대학생들의 캠퍼스 벚꽃터널 산책로 이용 만족도와 이미지 선호도 평가 (Evaluation of User Satisfaction and Image Preference of University Students for Cherry Blossom Campus Trail)

  • This study investigated Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) of cherry blossom trails 'Cherry Road' in Daegu Catholic Univ. campus, at Gyeonsan-city, Korea. The evaluation focused on image preference and satisfaction of users i.e., students, using questionnaire surveys. A total 201 questionnaire samples were analyzed and most of the respondents were in the age group of 20. Frequency analysis was conducted on demographics, use behavior, reliability, and means. Factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted for user satisfaction and image preference. Over 80% of visitors came with companions during daytime. The most common motives for use were strolling and walking, event and meeting, passing. For user satisfaction the mean scores were highest for landscape beauty (4.22), image improvement (4.14), campus image (4.08). Night lighting facility received the lowest score (3.32). Factor analysis concerning user satisfaction was categorized into environment-human behavior and physical factors. Multiple regression analysis showed that the overall satisfaction of user was significantly influenced by five independent variables: 'harmonious' (β=.214), 'night lighting facility' (β=.173), 'landscape beauty' (β=.208), 'lawn care' (β=.154), and 'walking trails' (β=.123). The mean scores of image variables were highest for 'beautiful' (5.81), 'bright' (5.67), and 'open' (5.64). The lowest scores was for 'quiet' (4.47). Exploratory factor analysis led to three factors being categorized: aesthetics, comforts, and simplicity. Result of multiple regression analysis indicated that the preference of space image was significantly influenced by five variables: 'bright' (β=.397), 'refreshing' (β=.211), 'cool' (β=.219), 'clean' (β=.182), and 'natural' (β=.-142). Hence, Cherry Road has a high level of user satisfaction and image evaluation, which is interpreted as having various cultural events and value for students on campus. To improve the satisfaction of Cherry Road in the future, it is necessary to secure night lighting, to manage trash cans, and to secure rest space.

Metabolic Signatures of Adrenal Steroids in Preeclamptic Serum and Placenta Using Weighting Factor-Dependent Acquisitions

  • Although translational research is referred to clinical chemistry measures, correct weighting factors for linear and quadratic calibration curves with least-squares regression algorithm have not been carefully considered in bioanalytical assays yet. The objective of this study was to identify steroidogenic roles in preeclampsia and verify accuracy of quantitative results by comparing two different linear regression models with weighting factor of 1 and 1/x2. A liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS)-based adrenal steroid assay was conducted to reveal metabolic signatures of preeclampsia in both serum and placenta samples obtained 15 preeclamptic patients and 17 age-matched control pregnant women (33.9 ± 4.2 vs. 32.8 ± 5.6 yr, respectively) at 34~36 gestational weeks. Percent biases in the unweighted model (wi = 1) were inversely proportional to concentrations (-739.4 ~ 852.9%) while those of weighted regression (wi = 1/x2) were < 18% for all variables. The optimized LC-MS combined with the weighted linear regression resulted in significantly increased maternal serum levels of pregnenolone, 21-deoxycortisol, and tetrahydrocortisone (P < 0.05 for all) in preeclampsia. Serum metabolic ratio of (tetrahydrocortisol + allo-tetrahydrocortisol) / tetrahydrocortisone indicating 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 2 was decreased (P < 0.005) in patients. In placenta, local concentrations of androstenedione were changed while its metabolic ratio to 17α-hydroxyprogesterone responsible for 17,20-lyase activity was significantly decreased in patients (P = 0.002). The current bioanalytical LC-MS assay with corrected weighting factor of 1/x2 may provide reliable and accurate quantitative outcomes, suggesting altered steroidogenesis in preeclampsia patients at late gestational weeks in the third trimester.

공동주택의 건물외부조건과 에너지비용과의 관계분석 (Relation between the Building Exterior Conditions and Energy Costs in the Running period of the Apartment Housing)

  • The energy cost is resulted from the energy use. Its sources are divided into some types and depended on the building use or energy-use type. The energy cost should be affected by the amount of the energy use. The cost could be calculated to consider various factors such as the insulation, heating type, building shape and others. But it can not consider all of the affect factors to the energy cost and need to categorize the factors to the condition for estimating the cost. In this paper, it aimed at providing the estimation model in linear equation and multiple linear regression, utilizing the building exterior condition and management characteristics in apartment housing. Its survey are conducted in two parts of management characteristics and building exterior condition. The correlation analysis is conducted to get rid of the multicolinearity among the inputted factors. The number of linear equation model is 11 and includes the 1st, 2nd and 3rd equation function, power function and others. Among these, it suggested the 2nd and 3rd function and power function in terms of the statistics. In multiple linear regression model, the building volume and management area are inputted to the estimation.

Development of a Multiple Linear Regression Model to Analyze Traffic Volume Error Factors in Radar Detectors

  • Traffic data collected using advanced equipment are highly valuable for traffic planning and efficient road operation. However, there is a problem regarding the reliability of the analysis results due to equipment defects, errors in the data aggregation process, and missing data. Unlike other detectors installed for each vehicle lane, radar detectors can yield different error types because they detect all traffic volume in multilane two-way roads via a single installation external to the roadway. For the traffic data of a radar detector to be representative of reliable data, the error factors of the radar detector must be analyzed. This study presents a field survey of variables that may cause errors in traffic volume collection by targeting the points where radar detectors are installed. Video traffic data are used to determine the errors in traffic measured by a radar detector. This study establishes three types of radar detector traffic errors, i.e., artificial, mechanical, and complex errors. Among these types, it is difficult to determine the cause of the errors due to several complex factors. To solve this problem, this study developed a radar detector traffic volume error analysis model using a multiple linear regression model. The results indicate that the characteristics of the detector, road facilities, geometry, and other traffic environment factors affect errors in traffic volume detection.

지역농협의 금융서비스 품질결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determination Factors of Service QualitY for Local Nong-Hyup.)

  • 본 연구는 금융시장의 환경변화에 따라 어려움을 겪고 있는 지역농협이, 농협 금융서비스에 대한 고객의 욕구를 파악하고 추후 고객지향의 다양한 전략구사나 서비스를 개선하는데 도움이 될 목적으로 이루어지게 되었다. 연구는 이론고찰과 실증분석을 통해 이루어졌다. 먼저 "서비스"와 "서비스 품질"에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 본 연구의 모형을 도출하였다. 연구모형에서 제시한 연구내용을 분석하기 위해 농협 금융서비스를 이용하는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문결과를 분석하기 위해 SPSS Win 10을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, t-test, 회귀분석, 교차분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 지역농협의 금융 서비스 품질결정요인으로 신뢰성, 공감성, 유형성, 편의성이라는 요인이 추출되었고, 이들 요인에 대한 기대서비스와 지각서비스에 차이가 있는 가에 대한 분석 결과 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 모든 요인에 대한 변수의 (지각수준 - 기대수준) 값이 마이너스로 나타나 기대수준 보다 지각수준이 낮음을 알 수 있다. 또한 서비스 품질 결정요인들이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는가에 대한 분석 결과, 편의성을 제외한 신뢰성, 공감성, 유형성 요인들이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 특히 공감성, 유형성, 신뢰성 순으로 회귀계수의 크기가 나타나 공감성이 고객만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 품질 결정요인들이 재구매에 영향을 미치는가를 알아본 결과 신뢰성, 공감성, 유형성, 편의성 요인 모두 재 구매에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 4개 요인 중 공감성의 회귀계수가 가장 크게 나타났고 이어 신뢰성, 편의성, 유형성의 순으로 나타나 재구매에도 공감성 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 지역농협 금융 서비스에 대한 고객의 만족/불만족과 재구매와의 관계를 분석했는데 두 변수사이에 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

통계적모형을 통한 고해상도 일별 평균기온 산정 (Generating high resolution of daily mean temperature using statistical models)

  • 고해상도 격자 단위 기후정보는 농업, 관광학, 생태학, 질병학 등 다양한 분야의 현상을 설명하는 중요 요인이다. 고해상도 기후정보는 동적 모형과 통계적 모형을 통해 얻을 수 있다. 통계적 모형은 동적 모형에 비해 계산 시간이 저렴하여 시공간 해상도가 높은 기후자료 생성에 주로 이용한다. 본 연구에서는 2003년부터 2012년까지 1월에 관측된 일 평균기온자료를 토대로 통계적 모형의 일 평균 기온을 생성하였다. 통계적 모형으로 선형모형을 기반으로한 일반선형모형, 일반화가법모형, 공간선형모형, 베이지안공간선형모형을 고려하였다. 예측성능평가를 위해 60개소의 지상관측소에서 관측된 일 평균기온을 모형적합 자료로 사용하여 352개소의 자동기상관측의 일 평균기온을 검증하였다. 평균제곱오차와 상관계수를 보면 베이지안공간모형의 예측성능이 다른 모형에 비해 상대적으로 우수하였다. 최종적으로 $1km{\times}1km$ 격자 단위 일 평균기온 지도를 생성하였다.

인터넷 공동구매의 신뢰와 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of Factors Affecting on Trust and Participation of Group Buying on the Internet)

  • With rapid growth and competition of electronic commerce through internet, various buying types and business models are being appeared. In this paper, we studied group buying which is new business model to consumer and factors affecting on trust and participation of group buying. The followings are the regression result of this study. First, familiarity factor, customer service factor, seal of security and product value factor made a significant effect on trust. Second, familiarity factor, perceived reputation factor, customer service factor, seal of security and product value factor made a significant effect on participation of group buying. Third, trust of group buying made a significant effect on participation of group buying. In this study, modeling and empirical test were implemented about structure of trust and participation of group buying. We can know where our group buying strategies should focus and which factor we should improve.

고령자와 비고령자의 성격과 교통안전 연관성 연구 (A Correlation Model of Traffic Safety and Personality in Elderly and Non-Elderly People)

  • 본 연구에서는 고령자와 비고령자의 성격과 교통안전 연관성을 분석하기 위한 목적으로 요인분석을 통해 고령자와 비고령자의 다양한 성격의 잠재요인을 도출하고 이를 요인회귀모형을 적용하여 성격과 교통안전의 연관모델을 구축하였다. 분석결과, 비고령자는 긍정적이고 활발하며 업무에 대한 자각이 높고 타인에 대한 배려가 부족할수록 교통여건의 만족도뿐만 아니라 과속경향이 높고 교통사고에 노출될 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 고령자는 업무성취에 대한 자각(완벽성, 효율성)이 높을수록 다시 말해 상대적으로 고등교육을 받은 고령자일수록 교통여건에 대한 만족도와 과속경향이 감소되며 사회활동이 많아질수록 교통사고에 노출되는 가능성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 교통안전을 증진시키기 위한 도로이용자 맞춤형 교통안전 교육 및 정책 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • There are a lot errors and little accuracy when calculating the grounding resistance with the transposition methods in the equivalent surface of hemisphere electrode. Therefore we should calculate the grounding resistance by using the mesh factor. In this paper, we would estimated the grounding value of mesh electrode with water tank model & estimation method using the reduced scale ratio of mesh electrode based on the theory of model electrode & proportional factor according to the reduced scale ratio. And also we have confirmed the accuracy of the empirical formula of model electrode by using by regression analysis.
