Purpose: The primary aim of this study is to explore how social media marketing influences customer purchase intention, focusing on the roles of customer engagement and trust as mediators. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: The investigation utilized an online survey conducted in Chinese on the Questionnaire Star platform. It targeted male and female consumers aged 18 and above who purchase products online, yielding 1107 valid responses from across major Chinese cities. Results: Analysis reveals that social media marketing significantly affects customer purchase intention in a positive manner. It also enhances customer engagement and trust, which serve as crucial mediating variables linking social media marketing to purchase intention. The study found that engagement and trust facilitate brand identification and alignment, thereby directly boosting purchase intention. Conclusion: The findings offer essential insights for businesses aiming to improve their social media marketing impact on consumer behavior. It highlights the importance of fostering user engagement and trust, as well as creating a favorable brand image. These elements are key to influencing consumer purchase decisions within social media contexts. The study advises businesses to engage deeply with consumers and build trust, providing practical recommendations for navigating the evolving social media environment towards sustainable growth.
Purpose: There is a significant opportunity for ESG management to act as a useful guideline for social welfare organizational structures when dealing with sustainability and ethical leadership. The ESG guidelines should allow these companies to improve their business efficacy. This paper aims to explore the specific impacts of ESG management on social welfare. Research design, data and methodology: The systematic review approach ensures that quality work is undertaken in tackling the existing gaps in the literature on ESG management in social welfare organizations. The outcomes of this review will give a useful 'real-life' picture of the consequences of ESG practices and suggestions that can increase the efficiency and sustainability of social welfare organizations. Results: The principal favorable consequences are discussed in this chapter regarding the social welfare organization due to the implementation of ESG management. Subsequently, each effect is posted under different sub-titles and evidence from previously conducted research studies. Conclusions: ESG management is vital for social welfare organizations since it increases their efficiency in operations, public image, and opportunities to receive funds, and it helps improve relations with stakeholders. There are many kinds of microscopes suitable for general studies; optical microscopes(OM), conventional transmission electron microscopes (TEM), and scanning electron microscopes(SEM). The optical microscopes and the conventional transmission electron microscopes are very familiar. The images of these microscopes are directly formed on an image plane with one or more image forming lenses. On the other hand, the image of the scanning electron microscope is formed on a fluorescent screen of a cathode ray tube using a scanning system similar to television technique. In this paper, the features and some applications of the scanning electron microscope will be discussed briefly. The recently available scanning electron microscope, combining a resolution of about $200{\AA}$ with great depth of field, is favorable when compared to the replica technique. It avoids the problem of specimen damage and the introduction of artifacts. In addition, it permits the examination of many samples that can not be replicated, and provides a broader range of information. The scanning electron microscope has found application in diverse fields of study including biology, chemistry, materials science, semiconductor technology, and many others. In scanning electron microscopy, the secondary electron method. the backscattererd electron method, and the electromotive force method are most widely used, and the transmitted electron method will become more useful. Change-over of magnification can be easily done by controlling the scanning width of the electron probe. It is possible. to continuously vary the magnification over the range from 100 times to 1.00,000 times without readjustment of focusing. Conclusion: With the development of a scanning. electron microscope, it is now possible to observe almost all-information produced through interactions between substances and electrons in the form of image. When the probe is properly focused on the specimen, changing magnification of specimen orientation does not require any change in focus. This is quite different from the conventional transmission electron microscope. It is worthwhile to note that the typical probe currents of $10^{-10}$ to $10^{-12}\;{\AA}$ are for below the $10^{-5}$ to $10^{-7}\;{\AA}$ of a conventional. transmission microscope. This reduces specimen contamination and specimen damage due to heatings. Outstanding features of the scanning electron microscope include the 'stereoscopic observation of a bulky or fiber specimen in high resolution' and 'observation of potential distribution and electromotive force in semiconductor devices'.
Today's fast-paced world is becoming increasingly characterized by technology-facilitated transactions. Growing numbers of customers interact with technology to create service outcomes instead of interacting with a service firm employee. Self-service technologies provide technological interfaces that enable customers to produce a service independent of direct service employee involvement. To investigate on the customer satisfaction with self-technological based product design in Subway. I used the critical incident technique developed by Flanagan(1954) with quantitative measures of attributions. In this research, it results that customers are considered more important the value of technological-function and easy to use than the aspect of automated machine. It is likely that the technological aspect of many self-service options has a unique influence on customer perceptions of self-service encounters. Also, Research has shown that customer's needs are defined as situations in which external environmental factors add a sense of urgency to the transaction and saved time. On the other hand, customers realize that their favorable image of self-technological based product follows as ; first, customers prefer to the simple & modern image on the aspect of product design, secondly, customers prefer to the hitech-functional image to do its job fast in a short time by automated technology on the aspect of functional service, thirdly, customers prefer to the comfortable and sanitary image to be suitable for the underground circumstance.
Despite the substantial changes made in the product design field to adopt light as an essential design element, there has been little effort to define how customers respond emotionally to the light design of products. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the emotional effect of light as a new design element. However, previous research focuses solely on deriving optimal lighting conditions to achieve particular emotional effects. Therefore, this paper investigates the customers' desired emotional effects of product's light design. We studied refrigerators that utilize light as the main design element of the product. We applied mixed methods by combining close-ended questions and open-ended question to efficiently derive the desired emotion. Participants were asked to choose the most favorable refrigerator image in each of the twelve image groups and indicate why they choose that image with the short-answer survey form. Approximately one thousand terms were collected, and those terms were classified into 29 groups using thesaurus relationships. The term groups were again classified into the four big emotion categories and labelled as "abstract quality," "light property," "space perception," and "visual comfort." Also, a model of the relationship between desired light style and light properties was proposed, since we observed the light properties related to three other categories. This study used mixed methods to identify the emotional value of a new design element. We suggest that the emotional categories derived and the proposed relationship model could be used to evaluate the product's light design.
Purpose: The nasal bone fracture is known as the most common facial fracture, with the postoperative results and the patient's satisfaction known to be lower than other facial fractures. The patient's satisfaction is firstly related to the accurate comprehension of the spatial relationship in the fractured nasal bone and secondly to the accurate reduction based on accurate comprehension. The aim of this study is to evaluate the objective usefulness of the three-dimensional (3D) imaging. Methods: The survey was conducted on 10 randomly selected cases of nasal bone fractures among the 46 cases with 3D computed tomography (CT) during the past one year. It was requested upon 4 plastic residents and 4 plastic surgeons to draw 3D aspect of fractured nasal bone directly on the printed photos of cadaver nasal bone, based on simple X-ray and two-dimensional (2D) CT. They were compared with the real fractured nasal bone aspects based on the 3D image and marked the difference in the 10-point scale of 0 to 10. Results: The average score of the 4 residents was 1.62 and that of the 4 surgeons was 4.47 out of 10 by simple X-ray. The average score of the 4 residents was 5.67 and that of the 4 surgeons was 7.25 out of 10 by 2D CT. Conclusion: It was surmised that the precise analysis and accurate comprehension of the spatial relationship of the fractured nasal bone using the 3D image, as based on the 2D CT images, can produce more favorable satisfaction levels in the patients.
The purpose of this study was to examine preference for dental hygienists. The subjects in this study were 228 employees in general hospitals located in the region of Busan, on whom a survey was conducted in May and June, 2009. The findings of the study were as follows: As for top priority of dental hygienists' duties, providing assistance for dentist treatment ranked first(28.2%), followed by scaling(23.2%) and preventive duties(20.6%). Concerning a favorable image of a dental hygienist, a cheerful look was most preferred(61.4%), followed by a clean-cut look (32.9%), a refined look (3.5%) and an intellectual look (2.2%). Among the subjects, married respondents exhibited a greater liking for a cheerful look, and the gap between them and the unmarried subjects was statistically significant($x^2=8.11$, p<.05). In terms of uniform preference, a two-piece suit with pants was most favored(76.3%). Female respondents showed a greater preference for a two-piece suit with pants, and the gap between them and the male respondents was statistically significant($x^2=41.09$, p<.001). As for major qualifications, professional knowledge was most valued (49.1%), followed by integrity/responsibility(23.2%), friendliness(22.4%), and a great personality/being well-cultivated(5.3%). Employees who were in their 40s and up placed more importance on integrity and responsibility, and the gap between them and the others was statistically significant($x^2=20.62$, p<.01).

In general, the stress is concentrated on the pillar of very near parallel tunnel (VNPT), and the pillar has been reinforced by using steel-wires to maintain the stability of the tunnel. However, since the strength of the pillar decreases in the soil layer, the reinforcing pillar with the steel-wires is insufficient for tunnel stability. In this study, the laboratory tunnel experiment was conducted to examine the reinforcement effect for a new method, of which the pillar of VNPT is strengthened by using steel-pipes. As a result, against overburden stress, the bearing capacity of the steel-pipe reinforcement was 22% greater than that of the steel-wire reinforcement. In using the Particle Image Velocimetry method, the analysis shows that the steel-pipe reinforcement forms a more favorable condition of which uniformly the overburden load acts on the VNPT and the pillar than the steel-wire reinforcement. Based on the results, the steel-pipe reinforcement is expected to bring a more positive effect on tunnel stability than the steel-wire reinforcement.

A power brand has high brand equity, which is the differential effect that brand knowledge has on consumer response to the marketing of that brand. Brand equity is created when brands have strong, favorable and unique brand associations with customers and high level of brand awareness. Therefore marketers in building a strong brand should ensure to develop the right type of customer experiences with products and effective integrated marketing communication(IMC) programs to create the brand equity. Since 2007 Sinhan card acquiring the LG card has developed the new brand identity and carefully managed the advertising campaign and other marketing communication mix tools to create the high brand awareness and differential brand image. In this case study we examine how Sinhan card with the goal of being No.1 brand in the credit card market has developed and implemented the IMC Strategy to build a high level of consumer brand awareness, unique brand image and strong customer relationship.
Purpose: Gallium-68 (68Ga) is increasingly used in nuclear medicine imaging for various conditions such as lymphoma and neuroendocrine tumors by labeling tracers like Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) and DOTA-TOC. However, compared to Fluorine-18 (18F) used in conventional nuclear medicine imaging, 68Ga has lower spatial resolution and relatively higher Signal to Background Ratio (SBR). Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the optimized parameters and reconstruction methods for PET/CT imaging using the 68Ga radiotracer through model-based image evaluation. Materials and Methods: Based on clinical images of 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT, a NEMA/IEC 2008 PET phantom model was prepared with a Hot vs Background (H/B) ratio of 10:1. Images were acquired for 9 minutes in list mode using DMIDR (GE, Milwaukee WI, USA). Subsequently, reconstructions were performed for 1 to 8 minutes using OS-EM (Ordered Subset Expectation Maximization) + TOF (Time of Flight) + Sharp IR (VPFX-S), and BSREM (Block Sequential Regularized Expectation Maximization) + TOF + Sharp IR (QCFX-S-400), followed by comparative evaluation. Based on the previous experimental results, images were reconstructed for BSREM + TOF + Sharp IR / 2 minutes (QCFX-S-2min) with varying β-strength values from 100 to 700. The image quality was evaluated using AMIDE (freeware, Ver.1.0.1) and Advanced Workstation (GE, USA). Results: Images reconstructed with QCFX-S-400 showed relatively higher values for SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio), CNR (Contrast to Noise Ratio), count, RC (Recovery Coefficient), and SUV (Standardized Uptake Value) compared to VPFX-S. SNR, CNR, and SUV exhibited the highest values at 2 minutes/bed acquisition time. RC showed the highest values for a 10 mm sphere at 2 minutes/bed acquisition time. For small spheres of 10 mm and 13 mm, an inverse relationship between β-strength increase and count was observed. SNR and CNR peaked at β-strength 400 and then decreased, while SUV and RC exhibited a normal distribution based on sphere size for β-strength values of 400 and above. Conclusion: Based on the experiments, PET/CT imaging using the 68Ga radiotracer yielded the most favorable quantitative and qualitative results with a 2 minutes/bed acquisition time and BSREM reconstruction, particularly when applying β-strength 400. The application of BSREM can enhance accurate quantification and image quality in 68Ga PET/CT imaging, and an optimization process tailored to each institution's imaging objectives appears necessary.
