SMT 검사기의 경로계획을 위한 클러스터링 알고리즘 (A Clustering Algorithm for Path Planning of SMT Inspection Machines)

  • 인쇄회로기판을 조립하는 SMT (surface mount technology) 라인의 AOI (automatic optical inspection) 형 검사기를 대상으로, 검사시간 단축을 위한 경로계획 방법을 제안한다. 기판에 존재하는 검사 윈도우들은 카메라의 FOV (field-of-view) 크기를 고려하여 클러스터링 되어야 하며, 전체 검사시간의 단축을 위하여 클러스터의 수를 최소화하는 것이 바람직하다. 주어진 기판에 대한 클러스터의 수를 최소화하기 위한 유전자 알고리즘을 새로이 제안하며, 이를 사용한 효과적 경로계획 방법을 제시한다. 상용 검사기를 대강으로 시뮬레이션을 수행하며, 비교 평가를 통하여 제안된 방법의 유용성을 검증한다.

  • In this paper we present a detail approach of the determination of IFOV (Instantaneous Field of View) of high-resolution (l m) panchromatic satellite image over test site. IFOV is the representative measurements as the determination of the spatial resolution in remote sensed imaging system. It can be defined as some area on the ground with the particular altitude when the satellite acquires the image at any given time. Especially, spatial resolution of passive sensors primarily depends on their IFOV. The determination of IFOV goes through simple steps of procedure as followings: Firstly, the GSD (Ground Sample Distance) should be computed at each point on the geometrically corrected image. Then, The GSD is converted into the IFOV. So we are going to explain our test procedures and results.

Digital Holographic Microscopy with extended field of view using tool for generic image stitching

  • This paper describes in detail the processing path leading to successful phase images stitching in digital holographic microscope for the extension of the field of view. It applies FIJI Grid/Collection Stitching Plugin, which is a general tool for images stitching, non-specific for phase images. The FIJI plugin is extensively supported by aberration and phase offset correction. Comparative analysis of different aberration correction methods and data processing strategies is presented, together with the critical analysis of their applicability. The proposed processing path provides good background for statistical phase analysis of cell cultures and digital phase pathology.

Obstacle Avoidance Method for UAVs using Polar Grid

  • This paper proposes an obstacle avoidance method using a depth polar grid. Depth information is a crucial factor for determining the safe path for collision-free navigation of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as it can perceive the distance to the obstacles effectively. However, the existing depth-camera-based approaches for obstacle avoidance require computational y expensive path planning algorithms. We propose a simple navigation method using the polar-grid of the depth information obtained from the camera with narrow field-of-view(FOV). The effectiveness of the approach was validated by a series of experiments using software-in-the-loop simulation in a realistic outdoor environment. The experimental results show that the proposed approach successfully avoids obstacles using a single depth camera with limited FOV.

  • To ensure drive's field of view, obstruction area generated by a steering wheel, hub and spoke must be considered at the early stage of automobile design. The current approach to computing obstruction area proposed by SAE is based on 2D drafting procedures so that it is not precise and errorprone. In the paper we discuss the novel approach which models the obstruction area as the shadows of the steering wheel, hub and spoke by assuming the human eye as light sources. The approach is based on ray tracing and space transformations for that it can be applied when free form curves are hired to represent the steering wheel, hub and spoke in CAD environment. As a result, it gives more predise and reliable results than SAE approach.

  • Re-oxidized nitrided oxides which have been investigated as alternative gate oxide for Metal- Oxide -Semiconductor field effect devices were grown by conventional furnace process using pure NH$_3$ and dry $O_2$ gas, and were characterized via a Fowler-Nordheim Tunneling electron injection technique. We studied Ig-Vg characteristics, leakage current, $\Delta$Vg under constant current stress from electrical characteristics point of view and TDDB from reliability point of view of MOS capacitors with SiO$_2$, NO, ONO dielectrics. Also, we studied the effect of stress temperature (25, 50, 75, 100, and 1$25^{\circ}C$). Overall, our results indicate that optimized re-oxidized nitrided oxide shows improved Ig-Vg characteristics, leakage current over the nitrided oxide and SiO$_2$. It has also been shown that re-oxidized nitrided oxide have better TDDB performance than SiO$_2$ while maintaining a similar temperature and electric field dependence. Especially, the Qbd is increased by about 1.5 times.

Gas Turbine Data Acquisition and Monitoring System for Combined Cycle Power Plant

  • This paper presents a data acquisition and monitoring system for a gas turbine. The proposed system entitled C-Tune DAS plays an important role to make an analysis of the real-time operation of the gas turbine under maintenance. The designed LabVIEW based software is divided into three parts according to their original functions, i.e., data acquisition, data analysis with display, and data storage. The data acquisition part receives data from a PMS (Plant Management System) server and two cFPs (Compact-Field Point). To verify the validity of the developed system, it is applied to gas turbines in the combined cycle power plant in Korea.

  • 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있는 증강현실 위치기반 서비스와 같이 사용자의 한정된 시야각이 존재하는 상황에서 사용자가 원하는 데이터를 효과적으로 제공하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 새로운 위치기반 질의인 시야 최근접 질의 (VFNN: View Field Nearest Neighbor Queries)를 소개한다. VFNN 질의는 사용자의 시야각내에 위치하는 가장 가까운 데이터를 검색한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 VFNN 질의 처리 알고리즘은 가장 널리 활용되고 있는 공간 데이터 색인 구조인 $R^*$-tree를 사용한다. 특히, 질의 점과 MBR 사이의 최소거리인 MINDIST뿐만 아니라, 질의 점과 MBR 사이의 최대 각, 최소 각을 정의한다. 이를 활용하여 $R^*$-tree 탐색 시 질의 결과 값을 포함하지 않는 노드들을 연산에서 제외함으로써 질의 처리의 효율성을 향상시킨다. 마지막으로 실험을 통하여 VFNN 질의 처리 알고리즘의 성능을 평가한다.

FMS 에서 공정계획을 고려한 스케쥴링 (An integration of process planning and scheduling in FMS)

  • In scheduling open-field type FMS, process planning of decision making between alternate machines is taken into consideration. This idea is validated via implementing two experimental systems; One is a knowledge-based system and the other is to solve a Constraint Satisfaction Problem. The former generates some promising schedules in view of improving machine utilization, makespan and meanflow time, and the latter does in view of meeting due date.

Flat Field Anastigmat 조건을 만족하는 3반사 망원경 광학계 설계 (Optical design of flat field anastigmatic three-mirror telescope)

  • 가시광선 영역의 고분해능 3반사 망원경 광학계 설계를 위하여, 광학계의 기구적 제한사항을 만족함과 동시에 Flat Field Anastigmat 조건을 만족하는 해를 구하는 초기설계 기법이 제시되었으며, 이를 기초로 프로그램을 작성하여 F/14.5, 구경 600 mm, 시야 0.27.deg. * 1.3.deg.의 3반사 망원경광학계의 초기설계를 수행하였다. 초기 설계된 광학계의 최적화를 위하여 Code V를 사용하였으며, 그 결과로서 CCD의 모서리 부분 Field를 제외한 모든 Field에서 Nyquist Frequency에서의 MTF값이 0.5이상이었다.
