In field of apartment housing currently, insulation technology is the most effective way because it is common to improve the thermal performance, therefore, it is contributed to energy saving as several regional insulation standards and legal mandate method. In addition, by applying of building energy efficiency rating certification system, it has inspired voluntary energy conservation commitment for the building owner or facility manager by making a plan to evaluate and verify building energy performance. However, these circumstances are not enough to acquire a grade 2 of higher information. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the impact of building energy efficiency rating and confirmed reduction ratio compared to the standard housing on the basis of recent our nation building law when we had changed the shape of windows and wall insulation performance and shapes of housing.

The economic growth of the modern society brought economic expansion of the national income. It is to increase the demand that faced with community or convenience facilities helping living of the residents, but the community facilities in the apartment helping living of residents do not adapt resident living conditions or demands. This study analyzes as follows the use present situation of the community facilities supplied with an apartment plan and building plans. The objective of the study is to understand a problem of an installation standard of community facililities throughout research. The study way was based on literature review, a field study and an interview with manager in the apartments. We are as follows telling the conclusion of this research. The builder must plan the facilities which the resident requests from the plan stage to the conclusion. We must consider the operation method according to the facilities. The facilities must be planed to make the contentment of the resident with the usage.

It needs a framework to minimizing the damage using the just-time just-resources strategy. But it is not easy to put 'what kinds of resources', 'how many resources', 'from where institutions', and 'how much money for the reimbursement'. So most of the local government depends on the field manager. In this study, we analysed the conventional system and provides the efficient methodology to the stockpiling and mobilizing against to the disaster. The study does not provide the stockpile amount for the local governments, because the stockpile amounts must consider the local diverse situations.

Schedule management of construction work is important in order to complete construction projects within a given period of time. As activities increase and relations become more complex, schedule management software becomes increasingly necessary. To address this, attempts are being made to incorporate web-based ICT (information and communications technology) in construction project management. This research proposed a method to manage construction schedules via web pages using Flash. The interactive and graphic property of Flash enables a field manager to manage schedules easily and efficiently. A prototype was implemented using Flash and Action Script, and it was applied to a sample network in a web page.

Through the survey on the current status of hazardous substances in laboratories, the research institute is designed to establish measures to improve the management of university laboratories and to create a safe laboratory. We intend to explore countermeasures by confirming and reviewing the recognition of the statutes in the "Guidelines for the Implementation of the Laboratory Pre-Hazard Factors Analysis" through the questionnaire. Although there are various parts to create a pleasant environment for a laboratory, the most important part is the role of a laboratory manager in the area where each and every one of the laboratory's directors is the "Act on the Establishment of a Safety Environment in a Laboratory", but if the laboratory is not to be accident-prone, the laboratory's responsibility is to be more secure. This research is intended to be funded by research to reasonably implement" Guidelines for the Implementation of the Laboratory Pre-Hazard Factors Analysis" before applying to universities and to protect field-based research activities and to reasonably reduce safety accident prevention and risk.

This study aims to investigate the determinants of turnover intention among company managers in Indonesia. Based on the literature, this research hypothesizes that job satisfaction is a mediator in the relationship between compensation, career and turnover intention of companies in Indonesia. Respondents as research samples are grouped into middle managers from two industries, namely, manufacturing and services. A total of 215 questionnaires were returned from middle managers. Data analysis used Structural Equation Model - Linear Structural Relationship (SEM LISREL). The research results prove that compensation and career have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Compensation, career, and job satisfaction have a negative impact on turnover intention. Compensation is known to be one of the motivating drivers of workers around the world. From this study it can be said that, if middle manager teachers are well compensated, they will be encouraged, persuaded and will have positive feelings toward their work, and this will result in staying put. It works also with career and job satisfaction. If both variables are considered carefully, intention to move tends to be low. These findings provide new insights into the field of international human resources in developing multinational companies and service businesses.

Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between product characteristics and customer purchase intention in live-streaming commerce. Research design, data and methodology: Six independent factors namely, scarcity, customization, discount, experimentalism, novelty, and informativeness were identified to analyze their effects on customer purchase intention in live-streaming commerce. The perceived value was accepted as a mediator between independent and dependent variables. Data were gathered from 643 respondents who experienced purchases in live-streaming commerce in China. Results: The results show that product characteristics strongly affect customer purchase intention, and perceived value plays an important mediating role in live-streaming commerce. Therefore, when developing a sales strategy in live-streaming commerce, product characteristics. Such as customization, discount, experimentalism, novelty, and information must be considered. Conclusions: The majority of live-streaming commerce research has focused on platform interactions and consumers. This study is meaningful in that it dealt with product characteristics and confirmed the mediating roles of perceived value in live-streaming commerce. The findings of this study have significant implications and offer valuable insights and practical guidance for both the academic community and practitioners engaged in the field of live-streaming commerce.

Recently, interest in the precast concrete (PC) construction method has been increasing. The PC construction process consists of i) design, ii) production, iii) transportation, and iv) installation. A PC field manager at the site submits a shipment request form to the factory one to three days before the installation of the PC component. Numerous matters should be considered in writing a shipment request form. Incorrect shipment request forms may cause standby resources, waste of resources, premature work conclusion, or excessive work. These issues can lead to an increase in construction costs, replanning of PC component installation, or rework. In order to prevent such problems, PC component installation should be simulated based on the shipment request form. Accordingly, this study aims to identify factors influencing the operability of shipment request forms for PC construction. To this end, this study derived factors influencing i) initiation of the activity, ii) addition or deletion of activities, and iii) an increase or decrease in the activity execution time. As a result, this study identified flow, the features of PC components, condition of PC components, unloading location, installation location, input equipment and labor, number of anchors, number of supports, weather, strike, and accident. Further studies should verify the factors derived in this study based on focus group interviews.

The management of defects in barracks facilities is carried out in such a way that defects found by the facility's manager are listed and requested to be repaired by the contractor. However, the standards and methods for the inspection of defects in the management of these defects are not specified in detail, so it is difficult to check the defects in detail. In response, the study first analyzed the current status of the number of defects that occurred in 2021 at official residences and barracks of certain units. As a result of the analysis, the number of defects that were not taken care of and that were not taken until the previous month was more than 10 cases on average per month. In order to reduce the number of such defects, major improvements in the field, timing, and safety inspection were found after the inspection of the military's facilities and safety, and the analysis of the manual of maintenance management. In addition, items for improvement of the checklist were derived through an analysis of the repair of defects caused by the unit's official residence and a total of 10 barracks facilities. Based on this, a checklist was proposed to manage defects in barracks facilities through interviews with military facility managers.

The customized cosmetics preparation management qualification system was implemented in March 2020, and it served to create jobs by developing professionals and vitalizing the cosmetics business. However, various problems such as high examination fees, suitability of questions, and utilization in industries are emerging. This paper attempts to prevent disputes that the system can cause and suggest ways to improve it by researching customized cosmetics, the industry status, and comparing foreign cosmetics laws. There is a kind of opinion that laws should be eased for this industry and the other opinion that expertise is necessary in this field because of safety. The system now has adverse effects due to a failure to adjust the difficulty of the exam. Cosmetics are not prescription-based, so they are routinely used. However, some toxic ingredients can cause side effects if they do not conform with certain standards. Also, it is difficult for a case to lead to lawsuits because most consumer damages related to cosmetics are individual. In addition, as e-commerce develops, there is a growing possibility of seeing more consumer damages. If safety and distribution issues, which experts are concerned about, escalate, the private dispute settlement system (among the ADR systems) should be activated as a resolution method.
