대학생의 주거의미 및 주거선택시 고려요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Meaning and Choice Factors of Housing by University Student)

  • The purpose of the study was to find out the meaning of housing and choice factors of housing of the university students. The snowballing method was used to collect the data for analysis. The data were collected from April 4th to 14, 2013, and the sample consisted of 122 university students and 40 pairs of university students and their parents in Seoul. It was examined the meaning of housing and choice factors by university students. The finding of this study was as follows: 1) The meaning of housing was composed of 9types : 'Family harmony space', 'Emotional space', 'Social status space', 'Life space', 'Social relations space', 'Economic space', 'Perform the role space', 'Physical safety space' and 'Privacy space'. 2) The choice factors of housing were composed of 7types : 'Social status', 'Life with Neighborhood', 'Safety and security', 'Transportation and education', 'Ease of use of facilities', 'Economic' and 'Environment'.

朝鮮時代 服飾用語 硏究II-織物關聯用語를 中心으로- (A Study on the Textile Terminologies of the Chosun Period)

  • This study is concerned with the textile related terminologies of the Chosun period. The purpose of this study was to trace and to examine some textile related terms such as goro, mooruwi, modan, shiok, jal, gaam, and chien. These words were examined and analyzed in terms of the origins, meanings, and neighbouring languages. The results of this research can be summarized as follows: The results of this study revealed that the word goro of the Chosun period was derived from the Chinese ku lo 羅 or (Equations. See Full-text). Korean goro or goroi is a transliteration of the Chinese moolo 霧羅. The word modan 帽緞 was a kind of rich silk fabric. Manchurian kamku 帽緞 was derived from Arabic word kamkha. The word shiok, shiok, shiuk, shiurk, or shiu 시으 means felt in Korean. Similar words to Korean shiok was found in Afro-Asiatic family such as Egyptian, Hebrew, and Assyrians. Egyptian shiu means a seep or a goat. The word jal meaning black sable was found was originated in the Chinese tzuerl 子兒皮, black sable. The word Korean gaam 가암, 가음, was similar to Mongorian k∂m meaning a material. Also Iraq-Arabian xaam meaning raw, unworked, unprocessed, had the same meaning as the Korean gaam. Xaam and gaam have almost the same phonetical sounds. The Korean gaam was derived from the xaam of Iraq-Arabian. Korean chien meaning cloth was derived from the Chinese chyan or chien (Equations. 자조모임을 통한 자살유가족의 '고통 이겨냄' 과정: SPACE 모델 (Experience of 'overcoming the pain of family loss of suicide' through suicide bereavement support group: SPACE experiential model of family survivors)

  • Objectives: This study is to understand the experiences of overcoming pain of loss of family survivors in Suicide Bereavement Support Group(SBSG). Method: Experiential data was collected by in-depth interview(FGI, individual) to 10 family survivors(over 19) who having an experience participating in SBSG over 5months and analyzed using qualitative methodology. Results: We drew the result that 'SPACE model' which structuralize by 5 stages of suicide survivors' experience of SBSG of time path. SPACE model configured as follow: Stage1, Space in vacuum, the time to feel a sense of overwhelming feeling like pain, fear, alienation after loss of suicide, Stage2, Probing, when to find informations and resources to help survivors themselves, Stage3, Acclimation, having experiences empathy and healing as in SBSG, Stage4, Composure, accepting SBSG meaning as a part of their lives, loss of my family by suicide, and the beginning of bereavement, Stage5, Endurance, overcoming suffering through SBSG and try to help other survivors. Conclusions: SBSG is the opportunity for family survivors to overcome the pains from loss of suicide, shock, anger, grief, etc., and to empower them to help other suicide survivors.

가족 서사와 공간 재현 - 고레에다 히로카즈 영화를 중심으로 - (The Spatial Representation in Family Narrative - Focused on Hirokazu Kore-eda's Films -)

  • 사회를 관통하는 키워드를 내포한 가족영화는 영화사 초기부터 관객과 소통하며 시대변화에 대한 다양한 관점과 사회문화적 콘텍스트를 반영하는 중요한 텍스트로 자리매김 되었다. 그런 측면에서 가족 서사를 통해 현대사회에 대한 매우 날카로운 관점을 제공한 고레에다 히로카즈 영화들은 매우 주목할 만하다. 고레에다 히로카즈의 가족서사는 죽음과 상실, 단절과 소외에 대한 테마들을 이어나가며 현대 사회와 인간관계에 대한 깊이 있는 성찰을 보여주었을 뿐 아니라 그 주제적 묵직함에도 불구하고 흥행에도 성공하며 대중적 공감대를 형성하였다. 이러한 그의 성취는 가족의 의미를 사유하도록 이끄는 가족 영화라는 서사 형식뿐 아니라 '시간'과 '일상'을 기록하는 공간 재현 형식과도 깊은 연관성을 가진다. 따라서 본고는 고레에다 히로카즈 영화의 가족 서사와 공간 재현 형식을 분석하였고 이를 통해 삶과 공간이 긴밀하게 소통하며 주제에 이르는 영화적 형식을 찾을 수 있었다. 이처럼 가족서사의 공간 재현과 그 형식 요소들의 역할 및 의미에 주목한 본 연구는 시대성을 중심으로 거시적 관점으로 접근한 기존의 연구들에서 보다 확장된 연구로서 가치를 가진다.

연령에 따른 종가 및 제례음식에 대한 인식도 조사 (Research of Head Family and Ancestral Ritual Food's Conception Perceived by the Different Age Groups)

  • The research aimed to provide accurate and basic data comparing different perceptions of head family's food and food for religious ceremonies depending on age with the goal of sustaining traditional Korean food in the future. The gender distribution of the participants was 274 Males (42.5%) and 370 Females (57.5%). Age distribution was 211 participants (32.7%) in their 20s, 215 participants (33.3%) in their 30 to 40s, and 220 participants (34%) in their 50 to 60s. The older generation appeared to beaware of the definition of head family or 'The eldest's house of head family' as well as the concept of one's family five generations ago with more reductive and emphasis than imaginary concept of head family of the younger generation. The image of the head family was perceived as 'head family's food' in younger generations and as 'eldest son' in older generations. Family role and meaning most often manifested as 'succession of tradition' and 'cultural symbols' in younger generations, respectively, whereas older generations responded 'hallmark of the head family'. Family ancestral rites and head family's food had positive effects on awareness of head family's food. Moreover, those with experience in practicing family ancestral rites responded that head family's food should be more popular. People who viewed family's food more positively were more open with the idea thathead family's food could go mainstream. In conclusion, positive perception of head family's food and traditional pride are crucial environmental factors in public support of popularizing head family's food to the public.

공동주택단지의 커뮤니티 디자인을 위한 공동생활공간에 관한 연구 (A study on the Shared Space of the Multi-family Housing for the Community Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the meaning and the function of the shared space in the existing multi-family housing through analyzing the reality and resident's requirement for it, and additionally to develop the research project to investigate its activation strategy. The method of this study was through analyzing the related literature and the existing study. The followings were found out from this study concerning the shared space: 1) Both the supplier and resident of multi-family housing started to recognize the importance of its role with relation to the quality of the home environment. 2) In residents' requirements for it, there was its common elements, and selective differences according to the size of housing, life cycle, and whether housewife has a job or not etc. 3) In order to activate the shared space, we need to search abut using behavior for that, its flexibility of housing regulations, and to develop an effective management program. Finally this study emphasized on the necessity of planning focused on the shared space for the community design in multi-family housing.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer's lifestyle, needs and preferences and design trends for planning of the future apartment interior design. Recently, social change such as computerization, industrialization, pluralism and globalization has been braught lots of changes to modern housing spaces. The meaning of ‘Family’ and ‘Residence’ has been diversified by various life-style of modern family. Therefore, the new concept of residence is needed to change for the future housing plans and satisfy their sophisticated needs and preferences considering modern family's lifestyle and life-span. This research was conducted through the questionaire-survey, taste style survey by show card, and focus group interview(F.G.I) for investigating consumer's life style and tastes. Through this research, four-types of consumer's lifestyle were classified by analyzing data and special spaces such as family-room, media room, interior planted-space, and men's room were needed to consider interior space planning. This study shows that the planning of storage space, flexible space, livingroom and multi-used space will be more important in apartment interior space.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the traditional customs of family occasions-New Year Day, Full Moon Day, a marriage ceremony, funeral, first-year birthday, 60th birthday, other birthday, and moving a residence through a literature review. The content of each occasion consists of meaning, process of activities, costume, foods, plays, gifts, etc. The following research is suggested to survey on actual family life and to develop and provide ideal program of the family occasions through formal and informal education.

College Students' Thoughts on Family Participated delivery

  • This study wanted to find out what college students thought about family participated delivery and what concerns they had. To this end, eight college students aged 20 to 25 were interviewed three times. The data collection period was from March 20 to April 10, 2021. Interview materials were collected and interpreted simultaneously using the Giorgi method, a phenomenological research method. As a result of the analysis, 29 semantic units were derived, 12 subcomponents were grouped again, and five categories were formed as final components. The five categories of thoughts on the participated delivery of college students consisted of Responsibility, Happiness, Stability, Shame, and Anxiety. Based on the above meaning, college students were found to be comfortable with their families and to be more comfortable with birth happiness, while also feeling the risk of infection and shame as women. Accordingly, this study suggests that when participating in the delivery of family participation of college students who will be future parents, a systematic protocol will be established to thoroughly prepare for infection and protect women's privacy.

소설에 나타난 안방의 의미와 용도에 관한 연구 (A Study on 'An-Band' It's Meaning and Practical Use Mentioned in Novel)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out to meaning and practical use of 'Anbang' of which unique roles and function has not been changed till now since Chosun dynasty. The Study has been carried out by selecting 27 novels in which the word 'Anbang' mentioned frequently and analyzing the sentences with 'Anbang' . The major finding were summarized as follows: 1. Since Chosun dynasty till now, 'Anbang' in most important space for Korean in residential area its meaning and practical use had not been changed. 2. The meaning of Anbang could be categorized into two parts; One was general symbolic meaning which was perceived mentally in general and the other was specific symbolic meaning which was varied by uses. In case of general symbolic meaning 'Anbang' implied a space with light turned on late at night, a very special space from the point of interior decoration and size, a space to keep very important stuffs and a space to deal with very important business. In case of specific symbolic meaning during Chosun dynasty, 'Anbang' was used as a pronoun to imply a mistress as major occupant was a mistress. Since then, gradually, 'Anbang' was used as a pronoun to imply married couple as married couple becomes major occupant. 3. The practical use of 'Anbang' cold be categorized into two; One was routine usage and the other was exceptional usage. The typical routine use were sleeping, dining family gathering, visitor greeting, clothes changing and sewing. The exceptional use were a Sebae(new year's bow), Pyebaek(make a deep bow and offer her gifts to her parents-in-law) and patient curing.
