청소년의 집단 따돌림과 자아존중감, 스트레스, 우울 및 학교생활적응 관계 (Self Esteem, Stress, Depression and School Adjustment in Adolescents who are Victims of Bullying)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relationship between self esteem, stress, depression and school adjustment among adolescents who were victims of bullying and those who were not. Methods: The questionnaire included the Peer Victimization Scale (Callaghan & Joseph, 1995), Self-esteem Scale, (Rosenberg, 1965), Daily Hassles Questionnaire (Feiner, Ginter & Primavera, 1982) and Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression (Radloff, 1977). Data from 738 questionnaires were analyzed using frequencies, means, ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test and logistic regression analysis with SPSS 14.0. Results: Victims of bullying accounted for 19.8% of the students. Significant differences were found for grade, school record, family living together, satisfaction with parents and satisfaction with friends between students who were victims of bullying and those who were not. Self esteem and school adjustment for the victims of bullying were lower than for those in the non-victim group, and stress and depression were higher. The logistic regression analysis revealed that school record, family living together, satisfaction with friends, self esteem, friend related stress, family related stress and depression were significantly associated with being a victim of bullying. Conclusion: The result of this study offer basic data for the development of intervention programs to prevent students becoming victims of bullying.

도시주부의 가치유형과 계획행동유형 및 가정생활만족도 (Value Patterns Planning Styles and Family Life Satisfaction of Urban Homemakers)

  • This study analyzed the relationships among the components of home management system. Through this it make to explain relationship between values and planning exactly and partially to test empirically system model to home management 650 housewives were adapted as data. Cluster analysis \chi$2 and ANOVA were used as statistical analysis. The resultes are summarized as follows 1) Goal-centered planning level was higher than that of resource-centered By 2 plannings subjects were classified into 4 planning styles : active morphogenic resource-reorganized demand-reorganized passive morphostatic style. 2) A difference between terminal value patterns and planning styles was no significant but a difference between instrumental value patterns and planning styles was significant. Family life satisfaction showed significant differences by not value patterns but planning styles. Because of high family life satisfaction as output of management active morphogenic style was successful. For succ ssful planning, it was suggested that homemarkers should possess values related broadminded loving and forgiving.

아동의 사회적 유능성에 관련된 변인 연구 (Relevant Variables of children's Social Competence)

  • This study firstly investigated the relationships of children's social competence with the relevant factors such as mother's parental role satisfaction and parenting behaviors and secondly analyzed if parenting behaviors function as mediators. The subjects were 1865-year-old children and their mothers. The results showed that children's social competence was related to the children's sex, health, and mother's academic career. Children's social competence was influenced by the relation satisfaction between parents and children, the role conflict between wife and husband, the mother s warm-hearted and rational parenting, and the wife's satisfaction of her husband's support. The mother's warm-hearted and rational parenting functioned as a mediator(intermediary factor) between the children's social competence and the mother's parental role satisfaction.

종합병원 의료서비스에 대한 소비자만족과 행위의도 (Consumer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention for Medical Services)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine if expectation, performance, and disconfirmation are related to consumer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The major findings were as follows: First, among the four dimensions of the medical services, the level of consumer satisfaction was highest with 'doctors' and lowest with 'facilities' while the level of importance was highest with 'doctors' and lowest with 'medical systems' Second, ability to predict behavioral intention can best be improved with regression coefficient weights among the six measures of consumer satisfaction. Third, greater satisfaction was significantly associated with performance and disconfirmation while behavioral intention was significantly associated with expectations, performance, and discoufirmation.

보건행정전공 대학생의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Job Finding Stress of University Students Majoring Public Health Administration)

  • The present study aims to determine the grade and factors of the effects that influence the stress related to job finding of the university students majoring public health administration. The data was collected for 4days from June 7, 2011. Among a total of 360 cases of the questionaries, only 324 cases were used. To data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression using PASW statistics 18.0. From the analyses, it was found that school environment and study-related stress were some of major causes for stress in job finding. There was statistically significant difference in the sub-areas of job finding-related stress by gender, age, type of school, school grade, whether or not the graduating class and satisfaction with the major selected. There was statistically significant difference among the sub-areas of job finding-related stress such as academic achievements, characters, and school and family environments and whether in graduating class of collegians and their satisfaction with the major they chose turned out to exercise statistically significant impact upon the stress of the students majoring public health administration.

  • 본 연구는 장애학생의 현재 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석함으로써 장애 아동 및 청소년들의 삶의 만족도를 높이는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 보건복지부에서 실시한 2014년 장애인실태조사 원 자료를 분석 자료로 하여, 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교에 재학 중인 학생 197명을 대상으로 가족관계 만족도, 가정폭력 여부, 경제상태, 가구 유형, 차별정도, 장애정도, 주관적 건강상태, 친구들의 수 만족도, 학교생활적응도 등 가정, 학교 및 장애 특성 요인이 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 지를 검증하고자 집단 간 평균비교 및 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과 가정폭력 여부, 가족관계 만족도, 주관적 건강상태, 친구의 수 만족도 등이 장애학생의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 가족 구조와 기능강화, 아동 및 청소년들과 가족이 함께하는 프로그램 확대, 사회성 강화 프로그램 실시, 건강 증진 방안 등이 필요함을 시사한다.

라이프케어 증진을 위한 노년기의 노년초월, 가족지지, 사회적지지, 자아존중감, 죽음불안과의 관계 (The Relationship between Gerotranscendence, Family Support, Social Support, Self-esteem, and Fear of Death in Elders for Promotion of Life Care)

  • 본 연구는 노년기의 노년초월, 가족지지, 사회적지지, 자아존중감, 죽음불안의 정도와 이들 간의 관계를 파악하는 것이다. 서울시 거주 만 60세 이상 성인 50명을 대상으로 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 일반적 특성 중 연령은 사회적지지와 죽음불안과 관계가 있었으며, 결혼상태는 가족지지와 연관이 있었고, 생활만족은 가족지지와 관련이 있었다. 노년초월과 죽음불안이 상관관계가 있었으며, 가족지지와 자아존중감과 상관관계가 있었고, 사회적 지지는 자아존중감과 죽음불안과 상관관계가 있었다. 결론적으로 이 연구를 통하여 노년기의 노년초월은 죽음불안과 연관이 있음이 밝혀졌으며, 노년기의 가족지지가 자아존중감과 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 향후의 연구에서는 성인후기의 집단을 대상으로 노년초월의 정도, 생활만족과 노년초월의 관계 등을 포함한 연구들이 진행될 필요성을 가지고 있다.

일-가정 균형을 위한 보육 및 학교 영역에서의 요구도와 정책: 맞벌이 가정을 중심으로 (The Study on the Need and Related Policy for Work-Family Balance in the Area of Educare and School: Focused on the Dual Worker Families)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the needs for the balance of work-family and to provide the related policies for dual worker family. We focused on the life area of educare and school. Data were collected from 197 working mothers who have 1 or more children under age 10. The findings were: 1) after-school programs, holidays on every alternate Saturday, arbitrary no school days were not appropriate to the working parents' everyday life patterns, so the paradigm and practical conditions should be adapted to the needs of working parents. 2) the most working parents depended on the kindergarden, but the parents' satisfaction with the quality of service, time duration, the human resource of educare teacher was not sufficient, so these issues should be discussed more profoundly.

가족생활주기에 따른 부부의 의사 소통 효율성과 결혼 만족도에 관한 연구-국민학교, 중.고등학과의 학부모를 중심으로- (A study on the relationship between Marital Satisfaction & Efficiency of the Interspouse Communication over Family life Cycle)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of demographic-socialogical variables.(ie. educational level, duration of marriage, mate selection type, monthly income, number of children and the frequencies of family's jonit-leisure-activity) and efficiency of the interspous communication on marital satisfaction over the family life cycle. The subject were 278 husbands and wives living in Seoul area who had the eldest child attending at elementary school, middle school , high school and university , respectively. The families were categorized to Duvall's family life cycle. Before the main study was conducted from SEP. 27 to OCT. 8. 1990. a pre-test was conducted on 52 subjects form SEP. 20 to SEP.23.1990. The values of Chronbach's α were obtained on the efficiency of the interspouse communication (α =0.885) and marital satisfaction (α=0.939). Data analysis was by Chronbach's α, ANOVA. Pearson's Product Moment Correlation. Path Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results were as follows; 1) Marital Satisfaction was positively related (1) to demographic-socialogical variables; educational level , monthly income, the frequencies of family's joint-leisure-activity (2) the efficiency of the interspouse communication. 2) Efficiency of the interspouse communication was positively related to the frequencies o family's joint-leisure-activity. 3) The relative importance of independent variables on marital satisfaction over the family life cycle was found to be varied in each stage of life cycle. (1) As for the group who had elementary-school-aged children; efficiency of the interspouse communication (β=0.717.p<.001), joint-leisure-activity frequency (β =0.303.p<.001), monthly income(β=0.202.p<.001), mate selection type(β=0.180.p<.05), (2) As for the group who had middle-school-aged children; efficiency of the interspouse communication (β=0.702.p<.001), (3)As for the group who had high school-aged children; efficiency of the interspouse communication (β=0.488.p<.001), joint-leisure-activity frequency (β=0.368.p<.001), (4)the group who had university-aged children; efficiency of the interspouse communication.(β=0.729.p<.001), monthly income (β=0.164.p<.01). The regression model showed that 55 percent of the marital satisfaction could be account for by demographic-socialogical variables and efficiency of the interspouse communication (R2=0.551)

Work-Related Well-Being in the Zimbabwean Banking Sector: A Job Demands-Resources Perspective

  • Background: Research on the impact of psychosocial risks on well-being at work remains scarce in low- and middle-income countries, especially in the banking sector. This study sought to examine the relationships between job demands, job resources, well-being, job satisfaction, and work engagement in the Zimbabwean banking sector. Methods: An online survey was administered to 259 employees from five banks. Hierarchical multiple regression tested the relationships between job demands (quantitative demands, emotional demands, work pace, and work-family conflict), job resources (possibilities for development, social support from colleagues and supervisors, quality of leadership, and influence at work), well-being, work engagement, and job satisfaction. Interactions between all variables were tested. Results: Job demands were negatively related to well-being, work engagement, and job satisfaction. Job resources had positive relationships with the same. Work pace had positive relationships with well-being and work engagement. Influence at work moderated the relationship between emotional demands and work pace with well-being. Possibilities for development moderated the relationship between work-family conflict and well-being. Work-family conflict moderated the relationship between social support from colleagues and job satisfaction. Emotional demands, work pace, and quantitative demands moderated the relationship between influence at work with job satisfaction and work engagement. Conclusion: Job demands should be reduced where possible in order to enhance employee well-being, work engagement, and job satisfaction. The job resources that should be availed to facilitate a positive psychosocial work environment in the banking sector include social support from supervisors, influence at work, and possibilities for development.
