In this paper, a system configuration method that can practice Linux-based programming language online is presented. The proposed system utilizes the web-server function, which is the biggest feature of the Linux operating system, and simulates the telnet and FTP functions without firewalls or other security restrictions, so that it is possible to practice similar to the actual Linux console. To do this, we analyzed the functional elements that a programming tool should have on the web and established an algorithm to implement it. In particular, a method was implemented in which an error message caused by a user's mistake can appear in the same form as the actual telnet screen. As a result of using the implemented learning system in the class for students, it is possible to practice the Linux programming language online, as well as the instructor can directly check and guide all the learners, so the learner's satisfaction is similar to that of the offline class was confirmed.

Introduced in 2004 as an 'After-School Academy' policy, the 'After-School Care Class' has become a universal program for elementary schools over time. While the concept of public education service has expanded and changed in various ways including educational welfare, the physical environment of the care classroom has undergone fixed changes within the uniform classroom structure of a standardized school space. The purpose of this study is to identify spatial characteristics of care classroom through chasing and analysing changes in the care class space configuration from 2004 to the present. The findings are as follows. The plan of the early care classroom wasn't much different from the existing common classroom, and it was only in 2007 that the kitchen and floor heating appeared for the first time. From the 2015 standard plan, prominent differentiation of the space between learning activities and resting area was shown, but the spatial characteristics are nothing more than a division that utilizes ready-made furniture. A distinctive feature of the 2018 Seoul care classes are diversity. In the case of the care exclusive classrooms, the division between the support space and the main activity space became more clear using furniture integrated open walls and various floor levels. In the case of a shift classrooms that is used together with common classrooms, it is characterized by flexibility that allows dramatically different classroom configurations for each time period by using a convertible furnishing space.

Super-resolution can improve the clarity of low-resolution (LR) images, which can increase the accuracy of high-level compute vision tasks. Portable devices have low computing power and storage performance. Large-scale neural network super-resolution methods are not suitable for portable devices. In order to save the computational cost and the number of parameters, Lightweight image processing method can improve the processing speed of portable devices. Therefore, we propose the Enhanced Information Multiple Distillation Network (EIMDN) to adapt lower delay and cost. The EIMDN takes feedback mechanism as the framework and obtains low level features through high level features. Further, we replace the feature extraction convolution operation in Information Multiple Distillation Block (IMDB), with Ghost module, and propose the Enhanced Information Multiple Distillation Block (EIMDB) to reduce the amount of calculation and the number of parameters. Finally, coordinate attention (CA) is used at the end of IMDB and EIMDB to enhance the important information extraction from Spaces and channels. Experimental results show that our proposed can achieve convergence faster with fewer parameters and computation, compared with other lightweight super-resolution methods. Under the condition of higher peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and higher structural similarity (SSIM), the performance of network reconstruction image texture and target contour is significantly improved.
The accurate object recognition is important for the precise and accurate manipulation. To enhance the recognition performance, we can use various types of sensors. In general, acquired data from sensors have a high sampling rate. So, in the past, the RNN-based model is commonly used to handle and analyze the time-series sensor data. However, the RNN-based model has limitations of excessive parameters. CNN-based model also can be used to analyze time-series input data. However, CNN-based model also has limitations of the small receptive field in early layers. For this reason, when we use a CNN-based model, model architecture should be deeper and heavier to extract useful global features. Thus, traditional methods like RN N -based and CN N -based model needs huge amount of learning parameters. Recently studied result shows that Fast Fourier Convolution (FFC) can overcome the limitations of traditional methods. This operator can extract global features from the first hidden layer, so it can be effectively used for feature extracting of sensor data that have a high sampling rate. In this paper, we propose the algorithm to recognize objects using tactile sensor data and the FFC model. The data was acquired from 11 types of objects to verify our posed model. We collected pressure, current, position data when the gripper grasps the objects by random force. As a result, the accuracy is enhanced from 84.66% to 91.43% when we use the proposed FFC-based model instead of the traditional model.

Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) of critical infrastructure comprises a major pillar of maintenance management, shielding public safety and economic sustainability. Although SHM is usually associated with data-driven metrics and thresholds, expert judgement is essential, especially in cases where erroneous predictions can bear casualties or substantial economic loss. Considering that visual inspections are time consuming and potentially subjective, artificial-intelligence tools may be leveraged in order to minimize the inspection effort and provide objective outcomes. In this context, timely detection of sensor malfunctioning is crucial in preventing inaccurate assessment and false alarms. The present work introduces a sensor-fault detection and interpretation framework, based on the well-established support-vector machine scheme for anomaly detection, combined with a coalitional game-theory approach. The proposed framework is implemented in two datasets, provided along the 1st International Project Competition for Structural Health Monitoring (IPC-SHM 2020), comprising acceleration and cable-load measurements from two real cable-stayed bridges. The results demonstrate good predictive performance and highlight the potential for seamless adaption of the algorithm to intrinsically different data domains. For the first time, the term "decision trajectories", originating from the field of cognitive sciences, is introduced and applied in the context of SHM. This provides an intuitive and comprehensive illustration of the impact of individual features, along with an elaboration on feature dependencies that drive individual model predictions. Overall, the proposed framework provides an easy-to-train, application-agnostic and interpretable anomaly detector, which can be integrated into the preprocessing part of various SHM and condition-monitoring applications, offering a first screening of the sensor health prior to further analysis.
Service providers using edge computing provide a high level of service. As a result, devices store important information in inner storage and have become a target of the latest cyberattacks, which are more difficult to detect. Although experts use a security system such as intrusion detection systems, the existing intrusion systems have low detection accuracy. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed a machine learning model for more accurate intrusion detections of devices in edge computing. The proposed model is a hybrid model that combines a stacked sparse autoencoder (SSAE) and a convolutional neural network (CNN) to extract important feature vectors from the input data using sparsity constraints. To find the optimal model, we compared and analyzed the performance as adjusting the sparsity coefficient of SSAE. As a result, the model showed the highest accuracy as a 96.9% using the sparsity constraints. Therefore, the model showed the highest performance when model trains only important features.

The student group division is benefit for universities to do the student management based on the group profile. With the widespread use of student smart cards on campus, especially where students living in campus residence halls, students' daily activities on campus are recorded with information such as smart card swiping time and location. Therefore, it is feasible to depict the students with the daily activity data and accordingly group students based on objective measuring from their campus behavior with some regular student attributions collected in the management system. However, it is challenge in feature representation due to diverse forms of the student data. To effectively and comprehensively represent students' behaviors for further student group division, we proposed to adopt activity data from student smart cards and student attributes as input data with taking account of activity and attribution relationship types from different perspective. Specially, we propose a novel student group division method based on a multi-view student attribute heterogeneous information network (MSA-HIN). The network nodes in our proposed MSA-HIN represent students with their multi-dimensional attribute information. Meanwhile, the edges are constructed to characterize student different relationships, such as co-major, co-occurrence, and co-borrowing books. Based on the MSA-HIN, embedded representations of students are learned and a deep graph cluster algorithm is applied to divide students into groups. Comparative experiments have been done on a real-life campus dataset collected from a university. The experimental results demonstrate that our method can effectively reveal the variability of student attributes and relationships and accordingly achieves the best clustering results for group division.

Since machine learning was introduced into cross-site scripting (XSS) attack detection, many researchers have conducted related studies and achieved significant results, such as saving time and labor costs by not maintaining a rule database, which is required by traditional XSS attack detection methods. However, this topic came across some problems, such as poor generalization ability, significant false negative rate (FNR) and false positive rate (FPR). Moreover, the automatic clustering property of graph convolutional networks (GCN) has attracted the attention of researchers. In the field of natural language process (NLP), the results of graph embedding based on GCN are automatically clustered in space without any training, which means that text data can be classified just by the embedding process based on GCN. Previously, other methods required training with the help of labeled data after embedding to complete data classification. With the help of the GCN auto-clustering feature and labeled data, this research proposes an approach to detect XSS attacks (called GCNXSS) to mine the dependencies between the units that constitute an XSS payload. First, GCNXSS transforms a URL into a word homogeneous graph based on word co-occurrence relationships. Then, GCNXSS inputs the graph into the GCN model for graph embedding and gets the classification results. Experimental results show that GCNXSS achieved successful results with accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, FNR, FPR, and predicted time scores of 99.97%, 99.75%, 99.97%, 99.86%, 0.03%, 0.03%, and 0.0461ms. Compared with existing methods, GCNXSS has a lower FNR and FPR with stronger generalization ability.
In this paper, we propose a table tennis posture classification system using a cooperative robot to develop a table tennis robot that can be trained like a real game. The most ideal table tennis robot would be a robot with a high joint driving speed and a high degree of freedom. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to use a cooperative robot with sufficient degrees of freedom to develop a robot that can be trained like a real game. However, cooperative robots have the disadvantage of slow joint driving speed. These shortcomings are expected to be overcome through quick recognition. Therefore, in this paper, we try to quickly classify the opponent's posture to overcome the slow joint driving speed. To this end, learning about dynamic postures was conducted using image data as input, and finally, three classification models were created and comparative experiments and evaluations were performed on the designated dynamic postures. In conclusion, comparative experimental data demonstrate the highest classification accuracy and fastest classification speed in classification models using MLP (Multi-Layer Perceptron), and thus demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm.
This paper proposes a model which classifies the type of guns and information about sound source location using deep neural network. The proposed classification model is composed of convolutional neural networks (CNN) and long short-term memory (LSTM). For training and test the model, we use the Gunshot Audio Forensic Dataset generated by the project supported by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ). The acoustic signals are transformed to Mel-Spectrogram and they are provided as learning and test data for the proposed model. The model is compared with the control model consisting of convolutional neural networks only. The proposed model shows high accuracy more than 90 %.
