Purpose: The government of India has initiated the Covid-19 Vaccination drive from early January 2021. Vaccination is identified to be best option to protect the people across the globe. However, owing to fast wide spread of the Covid-19, the Vaccine Distribution is a major challenge owing various issues like temperature control, infrastructure, hesitancy, geographical diversity, and other critical factors. Various research is carried out globally to understand and study the Vaccine Distribution issues based on the respective country issues and factors. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: This research paper attempts to explore prominent factors that could be taken up on priority for better and effective vaccination program. The study tries to rank various factors and sub-factors affecting vaccine distribution in India. AHP methodology based on feedback from 22 experts from the Vaccine industry has been deployed to get the desired results. Result: The results show that factors vaccine approval process, geographical prioritization, power supply, infrastructure maintenance costs for vaccine storage, and vaccine pricing are the prominent factors of effective vaccination in the country. Conclusion: The role and need for district-level health officers towards vaccine storage has been brought forward. A long-term effective vaccination policy is needed for optimum vaccine distribution.
We present the properties of circumnuclear gas associated with the AGN located in the center of Abell 1644-South. A1644-S is the main cluster in a merging system, which is also known for gas sloshing in its core as seen in X-ray. The X-ray emission of A1644-S shows a rapidly declining profile, indicating the presence of cooling gas flow. This flow of cool gas may fuel the supermassive black hole embedded in the brightest cluster galaxy, leading to the activation of the central AGN. Indeed, we find a parsec-scale bipolar jet feature in the center of A1644-S in our recent KaVA observation, which implies that its central AGN is likely to have been (re)powered quite recently. In order to verify the hypothesis that cooling gas flow in the cluster core can (re)activate the central AGN, we probe the cold gas properties of the central 1 kpc region of A1644-S using the archival VLA and ALMA data. Based on the spatially resolved morphology and kinematics of HI and CO gas, we challenge to identify inflow/outflow gas streams and clumps. We study the role of circumnuclear cool gas in fueling the centrally located cluster AGN in the cool-core environment. We also discuss how the feedback due to the (re)powered AGN affects the surrounding medium.
Due to the cases of recent global warming and unusual weather etc., large-scale natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, snow damage occur frequently across the continents such as Southeast Asia and North America, South America etc. and risks of earthquakes and tsunami are also increasing gradually in Korea which has been regarded as a safe zone and disaster types are also being diversified such as typhoons, floods, heat waves, heavy snow and damage scale is also enlarged. In addition, due to geographical characteristics or lack of infrastructure, disasters tended to occur intensively around a specific region or city in the past but disasters occur throughout the country in recent years so preparation for disaster prevention has emerged as an urgent challenge issue. Therefore, considering that the plan of obtaining the effective feedback function of disaster Information is very important in the proactive and software aspects for disaster reduction, this paper analyzed this three aspects of contents, procedural and contextual aspects and proposed the plan. First, in the content aspect, building disaster prevention information communication Infrastructure, building urban and regional disaster prevention system, obtaining concurrency and sharing of information and second, in the procedural aspect, active utilization of ICT(Information and Communication Technology) of the prevention stage, disaster prevention information collection and analysis reinforcement of the preparation stage, improvement of decision-making structure and field command system of the response stage, recovery system related information promotion of the recovery stage were proposed as alternatives and finally, in the contextual aspect, if disaster prevention information is effectively managed through maintenance of disaster prevention information related systems, obtaining domainality by disaster prevention work, improvement of the ability to judge the situation, obtaining comprehensive and feedback function etc, it is considered to significantly contribute to reducing natural disasters.

After a short historical resume, screening is discussed on the basis of the current philosophy of Life insurance compaines in leading countries. This is followed by considerations with regard to the future in areas of major bearing on Life insurance screening which have emerged as important within the last decade. HIV-antibody testing is dealt with from the screening point of view followed by aspects regarding the applicability of tumour marker use in Life insurance medicine. Last but not least genetic testing will be addressed, taking into account prospects for the future, as well as the resulting responsibility in medical and underwriting terms. The major considerations and suggested guidelines can be summarized as follows: 1) Screening in Life insurance is a prerequisite for underwriting and is a well-functioning selection instrument. 2) Screening technologies are medically well defined and have to follow general clinical rules, also in the future. 3) Screening parameters should follow the patterns of diseases according to age and risk groups. 4) Screening parameters for prognostic use are legitimate as long as they are considered in conjuction with clinical medical observations and rules. 5) Screening technologies of a sensitive nature require very special rules for handling in the sense of "consequential ethies". 6) Screening parameters like HIV-antibody testing require ongoing scientific feedback in their new testing dimensions. 7) Screening in the form of genetic testing is as yet not used in Life insurance; its potential future role in Life insurfance medicine must, however, be discussed responsibly and in time. 8) Screening enables the insurance industry to rule out possible antiselection and provide for equal knowledge on the part of the insurance applicant and the insurer about impairements which shorten life expectancy. 9) Screening, informed consent, counselling and confidentiality must go hand in hand both now and to an even greater extent in the future.
Today the market of EDMS is esteemed more than 100 billions won. It signifies a comming of age of electronic records. The traditional archival theories which are based on the paper records are confronted with a new challenge. In some leading countries of archival studies reorientation of archives management has been tried by a number of distinguished specialists such as Bearman and Hedstrom since 10 years. As a consequence new paradigm of archival theories has been developed. Also in Korea this new paradigm has been introduced by some expert such as Lee, Sang-Min, Sul, Moon-won, Lee, Seung-Eok. However their arguments are too general to offer a concrete clue for new paradigm. Faced by new age of electronic records, it's important to start a discussion for the reasonable methods of electronic records management at once. The most drastically changed part of record management by the electronic technique is the life-cycle of records. The commonly practiced three-stage life-cycle is to be reduced to the two-stage life-cycle, and the concept of the spatial movement of records is to be changed. It can be also pointed that the public emerges as user from the early creating stage of records beyond time and space. Thus is can be said that the method of the management features dynamic and cohesive. The method of appraisal must be also changed and reproduced, so that it can reflect the various levels considering dynamics of the electronic records. Supposedly it will be a core factor that causes the change of methodology in records management with the change of life-cycle theory. It must be noted that various subjects would be involved in the work of classification and description over time and space and that feedback between them is of important. Description also tends to be made at the crating stage of records and structured dynamically. It results from the change of life-cycle and the introduction of the concept of continuum. Such trend allows us to start discussions on the assumption that description of both creator and archival professionals act together an important role. Of course, it is linked with the methodology in which most descriptions are made automatically at the early drafting stage of the structure. The meat date is formed on the assumption that there should be feedback between areas of automatic description, description of creators and archival professionals. The most important thing in description is to develop a suitable way how it is structured. An alternative must be offered for managing data set. As iweb that is being operated by Myongji university shows, records created in daily business are managed not as electronic records but as date base. This is because they exist outside the repository in the EDMS system. Since data set often has various sources, an alternative for classification needs to be developed. It is now likely that database is filed according to the created year to be transferred automatically to the repository. Over a long-term the total management of database, electronic records and electronic information will be a topic. A right direction of new paradigm will be found for both iweb and E-government, when practice and studies of theories are combined and interacted.

Suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) is known to be as a negative feedback regulator in Janus kinase signal transducer and activator of transcription signaling. Highly conserved SOCS box domain was cloned from a Korean malaria vector, Anopheles sinensis. Sequence analysis indicates that it has identity to Anopheles gambiae (96%), Aedes aegypti (94%), Drosophila melanogaster (78%), Mus musculus (72%) and Homo sapiens (72%), respectively. Tissue specificity RT-PCR demonstrated that the expression level of AsSOCS transcript was high at abdomen, midgut, and ovary, whereas developmental expression patterns showed that the level of AsSOCS was high at egg, early pupae, and adult female. On the other hand, RT-PCR analysis after bacterial challenge showed that SOCS mRNA was strongly induced in larvae. In addition, it was also induced by various immune elicitors such as lipoteicoic acid, CpG-DNA, and laminarin. It seems that AsSOCS, repressor of JAK-STAT pathway, is highly conserved in mosquito, and may play an important role in mosquito innate immune response.
The goal of this study is to analyze the problem and performance of life sympathy policy and to present development plan. For this, literature, and empirical research were performed. The analysis showed the problem of life sympathy policy in the following manner. That is the confusion of the mix of department, the lack of publicity, the uncertain of persistence and the lack identity of the monitor, the absence a unified operating instructions on the monitor, the insufficient to activities and operations housewife monitors etc. To vitalize life sympathy policy and operational needs of aspects of the institutional and the activation. First, The task of activation of the institutional challenge is to modify the related law, strengthen the organization, strengthen the personnel, expand the scope of participation monitors. The improvement of the operational aspects of the policy include strengthening integration and connectivity, the construction of policy promotion environment that reinforce feedback and outcome of life sympathy policy, And the energization of on-line activities needs the reinforcement of the operating system, etc. Through the activation of the sector policy, the application of the idea of housewives, and the participation of government policies will be a lot of contribution to the development of South Korea in the 21st century.

After observing that most tourists plan to complete their visits to multiple cultural heritage sites within one day, we surmised that for many museum visitors, the foremost thought is with regard to the amount of time is to be spent at each location and how they can maximize their enjoyment at a site while still balancing their travel itinerary? Recommendation systems in e-commerce are built on knowledge about the users' previous purchasing history; recommendation systems for museums, on the other hand, do not have an equivalent data source available. Recent solutions have incorporated advanced technologies such as algorithms that rely on social filtering, which builds recommendations from the nearest identified similar user. Our paper proposes a different approach, and involves providing dynamic recommendations that deploy social filtering as well as content-based filtering using term frequency-inverse document frequency. The main challenge is to overcome a cold start, whereby no information is available on new users entering the system, and thus there is no strong background information for generating the recommendation. In these cases, our solution deploys statistical methods to create a recommendation, which can then be used to gather data for future iterations. We are currently running a pilot test at Chao Samphraya national museum and have received positive feedback to date on the implementation.
Entrepreneurial financing, such as publicly initiated venture capital or grant schemes, serves as an important policy instrument that aims to bridge the financing gap facing young, innovative businesses, a gap that is mainly due to higher risk and growing uncertainty, and to strategically promote the creation of new ventures through the revitalization of their venture capital industries. This study examines public venture capital initiatives in Australia, Canada, and Sweden, and discovered that all three countries actively foster their venture capital industry through the formation of funds or the provision of tax incentives. It is notable that the majority of financing initiatives heavily depend on supply-side measures rather than demand-driven policies that focus on stimulating private investment in technological innovations and discoveries. This paper discusses in-depth the policy impact of public financing initiatives and their subsequent side-effects raised in the process such as overlapping in funding structure across the country, lack of monitoring and evaluation for feedback, fragmentation across the government ministries and agencies, and competition with the private sector, which may cause inefficiency as a result of public intervention. Financial constraints may arise for many reasons, partly resulting from the lack of investment readiness of young entrepreneurs. This signals a policy shift towards the creation of market-driven demand away from the traditional supply-push approach, and is a grand challenge to policymakers in entrepreneurial financing. Attention is leaning towards the efficiency and effectiveness of these public-financing initiatives in terms of their policy roles. It is worth noting that policy should focus on generating synergy so available resources can be channeled into the early, risky stage of new ventures, working as facilitator to the achievement of an intended policy goal.
The last few years have been a boom time for the online gaming industry. Internet-based online games have made an increasingly popular form of entertainment. The gaming industry estimates that online gaming players reach over 26 million in 2002. The rapid development of online game-contents and related information technology shall increase the size of industry and have a profound impact on many ways of our living and sociaty. This paper develops the exploratory LISREL model for identifying the factors attecting the players' loyalty for some specific brand of online games. The concept of flow, word of mouth, feedback, challenge, social norms, and online community activities, etc, are all introduced into the model, as the independent variables affecting the loyalty directly and indirectly. Based on data collected from online questionnaire survey, the validity of the model has been tested and interesting conclusions have been developed concerning the relationships between the loyalty, flow, word of mouth and other set of independent vareables. It is hoped that this result might provide the useful guidelines for developing the successful online game contents.
