현장계측을 통한 소일네일링 벽체의 거동 분석 (Analysis of Soil Nailed Wall Behaviour Based on Field Measurements)

  • 본 논문에서는 현장계측을 통해 관측된 소일네일링 벽체의 거동을 분석하였다. 연구의 주요내용으로는 인발시험을 통해 산정한 네일과 지반의 경계면에서 전단강도의 발생, 지반의 수평변위, 네일에 발생하는 인장력의 분포 및 경계면에서의 전단강도의 발현 등이다. 특히, 경계면에서의 전단응력 발생 과정 및 전단강도 발현에 대한 심도있는 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 분석된 자료는 국내 소일네일링의 예비설계 단계시 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The present investigation deals with the application of Adomian's decomposition method to blood flow through a constricted artery in the presence of an external transverse magnetic field which is applied uniformly. The blood flowing through the tube is assumed to be Newtonian in character. The expressions for the two-term approximation to the solution of stream function, axial velocity component and wall shear stress are obtained in this analysis. The numerical solutions of the wall shear stress for different values of Reynold number and Hartmann number are shown graphically. The solution of this theoretical result for a particular Hart-mann number is compared with the integral method solution of Morgan and Young[17].

Current-Driven Domain-Wall Depinning in Pt/CoFe/Pt Nanowires with Perpendicular Magnetic Anisotropy

  • The spin transfer torque efficiency was determined experimentally by observing the current-driven domainwall depinning of Pt/CoFe/Pt nanowires with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. The depinning time was exponentially proportional to the applied magnetic field, and was well explained by the Neel-Brown formula. The depinning time and threshold magnetic field were varied considerably by injecting current into the nanowire. The spin transfer torque efficiency was estimated to be $(7.2{\pm}0.9){\times}10^{-15}Tm^2$/A from the linear dependence of the threshold current density with respect to the applied magnetic field.

  • The natural convective nanofluid flow and heat transfer inside a square enclosure with a center heater in the presence of magnetic field has been studied numerically. The vertical walls of the enclosure are cold and the top wall is adiabatic while the bottom wall is considered with constant heat source. The governing differential equations are solved by using a finite volume method based on SIMPLE algorithm. The parametric study is performed to analyze the effect of different lengths of center heater, Hartmann numbers and Rayleigh numbers. The heater effectiveness and temperature distribution are examined. The effect of all pertinent parameters on streamlines, isotherms, velocity profiles and average Nusselt numbers are presented. It is found that heat transfer increases with the increase of heater length, whereas it decreases with the increase of magnetic field effect. Furthermore, it is found that the value of Nusselt number depends strongly upon the Hartmann number for the increasing values of Rayleigh number.

강자성체 배관 탐상용 RFECT System의 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of RFECT System for Ferromagnetic Pipelines)

  • 전자기를 이용하여 배관의 비파괴검사를 적용하는 방법 중 하나인 Remote Field Eddy Current Testing (RFECT)는 큰 마찰력이 발생하고 잔류자화성분이 남는 Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) 방식과 외벽의 결함을 측정하는데 곤란한 일반 Eddy Current Testing (ECT) 방식의 단점들을 보완할 수 있는 기법으로 50여 년 전부터 다양한 기관에서 연구되어왔다. 그러나 배관 내에서 발생하는 와전류와 자기장에 대한 연구와 RFECT Exciter Coil의 설계에 대한 논의가 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 유한요소법을 이용한 전자기 해석을 통해 배관 내에서 발생하는 와전류와 자기장의 분포를 확인하고 변수 변화에 따른 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 Exciter Coil에 대한 최적 설계 알고리즘을 제시하고, 결함 형상과 기타 변수 변화가 결함신호에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다.

Near Fields around Metallic Walls due to a Nearby Dipole Source with Applications to EMC

  • This paper discusses the near field characteristics of a dipole source located near conducting metallic walls from an electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) point of view. An integral equation for a dipole source near a metallic wall is derived and solved by applying Galerkin's method of moments (MoM). The results show that in the regions outside the dipole source, total electric near fields decrease gradually in magnitude with an increasing field point from the dipole source. But in the regions inside the dipole source, total electric near fields decrease rapidly with a dipole position of $h{\leq}0.3{\lambda}$. For a dipole position of $h{\geq}0.7{\lambda}$, the peaks and nulls of the total near electric field occur periodically in the regions inside the dipole source, and the fluctuation period is almost $0.5{\lambda}$. The worst position for a receptor location is along the z-axis, and a range of a half-magnitude of the maximum near electric field in the principal H-plane is about two times broader than that of the principal E-plane. Experimental measurements are also presented to validate the theory.

적층형 세라믹 압전 액추에이터의 전계강도와 압축응력에 따른 변위특성 해석 (Electric Field Strength and Compressive Stress Effects on the Displacement of Multilayered Ceramic Actuators)

  • The effects of electric field strength and mechanical compressive stress on the displacement of multilayered ceramic actuator, stacked alternatively 0.2 (PbM $n_{1}$3/N $b_{2}$3/ $O_3$)-0.8(PbZ $r_{0.475}$ $Ti_{0.525}$ $O_3$) ceramic thin films and 70Ag-30Pd electrodes were investigated. Because the actuators were designed to stack ceramic layer and electrode layer alternatively, the ceramic-electrode interfaces may act as a resistance to motion of domain wall. so the polarization and strain were affected by the amount of 180$^{\circ}$domain, electric field strength and mechanical compressive stress. Consequently, the change of polarization, displacement with respect to field strength, and mechanical compressive stress were likely to be caused by readiness of the domain wall movement around the ceramic-electrode interfaces.ces.

  • 본 연구에서는 동시확립문제의 속도장해석에 있어서 단면내의 속도분포에 대 한 일체의 가정을 하지 않고 운동량방정식을 직접 해석하여 단면내의 속도분포를 구하 였다. 또한 Prandtl수, 반경비 및 편심도가 열전달특성에 미치는 영향에 대한 해석 도 수행하였다.

  • 흙막이 현장에서 안정성 및 경제적 시공이 이루어지기 위해서는 굴착단계별 토질특성을 반영한 정량적인 정수들이 실제 현장과 일치되어야 한다. 그중 흙막이 설계 시 가장 중요한 매개 변수인 변형계수 및 수평지반반력계수는 현장여건에 따라 표준관입시험의 N값으로 산출하는 것이 일반화되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 일반화된 흙막이 설계법의 모순을 극복하고, 실제 현장에 부합하는 수평지반반력계수 산정을 위하여 표준관입시험, 평판재하시험 및 공내재하시험을 실시하고 상호관계성을 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 현장의 실제 계측데이터를 통한 유한요소해석법과 탄소성해석법의 역해석을 통하여 수평지반반력계수와 굴착에 따른 저감계수를 추정하였으며, 궁극적으로 중 소형 및 일반현장에서도 흙막이 벽체 설계 시 합리적인 설계적용을 위한 정수의 오류를 줄이고자 한다.

공동주택 현장 측정자료를 활용한 중량충격원의 바닥충격음 차단성능 비교 (Comparison of Impact Sound Insulation Performances of Apartment Floors Against Heavy-weight Impact Sources via Field Measurement Data)

  • Notification 2013-611 of MOLIT has come into effect. It relates primarily to new standard impact source. In this study, an in-depth experimental analysis of the difference between a bang machine and an impact ball was performed via field testing of shear wall and flat plate structure at 51 sites. This paper focuses on the difference in single number quantities between a bang machine and an impact ball. At wall thicknesses of 180 and 210 mm in shear wall structure, the single number quantities exhibited differences of 3.1 and 4.5 dB, respectively, and at thicknesses exceeding 250 mm in flat plate structure, the difference was constant at 4.6 dB. With regard to flat plate structures, the single-index difference increased up to 11 dB as the thickness of the floor slab increased. In general, the highest level of contribution for the bang machine was 63 Hz, irrespective of thickness determining bandwidth. The highest level for the impact ball were 63 Hz and 125 Hz. In future research, when reviewing additional field performance measurement data, it will be necessary to consider a detailed examination instead of the current method of uniformly adding 3 dB for all thicknesses and types of structures.
