1996년 8월 19일부터 24일까지 전남 완도군 고금도에서 채집한 거미류를 분류 동정한 결과, 17과 44속 82종이 채집되었다. 이중에서 2미기록종; Achaearanea oculipromientis와 Sitticus avocator을 재기재한다.

The authors investigated the spider fauna of Mt. Yebongsan from May 1994 to Aug. 1996. In this paper, 265 species from 21 genera, and 28 families were identified and compared with those from islands geographical with differing i.e., Is. Paikryung-do, Is. Chin-do, and Is. Ulrung-do distribution and climate. Spiders from 45 palaearctic regions(3.69%), 13 holarctic regions(1.06%), 4 oriental regions(0.32%) and 5 cosmopolitans(0.41%) are identified. Various methods were used for collecting specimens during the period including pitfall, beating, sweeping and looking up-down.

We report a species of Notodontidae, Odontosia patricia Stichel 1918 for the first time from Korea. Two males of O. patricia were collected at the end of May, 2008 from Quercus mongolica forest of Jirisan Mt., a Korea Long-Term Ecological Research site. The notodontid-moth fauna and population changes of three years (2005-2007) from Q. mongolica forest site are provided.

The spider fauna in Anmyun-do Island was investigated from 20 th to 24 th Aug. 1999. As a result,94 species of 66 genera under 18 families were collected. Identified spiders were composed of Palaearctic (6%), Holarctic (7%), Oriental (0.8%), Cosmopolitan (0.8%) species. Araneid, salticid and theridiid spiders were dominant among the spiders. Common species with Japan and China were 93 (72%) and 90 (70%) species, respectively.

The spider fauna of Namhai Island was investigated from 21 to 25 Aug 1998. As a result,81 species of 43 genera under 15 families were collected. Identified spiders are composed of 30.8% Palaearctic, 28.4% Palaearctic and Oriental, 6.1% Holarctic, 2.4% Oriental, and 3.7% Cosmopolitan species. Araneid, salticid and theridiid spiders appeared to be dominant among the spiders. Common species with Japan and China were 56(69.1%) AND 55 (67.1%) species, respectively.

Mollusks were collected with Ponar grab from seven stations in lower part of Han river, Korea from June 1995 through May 1996. Basket sampler with artificial substrate was also employed to collect the adhesive mollusks. In addition to above mentioned sampling stations, Bam islet was surveyed. A total of species, Corbicula fluminea, Anodonta woodiana, Unio douglasiae, Limnoperna fortunei, corbicula fenouilliana and Physa acuta, were collected in lower part of Han river. Author reviewed the literatures on the ecological survey of molluscan fauna in Han river.

Six echinoderm species were added to the echinoderm fauna of Dokdo, Korea based on the samples collected form inter - and subtidal areas of the Island on spring and autumn twice a year from 2002 to 2004. As result, sixteen echinoderm species were recorded from Dokdo.

A female crab of Xenocarcinus conicus (A. Milne Edwards, 1865) was collected from Munseum, Jejudo Island. The genus Xenocarcinus is recorded newly in Korean brachyuran fauna. The present specimen has broader and shorter rostrum and eleven sharp teeth on the inner border of dactylus of the first ambulatory leg. Korean epialtid fauna now consists of eight species of four genera.

Seventeen caprellid species are reported from adjacent waters, of the Goheung Peninsula, Jeollanam-do in June, 2008. Among them Paracaprella crassa Mayer, 1903 is newly added to the Korean fauna. We described this species with illustrations and mentioned some differences from the original description and subsequent redescriptions. As a result, Korean caprellid fauna consists of 34 species in 6 genera.

1994년 4월 28일부터 1994년 4월 30일, 1994년 8월 4일부터 1994년 8월 5일 두 차례에 걸쳐 경상북도 청송군, 경상북도 영덕군에 걸쳐있는 주왕산국립공원의 양서 파충류상을 조사한 결과 양서류는 총 5과 5속 7종, 파충류는 3과 6속 7종이 관찰되었다. 양서류의 우점종은 북방산개구리였으며 유혈목이가 파충류의 우점종으로 나타났다. 본 결과는 주왕산국립공원의 개발 이후에 변화될 양서.파충류상을 조사하는데 기초자료가 될 것이다.
