고규소철 합금의 유황분위기중 열처리의 영향 (Effect of high Si-Fe alloy annealed in the sulfur atmosphere)

  • Effect of rapidly solidfid 6.5wt%Si-Fe alloy annealed in the sulfur atmosphere were studied. The ribbons Which were showed with random structure at the received state, were developed into(110) texture in the heat treatment of the vacuum atmosphere, into (100)texture in the sulfur atmosphere. After the ribbon was continuously annealed in the vacuum atmosphere for 3 min. at $1100^{\circ}C$, and sulfur atmosphere for 1hr at $1175^{\circ}C$, grain size of (100)plane was grew to 4-8mm and the coercive force was decreased to 2-4A/m remarkably.

Physical properties of ion-beam mixed Fe/Si multilayered films

  • We investigated physical properties of ion-beam mixed Fe/si multilayerd films(MLF) prepared by rf sputtering onto glass substrates at room temperature. Such an ion-beam treatment has led to noticeable changes in the structural and physical properties of the MLF: the formation of a new phase which is characterized by a crystalline silicide with a low coercivity and Tc = 550 K. In contrast to the as-prepared state, the ion-beam mixed MLF contains two magnetic phases. One of them is a very soft (Hc < 2 Oe), but microscopically homogeneous one with M$\sub$eff/=6.7 kG.

메조기공 Silicon/Carbon/CNF 음극소재 제조 및 전기화학적 특성 (Synthesis and Electrochemical Characteristics of Mesoporous Silicon/Carbon/CNF Composite Anode)

  • 리튬이온 전지용 음극소재의 용량 및 사이클 성능을 향상시키기 위해서 Si/C/CNF 합성물의 특성이 조사되었다. 제조과정으로는 SBA-15를 합성하고 볼밀링을 이용한 마그네슘환원을 통해 Si/MgO를 얻은 다음, Phenolic resin과 CNF를 이용해 탄화과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 산처리하여 Si/C/CNF 활물질을 합성하였다. 합성된 Si/C/CNF는 BET, XRD, FE-SEM 그리고 TGA를 이용하여 분석하였다. $50^{\circ}C{\sim}70^{\circ}C$까지 온도에 따라 SBA-15를 합성한 결과 $60^{\circ}C$에서 가장 큰 비표면적을 갖는 결과를 얻었다. 또한 LiPF6 (EC : DMC : EMC = 1 : 1 : 1 vol%) 전해질을 사용하여, 충방전, 사이클, CV와 임피던스 등과 같은 전기화학적 테스트를 수행하여 Si/C/CNF 전극의 이차전지 음극활물질로서 성능을 조사하였다. Si/C/CNF (Si : CNF = 97 : 3 중량비)를 이용한 전지의 용량은 1,947 mAh/g으로 다른 합성물보다 우수한 결과를 보였다. CNF 첨가량이 3 wt%에서 11 wt%로 증가함에 따라 용량 보존율이 84~77%로 안정성이 감소되었다. Si/C/CNF 합성소재 전극이 이차전지의 사이클 성능과 전기전도도를 개선할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Immobilization of GH78 α-L-Rhamnosidase from Thermotoga petrophilea with High-Temperature-Resistant Magnetic Particles Fe3O4-SiO2-NH2-Cellu-ZIF8 and Its Application in the Production of Prunin Form Naringin

  • To efficiently recycle GH78 thermostable rhamnosidase (TpeRha) and easily separate it from the reaction mixture and furtherly improve the enzyme properties, the magnetic particle Fe3O4-SiO2-NH2-Cellu-ZIF8 (FSNcZ8) was prepared by modifying Fe3O4-NH2 with tetraethyl silicate (TEOS), microcrystalline cellulose and zinc nitrate hexahydrate. FSNcZ8 displayed better magnetic stability and higher-temperature stability than unmodified Fe3O4-NH2 (FN), and it was used to adsorb and immobilize TpeRha from Thermotoga petrophilea 13995. As for properties, FSNcZ8-TpeRha showed optimal reaction temperature and pH of 90℃ and 5.0, while its highest activity approached 714 U/g. In addition, FSNcZ8-TpeRha had better higher-temperature stability than FN. After incubation at 80℃ for 3 h, the residual enzyme activities of FSNcZ8-TpeRha, FN-TpeRha and free enzyme were 93.5%, 63.32%, and 62.77%, respectively. The organic solvent tolerance and the monosaccharides tolerance of FSNcZ8-TpeRha, compared with free TpeRha, were greatly improved. Using naringin (1 mmol/l) as the substrate, the optimal conversion conditions were as follows: FSNcZ8-TpeRha concentration was 6 U/ml; induction temperature was 80℃; the pH was 5.5; induction time was 30 min, and the yield of products was the same as free enzyme. After repeating the reaction 10 times, the conversion of naringin remained above 80%, showing great improvement of the catalytic efficiency and repeated utilization of the immobilized α-L-rhamnosidase.

X-선 형광 분석방법을 이용한 숙지황의 무기원소 함량분석과 지리적 특성 규명 (Discrimination of Geographic Origin by Trace Elements Contents in Rehmannia Radix Preparat using X-ray Fluorescence Analysis)

  • 한국산 및 중국산 숙지황(Dried Rehmannia Radix Preparat)의 지리적 원산지에 따른 특성을 알아보기 위하여 X-선 형광분석기(X-ray fluorescence spectrometry)를 이용하여 미량 원소 함량을 측정하였다. 143종의 시료에서 검출된 K, P, S, Cl, Si, Al, Fe, Sn 등 35종의 원소를 정준판별분석한 결과 평균 판별 정확도는 92.3%로 나타났으며, 유의수준(p=)은 0.0001 미만으로 나타났다. 통계분석에 사용하는 원소수를 35종에서 8종, 3종으로 줄였을 때 판별정확도는 각각 88.1, 84.6%로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 중국산내에서의 판별정확도는 94.6-96.0%였으나 한국산내에서의 판별정확도는 72.5-89.9%로 나타났다.

전남지역 약수의 미네랄 특성 (Mineral Characteristics of Spring Water in Chonam)

  • 전남지역 약수의 수질특성을 파악하고자 오랫동안 음용되어온 전남 도내 47개 약수터를 대상으로 약수 중에 함유되어 있는 성분 중 가장 함유량이 많은 미네랄 성분을 분석하였으며 아울러 건강하고 맛있는 물에 대한 지표를 설정하기 위한 기본자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 17종의 미네랄 성분을 분석한 결과, 최대분포율을 보이는 주요 미네랄 성분의 평균농도(mg/L)는 Ca 3.9, K 0.78, Na 7.4, Mg 0.7, Si 9.4, Ba 0.004, Ni 0.007, F 0.16, Cl 4.9, $SO_4$ 1.5, Fe 0.001, Zn 0.002이었으며 항목별 상관성 분석결과 Na, K, Ca, Mg, $SO_4$, Cl, Ba, Ni은 통계적으로 유의한 상관성(p<0.05)을 보였다. 건강한 물의 지표인 K index와 맛있는 물의 지표인 O index를 적용한 결과 도내 약수의 98%는 건강에 도움이 되거나 맛있는 물로 확인되었고 이 중 건강에 유익하고 맛있는 그룹에 속하는 약수의 K와 O index값은 각각 6.3과 5.2로 나타났다.

화강암 석재 가공 슬러지의 재활용 (The Recycling of Sludge from Granite Stone Cutting and Polishing)

  • 화강암 석재가공 공장의 절단 및 연마공정시 발생하는 슬러지를 재활용하기 위해 광물학적 조사 및 화학분석을 실시하였으며, 철분 및 불순물등의 제거 실험을 위한 습식 하드로싸이클론 및 고구배자력선별 실험을 실시하였다. $SiO_2$$Al_2O_3$의 함량은 각각 70.9%, 13.6%이었으며, 요업 및 사업원료로 사용하는데 있어서 백색도를 저하시키는 불순물인 $Fe_2O_3$함량은 2.52%로 비교적 많았으며, $TiO_2$함량은 0.29%이였다. 하이드로싸이클론 실험결과 슬러지의 양은 100~150g/l, Underflow Nozzle의 크기는 2.0~2.5mm, 압력은 1.2~1.6kg/$\textrm{cm}^3$의 조건에서 $-37{\mu}\textrm{m}$ 입도 85%를 얻을 수 있었다. 고구배자력실험결과 10,000가우스에서 $Fe_2O_3$는 0.65%, $TiO_2$는 0.07%인 비자착산물을 얻을 수 있었으며, 분산제로 Sodium tripolyphosphate를 사용한 결과 탈철에 효과적이였다. 슬러지 산물의 물리적인 특성은 백색도 68.5%, 수축율 13.4%, 비표면적 $3.0812m^2/g$로 나타났다.

Bulk Amorphous and/or Nanocrystalline Finemet Alloy Prepared by Super-high-pressure Consolidation

  • Microstructure and soft magnetic properties of bulk amorphous and/or nanocrystalline $Fe_{73.5}Cu_1Nb_3Si_{13.5}B_9$ alloys prepared by consolidation at 5.5GPa were investigated. The relative density of the bulk sample 1 (from amorphous powders) was 98.5% and the grain sizes were about 10.6nm. While the relative density and grain sizes of bulk sample 2 (from nanocrystalline powders) are 98% and 20.1nm, respectively. Particularly, the bulk samples exhibited a good combined magnetic property: for Sample1, $M_s=125emu/g$ and $H_c=1.5Oe;$ for Sample2, $M_s=129emu/g$ and $H_c=3.3Oe$. The success of synthesizing the nanocrystalline Fe-based bulk alloys will be encouraging for the future development of bulk nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys.

경복궁 근정전 단청안료의 성분분석 (The composition analysis of Danchung pigments at Geunjeongjeon Hall in Gyeongbokgung Palace)

  • The composition analysis of Danchung pigments at Geunjeongjeon Hall in Gyeongbokgung Palace were carried out by FXRF and MXRD. The analytical result of the inside pigments at Geunjeongjeon showed that these painted in use the mineral pigments. Gold pigment was pure gold(Au).The main composition identified in green pigments were chalcanthite($CuSO_4$.$5H_2O$) and celadonite($K(Mg, Fe, Al)_2$.$(Si, Al)_4O_10(OH)_2$ ). Red pigments werecinnnabar(HgS).The analytical result of the outside pigments at Geunjeongjeon revealed that these applied to the artificial synthetic pigment. Yellow pigment was chromeyellow($PbCrO_4$). The main composition identified in red pigments were red lead($Pb_3O_4$)and hematite($Fe_2O_3$). Green pigments were emeral green($C_2H_3A_s3Cu_2O_8$) and chromegreen($Cr_2O_3$). Blue pigment was lazurite($Na_6Ca2Al_6Si_6O_24(SO_4)_2$), titanium dioxide($TiO_2$) of white pigment.

Rheo-compocasting법에 의한 SiC입자분산 복합재료의 마모특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Wear Characteristics of SiC Particle Dispersed Composites by Rheo-Compocasting Method)

  • Microstructure, hardness and wear characteristics of $SiC_p/Al-6.5wt%Si-1.7wt%Mg$ alloy composites fabricated by the method of rheo-compocasting and hot pressing are investigated in this study. The dispersion of SiC particles in the composites is homogeneous and the hardness improves as additional amount increases. The wear amount of the matrix metal increases highly as wear rates increase, for the wear mechanism changes from adhesive wear to melt wear, and the matrix metal was coated on the surface of revolving disc and its weight increases. In the 5vol% composites, Fe is adhered on the surface of specimen by the projection of the dispersed hard SiC particles which have net-work structure and the coating layer is about $300{\mu}m$. But in the composite more than 20vol%, the wear amount of composite decreases because the SiC particles which have superior hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance properties resist wear, the abrasive wear turn out predominant wear mechanism and so the wear amount of revolving disc increases.
