소상공인 경영자의 창업환경이 실패부담감과 창업실패에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Small Business CEO's Start-up Environment on Fear of Business Failure and Entrepreneurial Failure)

  • 본 연구는 소상공인 창업환경이 실패부담감과 창업실패에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 갖고, 서울지역소재 소상공인 경영자 300명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 창업환경이 실패부담감에 미치는 영향은 경영자 환경, 비즈니스적 환경, 조직내부 환경, 조직외부 환경이 실패부담감에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 창업환경이 재무적 비재무적 손실에 미치는 영향은 창업경영자 환경, 창업비즈니스적 환경, 조직내부 환경이 재무적 비재무적 손실에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 실패부담감이 창업실패에 미치는 영향은 실패부담감이 재무적 비재무적 손실에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 경영자 자질, 기업가정신, 비즈니스적 환경의 비해 조직내부 결속, 소통력 요인이 실패부담감과 재무적 비재무적 손실에 영향을 미치는 중요 속성임을 입증해 주었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 배전 시스템을 구성하는 기기들에 대한 설치 현황자료와 고장 자료 및 전국 지점을 대상으로 한 설문조사 자료를 이용하여 기후별 고장률을 예측하였다. 같은 종류의 배전 설비라 하더라도 그 설비가 설치되어 있는 기후 상태에 따라서 고장률은 다르게 나타날 수 있다. 그러므로 배전기기의 고장률을 설비관리나 최적 투자 계획의 운용에 사용하기 위해서는 대상 설비가 설치된 기후 특성을 고려해야 하며 이를 위해 기후 특성을 고려한 고장률 예측이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 기후특성분석을 위하여 한국전력공사의 전국지점을 대상으로 기후 특성(호우, 낙뢰, 강풍, 해일, 특징 없음)으로 구분하여 설문조사를 실시하였고 기후 특성에 따른 영향도를 분석하였고 고장률 추정 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

자아강도, 실패내성 및 수행불안이 학령기 아동의 학교수업적응에 미치는 영향: 성별에 따른 차이를 중심으로 (The Effects of Ego Strength, Failure Tolerance, and Performance Anxiety on School-Age Children's School Class Adjustment: A Focus on Gender Differences)

  • Objective: The purposes of this study were to examine the effects of school-age children's ego strength, failure tolerance, and performance anxiety on their school class adjustment, and to model the relation structure of the variables. Method: For these purposes, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 562 6th graders. Results and Conclusion: The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, ego strength, failure tolerance, and performance anxiety were significantly different according to gender. Second, in male students, ego strength, failure tolerance, and performance anxiety had a significant direct effect on school class adjustment. In addition, ego strength and failure tolerance had a significant indirect effect on school class adjustment. Third, female students' paths to school class adjustment were similar to male students' but the effect of failure tolerance on performance anxiety and the effect of performance anxiety on school class adjustment were not significant. Fourth, in the results of multi-group analysis, the effect path from ego strength to school class adjustment was different between male and female students, and the effect was higher in female students than in male students.

시스템의 치명도 분석을 위한 고장영향확률 정량화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Quantitative Determination of Failure Effect Probability for Criticality Analysis on System)

  • The inter-development of FMECA is very important to assess the effect of potential failures during system operation on mission, safety and performance. Among these, criticality analysis is a core task that identifies items with high risk and selects the analyzed objects as the key management targets and reflects their effects to the design optimization. In this paper, we analyze the theory related to criticality analysis following US military standard, and propose a method to quantify the failure effect probability for objective criticality analysis. The criticality analysis according to the US military standard depends on the subjective judgment of the failure probability. The methodology for quantifying the failure effect probability is presented by using the reliability theory and the Bayes theorem. The failure rate is calculated by applying the method to quantify failure effect probability.

수소충전소용 수소 충전 노즐의 고장 유형 및 영향분석 (A Study on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis of Hydrogen Fueling Nozzle Used in Hydrogen Station )

  • In this paper, analyzes the type of failure and its effect on the hydrogen fueling nozzle used in hydrogen station. Failure of hydrogen fueling nozzle was analyzed using a qualitative risk assessment method, failure mode and effect analysis. The failure data of hydrogen fueling nozzles installed in domestic hydrogen stations are collected, and the failure types are classified, checked the main components causing the failure. Criticality analysis was derived based on frequency and severity depending on the failure mode performed. A quality function is developed by a performance test evaluation item of the hydrogen fueling nozzle, and the priority order of design characteristics is selected. Through the analysis results, the elements to improve the main components for enhancing the quality and maintenance of the hydrogen fueling nozzle were confirmed.

Effect of Boundary Conditions of Failure Pressure Models on Reliability Estimation of Buried Pipelines

  • This paper presents the effect of boundary conditions in various failure pressure models published for the estimation of failure pressure. Furthermore, this approach is extended to the failure prediction with the aid of a failure probability model. The first order Taylor series expansion of the limit state function is used in order to estimate the probability of failure associated with each corrosion defect in buried pipelines for long exposure period with unit of years. A failure probability model based on the von-Mises failure criterion is adapted. The log-normal and standard normal probability functions for varying random variables are adapted. The effects of random variables such as defect depth, pipe diameter, defect length, fluid pressure, corrosion rate, material yield stress, material ultimate tensile strength and pipe thickness on the failure probability of the buried pipelines are systematically investigated for the corrosion pipeline by using an adapted failure probability model and varying failure pressure model.

  • This paper presents a study on the failure mechanism for optical engine of Projection TV. The lenses of which optical engine composes are failed by various environmental conditions, that is, thermal effect, moisture effect, mechanical shock or chemical effect. By surveying on actual TV working condition, the major factor of failure was turned out the thermal effect. Because the actual surface temperature of optical engine rose at max. $51^{\circ}C$ during it worked, the relative humidity around optical engine was kept at less than 20% that is difficult to do chemical reaction with humidity. Therefore we can make a conclusion that the major failure of optical engine resulted from thermal effect.

  • This paper presents the effect of internal corrosion, external corrosion, material properties, operation condition, earthquake, traffic load and design thickness in pipeline on the failure prediction using a failure probability model. A nonlinear corrosion is used to represent the loss of pipe wall thickness with time. The effects of environmental, operational, and design random variables such as a pipe diameter, earthquake, fluid pressure, a corrosion rate, a material yield stress and a pipe thickness on the failure probability are systematically investigated using a failure probability model for the corrosion pipeline.

  • This paper suggests a revision method for historical fault data using Proportional Aging Reduction(PAR) to consider maintenance effect in time-varying failure rate. In order to product time-varying failure rate, the historical fault data are necessary. However, the maintenance record could be left out in historical data by spot operator's mistake. In this case, the failure rate is produced less than the average failure rate for increasing equipments' life-time by maintenance effect. Hence, it is necessary for new time-varying failure rate to extract maintenance effect from the existing fault data. In this paper, the revision method to reduce equipments' life-time, adversely using PAR among three techniques to consider maintenance effect.
