신세대 주부의 가사노동 관리자유형과 가정생활만족도 (The Household Work Manager Style of New Generation Wives and Family Life Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the housewives' characteristics of household work management. to classify the household work manager styles and to investigate the relationship between the household work manager styles and the family life satisfaction. The data used for statistical analysis is 352 housewives. The data were analyzed by using SPSSWIN Program, $x^2$-test, one-way ANOVA With Duncan's Multiple Range test and t-test were utilized to test null hypotheses. The major findings of this study were as follows : Human centered household work management was more popular than task centered. Family life satisfaction was significantly different depending on the household work manager style. The idel style was concluded as the most desirable manager style.

패밀리레스토랑의 사회적 책임 활동이 고객신뢰 및 고객만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities on Customer Trust and Customer Satisfaction in the Family Restaurant)

  • The purposes of this study were to understand the influence of customer perceptions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities in family restaurants on customer trust and satisfaction. Based on results form 395 family restaurant patrons obtained empirically, we reviewed the reliability and fitness of a research model and verified two hypotheses using the AMOS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were simultaneously tested using a structural equation model (SEM). Hypothesis 1, which hypothesized a positive relationship between customer perception of CSR activities and customer trust was partially supported. Additionally, hypothesis 2, in which customer perception of CSR activities had significant positive effects on customer satisfaction, and customer trust had significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Hypothesis 3 was supported). Finally, customer trust performed a partial role as a parameter in the causality between CSR activity in the family restaurant and customer satisfaction. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

중년부부의 노부모 부양부담감과 관련변인 연구 (A Study on the middle-aged couples' caregiving burden and related variables)

  • The purpose of this study were to find the general trends of middle-aged couples' caregiving burden, to investigate correlation between husbands and wives, to estimate the differences according to related variables and analyze the effects of significant variables influencing on caregiving burden. The data were obtained from 172 middle-aged couples living in Seoul and Kwangju. The major findings were as follows; 1. Scores of couples' caregiving burden were lower than medium. Especially, husbands' score were higher than wives' in a sense of guilt and haubands' caregiving burden correlated significantly with the wives'. 2. Couples' caregiving burden showed significant differences according to birth order of husband and family life satisfaction was the most differencial in family relationship variables. Social support and family value orientations were also significant variables. 3. The most influencial variable on husbands' caregiving burden was emotional support, and instrumental support on wives'. And life and communication satisfaction were very important variables. So family relationship must be enhanced and social support system's reinforcements are necessary.

가정생산성과 시장생산성의 관계분석을 통한 경제위기 대응력 증진을 위한 연구 (A Simultaneous Analysis on the Relationship Between Household Productivity and Market Productivity)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between household productivity and market productivity of the married men in their early adulthood. Proxy variables of the household productivity were housework time, family cohesion·adaptability and family economic resource. Also proxy variables of the market productivity were job performance, job satisfaction and wage. The main result were as follows: First, men's housework time is insignificantly related to men's job performance, job satisfaction, and wage. But men's housework time is reduced as men's wage. Second, family cohesion·adaptability is significantly and positively related to the married men's job performance. The married men's job performance is significantly and positively related to the family cohesion·adaptability.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors which influenced the quality of life of elderly women living alone or with the spouse. A survey using interview was administered to 221 elderly women living in Seoul and Pusan The major findings were as follows: 1) The family life satisfaction of elderly women was determined by the quality of relationship with her eldest son's wife shared activities financial strain and location. The determinants of consumer life satisfaction were financial strain materialism tenure and the number of income sources, Housing life satisfaction was influenced by the convenience of neighborhood facilities tenure and housing structure type. 2) The quality of relationship with her eldest son's wife social activities financial strain tenure and the reason for independent household formation explained the variance of the life satisfaction about 29% by using a stepwise multiple regression method.

사회적지지가 남녀청소년의 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 삶의 만족도의 매개효과 (The Effect of Social Support on Adolescents' School-Related Adjustments: The Mediation Effect of Life Satisfaction)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between social support, life satisfaction, and school-related adjustments of adolescents. The participants were 260 junior high school students (140 male and 120 female students) from the Seoul area. They completed questionnaires on social support, life satisfaction, and school-related adjustments. The collected data were analyzed using basic descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and a multiple regression analysis. Baron and Kenny's method was used and examined, and the Sobel test was performed to determine the mediating model's significance. It was adapted to SPSS ver. 19.0 for Windows. The major findings were as follows: first, social support (parents/teacher/friend) was positively correlated with the adolescents' school-related adjustment. Second, the adolescents' life satisfaction was also positively correlated with the adolescents' school-related adjustments. In addition, social support was positively correlated with life satisfaction. It was further found that the adolescents' life satisfaction tended to play a perfectly/partially mediating role between social support and school-related adjustment; that is, social support (parents/teacher/friend) was shown to have not only a direct effect, but also an indirect effect through the adolescents' life satisfaction, on the school-related adjustments. These results clearly indicated that adolescents' life satisfaction plays a crucial role in the relationship between social support and the adolescents' school-related adjustments.

국제결혼부부의 가치관 및 의사소통유형과 갈등과의 관계 (The Values, Communication Type and Conflict of International Marriage Couple)

  • The purpose of the study is to examine the values, communicaton type and conflict type also marital satisfaction level of international marriage couples in Chunlabuk-do. Its results are as follows ; the 140 respondents were surveyed for this study. The follows are to be concluded based on the study. First, they living with their extended family members(85.7%). So most women have psychological burden relatives relationship as well as marital relationship. Second, meaning of marriage and reason of marriage was differently perceived by both couples. They need a family life education program and counseling of marital relationship. Third, conflict and marital satisfaction level were significantly affected. Fourth, type of communication was the only variables that siginificantly affected the type of congruence by both couples. Age and nationality acquisition were variables that siginificantly affected by women on international marriage. In conclusion, systemic korean education program is an important support system for women on international marriage and a crucial program for their settlement in Korea.

  • This study analyzes the correlations of participation motivation, education satisfaction, and positive behavioral intention for participants in marriage enrichment programs. The survey response results for 193 participants in marriage enrichment programs were analyzed with the statistics analysis application IBM SPSS 20.0. The findings of this study are as follows. An examination of relative influence of participation motivation and education satisfaction with the positive behavioral intention of participants in marriage enrichment programs indicated that internal motivation had a positive influence on education satisfaction, external motivation had a negative influence on satisfaction for facility environment and satisfaction with employee service, and motivation had positive influence only on facility environment. An examination of the influence of participation motivation and education satisfaction with the positive behavioral intention of the participants in marriage enrichment programs indicated that internal motivation and external motivation had a high positive influence on positive behavioral intention. However, motivation did not have a significant influence on behavior after participation. In education satisfaction, satisfaction with content, satisfaction with instructor, and satisfaction with employee service had a positive influence on positive behavioral intention, however, satisfaction with facility environment had negative influence on positive behavioral intention.

체인 패밀리 레스토랑의 고객 만족 및 고객 충성도에 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of the Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in a Family Restaurant Chain)

  • Purpose - When it comes to first impressions of family restaurants, people basically think of the following factors: cozy, a refreshing space, indoor lighting, atmospheric music, the best-quality service through mutual interactions with employees, birthday events, follow-up customer management, brand image, and many others. Focusing on such family restaurants characteristics, with consumption experience and customer satisfaction determined as mediator variables, this study looks into the selection factors that affect customer loyalty when choosing a family restaurant. Subsequently, the study conducts an empirical analysis of these selection factors with the greatest influence. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed 200 total surveys of family restaurant customers including college students, workers, housewives, and others. The survey was conducted over two weeks in May 2014. For statistical processing, SPSS 21 was used for factor analysis and reliability analysis as well as AMOS for structural equation analysis. In terms of a variable that would influence either consumption experience or customer satisfaction at the restaurants, the study introduced the concept of customer equity. The study designed a model based on a hypothesis developed using the following factors: customer encounter service value, customer convenience value, brand equity, relationship equity, and other factors defined as components of customer equity by Rust et al. (2000) determined as independent variables as well as with customer experience and customer satisfaction set as mediator variables. The hypothesis, after all, assumed that customer loyalty would be positively (+) influenced. Results - The analysis results from the study reported that brand value, customer encounter service value, and relationship value have positive (+) effects on consumption experience and customer satisfaction. However, as for customer convenience value, this turned out not to have a statistically significant influence on consumption experience and customer satisfaction. In regard to a relation between consumption experience and customer satisfaction, the results showed that the former affects the latter, and in terms of intervening variables, both of these appeared to have a positive (+) effect on customer loyalty. Conclusions - This study suggests that family restaurants should look for strategies that focus on how to promote customer relationships. For example, restaurants could try birthday events or discount events to achieve this goal. Since the study ended up realizing relatively low levels of suitability and statistical significance, the path of the study changed. After all, in order to increase suitability and statistical significance, the study had to eliminate factors such as service quality and others and for this reason the study was unable to conduct the analysis as initially planned. In addition, the data samples of the research were mainly gathered from students, which made it hard to say that the analysis was carried out on samples from every different group. Future research should analyze the characteristics of each group of customers for factors affecting customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the family restaurant chain.

삶의 의미 추구와 학업만족의 관계: 희망의 매개효과 및 사회적 지지의 조절효과 (Search for meaning in life and academic satisfaction: A mediating role of hope and a moderating role of social support)

  • 본 연구는 한국 고등학생 및 대학생을 대상으로 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계에서 희망의 역할을 파악하고 희망을 향상시키는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계를 희망이 매개할 것이라고 가정하였고, 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 관계에서 가족 및 친구지원의 조절효과를 예상하였다. 연구 1에서 대학생 190명을 대상으로 설문을 진행한 결과, 희망이 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계를 완전 매개함을 확인하였다. 연구 2에서는 희망을 내적 희망과 가족, 친구, 초월적 존재에 기반 한 외적 희망으로 구분하여 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계에서 희망의 역할을 세부적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 고등학생 313명을 대상으로 설문을 진행한 결과(연구 2), 고등학생의 삶의 의미추구와 학업만족의 관계가 내적 희망과 친구에게 기반 한 외적 희망에 의해 완전매개 되는 것으로 나타났으며 가족 및 초월적 존재에 기반 한 외적 희망의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 사회적 지원의 조절효과와 관련하여, 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 관계에서 가족 지지의 조절효과가 유의하였다. 즉, 가족으로부터 지지를 받는 사람은 그렇지 않은 사람보다 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 정적 관계(연구 1) 및 삶의 의미추구와 내적 희망의 정적관계(연구 2)가 강하게 나타났다. 삶의 의미추구와 희망의 관계에서 친구지원의 조절효과는 연구 1과 연구 2에서 모두 유의하지 않았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의, 한계점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
