수요자 설문조사 및 사업성분석을 통한 수도권 신도시 내 한옥단지 조성사업 타당성 검토 (A Feasibility and Survey Study on the Hanok housing complex project within Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to set and analyze the feasibility and survey of the Hanok(The traditional Korean style house) housing complex project within Seoul metropolitan area. The results of this study were as follows. First of all, a survey was carried out to find out the optimum Hanok style. The survey showed that many people chose a frond and back yard garden as a merit of Hanok and pointed out the weak crime prevention as a weakness of Hanok. The optimum size for a Hanok was from $264m^2$ to $330m^2$ and living space was from $100m^2$ to $132m^2$. And people considered about 120% of what the apartment sells for as the reasonable price of a Hanok. Based on the survey, this study planned a Hanok housing complex on a lot that has competitive price and analysed the feasibility of the housing plan. The result was that Hanok's construction cost per $3.3m^2$ to be a marketable product has to be below about 6 million Won. As a result, the construction cost-saving through the advanced technology and planning to meet the changing customers' needs are needed to vitalize Hanok's supply.

  • 아파트 재건축사업은 신축사업과 달리 재건축조합의 설립 등, 사업시행의 절차가 복잡하고, 개발사업의 타당성을 조사할 능력이 없는 비전문가들로 구성된 조합이 사업주체가 되어 자율적으로 추진하는 민간사업으로 재건축사업의 타당성을 분석하고 검증하는 객관적인 절차가 없는 상태에서 설계사, 시공사 등 많은 주체들이 참여함에 따라 각 주체별 이해관계가 복잡하게 얽혀있고 오해와 불신 비리와 분쟁 등 주민마찰의 온상이 되어왔다. 본 연구는 아파트 재건축사업 타당성조사 분석모델 개발을 위한 기초적인 연구로서 아파트 재건축사업의 특성을 분석하여 타당성분석절차와 각 수익 비용항목에 대한 산정기준을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency of new renewable energy. According as weather change is serious problem now days, every people make attention to the reduction of greenhouse gas. The revitalization of new renewable energy creates the variety of energy source, stability of energy supply and reduction of greenhouse gas. In this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency from new renewable energy of various photo voltaics, wind power, small hydro and biogas. Feasibility does in standard of technical characteristic, politic support, marketability, establishment present condition and development aim. Economical efficiency does in standard of developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost, interest ratio. The results of this study were as follows photo voltaics, wind, small hydropower, biogas in order feasibility is high. Developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost and analyzed the relationship of interest ratio fluctuation and economical efficiency. From all new renewable energy the utilization factor most is important in economical efficiency but necessary utilization factor is difficult because environmental problem.

장수명 공동주택용 보-기둥 접합부 시공방법 개발 (Development of Beam-Column Connection for The New Apartment Structural System)

  • Bearing wall system was used extensively in most multi-residential apartment buildings in Korea. However, bearing wall apartments have the lack of architectural plan flexibility, remodelling-incompatible, causing serious economic losses in terms of construction waste. Recently, many researchers have studied the use of Rahmen structure as a potential alternative. The beam-column connection in the paper for long-life apartment housing forms connection of a Rahmen structure utilizing the advantages of steel and reinforced concrete. In addition, reduction of cast-in place concrete and construction schedule is expected by using precast concrete. Reduction effect of quantity decreased construction costs and $CO_2$ emission of key construction materials. However, verifying the feasibility of new construction method entails numerous challenges. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze the construction feasibility of sleeve, coupler, and pressure welding connections for long-life apartment building structure. A 3D modeling software was used to perform the analysis, and a real scale model was created to verify the results of construction feasibility. By verifying the construction feasibility of beam-column connections, this study will contribute to the efficient application of these methods on construction sites.

  • 계란 세척기 평가 금액 추정 결과는 다음과 같다. 계란 세척기 총수입(인건비 절감으로부터의 조수입 증대)에서 산정하였으며, 계란 세척기 총비용은 구입가격, 고정비용 및 유동비용의 합계로 나타내었다. 계란 세척기 평가액은 할인율 수준에 따라 최소 44,778천원(할인율 10%)에서 최대 45,778천원(할인율 5%), 평균 45,278천원으로 추정된다(Table 7). 계란세척기의 경제적 타당성을 살펴보면, 내부수익율 IRR의 값은 가정했던 할인율(5%~10%)보다 훨씬 높고, 순현재가치(NPV)는 0보다 훨씬 크며, B/C 비율도 1.0 이상으로 나타나 계란 세척기 개발사업의 경제적 타당성은 있는 것으로 판단된다(Table 8).

  • 본 연구의 목적은 예비타당성조사에서 수행한 도시부 간선도로 확장공사로 인한 부(-)의 편익을 산정하고 이것이 경제성 평가에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 북부간선도로 태릉-구리 간 확장사업의 실제 예비타당성조사 단계에서 통상적인 편익 산출 방법론을 적용하였으며, 공사로 인한 차량운행비용, 통행시간, 교통사고, 환경비용의 부(-)의 편익을 산출하였다. 분석 결과, 부(-)의 편익의 적용여부는 사업의 경제적 타당성 평가에 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 공사기간, 공사의 종류, 공사구간 및 교통량 등에 따라 부(-)의 편익에 많은 영향을 주는 감소되는 용량 및 자유속도가 현저하게 다를 수 있으며, 향후에는 이러한 요소와 용량 및 자유속도에 대한 상세한 연구가 필요할 것이다.

  • In order to deploy the large-scale energy storage (ES) service in the various industry, it is very important to develop a business model with high technological and economic feasibility through detailed valuation of cost and expected benefits. In relation to this, this paper established an optimal scheduling plan for electric vehicle charging stations connected with photovoltaic (PV) and ES technologies in Korea using the distributed energy resource valuation tool and analyzed the feasibility of the project. In addition, the impact of incentives such as REC (Renewable Energy Certificate) to be given to electric vehicle charging stations in accordance with the relevant laws to be revised in the future was analyzed. As a results, the methodology presented in this paper are expected to be used in various ways to analyze the feasibility of various business models linked to renewable energy and ES technologies as well as the electric vehicle market.
