노인요양시설 요양층의 기능별 면적구성과 상관요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Functional Area Composition and Correlation Factors of Elderly Care Floor in Nursing Home)

  • Nursing Homes do not have a defined standard in the space area nor does it have a detailed standard facility requirement by law. This can possibly lead to the deterioration of the facility and the system. This directly affects the medical treatment space area within the nursing home. The medical treatment area provides medical treatment to seniors and this is where the seniors get most of their daily services. Therefore, this is research is about the study of the space area of the medical center and the ratio trend of the space area for the medical treatment facility located in senior nursing homes. Ten facilities have been selected in this study to analyze the correlation factors between space area and its trends. The analysis performed includes the conditions relating to the area and what affects the center. We have followed up with a proposal for improvement of the facility and area configuration for the medical treatment facility. Based on the analysis, the following conclusion can be made: First, the senior welfare centers are mostly used as a residence purpose followed a temporary stay of residence facility for the seniors. Second, research indicates that the bigger the facility, nursing and public functions took a larger portion of the space area compared to other services within the senior welfare centers. Third, the study shows the management space area took up about 1%~6% of the entire medical center within the nursing home which is a narrow space area because of the integrated management. Fourth, analysis based on the trend in the time-series indicate after the adoption of the system, there is a continued decline in the space area of nursing, management and public areas. Lastly, since before and after 2008, the space area composition of the nursing facility shows a continuous decline in our study. We can safely conclude that the revised senior welfare act's construction plan has an effect in the facility and is effectively working to meet its requirement. Therefore, the revision of the law is required to reflect the social needs of the residents.

시설물분야 기본지리정보 데이터모델 개발 (The Development of National Framework Data Model in Facility Area)

  • 본 연구는 시설물분야 기본지리정보의 데이터모델 표준화에 대한 연구로 시설물 데이터베이스는 물론, 시설물 관련 응용분야에서도 활용이 가능한 주제중심의 시설물분야 기본지리정보 데이터모델를 표준화하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 시설물분야 기본지리정보의 범위를 정하기 위해 먼저 기본지리정보관련 선행연구인 기본지리정보 구축 연구 및 시범사업에서 정한 시설물분야 기본지리정보인 건물, 문화재를 검토하고 국내 외 표준 또는 데이터 모델 사례를 분석하여 대상항목을 도출하였다. 또한 전문가 면담과 관련연구를 바탕으로 요구사항을 도출하여 시설물분야 기본지리정보 범위선정 기준을 정하고 이 기준에 따라 시설물분야 기본지리정보 데이터모델의 대상이 되는 최종항목을 선정하였으며, 본 연구의 결과, 시설물분야 기본지리정보의 범위 및 데이터모델을 개발 할 수 있었다.

근접요구도와 버블다이어그램을 적용한 1300식 규모의 학교급식 시설 설계 모델 (A Facility Design Model for 1300 Capacity School Foodservice with Adjacency and Bubble Diagrams)

  • This study aimed to suggest a 1300 scale of a middle school foodservice facility floor plan which was compliant to the principle of HACCP, as well as ensuring food and work safety, and the flow of personnel and food materials. which consisted of 46 nutrition teachers and 6 experts, responded with a questionnaire on the relationship of functional area and space. Using their opinions, key principles for the design of the facility were single direction movement of food materials, customers and workers; minimization of the cross-contamination through the separation of functional space; and securement of customer-focused efficiency; staff-centered convenience and efficiency; and work and food safety. After the completion of an adjacency diagram, bubble diagram and program statement, the functional areas of a 1300 scale middle school food-service facility were allocated as follows: $9.9\;m^2$ for the receiving area, $56.1\;m^2$ for the pre-preparation area, $10.5\;m^2$ for the food storage area, $6.0\;m^2$ for the supplies storage area, $97.8\;m^2$ for the cooking area, $33.6\;m^2$ for the service area, $52.5\;m^2$ for dish washing area, cafeteria $410.5\;m^2$, $4.5\;m^2$ for the front room, for a total of $725.8\;m^2$. Expert groups have pointed to limitations within this model as there are no windows in the office for the influx of fresh outside air and a need for the straight line installation of steam-jacket and frying kettles on the sides of windows. This study can be useful as the guidelines for estimating the investment cost of the facility and placing the placement of functional areas and equipment in the renovation of the facility. It can be also useful data for a methodology of foodservice facility design.

국립공원 집단시설지구 배치유형 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Arangemnent Type and The Improvement of Collective Facility Areas in National Park)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the arrangement type and the improvement of the Collective Facility Areas in Korean National Park. The process of this study consists of 3-steps. The first step is to analyze spatial patterns of each Collective Facility Area and categorize Collective Facility Areas into 3 types. In the second step, the critical issues are found in landscape management of Collective Facility Areas. Thirdly the alternative design of each case which can be applicable to the planning of the Collective facility Area is suggested.

Tree Structure Modeling and Genetic Algorithm-based Approach to Unequal-area Facility Layout Problem

  • A tree structure model has been proposed for representing the unequal-area facility layout. Each facility has a different rectangular shape specified by its area and aspect ratio. In this layout problem, based on the assumption that the shop floor has enough space for laying out the facilities, no constraint is considered for a shop floor. Objectives are minimizing total part movement between facilities and total rectangular layout area where all facilities and dead spaces are enclosed. Using the genetic code corresponding to two kinds of information, facility sequence and branching positions in the tree structure model, a genetic algorithm has been applied for finding non-dominated solutions in the two-objective layout problem. We use three kinds of crossover (PMX, OX, CX) for the former part of the chromosome and one-point crossover for the latter part. Two kinds of layout problems have been tested by the proposed method. The results demonstrate that the presented algorithm is able to find good solutions in enough short time.

서귀포 크루즈터미널 CIQ시설 규모산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Size Computation of Seogwipo Cruise Terminal CIQ Facilities)

  • This research studies the adequate size standard of Seogwipo cruise terminal CIQ facility that is scheduled to be built around Gangjeong harbor area in Seogwipo-city. In order to respond to the highly increasing number of passenger cruise ships compared to Seogwipo cruise terminal design in 2010, the adequate size standard of Seogwipo cruise terminal CIQ facility was examined for passenger service level grade. Based on size computation elements such as the number of passengers of cruise ships with the largest size of port entry, ship landing rate, passenger processing ratio, and surge factor, the CIQ facility size for each service level grade was reviewed. As a result, the area of 2,971m2 (A grade), 2,409 m2 (B grade), and 2,088 m2 (C grade) were computed. This showed that the area of B grade was about 82% and C grade 70% compared to the area of A grade. The CIQ facility size computed for each service level grade in this research was analyzed that its area needed to be increased by 322% at least and 458% at most, compared to the CIQ facility area of 649m2 of the existing design (2010). In order to respond to the increasing number of cruise passengers, provide high-level passenger service, and improve the international image of Jeju, Seogwipo cruise terminal should secure the size that is equal to or higher than the B grade of service level.

시설물분야 기본지리정보 품질 향상 및 활용 증대 방안 (Quality Improvement and Application increase of Framework Data in the Facility Area)

  • 시설물분야는 지형지물의 약 50%를 차지하며 다양한 분야에서 지리정보를 활용하는데 있어 중요성이 매우 높으며, 다른 분야의 기본지리정보 보다 정보의 최신성이 요구된다. 그러나 시설물분야 기본지리정보 구축에 이용되는 원시자료인 축척 1:5,000수치지도의 표현방법으로 인하여 건물에 관해 표현되는 정보가 한정되어 있으며, 수정/갱신 주기가 5년으로 정보의 최신성 및 정확도가 낮다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시설물분야 기본지리정보 기존 구축 공정을 이용하여 기본지리정보를 구축하는데 발생할 수 있는 문제점 및 품질 저하 요인을 분석하고, 품질 향상 방안을 제시하여 시설물분야 기본지리정보 품질을 향상하였다. 시설물분야 기본지리정보 활용 증대 방안으로는 속성정보 확장 방안과 위치정확도 개선 방안을 제시하였으며, 속성정보 확장 방안으로는 1:1,000 수치지도의 속성정보를 이용하여 시설물분야 기본지리정보의 속성정보 정확도를 향상시키는 방안과, LMIS 및 AIS 데이터의 연계하여 속성정보를 다양화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 위치정확도 개선 방안으로 1:1,000 기반의 시설물분야 기본지리정보구축 실험을 수행하여 구축 시 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 분석하고 이를 개선하여 최적공정을 제시하였다.

한·일 국립대학 시설 기준 및 캠퍼스 면적 비교·분석 (A Comparison Analysis on the Facility Standards and Campus Sizes of the National Universities in Korea and Japan)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라와 교육제도적 측면에서 많은 유사성이 있으며, 대학입학자원 감소라는 문제를 한국보다 먼저 맞이하여 대응하고 있는 일본과 한국의 국립대학교 시설기준 및 국가수준의 대학시설 관련 정책, 실제 대학 캠퍼스 사례를 조사, 분석하였다. 이를 통해 대학시설에 대한 양국의 국가 차원의 접근방식과 기본 철학의 차이점을 살펴보고, 향후 대학 캠퍼스 계획 수립 시 주요 계획요소 및 개선방향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국은 주요 현안이나 이슈를 중심으로 한 개별 프로젝트별로 대학시설 관련 정책을 추진하는 경향이 있는 반면 일본은 5년마다 국립대학시설 관련 정비계획을 수립하여 종합적이고 중장기적인 계획에 따라 국립대학시설 정책을 추진하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사례조사를 통해 본 양국의 대학시설 면적의 경우, 일본의 사례조사 대학의 평균 대학시설 면적이 한국의 사례조사 대학의 평균 대학시설 면적에 비해 약 5.6%, 일본의 학생 1인당 대학시설 면적이 한국보다 약 13% 넓은 것으로 나타났다. 일본 대학시설의 전체 연면적도 한국보다 20.7% 정도 크고, 일본의 학생 1인당 대학시설 면적이 한국보다 56.7%가량 넓은 것으로 조사되었다. 반면, 지원시설 중 기숙사의 경우 한국의 기숙사 전체 층 면적이 일본보다 2.5배 넓었고, 기숙사 수용률은 한국이 일본보다 5.6% 높은 특징을 보였다. 셋째, 두 나라의 대학시설 기준 항목과 제도는 비슷하지만 학생정원 산정 방법, 계열구분, 교사 및 교지면적 산정 방식 등은 두 나라 간에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

GIS를 이용한 계룡산국립공원 제2집단시설지구개발의 수문영향파악 (Application of the GIS in the Hydrologic Effects Caused by the Second Collective Facility Area Development in Mt. Kyeryong National Park)

  • The National Park should be preserved as described in the regulation. However, the development has resulted in degrading the environment in the park. Especially, the collective facility area has been developed for the commercial benefit rather than for the preservation. So, it is necessary to figure out the impact of the development plan proposed. Thus, the purpose of this study is to explore the hydrologic effects due to the collective facility area development in the National Park. The study site is the second collective facility area of Mt. Kyeryong National Park. The analysis of hydrologic effects due to the development has been carried out using the GIS in this study. The Rational Method and Soil Conservation Service(SCS) were used to estimate the runoff volume. During this procedure, GIS software, ARC/INFO was used to integrate, manipulate, and calculate the attribute value of a number of ploygons which represen each land use characteristic. A program was written to compute the attribute value of each polygon and to estimate the difference of peaktime runoff volume before and after development.

근린생활시설 용도분류체계 개선방안 연구 (Improvement for Classification System of Building Use on Neighborhood Living Facility)

  • The purpose of this study is to present improvement for classification system of current neighborhood living facility to correspond rapid social change and various industries after understanding its status and problem. In current Building Standard Law, various kinds of buildings are classified for their structure, purpose of use, and building types. The Neighborhood Living Facility is divided into First Neighborhood Living Facility and Second Neighborhood Living Facility with applying area standards, according to facilities of convenience degree for neighborhood inhabitants. This classification, however, has problem in an arbitrary decision and applying of buildings without any definition or standards to adopt. And, there are some mixed neighborhood public functional facilities and amusement business affecting public morals among the Neighborhood Living Facility, so hazard environmental problems are also existed. According to the improved program, the study presents a prompt adoption of new facilities according to various industry increase, with minimum public discontent over adopted area standards. This study suggests making a clear scope through reclassification of Neighborhood Living Facility within the scope of the law on current Neighborhood Living Facility and an improvement plan of introducing necessary definitions on purpose of facility.
