경영정보시스템 도입비용에 따른 활용 및 경영기여에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 전자부품 제조업에서의 ERP도입 활용과 경영기여도를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effect of Performance and Business Management According to ERP Investment)

  • The main purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the implementation performance of ERP system from the investment such as hardware, software and consulting fee. The main goal of this study to analyze of ERP system implementation in various sections depending on the amount of investment and research about the contribution of ERP utilization on overall PCB business activities. Survey questionnaires were distributed via post and fax to PCB (Printed Circuit Board)Company in Korea. The results of this study can be summarized as follow. First, only 43.1% of respondents implemented ERP system at the enterprise level, which shows that ERP system does not completely play its role as a truly integrated system. Second, companies shows higher satisfaction rate with selectively invested on particular sub-modules. Third, the efficiency of ERP system can be maximized by improving efficiency on core areas through selective investments. Also, this can be maximized by performing overall investments on the general environment in addition to the direct investment on ERP. Lastly, 59.26% of respondents reported that the utilization of ERP has highly significant effects on the contribution of business whereas 29.63% respondents reported as significant effects on the business. These shows positive effects of ERP on the contribution of business.

  • 최근들어 CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) 기술은 영상 회의, 파일 전송, 음성 사서함, 자동 메시지 전송, 자동 재다이얼 기능 등의 전통적인 분야에서부터 통합 메시징 및 네트워크 팩스 분야에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에 걸쳐서 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전화망을 이용한 CTI 응용분야로 대학에서 입시기간동안 수험생들의 전화 과중에 따른 업무와 학사 행정 서비스를 개선할 수 있는 CTI를 이용한 응용 시스템에 대하여 연구한다. 구현된 시스템은 최근 주목받고 있는 객체 모델링 기법(Object Modeling Technique)을 이용하여 데이터베이스를 설계하고, CTI 호출 제어 시스템을 이용하여 합격자 확인 자동 호출(Automatic Calling System), 합격자 발표 자동 안내(Automatic Response System) 등을 지원하도록 개발한다. 특히 합격자 자동 호출 시스템 구현시 합격 여부를 통지해 줄 때의 음성처리를 위하여 TTS(Text To speech) 모듈을 설계 구현한다.

  • 인터넷의 속도가 매우 빨라짐에 따라, 음성, 팩스, 문자, 사진, 동영상 등의 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스가 출현하였으며 유 무선 인터넷, CATV, 위성과 같은 네트워크의 통합이 이루어지고 있다. 특히 통신 환경에 많은 변화가 일어나면서, 그에 따른 사용자들의 요구도 계속적으로 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모든 인터넷 전화를 자동으로 교환 할 수 있는 기업용 IP-PBX를 개발 하였다. 본 논문에서 IP-PBX(인터넷 교화기능), ARS(자동 응답 시스템), 문자 메시지 전송기능, 게이트웨이 기능, 공유기능, PSTN 백업기능, 팩스 전송 기능, IPSec을 이용한 사설보안기능 등을 가지고 있는 IP-PBX를 개발하여 KT 시험을 통해서 그 성능을 입증하였다.

  • Multi-layer printed circuit board(PCB) is being used widely for the product with relatively complex circuits such as TV, VTR and FAX. With the rapid enlargement of electronic and IT industry, the hole machining technology on multi-layer PCB is increasingly required to improve. Thus, the micro drilling with ultrasonic vibration can be a good method for hole machining. Unlike conventional drilling, ultrasonic vibration applied drilling introduces less wear and fracture of not only tool but also internal surface of workpiece due to little cutting resistance, thus, machinability can be improved. The experiment is conducted through the comparison between the results of conventional drilling and ultrasonic micro drilling as well as among each results by the variation according to not only feed rate of drill but also amplitude and frequency of ultrasonic vibration. The multi-layer PCB consists of 6 layers and ${\Phi}$0.3 diameter drill was used. As a result, it was found that the state of internal surfaces of holes on multiple layer PCBs is improved by the application of ultrasonic vibration.

한국 정신 요양 시설의 식단관리 분석 (Analysis of Menu Management in Korean Welfare Institutions for Mental - Disorders)

  • The purpose of this study was to improve menu management of welfare institutions for mental-disorders. Special objectives were: to analyze dietitians' special considerations for menu planning in the view of nutrition, recipients' food preferences, and foodservice management; and to interprete menus by food groups and food costs. An open-ended questionnaire was developed and sent to 55 dietitians of welfare institutions for mental-disorders by a fax. Dietitians were asked to write their special considerations for menu planning relating to the nutrition, recipients, and menu management. A total of 46 dietitians responded to the questionnaires. Also, 32 weekly menus were sent to analyze in this study. Results of this study showed that dietitians considered specially energy, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and fats for recipients's health conditions and daily RDA. However, dietitians wanted more information about right menu plan manuals for psychiatric patients. Analysis of weekly menus showed that milk and milk products were th most insufficient serving food group in these institutions. Also, snacks (p<0.05)and milk products (p<0.05) serving was significantly affected by higher food costs. The results implicated that future research on menu development should be necessary for nutritional balanced meal services in welfare institutions.

효율적인 Call Flow 를 위한 VOIP 기반 Converged Virtual Call Center Architecture (Converged Virtual Call Center Architecture based on VOIP for efficient call flow)

  • 초기 콜 센터는 단순히 고객에게 걸려오는 전화를 응대하는 서비스 수준으로 시작되었지만, 현재는 고객과 마주하는 최 접점으로 서비스 뿐만 아니라 마켓팅, 세일즈를 행하는 기업의 경쟁력을 유지하는데 있어 필수적인 요소로 자리잡아 가고 있다. 특히 개인고객을 많이 접하는 금융기관에서는 콜 센터를 대형화, 지방 분산화 및 백업체제 구축을 위한 Multi 센터를 구축하여 콜만 처리하는 센터로서가 아니라 다양한 채널[전화,email,fax,chating]를 통해 접속되는 고객요구 사항들을 통합된 인프라에서 One Stop 으로 처리하고자 한다. 하지만 회선 교환망을 이용하는 PBX기반 Voice 회선과 IP 환경의 DATA 를 처리하는 이원화된 구조로 Multi 콜 센터를 구축 할 경우, 타 센터의 상담원에게로 콜을 설정시 시간이 많이 소요되어 센터간 Call Load Balancing 및 상담원 Skill Based Routing 을 수행함이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 개선할 수 있는 방안으로 Voice 와 Data 를 IP 기반 단일 망으로 구성하고 WAN상에서 음성을 전달할 때 적정한 MOS(Mean opinion score)를 측정 후 객관적으로 필요한 Bandwidth 를 검증하고 Muti 콜 센터에서 효과적인 콜 load Balancing 및 Routing을 할 수 있는 VOIP기반 Convereed Virtual Call Center Architecture 설계 한다.

친환경 감열기록지 생산을 위한 순환제지자원의 탈묵 특성 연구 (Studies on Deinking Properties of Recovered Paper for Manufacturing Eco-friendly Thermal Recording Paper)

  • Demands of thermal recording paper have been increased significantly by increase in usage of invoice, fax, and label. Thermal recording paper was mainly made based on virgin fiber. It is necessary to find a suitable alternative to virgin fiber in terms of environment protectional resources conservation. In this paper, deinking properties of different recovered papers were analyzed in order to use the recovered paper as raw material of thermal recording paper. Recovered paper were ONP, OMG and white ledger. Flotation reject of OMG was high because inorganic pigments in coating layer could be removed by upstream of froth. Brightness of white ledger and OMG were much higher than that of ONP. Therefore, properties of pulp made from the recovered paper could be enhanced with increase in blending ratio of white ledger and OMG. However, blending ratio of OMG caused the increase of flotation reject. Consequently, the optimum blending ratio of ONP, OMG, and white ledger was 3:3:3 for eco-friendly thermal recording paper. Under the condition, brightness was about 70% and ERIC was below 300 ppm.

  • Gathering information and systemization of infrastructure disaster management is to reduce uncertainties in making decisions and maximize the number of alternations. The key objects of a sensor-based progress report and propagation automation systems are to provide objective data, realize and support decision making and deliver them to a certain area, department, manager and other people rapidly. The major findings and results of this study are as follows. 1) Application of international standard-based alerting protocol(CAP; Common Alerting Protocol). 2) Development of database of existing progress report and propagation manual in order to achieve networking of safety management on major social infrastructure of the nation. 3) Development middleware application programs to progress report and propagation data using SMS, FAX, EMS, VMS, MMS.

  • Nowaday the supply chain competitiveness is emphasized more and more than a company's own competitiveness. One of the most important processes in import and export is a publication over the Bill of Loading. In the publication of those bills S/R(shipping request) and check B/L for reviewing are circulated among consignors, forwarders, shipping companies and airlines by fax and e-mail. Or there should be expensive a One to One system, like an EDI. Each party has to re-input S/R data to their own systems and check it several times. The S/R data are converted digital to analog type and analog to digital repeatedly to check in the process. As the process goes by there can be not only input data errors but also waste of time and cost. ECR(electronic character recognition) is a technology can solve the Problem. Considering the data structure of documents in many systems used ECR samples SIR data from documents written in the digital type. But it is not enough with it only. To make N to N composition in reality more efficient we make a documents hub on the web reengineering the existing process to One to One relation. The ECR documents hub system has given us beneficial effects over a year throughout a field test.

처방조제지원시스템 시행에 따른 약사의 인지도 및 수용성에 대한 조사 (A Study of Recognition and Acceptance on Pharmacists for the Enforcement of Drug Utilization Review)

  • DUR (Drug Utilization Review) originally referred to the evaluation of drug usage details: however DUR refers to the system used to support the services of prescribing and dispensing through linking from Health Insurance Review and Assessment (HIRA) Service in Korea. HIRA is going to begin the DUR enforcement for extending to nationwide coverage after pilot test. Objectives: The aims for this study were to evaluate and clarify the current opinions of the pharmacists for the recognition and acceptance rates before nationwide coverage concerning DUR system. Methods: A 16-question-questionnaire was developed and pilot tested. For 40 days of survey by both on-line and fax paper, it was carried out on 80 pharmacists working at community pharmacy in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. Results: Most of answers were broadly positive and interested in begining the DUR system and kept in mind that the goal of DUR is safety guarantee for people. On the other hand, most of answerers worry that delay of patient waiting time and inharmonious communication with doctors in DUR processing can be a major obstacle to begin the DUR system. Conclusion: To solve several problems, the most important things are to make good reciprocal relationships between doctors and pharmacists, investigate intervention tool to shorten patient waiting time, and activate educational program of inspecting items for the pharmacists.
