art through a conceptual approach. Second, the causal relationships personality psychology can be cited through the disturbed and fragmented narrative lines. Third, the films help people identity Prada's aesthetics by humanizing the luxury brand. Fourth, the films are a feature of serialization.

The purpose of this study is to examine emerging trends in fashion films and the impact of COVID-19 through analysis of Prada films produced before and after the initial spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. We selected 40 cases occurring prior to the pandemic, from June to December 2019, and 21 cases occurring since the outbreak, from June to December 2020. To identify relevant trends, we conduct a literature review and examine a range of case studies. First, travel restrictions and confronting activities currently inhibit production. Through our case study analysis, we identify nineteen cases in between before and after COVID-19. Secondly, Prada can be seen to mainly produce episodes and promotional films. Additionally, it develops content showcasing brand values in environmental, cultural, creative, and sport-related fields; intended audiences extend beyond the realm of fashion. Thirdly, a new film category began to develop after the outbreak of COVID-19, namely, narrative films utilizing virtual interactions. According to our analysis results, we expect film production that is increasingly facilitated by virtual communication, technology utilization, and online platforms to continue even after the resolution of COVID-19. New film categories will emerge, and we predict that the gap between the number of cases before and after COVID-19 will narrow.

영화제작진은 분야별 전문성을 가진 구성원들로 구성되어 비교적 짧은 기간 동안 한시적으로 운영되는 독특한 조직이다. 본 연구는 구성원의 역량을 끌어낼 수 있는 영화제작진의 집단 특성과 능력이 영화의 성공 여부에 영향을 줄 것으로 추론하고 이들의 영향 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 영화제작진의 다양성, 응집성, 정보활용성을 독립변수로, 영화의 예술성과 흥행성을 종속변수로 연구모형을 설정하였다. 연구가설을 검정하여 분석한 결과 영화제작진의 다양성과 응집성은 완성된 영화의 예술성과 흥행성 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 정보활용성은 영화성과에 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 영화제작진의 집단 특성이 다양성과 응집성 변수를 중심으로 영화 성과와 관련된 것을 확인한 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 영화기획자나 제작자에게 정보활용성 등 일하는 방식인 프로세스 요인보다는 다양성과 응집성에 기반한 영화제작진의 집단디자인 개념이 중요할 수 있다는 시사점을 제공한다.

Degradation Of $\kappa $-carrageenan-based film by microorganisms screened from carrageenan source and activated sludge of a carrageenan producing factory was investigated by measuring changes of pH, viscosity, total sugar and total organic carbon (TOC) of the medium containing $\kappa $-carrageenan as a carbon source. Initially fifteen strains of microorganism were isolated from carrageenan source and activated sludge and then three organisms among them were selected based on the ability of growing in the medium including 0.3% $\kappa $-carrageenan as a sole carbon source. They were identified as Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Aspergillus niger. As indices of biodegradability Of $\kappa $-carrageenan based film, the changes of pH, viscosity, total sugar, and TOC of the carrageenan film-based medium were tested by the cultivation of single or mixed strains of the identified organisms. Mixed culture showed the highest biodegradability, which resulted in the changes of pH from 6.5 to 3.0, viscosity from 164 cps to 15.6 cps, total sugar content from 2.35 g/l to 0.53 g/l and TOC from 5721 ppm to 232 ppm after 30 days of cultivation. The biodegradability determined as the reduction rate of TOC by pure cultures of Asp. niger, E. coli, Sacch. cerevisiae and mixed culture of the three organisms were 94%, 86%, 80% and 96%, respectively.

본 연구에서는 생체재료 표면개질의 방법으로 유-무기 박막 형성에 관한 방법을 연구하였다. Collagen의 분해 시 얻어진 gelatin을 polystyrene 배양접시에 2 h 동안 흡착시켜 gelatin 흡착층을 형성하였다. Gelatin 흡착중에 calcium과 phosphorus 과포화 이온용액을 주입하여 calcium phosphate (CaP) 박막을 제조하였다. 박막 형성 초기에 박막의 핵들이 나타나는 것을 관찰하였다. 처리시간에 따라 CaP 박막에 성장하여 배양접시의 바닥표면 전체에 형성된 것을 볼 수 있었다. 형성된 gelatin/CaP 복합 박막의 특징은 3차원 공간에서 다공성이 높은 표면 구조를 형성하였다. Attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR)을 이용하여 CaP 박막의 화학적 성질을 분석한 결과, 박막 형성 초기에는 무결정 형태의 박막이 형성되고, 시간이 경과됨에 따라 결정성이 약간 증가하지만, 결정성이 낮은 CaP에서 나타나는 흡수피크의 존재 등을 통하여 본 연구에서 제조한 CaP 박막은 poorly crystalline CaP 박막임을 확인하였다.

대장균군 및 대장균의 정성실험에 건조필름을 이용할 수 있는지를 평가하였다. 대장균군의 정성실험에 있어서 lactose broth 배양법의 경우는 검출율이 가장 높은데 반하여 비교적 선택성이 낮고, 검출에 48시간이 소요되며, 실험 시마다 배지를 제조하여야 하는 등 번거로운 조작을 필요로 하였다. Desoxycholate lactose agar 평판배양법의 경우는 검출율이 건조필름보다 다소 높지만 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않는 정도이며, 실험시마다 배지를 제조하여 적당한 온도로 식혀서 분주하여야 하는 등 번거로운 조작을 필요로 하였다. 반면에 건조필름을 사용 할 경우는 검출율이 다소 낮지만 시료액의 균체농도가 1 cfu/$m{\ell}$ 이상에서는 E. coli KCCM11234의 경우 34.3%, E. aerogenes KCCM12177의 경우 67.4%, K. pneumoniae subsp. pneumoniae KCCM40890의 경우 58.3%의 검출율을 보이므로, 최대 3개의 배지에 접종하여 실험할 경우 시료 중에 대장균군의 존재 여부를 확인할 수 있는 수준이며, 선택성이 높고, 별다른 준비나 조작을 필요로 하지 않으므로 쉽게 대장균군을 검출하는데 사용할 수 있었다. 대장균의 정성실험에 있어서 EC broth 배양법은 검출율은 높으나 선택성이 떨어지며 실험조작이 번거로운 반면 건조필름법은 검출율이 다소 낮다. 시료액의 균체농도가 1 cfu/$m{\ell}$이상에서는 37.1%의 검출율을 보이므로 3개의 배지에 접종하여 실험할 경우 시료 중에 대장균의 존재 여부를 확인할 수 있는 수준이며, 선택성이 높고, 별다른 준비나 조작을 필요로 하지 않으므로 쉽게 대장균을 검출하는데 사용할 수 있었다. 단지 건조필름법은 균주에 대한 선택성이 높아서 손상된 균체의 검출이 어려웠으며 손상된 균체가 증식하는데 보다 많은 시간이 소요되므로 정확한 실험을 위해서는 대략 36시간 정도의 배양이 필요하였다. 전반적인 상황으로 판단해 볼 때 건조필름은 대장균군 및 대장균의 정성실험을 행하는데 있어서 현장에서도 손쉽게 실시할 수 있는 방법으로 기존의 방법을 대체하여 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the Korean red carpet fashion of Daejong, Bluedragon, Korean Film Awards from 2002 to 2004, focusing on nominates of female movie stars and presidents. Leading colors were black and white but pale and vivid colors were also chosen. Dresses were made of satin, chiffon, lace and velvet mainly, and patterned fabrics made strong statements among them. Based on the long and slim silhouette, there were lots of details using beads, sequins and crystal stones for manipulating lighting effects. Fur shawls along with diamond jewelry were favorite items of many stars. They preferred dresses of international brands to that of domestic brands. Esthetic qualities of red carpet fashion were categorized as decorative gorgeousness, sophisticated elegance, glamourous sensuality, paradoxical presentation, pure innocence, and Korean refinement.

It has been 12 years since PIFF is first started. PIFF is first started in 1966 to provide opportunity for audiences who love movies could actively participate in visual culture and opportunity for Korean movies could stand out in the world by showing internationally recognizable movies. To make energetic film culture in Korea, there should be thoughtful analysis on old PIFF and effort to solve the problem. For this reason, we researched on audience trend and satisfaction level who participated in 12th PIFF to find out hidden problem of PIFF, and provide a good direction which could solve the given problem.

현재 앱 스토어 인기 차트 1위에서 7위까지의 순위를 3주째 차지하고 있는 Ordinary Factory의 Analog Film City 시리즈는 각 테마별 도시의 느낌을 입혀주는 사진 보정 애플리케이션이다. 이 애플리케이션은 트위터 등 Social Network Services 이용자들의 입소문을 타고 지속적인 판매 실적을 올리고 있다. 사진 보정 애플리케이션은 현재 무료 버전으로 출시된 툴만 수십 종에 이른다. 그 외에도 SNS에 기본 옵션으로 탑재된 보정 기능 또한 전문 애플리케이션 못지않은 훌륭한 성능을 자랑한다. 이런 때에 Analog Film City 시리즈가 SNS 유저 사이에서 선풍적인 인기몰이를 하는 이유는 레트로 콘텐츠가 트렌드의 중심에 자리한 요즘 시기에 별다른 전문성을 요하지 않는 간편한 조작으로 일반 이용자들의 감성을 표현해낸다는 점에서 기인한 것으로 여겨진다.
