패션소품생산 분야의 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the National Competency Standards of Fashion Accessories Production)

  • This study analyzed the process of development and verification of standards through the competency analysis of fashion accessories products in the development of 'National Competency Standards'(NCS), which was carried out in 2013 for the fashion industry. The NCS for fashion accessories production was developed through three Focus Group Interviews (FGIs) and fashion accessories production was defined as "the process of design, development and manufacture intended to produce items that improve the degree of completion of fashion products that are produced from textile fabric, knitted fabric, leather and other materials such as bags, belts, hats, gloves, scarves, neckties and socks with the exception of clothes". The competency unit for fashion accessories production was analyzed in 11 categories: development of design; development of materials; production of prototype samples; calculation of cost; determination of mass production model and price; planning of main manufacture process; ordering of materials; planning for mass production; preparation for mass production; mass production; and inspection of completed products, and the verification was carried out on development outcomes through a survey carried out of on-site personnel. This study recommends the following direction for future improvements based on an analysis of the development process of the NCS for fashion accessories production. First, future development of standards should first provide a rational category system for each area of fashion good production based on the production process, which should be followed by a detailed competency survey. Second, in order to ensure a more efficient verification survey, an expert for each competency unit should be designated for the develop standard to induce a more sincere response. Also the questionnaire should require supplementation in order to collect the various additional opinions of experts of the field. Finally, this study concludes that it is urgent to procure an education infrastructure and specialized professors in order to apply the competency standard for fashion accessories production to the education sector. This study also concludes that the government will be required to provide systematic and consistent support aimed at supplementing development and forming a firm collaborative working environment for the industry and academia in order to improve the current education environment and build a more field-oriented education environment.

  • 본 논문은 SW인력수급의 질적, 양적 불일치를 해소하고 산학협력을 기반으로 하는 인력양성을 위해 공급망관리(Supply Chain Management) 모델에 대한 개념을 SW인력정책에 적용하였다. 대학을 공급자로 기업을 수요자로 인식하고, 대학과 기업간의 산학협업을 통해 수요지향적 SW인력 양성 시스템을 구축하는 최적의 공급망 관리로 새롭게 접근하였다. 산업체 수요를 반영하기 위해 SW분야 산학연관 전문가로 구성된 인력양성정책협의회를 통해 인력수요계획을 수립하고, 이를 대학 내 수요 지향적 교과목개발 및 교과과정개편에 반영하여 전공역량이 강화되는 공학인증으로 유도하였다. 또한 산학협력 프로젝트 수행을 통해 취업으로 이루어져 산업체가 필요한 인력을 배출하는 수급매칭 프로세스인 인력양성 SCM모델의 가치사슬(Value Chain)을 제시하였다.

메이커 역량 모델 개발 및 초·중등 교육 현장에서의 메이커 교육 방안 탐색 (Developing Maker Competency Model and Exploring Maker Education Plan in the Field of Elementary and Secondary Education)

  • 이 연구에서는 메이커 교육의 본질 및 속성을 탐색하기 위하여 중요사건기법 분석과 행동사건면접 분석을 통해 메이커들이 지니고 있는 핵심 역량을 추출하였고, 이를 바탕으로 메이커 역량 모델을 개발하였다. 연구 결과, 6개의 역량군과 23개의 하위 역량을 추출할 수 있었다. 즉, '분석적 사고', '직관적 사고', '시각적 사고', '경험적 사고'의 4개 역량으로 구성된 통합적 사고 역량군, '공유', '의사소통', '갈등관리', '주도성'의 4개 역량으로 구성된 협업 역량군을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 '다양한 영역에 대한 관심', '도전 의식', '실패 관리', '메이킹 과정의 즐거움'의 4개 역량으로 구성된 메이킹 마인드 역량군, '인류애', '사용자 지향'의 2개 역량으로 구성된 인간중심 역량군, '관찰', '일상 속 불편함의 인식'의 2개 역량으로 구성된 문제 발견 역량군을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, '제작 도구에 대한 이해', '전기에 대한 이해', '프로그래밍에 대한 이해', '계획수립', '손 지식', '정보 탐색', '직접적인 실행'의 7개 역량으로 구성된 메이킹 수행 역량군을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 대한 교육적 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

Social Capital in Mangrove Management: A Case Study in Lampung Province, Indonesia

  • The objective of this study is to identify the individual characteristics and the elements of social capital hence a suitable design of social capital reinforcement can be proposed to promote a sustainable community-based mangrove management. The research conducted in three villages that were selected based on mangrove ecological differences in Lampung Province, Indonesia. Qualitative data was collected through field observation and in-depth interviews with key informants. The results showed that the population in the three villages dominated on productive ages, worked as farmers, and less educated (only a half of the population had fulfilled the basic education standard of Indonesia). The study results also indicated that the social capital in the communities showed minimum condition of interpersonal attachment and cooperation. This condition was derived from the attitude of the people who only took personal benefit without concerning to others' welfare. Many programs conducted by government to ensure the conservation of mangroves were project-oriented with minor participation of community. The minor participation might also contributed to the minimum of social capital in the community. To improve social capital, the communities should strengthen mutual trust based on mutual benefit to increase members' participation in mangrove activity.

Design of PM Motor Drive Course and DSP Based Robot Traction System Laboratory

  • This paper presents a part of North Africa/Europe collaboration results in education to develop project-oriented courses in power electronics and motor drive field. The course aims to teach Permanent Magnet motor drives close to a real world project of significant size and depth so as to be motivational, namely mobile robot project. Particular skills, student will acquire, are those relative to the detailed design and implementation of PM motor controllers in DSP based rapid prototyping environment. Simulation work is completed using graphical modeling tools in Simulink/Plecs, while real-time implementation is achieved by means of eZdspF2812 board and Simulink/TI C2000 Embedded Target tools. This flexible development environment fit the robot traction system very well and provides exactly the functionality necessary for an efficient PM motor drives teaching as demonstrated by a set of simulation and experiments.

어린이급식관리지원센터 지원 서비스 만족도 조사를 통한 성과 분석과 발전 방향 (A Performance Analysis by the Satisfaction Survey for Center for Children's Foodservice Management and Developmental Direction)

  • This study sought to understand the requirements of registered institutions and parents of beneficiary children's through a satisfaction survey conducted at Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFSM) and to improve quality to create a model example of site-based meal safety management in accordance with population trends. In 2019, the comprehensive satisfaction level of the director and parents rose 2.4 points and 2.9 points, respectively, compared to the previous year, and the comprehensive satisfaction level of the director and parents continued to rise from 2015 to 2019. The gap between the highest and lowest institutions is narrowed to 13.5 points year-on-year from 21.4 points. National Institute of Food and Nutrition Service will need to make efforts to upgrade regional centers through (Human Resource Development(HRD) training to strengthen their job-specific capabilities and minimize the standard deviation of each center. Since local centers are distributed across the country and have field-oriented service support systems, CCFSM will need to manage the healthy eating habits of the underprivileged, provide information necessary to establish proper eating habits, strengthen education, and establish a customized food safety service system.

국내외 건축센터의 운영주체별 역할 및 프로그램에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Role and Programs of Architectural Centers at Home and Abroad according to the Main Body of Operation)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the programs and the roles of Architectural Centers by their types in terms of the main body of organization. In order to figure out the programs and the roles, we examined the possibility to have different roles and varied collaboration ways depending on their main body types : central, municipal, architectural associations, and other private sectors. We also investigated the process of establishment of the Centers, their programs to promote the public and private partnerships focusing on the quality improvement of public architecture, research & investigations, education & publication, and cultural exchange & events. From this study, we could find out the differentiated management strategies and the ways of collaboration in public & private sectors for architectural centers and understand which aspects should be taken into consideration in the establishment of architectural centers. Centers initiated by public sectors generally have been focusing on supporting funds and centers initiated by private sectors relatively have developed the field oriented programs activating collaborative network and public participation.

Korea's Science and Technology Manpower Policy: Focusing on the Special Act on Support for Scientists and Engineers and its Action Plans

  • This paper dealt with the Korean manpower policy in science and technology, focusing on the contents and tools of the Special Act and its Master Plans. After briefly introducing the historical development of the Korean manpower policy from the 1960s to the present, it discussed and analyzed the Special Act and Plans from the framework of personnel development, distribution, utilization and infrastructure. Korea's science and technology manpower policy has focused on fostering and supplying manpower in line with the country's industrial growth strategy. In the early stage of industrial development during the 1960s and 1980s, government research institutes were direct and effective tools for nurturing S&T manpower. Since the 1990s, the importance of university research has increased. The government fostered graduate research manpower through the research-oriented university policy of the BK21 program. After the IMF financial crisis in 1997, the tendency of students to avoid careers in science and technology led to enacting the Special Act (2004) governing the field of S&T human resources. The Special Act has contributed to leveling up the university education system in science and engineering and sophisticated the policy to include entrepreneurship training, spin-off startups, industry-university cooperation, and offering degree programs. The Special Act and the regularly revised Master Plans have been essential tools in systematically managing the science and technology manpower policies of the Korean government.

유아의 자유놀이시간과 교사의 역할에 대한 예비유아교사들의 인식: 포토보이스를 중심으로 (Pre-Service Early Childhood Teachers' Perceptions of Young Children's Free Play Time and the Roles of Teachers : Focusing on Photovoice)

  • Objective: This study aimed to investigate Pre-service early childhood teachers' perceptions and roles regarding young children's free play time. Methods: The study utilized the photovoice method and involved 21 pre-service early childhood teachers who expressed interest in participating. Participants were enrolled in an infants teaching methodology class in B city. The study involved four virtual meetings conducted via untact teams, and the automatic recordings of these meetings were transcribed for analysis. Results: The results revealed that pre-service early childhood teachers recognized young children's free play time as a period to enjoy full freedom, develop as the main agent of their lives, and express their imagination. Furthermore, pre-service early childhood teachers perceived their roles during young children's free play time as a specialist infant observer, a connector between play and learning, and a versatile supporter. Conclusion/Implications: The findings suggest the need for a systematic curriculum to provide pre-service early childhood teachers with a balanced perspective and awareness of the meaning of free play and teacher roles. The study highlights the importance of expanding pre-practice courses for observation of play and field-oriented curriculum for incumbent teachers.

Web 기반 디자인 교육에 관한 연구 - 그 유용성과 문제점을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Wed Based Design Education -Mainly on Usabilities and Problems-)

  • 디자인은 주어진 어떤 목적을 달성하기 위하여 여러 조형요소(造形要素) 가운데서 의도적으로 선택하여 그것을 합리적으로 구성하여 유기적인 통일을 얻기 위한 창조활동이며, 디자인교육은 기술공학, 예술, 인간학, 과학 등 여러 학문분야와 연계된 협업을 통한 문제점 발견, 이해(심화)하고, 문제해결능력을 배양하는 것이라 하겠다. 한편, 지식은 개인의 인지적 작용과 개인이 속한 사회에의 참여라는 두 요소의 상호작용에 의해 지속적으로 변화, 수정, 보완을 통해 구성되어 가는 것이고, 학습은 제시된 정보를 그대로 재생하는 것이 아니라 주어진 정보를 뛰어넘어 새로운 의미를 채워나가는 과정이라고 파악하는 구성주의적 학습관은 교수와 학습의 중심이 교수자중심, 지식전달위주의 교육에서 자연스럽게 학습자 중심, 학습자 주 도의 정보습득과정으로 바뀌어 간다. 오늘날 인터넷에 접속할수 있는 가장 쉽고, 가장 인기 있는 방법인 '웹을 이용한 교수학습(Web Based Instruction: WBI)'이 디자인의 특성과 디자인 교육의 특이성과도 부합할 것인가. 또한 만약 WBI가 디자인 교육에 부합한다고 하더라도 그것이 가지는 한계와 문제점은 무엇인가. 먼저 WBI의 디자인교육에의 적용 또는 웹기반교육과 디자인교육의 연계문제에 관하여는 리챠드 브랜햄(Richard Branham)의 예견에 따라, 학습자 중심의 학습은 앞으로 디자인 교육의 지배적인 교수방법이 되어 있음을 이 미 현실화한 국내의 여러 선례에서 확인할 수 있었다. 디자인 교육은 문제의 해결책을 그대로 가르쳐주는 보완적 전략(supplantive strategies) 보다는 직접경험학습을 통한 탐구적 전략(generative strategies)을 취하는 교육이라는 점에서 웹기반교육의 장점을 십분 살릴 수 있다. 그러나 웹기반 디자인교육은 그 속성상 몇 가지 문제점을 안고 있거니와 무엇보다도그것이 온라인 상에서 이루어진다는 데에서 그 한계도 지닌다. 교수자의 적극적인 참여와 안내가 있어야 하고, 학습자의 참여도를 교육에 반영하는 원칙과 방법의 모색, 학습동기를 유발할 수 있는 유연한 피드 백 외에도 오프라인 수업을 병행하는 보완이 요구된다는 점을 지적된다.
