생태기반지표를 활용한 생태학교 건축계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning for Ecological School with the Biotop-space Factor)

  • The purpose of this study is to create an approach to architectural planning centered on an Biotop-space Factor, with the purpose of applying environmentally friendly architecture to school buildings. For this, the notion of ecological schools is defined, and possible use of the planning standard is studied as a means by which ecological school planning can be carried out. As a result, ecological schools can be viewed as (1) the field of education, (2) the field of logical community and (3) a stronghold of the ecological environment. And The possible creation of a quantified goal and level at Ecological school planning is also reviewed with the Biotop-space Factor.

Development of Reference Scenarios Based on FEPs and Interaction Matrix for the Near-surface LILW Repository

  • Systematic procedure of developing radionuclide release scenarios was established based on FEP list and Interaction Matrix for near-surface LILW repository. FEPs were screened by experts'review in terms of domestic situation and combined into scenarios on the basis of Interaction Matrix analysis. Under the assumption of design scenario, The system domain was divided into three sections: Near-field, Far-field and Biosphere. Sub-scenarios for each section were developed, and then scenarios for entire system were built up with sub-scenarios of each section. Finally, sixteen design scenarios for near-surface repository were evaluated A reference scenario and other noteworthy scenarios were selected through experts'scenario screening.

  • Computer simulation has used to a area of military training from about several years ago. War game model(or computer simulation) endow a military man with field training such as combat experience without operating combat strength or capabilities. To samely construct simulation environment against actual combat environment is to well construct DB to operate war game model, associate among federates on network. Thus, we construct virtual combat environment enabling to efficiently manage network traffic among federates(or active nodes) on active network that construct virtual military training space such as urgent combat field needed to rapidly transfer combat information including image and video.

  • 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 실제 전투 자산을 가동하지 않고 실전과 같은 전투경험을 부여하기 위해서는 데이터베이스를 포함한 페더레이트(federate)간의 연동(federation)이 네트워크상에서 잘 수행되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전장 데이터(이하 액티브 패킷)의 신속한 전달을 필요로 하는 실제상황과 유사한 전장공간을 구축할 수 있도록 액티브 네트워크 상에서 페더레이트(혹은 액티브 노드) 간의 효율적인 트래픽 처리가 가능한 가상 전장 환경을 구성하고, 이에 대한 유효성을 모의 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

  • One of the way of the preserving environment is the circulation of materials. Japan's cereal food self-sufficiency rate is less than 30%. Japan imports more than 30 million tons of food every year. Japanese are afraid of international food trade giving damages to environment. Advanced farm mechanization integrated with precision farming is an answer to solve these problems. Crop scientists, soil scientists and agricultural engineers at Kyoto University cooperate together in studying precision agriculture for paddy rice since 1996. Automatic follow-up combine and autonomous vehicle have been developed. Remotely sensing by using machine vision has been studied to measure nitrogen contents. Field map i.e. soil, growth and yield, in paddy field of 0.5 ha has been made. In this report the concept and objectives of advanced farm mechanization and precision agriculture research at Kyoto University are introduced.

  • In this study, the field test for suction drain method which does not require a surcharge load and a sealing sheet was performed at west seashore's site constructed by the dredged and reclaimed clay. The improvements of soft ground by suction drain method was analyzed by the results of real-time field measurement, SPT(Standard Penetration Test) and laboratory tests. The results indicated that the soft ground improvement is effective the vertical drain method used with vacuum pressure rather than surcharge load with considering settlements, dissipation of pore water pressure and shear strength.

  • An easier implementation method of the field oriented control of induction machine using Matlab/Simulink dSpace board is proposed in this paper. Space Vector PWM and Indirect Fied Oriented Control Algorithm is designed for the help of Simulink. And this system is simultaneously simulated and experimented in Matlab/Simulink environment with dSpace borad (DS1102). It is possible that Matlab and dSpace board compiler can make $'^*.c'$ and $'^*.obj'$ file of models designed in Matlab/Simulink environment automatically. Experimental results are given.

  • Nowadays, there has been substantial interest in whether there is an association between electromagnetic field exposure and living environment. It is increased the demand that electromagnetic wave environment and its countermeasure. In the present study, we has applied the electromagnetic absorbent inorganic paint of 'I' corporations, and measured electromagnetic waves generated in new apartment before occupancy using the standard field electromagnetic wave generating device we developed. The measurement before occupancy was $100\~131V/m$, but the measurement after occupancy was $6.9\~8.0V/m$ less than 10V/m, the comprehensive electromagnetic wave limit allowed by TCO in Sweden. The implication is that domestic apartment are exposed to extremely poor electromagnetic wave environment. Nevertheless, there have been neither serious efforts to overcome this problem, nor its alternatives and related standards. Therefore, it is necessary to continue research of related fields to establish standards and plans to improve the situation.

충남 부여 능산리 충적평야의 홀로세 후기 고환경 변화 (The Change of Paleoenvironment during the Late Holocene in the Neungsan-ri Alluvial Plain, Buyeo-gun, Chungnam-Province, Korea)

  • This study estimated vegetation environment and agricultural activity during the late Holocene inferred from pollen analysis of peat on floodplain of Wangpo-cheon around Neungsan-ri, Buyeo-gun, South Korea. By result of pollen analysis of 28 horizons from Trench NS 1 and NS 4, vegetation environment during 2,300 to 1,700 yr BP was divided into Pollen Zone I (Quercus-Alnus), Pollen Zone II (Quercus-Alnus-Gramineae) and Pollen Zone III (Pinus-NAP-Gramineae). The pollen analysis suggests that agricultural activity in the Buyeo area was widely spread from the early time of the Pre-Iron Age to the late Samhan Age and buckwheat field seem to be built to substitute paddy field during the early time of the Pre-Iron Age.

  • Deep learning models, which imitate the function of human brain, have drawn attention from many engineering fields (mechanical, agricultural, and computer engineering etc). The major advantages of deep learning in engineering fields can be summarized by objects detection, classification, and time-series prediction. As well, it has been applied into environmental science and engineering fields. Here, we compiled our previous attempts to apply deep learning models in water-environment field and presented the future opportunities.
