신생아 감각자극에 관한 국내 연구 논문 분석 (An Analysis of Research on the Sensory Stimulation in Newborn Infants in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of study was : 1) to analyse the trend of research on the sensory stimulation in newborn in Korea, 2) to suggest direction for further study on the sensory stimulation in newborn and contributing to the use of intervention in newborn. Method: Research studies on the sensory stimulation in newborn were selected from the dissertations, parents-child health. Academic Society Journal, and from Korean Journal of Pediatrcs which were conducted between 1984 and 2002. The total numbers of the studies were 15. These studies were analyzed for 1) time of publication or presentation 2) thesis for a degree or nondegree 3) characteristics of subjects 4) sample size 5) research design 6) type of sensory stimualtion 7) meaurement tool 8) result. Result : 1)The most year of studies were the 1996's~ 2000's. 2) The degree of studies were higher than nondegree. 3) The most characteristics of subjects were the premature infants. 4) The most frequent sample sizes were 11-20. 5) The all research design was nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design in quasi experimental basis. 6) The most type of sensory stimulation was Field massage(tactile and kinesthetic). 7) The measurement tool used all objective tools. 8) The most research data were collected by the measure of the weight, heart rate, behavior state, respiration, stress hormon and positive results. Conclusion: 1) Human sensory stimulation did not seem to harm the infants. 2) several positive effects of sensory stimulation that have been reported previously must be reevaluated. 3) further research will be required large sample size, long-term outcome, individualized stimulation program, early parent-infant contact in order to enhance the development of attachment, to determine the underlying mechanism and theorical frame for these stimulation effect.

CPV모듈의 2차 광학계 특성에 따른 성능분석 (Performance Analysis of CPV Modules for Optimizing Secondary Optical Elements)

  • Concentrator photovoltaic (CPV) system consists of high-quality complex optical elements, mechanical devices, and electronics components and can have the advantages of high integration and high-efficiency energy sources. III-V compound semiconductor cells have proven performance based on high reliability in the aerospace field, but have characteristics that require absolute support of the balance of systems (BOS) such as solar position trackers, receivers with heat sinks, and housing instruments. To determine the optimum parameters of secondary optical elements (SOEs) design for CPV systems, we designed three types of CPV modules, classified as non-SOEs type, reflective mirror type, and CPC lens type. We measured the I-V and P-V characteristics of the prototype CPV modules with the angle of inclination varying from 0° to 12° and with a 500-magnification Fresnel lens. The experimental results assumed misalignment of the solar position tracker or module design of pinpoint accuracy. As a result, at the 0° tilt angle, the CPC lens produced lower power due to the quartz transmittance ratio compared to that by other SOEs. However, for tilt angles greater than 3°, the CPC lens type module achieved high efficiency and stability. This study is expected to help design high-performance CPV systems.

몸 움직임이 공간구축에 미친 영향에 관한 연구 - 감성공간디자인(GSD)를 중심으로 - (Research for the influence of body movement on the space occupation - Focusing on the GSD -)

  • Recently, 'Emotion' has attracted public attention socially and continuously in the fields such as construction, environment, design and products. Also, phenomenological concept of space through the physique in the viewpoint of the human-oriented aspect, namely, body, has been managed as a planned measure suitable for a new era and space. In this study, the author examined and analyzed the verbs and emotional vocabulary about the human body's behavior. The phenomenological space conception through body, i.e, flesh in this human centered point of view is being treated as the suitable planning measure on the new era and space. Though the epochal issue for Emotion is being attempted in many ways in various field such as product and marketing, the approach through the relationship between human and space. Therefore, we would like to see how the Emotion related to the movement that occurs in the space by analyzing the human body movement which is the subject of experiencing the space experimentally and research the characteristic of Emotion and space movement. SPSS 12.0 was used for the analysis to perform the analysis of basic statistics and Factor Analysis, and then to analyze the characteristic and emotional attribute for the experimental analysis. Comparing the activity for the 2 groups' behavior through the analyzed result with the test, active behavior was found to be higher than inactive behavior in the emotional value, and their bodies' motion showed averagely positive value in the emotional aspect; their bodies' motion was presented differently according to the attributes and amount of the people who would experience a specific space. However, the author found that affirmative and active behavior showed emotional aspect more than inactive behavior.

H 파일과 프리캐스트 콘크리트로 형성된 벽체의 횡저항성능에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Lateral Load Resistance of a Wall Structure Composed of Precast Concrete and H-Pile)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 벽체와 H-pile로 구성된 벽체구조의 횡하중저항 성능을 평가하는 것이다. 이러한 형태의 구조는 옹벽 및 방음벽 기초 구조물로 사용된다. 실제 크기의 목업시험체를 설계하였으며, 실험체를 제작하였다. 대상 구조체의 설계횡하중은 54.6kN이다. 실제 현장에서 6.5m의 파일과 유사한 변형 프로파일을 갖는 실험체의 파일의 길이를 이론적으로 결정하였으며, 1.5m로 제작하였다. 실험중 벽체의 횡방향 변위가 파일의 변형률을 모니터링 하였으며, 균열의 발생을 육안 조사하였다. 실험으로부터 평가된 하중 및 변형 능력을 설계능력과 비교하였다. 실험결과는 설계하중을 저항하는데 충분한 성능을 보유하고 있음을 나타냈다.

  • As the blockchain technology attracts attention, interest in cryptocurrency that is received as a reward is also increasing. Currently, investments and transactions are continuing with the expectation and increasing value of cryptocurrency. Accordingly, prediction for cryptocurrency price has been attempted through artificial intelligence technology and social sentiment analysis. The purpose of this paper is to develop a deep learning ensemble model for predicting the price fluctuations and one-day lag price of cryptocurrency based on the design science research method. This paper intends to perform predictive modeling on Ethereum among cryptocurrencies to make predictions more efficiently and accurately than existing models. Therefore, it collects data for five years related to Ethereum price and performs pre-processing through customized functions. In the model development stage, four LSTM models, which are efficient for time series data processing, are utilized to build an ensemble model with the optimal combination of hyperparameters found in the experimental process. Then, based on the performance evaluation scale, the superiority of the model is evaluated through comparison with other deep learning models. The results of this paper have a practical contribution that can be used as a model that shows high performance and predictive rate for cryptocurrency price prediction and price fluctuations. Besides, it shows academic contribution in that it improves the quality of research by following scientific design research procedures that solve scientific problems and create and evaluate new and innovative products in the field of information systems.

재사용율이 높은 시스템 동바리의 수직재와 수평재 연결부 회전강성 평가 (Evaluation of the Rotational Stiffness of Connections between Vertical and Horizontal Members for the Highly Reusable System Supports)

  • 현장에서 재사용율이 높은 시스템 동바리를 대상으로 임의 설계와 과도한 가재새 보강을 지양하고자 성능평가를 근거로한 시스템 동바리의 수직재와 수평재의 연결부에 대한 연결 조건을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국내에 가설현장에 널리 사용되는 대표적인 연결재 유형인 디스크형과 포켓형을 대상을 하중방향(수직, 수평)과 가력방법(단조, 반복)에 대하여 회전강성을 평가하였다. 평가결과 현행 설계기준에서 연결재에 대하여 회전강성을 "0"으로 규정한 것과 달리 모든 시편에서 회전강성 값을 확인할 수 있었으며, 최대 회전강성은 디스크형 연결재를 사용하여 수직방향으로 반복 가력한 시편에서 회전강성값이 19.624 kNm/rad로 확인되었다.

머신러닝 기반 손상된 디지털 파일 내부 은닉 악성 스크립트 판별 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a ML-based Detection System for Malicious Script Hidden Corrupted Digital Files)

  • 최근 MS Office 파일 내에 악성 스크립트 등이 은닉된 멀웨어 파일이 발견되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 머신러닝 기법을 적용하여 악성 디지털 파일을 자동으로 검출할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. MS Office 파일 내 OLE VBA 매크로 기능을 악용하여 악성 스크립트를 검출하거나, OOXML 구조 분석을 통해 CDH/LFH/ECDH 내부 필드 값에 악성 스크립트를 탐지하고, OOXML 구조에서 참조되지 않는 비정상적인 CDH/LFH 정보를 추가한 경우 이를 검출할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제시하였다. 그리고 VirusTotal 악성 스크립트 판별 기능을 이용하여 MS Office 파일에 대한 악의적 손상 여부 자동 판별하는 기능을 이용하여 머신러닝 기반 통합 소프트웨어를 설계 및 구현하였다. 실험 결과 파일 손상 여부를 자동 판별할 수 있으며 최적의 머신러닝 모델을 이용하여 임의의 MS Office 파일에 대해 향상된 검출 성능을 제공하는 것을 확인하였다.

심폐소생술에 대한 현장업무 프로토콜 교육 효과 비교 (The Comparison of Effectiveness in Prehospital Protocol Education on CardioPulmonary Resuscitation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 비외상성 심정지 환자에게 적용하는 심폐소생술에 대한 현장업무 프로토콜의 유용성을 검증하는 것이다. 연구는 2008년 5월 1일부터 동년 6월 27일까지, 전라남도와 전라북도에 소재한 J, K대학에 재학 중인 응급구조과 학생 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 비동등성 대조군 전.후 유사 실험 설계(nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design)를 사용하여, 실무적합성 검증을 실시하였다. 현장업무 프로토콜을 적용한 실험군과 기존의 심폐소생술을 적용한 대조군으로 나누어, 각 프로토콜 항목들의 소요시간을 비교하여 통계 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 5개항목(의식상태 평가, 기도유지, 인공호,,흡 2회 실시, 순환 확인, 심폐소생술 5주기 실시)을 제외한 나머지 18개 항목에서 3초 이상 수행시간이 단축되었다. 60초 이상의 단축을 보인 항목은 6개로, 기관삽관 튜브 고정(78.70초), 말초정맥로 확보(64.45초), 의식상태 재평가, 동공반사 확인(110.05초), 목동맥 확인(112. 55초), 활력징후 평가(85.7초)였으며, 전체시간은 110.85초가 단축되었다. 실험군과 대조군의 프로토콜 적용에 따른 사전.사후 변화에서 전체시간(t=-6.580, p=.000)은 통계학적으로 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 비외상성 심정지 환자의 심폐소생술에 대한 현장업무 프로토콜은 정확하고 신속한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 지침으로 활용될 수 있으며 응급의료 서비스를 향상시킬 것으로 사료된다.

고강도 강관 보강 그라우팅의 현장 적용성에 관한 연구 (A study on the field application of high strength steel pipe reinforcement grouting)

  • 본 논문에서는 고강도 강관을 이용한 강관 보강 그라우팅의 보강 효과 검증을 통해 현장 적용성에 관한 실험적 내용을 다루었다. 기존 강관보강 그라우팅 공법에는 SGT275 (구 STK400) 강관을 일반적으로 적용하고 있으나, 강관 보강 그라우팅이 적용된 터널의 붕락사례를 보면 강관의 과도한 꺾임, 파단 등의 사례가 발생되고 있다. 이러한 사례가 발생하는 여러 원인 중 굴착에 따른 터널의 이완하중에 대응하는 강관의 강성 부족이 그 원인이 될 수 있다. 최근 들어 고강도 강관(SGT550)의 개발로 강관의 강도가 증가했으나, 강도 증대를 고려한 보강방안에 대한 연구가 미흡하므로 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고강도 강관과 일반 강관의 이음 유무, 주입재의 충전 여부 등 다양한 조건에 대해 인장강도 및 휨 전단력 실험을 수행하고, 기존 제시된 설계법을 통해 강관의 강도 차이에 따른 효율적인 현장 적용성에 대한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 특히, 실제 현장에 고강도 강관과 일반 강관을 시공하고 굴착에 따른 강관의 변위형상과 응력에 대한 계측 결과를 통해 고강도 강관의 보강 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 고강도 강관은 휨 강도가 우수하여 보강효과가 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 강도 증진효과로 인해 아칭효과도 기대된다.

초등학생용 웹기반 음주예방교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (The Development and Effect of Web-based Alcohol Preventive Education Program for Elementary School Students)

  • Objective: The purpose of the this study was to test the effect of the alcohol preventive educational program for elementary school students through developing the web-based learning instruments. It will prevent the serious alcohol problem for adolescents and be the opening-learning according to learner's needs beyond the traditional classroom learning which has limitation of space and time. Method: This research designed based on web-based instructional system design by In-sung Jong(1997). This study was performed on the elementary school students who are the six grade in M city. The number of experimental group was 72 and control group's number was 72, totaled 144. Data were collected from September, 30th, 2004 to November, 5th, 2004, totaled 37days. The pretest and the posttest for web-based alcohol preventive education program were tested about knowledge and attitudes toward drinking. After the performance, the posttest was also tested the effect of this program under items by the interest of web-based learning, satisfaction, adequateness of material and so on. The data analysis was done using SPSS/Win 11.0 program. Result: The results of this study are as follows: 1) Compared with control group, experimental group which was educated the web-based alcohol preventive educational program for elementary school students was improved the knowledge on drinking, thin there was no significant difference. However, it showed significant difference between two groups after education. It was, therefore, partially supported. 2) Compared with control group, the experimental group which was educated the web-based alcohol preventive educational program for elementary school students showed significant difference in attitudes toward drinking. After education, it showed no significant difference attitudes. toward drinking between experimental group and control group. It was, therefore, partially supported. 3) The degree of learning motivation was an average.595 of 1 after learning applied to by the web-based alcohol preventive educational program for elementary school students. Then, it is relatively more higher than the result of existing studies. So, it showed that the motivation was done well. 4) Correlation among study variables It showed that there was the significantly positive correlation between knowledge and attitudes toward drinking of pretest experimental group. Also, there was the significantly positive correlation between attitudes toward drinking and learning motivation of pretest and posttest experimental group. Conclusion: I found that the web-based educational program helps the elarning process for the health education in the school field which the instructional materials lack. As a result, the web-based education motivates the learner's pleasure and promotes the learners interest. Also, it is possible for students to learn according to their own learning pace, repeated learning and active learning participation in the necessary parts. Therefore, I think the web-based educational program is worth as a intervention to get positive influence for the health education.
