  • 외전형 모터는 내전형 모터에 비해 소형화 및 경량화 시킬 수 있는 특징을 가진다. 그러나 회전자와 고정자간의 공극사이에 이심률이 있을 때, 불균형 모멘트로 인한 토크 리플이 내전형보다 더 크게 일어나는 단점이 있다. 이전의 연구들은 회전자 슬롯 형상의 변화에 따른 모터의 변화를 유한요소해석법을 통해 알아보았다. 우리는 이러한 유한요소해석법을 통한 시뮬레이션을 통해 외전형 모터에서 이심률이 발생 및 증가함에 따라 나타나는 토크 리플을 줄일 수 있는 최적화된 슬롯형태를 찾아보았다.

  • In this paper, fuzzy logic based active ventilation system with security function is proposed and implemented. We can easily experience the situation that inner air is so hot to get start immediately after parking at summer day. Hot temperature is enough to explode a gas lighter or to suffocate a little chid. Proposed system has 1 blower and 2 axial fans to ventilate inner air. Based on the fuzzy logic, speed and direction of each fan are controlled. In addition to controlling fans, controller put down windows and adjust the periods of open time. In order to prevent the theft and security problems, IR sensors are used to detect objects. On detecting objects, controller put up windows. Experimental result shows that implemented system can be effectively ventilate inner air and reduce temperature. Proposed system can be applicable to commercial automobiles.

  • In the introduction, this paper introduces LS Industrial Systems' medium-voltage drive installed at Hyundai Green Power, an 800MW gas power plant. In the body, it explains the synchronous transfer technology and new speed search technology applied to Forced Draft(FD) Fan and Boiler Feed-water(BF) Pump, which are power generation facilities. Lastly, it shows the annual energy saving amount and operation status which are applied to each facility and proves that it is a successful application case.

  • This study is regarding development of an index table for antomation of welding process in impeller fabrication. A PLC, which is widely used for automation in industry, was also adopted as a controller for the index table because of it effectiveness, easy maintenance and repair. The index table consists of centering jig, blade jig, workbench, driving system and a controller. A touch screen was also prepaired as a man-machine interface to provide convenience for workers. Water jacket was installed inside the workbench to reduce thermal stress come from the welding. Temperature of the water jacket was kept constant to cool an impeller main plate effectively. The index table developed in this study convinces that it reduces the total welding time by 50% compared with the conventional process without the table.

  • Local exhaust system used in toilet and cooking place of low-rise public house installed roof ventilator at terminal of stack. There are many high riser public houses in Korea. These buildings were not viewed as being major contributors to exhaust pollutants producted in indoor. It was because many engineers thought that exhaust in high riser public house depends on stack effect. But Neutral pressure level represents in a terminal of stack with air tightness for the best exhaust efficiency. Thereby, lower floors have the worst indoor air quality. This paper focuses mainly on the exhaust efficiency improved by roof fan with motor installed in high riser public house. It is observed there is higher exhaust efficiency than the existing natural roof ventilator.

  • 외전형 모터는 내전형 모터에 비해 회전하는 회전자 부분이 외부에 존해해서 적은 토크에도 많은 출력을 얻을 수 있고 크기도 줄일 수 있기 때문에 송풍기용으로 많이 사용되고 있고, 점차적으로 프리미엄화 되어가고 있기 때문에 BLDC 모터를 채용하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 양산되는 송풍기용 BLDC 모터를 대상으로 원가를 증가시키지 않고 출력 특성을 향상시키기 위한 최적 사양의 설계를 위해 다양한 변수들을 가지고 해석을 수행하였다. 또한 출력특성을 개선하기 위해서 코일의 선경, 턴 수와 적층 길이, 스큐 각도와의 상관 관계를 해석하여 외전형 BLDC 모터의 성능을 분석하여 보았고 모터의 전체적인 성능 향상과 원가 절감 등의 관점에서 해석을 수행하였다.

  • In this study acoustical characteristics of system air conditioner in different ceiling systems was investigated in anechoic and real conditions. Same Types of air conditioners were installed in two different rooms. The results showed that motor's tonal component was emphasized at near fart of air blast blower in the exposed type while fan's harmonic component is emphasized rather in the enclosed type. This confirms tile result of acoustical intensity mapping which showed that Intensity level of 125Hz octave band increased in the exposed type while there was no noticeable difference at the frequency band in the enclosed type.

  • 본 논문에서는 24V급 저가형 팬 모터 드라이버를 설계하기 위해 단상 인버터 회로를 제시 하였고, 제시한 회로의 동작특성 확인을 위해 단상 BLDC 모터의 모델링 및 회로설계를 PSIM 시뮬레이션 툴을 통해 수행 하였다. 제시한 회로가 저가격으로 구현 가능함을 검토하였고 실제 적응 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • Accelerated life test models and procedure are developed to assess the reliability of Door switch. The main function of door switch is to operate bulb lamp and fan motor. The accelerated life test method and test equipments are developed using the relationship between stresses and life characteristics of the products. Using the developed accelerated life test method, the parameters of the ALT model and life time distribution are estimated and the reliability of the Door S/W at use condition if assessed. The proposed accelerated life test method and procedure may be extended and applied to testing similar kinds of products to reduce test time and costs of the tests remarkably.

  • The diffusion cell method is the main technique employed for the in vitro diffusion test of transdermal drug delivery preparations. Most existing transdermal diffusion devices use a water bath heating structure and direct current motor magnetic stirrer. However, these devices are confronted with problems, such as large volume, incompatible vertical and horizontal diffusion cells, few diffusion cell sets, and poor reliability. To overcome these deficiencies, the system adopts a dry heating method and uses a rotating magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic stirrer to drive the magnetic stirrer. Accordingly, the resulting device is characterized by a simple structure and small volume, convenient operation, compatible vertical and horizontal diffusion cells, and numerous diffusion cell sets. The reliability and practicability of the system is verified by the in vitro percutaneous permeability test of the bisoprolol patch.
