This research attempts to establish a strategy through which to secure the introduction of the KEM 2.0 system. Another aim of this research is to eventually establish a service system which can be used to automatically generate and provide the metadata information contained in the Cylearn system. in order to facilitate Korean vocational high school students access to teaching-learning materials. The main research tasks associated with this research were: 1) To establish the components of the file server system while taking into consideration the environment in which each educational organization operates; 2) To utilize the KEM 2.0 in order to optimize the configuration of the Cylearn system and the related software. To do so, the KEM 2.0. should be applied in close coordination with Edunet: The results of this research can be summarized as follows: First, a strategy to introduce the KEM 2.0 was established. To achieve this, the researcher analyzed the characteristics of the sequencing and presentation methods and suggested teaching-learning materials based on the KEM 2.0.s sequencing system. Second, the file server was constructed using the KEM 2.0. The established file server took into account the environmental conditions in which the Edunet system operates so as to facilitate the creation of a network system with Edunet. Third, the Cylearn service system was linked to Edunet. The researcher developed a module using the KEM 2.0. that could be used to transmit the metadata related to teaching-learning materials to Edunet. To achieve this, an input device and a databank which could be used to transfer the generated metadata to Edunet were developed. The input device and databank developed using the KEM 2.0. were used to transfer the metadata to Edunet by linking the Cylearn system to the Edunet system.

의료 영상 정보의 운용을 위한 표준인 DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)은 의료 영상의 전송과 저장에 관한 방식을 제공하고 있다. 환자가 병원에서 획득한 영상은 DICOM 파일로 만들어진다. 본 논문은 DICOM 파일의 정보를 데이타베이스에 저장하고 웹서버의 구성요소로 의료 정보를 구성하여 사용자가 인터넷을 통해서 웹서버에서 제공하는 의료 정보를 볼 수 있게 하는 웹 기반 의료 정보 시스템 설계, 구현 기법을 제시한다. 데이타베이스에는 환자와 영상에 대한 정보를 DICOM 파일의 그룹과 요소별로 읽어서 저장했다. 파일 전동 모듈은 DICOM의 서비스 중에서 Store 서비스를 구현하여 IP 주소를 가진 컴퓨터와의 파일 전송이 가능하도록 만들었다. 위와 같은 파일의 전송과 저장에 대한 서비스를 웹에서 제공할 수 있도록 웹 컴포넌트로 각각을 구성하였다.

최근의 사이버 보안 위협은 특정 표적을 대상으로 하는 특징이 있으며 보안을 강화시키기 위한 지속적인 노력에도 불구하고 APT 공격에 의한 피해 사례는 계속 발생하고 있다. 인터넷망과 업무망이 분리된 망분리 환경은 외부 정보의 유입을 봉쇄시킬 수 있으나 업무의 효율성과 생산성을 위해서는 현실적으로 외부 정보의 유입을 모두 통제할 수는 없다. 이에 망연계 시스템 등 보안 정책을 강화시키고 파일 내부에 포함된 불필요한 데이터를 제거할 수 있도록 CDR 기술이 적용된 솔루션을 도입하더라도 여전히 보안 위협에 노출되어 있다. 본 연구는 망분리 환경에서 망간 파일을 전송할 때 파일의 형식을 변환하여 전송함으로써 문서삽입형 악성코드의 보안 위협을 방지하는 방안을 제안한다. 또한 포렌식 준비도를 고려하여 문서파일이 원활한 사고대응을 위한 정보를 보관할 수 있는 기능을 포함하여 망 분리 환경에서 활용할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 논문은 위성통신에서 split PEP와 Exclusive-OR TCP 코딩 기법을 적용한 파일 전송 속도 향상 방법을 제안한다. 성능평가를 위해 위성통신 네트워크의 테스트베드를 구축하여 평가하였다. 성능평가 결과 에러율이 높은 구간에서 12%이상의 성능향상이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 제안한 기법을 적용 시 위성통신에서 파일 전송 속도 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

대부분의 인터넷 사용자 및 스마트폰 보유자는 공인인증서를 발급 받았고, 공인인증서를 통해 계좌 이체, 주식거래, 쇼핑 등 다양한 업무에 활용하고 있다. 대부분은 PC나 USB 메모리와 같은 외부 저장매체에 공인인증서와 개인키를 저장한다. 특히, 공인인증기관에서는 공인인증서와 개인키 저장매체로 하드디스크 보다는 보안토큰, 휴대폰, USB 메모리 등의 저장매체를 권장하고 있다. 그러나 USB메모리는 PC에 연결되는 순간 쉽게 이동/복사될 수 있고, 악성코드나 파밍 사이트 연결을 통해 쉽게 해커에게 인증서 파일과 개인키 파일이 노출될 수 있다. 더욱 큰 문제는 해커에게 복사된 인증서 파일과 개인키 파일은 아무런 제약 없이 사용자의 패스워드만 알면 정당한 사용자처럼 사용할 수 있다는 점이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 암호화된 개인키 파일의 패스워드와 USB 메모리의 HW 정보를 이용하여 USB 메모리에 개인키 파일의 안전한 관리 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 통해, 해커에 의해 암호화된 개인키 파일을 임의로 이동/복사되거나 또는 개인키 파일이 노출되더라도 암호화된 개인키를 안전하게 보호할 수 있다. 또한, 개인키 파일의 패스워드가 노출되더라도 USB 메모리의 컨테이너ID라는 추가 인증요소를 활용하여 개인키를 안전하게 보호할 수 있다. 따라서 활용도가 매우 높은 공인인증체계에서 제안시스템은 저장매체 보호 방안으로 보안성이 크게 향상될 것으로 기대한다.

Software release over the network is the most efficacious way of software update. Software release of electronic switching system, considering its environments, is the typical case that is in need of adopting the method. The media of transferring software and data of TDX-10A electronic switching system are magnetic tapes containing them, so the MT must be delivered between remotely placed office and package generation system. SMART-10A system provides the file tranfer on the data network between TDX-10A and the package generation system and ability of remote application of new software. This paper shows the implementation of file transfer between TDX-10A and computer system connected by data networks, status handling for duplicated system, and monitor process design with IPC on UNIX system.

In most biological laboratory, sequences from sequence machine are stored into file disks as simple files. It will be hard work to store and manage the sequence data with consistency and integrity such as storing redundant files. It is required needed to develop a system which integrated and managed genome data with consistency and integrity for accurate sequence analysis. There fore, in this paper, we not only store gene and protein sequence data through sequencing but also manage them. We also make a integrate schema for transforming the file formats and design database system using it. As integrated schema is designed as a BSML, it is possible to apply a style language of XSL. From this, we can transfer among heterogeneous sequence formats.

모바일 단말에서 소프트웨어의 기능을 구현할 때, 배터리 소모를 최소화 시키는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 단말에서 파일 전송을 수행함에 있어서 에너지 효율적으로 처리하는 기법을 제안한다. 주요 아이디어는 클라이언트 부분에서 파일 유사도를 사용하여 대표 해시를 서버로 전송한다. 서버에서는 클라이언트에서 보내온 대표 해시와 자신이 가지고 있는 인덱스와 비교하여 유사도를 계산한다. 유사도에 따라 중복제거 파일 전송방식을 사용할지 일반적인 파일 전송을 할지 결정한다. 실험 결과 10%이상의 유사도를 가지는 파일들에 대해서 제안하는 기법이 배터리 소모를 줄일 수 있음을 보였다.

In this paper, we have designed a remote controlable HDR System using all embedded linux board. The system is composed of three parts - a HDR System, a PC client program for remote control and a Nameserver for registering and aquisition of the IP address. The system is built in an embedded board using a linux kernel. With the Linux the system can support networking and file system for a hard disk management In addition, the system embeds a web-server and a ftp-server for remote manipulation and file transfer. And the hardwares of the system are controlled by the linux device driver mechanism. MPEG1/2 technique is used to compress TV tuner signal and external analog video/audio signal. And compressed data is stored in a hard disk. The data stored in the system is accesable through lan or internet. And RTP protocol is used to enable the system to service live stream of instant video/audio input.

An air handling unit(AHU) has been usually designed by manual calculations. Drawing works together with design calculations should be redone far every designing work, and also be needed to make some corrections of them. In order to design the AHU more efficiently, an AHU program has been developed. The developed program on the Windows environment is operated by the graphic user interface(GUI) realized using the Visual Basic Interpreter. The program provides calculation sheet of coils, weights and pressures in a MS-Excel file format as well as design drawing of the AHU in a Auto CAD file format idealized by AutoLISP. Those files of the commercial softwares make easier for a designer to transfer design results to the another company for bid via e-mail.
