제3종시설물 지정을 위한 실태조사 체크리스트 개선방안 (Propose an Improvement of Checklist for Actual Condition Survey for Designation of Class-lll Facilitie)

  • Facilities with high risk of a disaster or requiring continuous safety management are designated as class-III facility. In order to designate a class-III facility, it is evaluated based on the safety status of the facility, the risk to the building users, and the number of years elapsed of the facility, etc. and this shall be referred to the actual condition survey for the designation of a class-III facility. In the actual condition survey conducted to designate the safety status is calculated by the checklist based on the evaluation scores consisting of five stages each item, and is evaluated in three stages by 'good', 'careful observation', and 'designated review' through the average of the combined scores. Currently, the actual condition survey being conducted applies only structural stability, and the risk factors such as damage to the finish, the risk of cracking, and the type and weight of major structures are not included in the checklist for the actual condition survey, so even if experts think it is dangerous, scores cannot be reflected. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the problems of checklist of the actual condition survey for the designation of class-III facility and to propose an improvement plan for the checklist for the actual condition survey.

BIM Application Process for Facility Condition Assessment Documentation Work

  • Overseas countries' government and facility management industries make efforts to ensure precise and fluent data from building information modeling (BIM). In facility management, a large amount of data and information are necessary to continue the process activities. Facility condition assessment, which is performed to make budget plan for the maintenance and operation requires the related facilities' documentation and information. However, it depends on the owner and the user of the facility to provide accurate and complete information to consultant. The problems as follows: (1) owner and user should provide documents and information, and (2) the consultant cannot verify the provided information. To solve these problems, we suggest a methodology to produce the information for FCA through BIM. First, all of the essential documentation and assessment elements are listed. Next, the documents and elements are separated out, whether they are able to be extracted from BIM or not. Then, the list indicates only the data that is linked with BIM. The suggestion is expected to provide the required information through the connection to BIM with accuracy and completeness and to present another BIM application use for facility management.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest fundamental data for design and planning of university dormitory through the survey of facility condition and resident's satisfaction. The scope of this research is limited to the period from late 1980's to early 2000's. The University Dormitories in Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do are selected as subject. The result of this study is as follow. 1) Even though dormitory's total area is increased than the past, user's satisfaction is still in low level. It's necessary for user to fit a space to life pattern and the difference of human. 2) As a result of comparing of the sexual difference, most men are more active than women in using facility and practice 3) Not only a part of facility but also a part of operation is important element in satisfaction.

대전시 노인의 거주환경실태 조사연구 (A study on the Analysis of Actual Condition of Residental Environment for the Eldery Residing in Daejeon)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the actual condition of residential environment for the elderly residing in Daejeon. The data were collected through interviews and structured questionnaires. The sujects were 583 elderly people over the age of 65 in Daejeon. Sociodemographic characteristics, living characteristics, housing characteristics, neighborhood environment types, actual usage condition of neighborhood environment, relationship between sociodemographic characteristics and actual usage of neighborhood environment, actual condition of unit interior, were surveyed. The data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, χ²-test, mean using the SPSS package. The major findings were as follows. Features of unit interior which pointed generally were deterioration, soundproofing and size. Features of unit interior which need to be carefully planned were removal of height difference of entrance, removal of the thresholds, installation of emergency bell and room heating control facility. The facilities provided highly within the subject's residential environment were the eldery facility, church, hospital, bank, restaurant, beauty salon/barbershop, supermarket. and the facilities provided lowly were recreational facility, library, elderly school.

  • In university of Korea, the computerization of facility management is lower level than other management areas such as educational matters, administration, library, computing center, teaching assistance, and teaching methodology. So we need urgently the blueprint for an information-oriented and integrated facility management system. In this research, It is presented and implemented an FMS(Facility Management System) for efficient management of the ground and underground facilities on a campus. This studies is computerized the drawings, protocols, and ledgers. It is used a GIS(Geographic Information System) to get the geographical information of facilities. The data more efficiently could be search and update on this system. The decision making process understanding the present facility condition, and analyzing the condition of location could be performed easily by the GUI(Graphic User Interface) of the system.

경남 일부지역 노인복지시설 입소자의 구강건강 실태조사 (Study on actual condition of oral hygiene among admitted aged person at the some of Gyeongnam welfare facilities)

  • In Korea, respect for the aged and filial devotion is treated as basic ethics for human life, and family takes care of the aged person mainly. Nowadays, family support on the aged person is prioritized than the others. However, number of aged person is growing, and family, which is used to protect the aged, becomes nuclear through industrialization. In addition, social advancement of female induces weakened supporting function of family, and all these issues generate the problem of protection for the aged as significant social problems. Author conducted oral inspection and questionnaire for the aged in some welfare facilities in Gyeongnam location from December 2005 to February 2006 to improve quality of life and oral hygiene of the aged. Through gathered data, the actual condition of oral hygiene management on the aged person in welfare facility was evaluated as fundamental data for project development on oral hygiene of aged person. Through the analysis of inspected data, the following conclusions are derived. 1. Management status of oral hygiene is mostly not good, and toothbrushing per day is 'one time' for the most cases. 2. In free-of-charge facility, monthly allowance is 'under 50 thousand won' for the most cases. 3. Time for visiting oral treatment facility is on 'when toothache is occurred' for the most cases. For treatment content, 'prosthetic dentistry' takes 36.8% in charged facility, and 'tooth extraction' is 27.0% for free-of-charge facility. 4. Average DMFT index of the aged in charged facility is 16.81, and free-of-charge facility is 21.71. 5. Average number of functional teeth in charged facility is 15.22, and free-of-charge facility shows 7.29. 6. Average number of remained teeth in charged facility is 15.71, and the umbe in free-of-charge facility is 9.04. 7. Average number of extractable teeth in charged facility is 0.48, and for free-of-charge facility, the number goes up to 1.70.

XGBoost를 활용한 시설물의 부재 상태 예측 (Condition Estimation of Facility Elements Using XGBoost)

  • 시설물의 고령화로 인한 유지관리 비용을 줄이고 안전성을 확보하기 위해서는 시설물 유지관리 데이터를 활용하여 향후 시설물의 상태를 예측하고 이를 유지관리 의사결정에 활용하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 XGBoost를 활용하여 다양한 유지관리 정보로부터 향후 시설물의 부재 상태를 추정하는 방법론을 제안함을 목표로 한다. 방법론의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 교량시설물을 대상으로 샘플 데이터를 구축하고, 차기 정밀안전점검 및 정밀안전진단 시 부재 상태등급 예측모델을 개발 및 평가했다. 예측모델의 성능 평가 결과, 주요 부재(바닥판, 주형, 교대/교각) 상태등급을 예측하는 데 준수한 성능을 보였다(평균 F1 score 0.869). 또한 개발된 예측모델의 실무적 활용 가능성을 실증하기 위해 FMS 유지관리 데이터 관리 기능과 주요부재 상태등급 예측 기능을 제공하는 테스트베드를 구축했다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서 구축한 샘플 데이터와 예측모델을 활용하여 시설물 관리자에게 유지관리 의사결정에 필요한 시설물 정보 및 시설물 상태 예측정보를 제공할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후에는 추가적으로 데이터를 수집하고 다량의 데이터가 축적된 경우 좋은 성능을 보인다고 알려진 딥러닝 알고리즘을 활용함으로써 예측 성능을 높일 수 있다. 또한 제안된 방법론을 터널, 항만 등 다양한 시설물에 적용하여 상태등급 예측모델을 개발할 수 있다.

공간관리 현황조사를 통한 대학시설관리방안에 관한 연구 - 국립대학의 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Facility Management Method through Actual Condition of Space Management - Based on the National University)

  • To enhance the administrational efficiency and for university facility and space management to be public, this research suggests a competent and an objective evaluation system and index. The study will assist national and university finances to contribute towards advanced education. Furthermore, figure out the space management condition of national university by utilizing the evaluation system, and through that suggesting efficient special management method. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into seven categories; system preparation, members conference, propriety of space allocation, propriety of management system, space use ratio, time control of space use, imposition index of surplus use. Based on these subdivisions, the space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. In result of examining space management condition using the evaluation system, space management was well enforced in research focused university group where as in education centered university group, it shows relatively low enforcement. It also illustrated that efforts of evaluation items were required in categories of imposition index of surplus use and special use ratio in order for efficient space management.

Design of an Altitude Test Facility for Turbo Shaft Engine

  • Gas turbine engine for aircraft are usually operated at the altitude condition which is quite different from the ground condition. In order to measure the precise performance data at the altitude condition, the engine should be tested at the altitude condition by a real flight test or an altitude simulation test with an altitude test facility. In this paper describes the design of altitude test facility for turbo shaft engine. This facility will be located in test cell #2 at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute. Test Cell #2 will be used for altitude testing engines with mass flow rate up to 40kg/s and inlet temperatures in the range from $-65^{\circ}C$ to $200^{\circ}C$. The existing compressor/exhauster station with heater & cooler system will be used to simulate altitude conditions in Test Cell #2.

스크램제트 엔진 시험설비의 시동특성 연구 (Starting Characteristics Study of Scramjet Engine Test Facility(SETF))

  • 한국항공우주연구원의 스크램제트 엔진 시험설비(이하 SETF)는 극초음속 추진기관 성능시험 설비로 일반 공력 풍동과 달리 엔진이 구동하는 비행 고도, 마하수에서의 엔탈피를 모사해야 한다. SETF는 불어내기 식으로 고압공기 공급원으로부터 공급된 고압 공기를 축열식 가열시스템으로 가열시킨 후 시험부에 장착된 노즐을 통과. 팽창하여 엔진 시험 조건을 모사하며, 공기 이젝터를 구동하여 고고도 조건과 설비 시동 조건을 구현한다. SETF의 시험부는 자유제트 형식으로 시험엔진 시작점을 노즐 출구면에 일치시킬 경우 비행체에서 발생되는 경계층과 엔진의 상호 작용을 파악할 수 있는 반면, 설비 시동 특성을 예측하기 힘들어 시험을 통한 설비 특성 파악이 필수적이다. 본 논문에는 SETF의 마하수 및 시험 모델 변화에 따른 시동 성능 그리고 시동 성능 개선을 위하여 수행된 이젝터 설계 변경 과정을 정리하였다.
