5G 디지털 트윈 기반 시설물 안전관리 통합플랫폼 계획 수립 절차에 관한 연구 : 수도권 광역시 시설물을 중심으로 (A Study on the Procedure for Establishing an Integrated Platform Plan for Safety Management of 5G Digital Twin-Based Facilities: Focusing on Facilities in Metropolitan Cities)

  • 도시중심의 생활로 시설물의 종류가 늘고 규모가 증가함에 따라 도시의 시설물 안전관리 사각지대가 발생하고 다수의 인명피해가 연이어 발생하고 있다. 이에 스마트 시티에서 생활하는 시민들의 안전과 안심에 대한 니즈를 충족하는 방안으로 5G와 디지털 트윈 기술을 접목하여 시설물 안전관리 통합플랫폼 수립 절차를 제시하고 이를 통하여 시설물에 대한 위험 요소와 노후화에 따른 점검의 문제점을 해결하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 시설관리의 현황과 5G 디지털 트윈 기반의 스마트 시티 신기술 적용 방향에 대해 살펴보고 디지털 트윈으로 구현하기 위한 추진 절차를 제시한다. 대상 지역은 수도권 광역도시 지역으로 안양시, 의정부시, 구리시, 광명시, 오산시 5개 도시를 선정하였다. 추진 절차는 각 지자체의 다중이용 목적 시설물 중에서 노후화되고 관리가 시급한 시설물을 플랫폼 구축 전문가와 지자체 스마트시티 담당자와 선정한 뒤 시별 정책 방향을 반영하여 디지털 트윈 시설물 대상 33개를 최종 선정하였다. 이렇게 확정된 시별 시설물을 중심으로 5G 디지털 트윈 시설물 안전관리 통합플랫폼으로 구축하기 위한 정보기술 인프라 요소와 구현 서비스의 카테고리를 정의한 뒤 구체적인 통합플랫폼 구성안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The word of U-City means next generation information city. U-City mixes both high technology information infrastructure and ubiquitous information in city to improve easy life in city, quality of life, personal security in city life, and well-fare service and to make business in new area. To provide information and joy of life to citizen in U-city, we will design U-Booth among IT infrastructure solutions. In this article, we will study designing city-type U-Booth and summarize designing point of U-Booth in terms of the specific place. At last, we want to say about the role of U-Booth in U-city. In this article, we want to study designing point of U-Booth and important parts in terms of the specific place of U-Booth.

축산시설의 축종별 악취물질 농도 특성과 악취도 평가 (Assessment of Odor Characterization and Odor Unit from Livestock Facilities by animals)

  • At recent the number of livestock is increased and the size of farm has changed to large facilities in Korea. So the livestock facilities have become one of major sources of odor emission. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concentration and assessment of odor unit from livestock facilities for cow, dairy, swine and poultry. The eleven odor pollutants such as $H_2S$, ($CH_3$)SH, $(CH_3)_2S$, $(CH_3)_2S_2$, $CH_3N$, $NH_3$, $(CH_3)_2N$, $(CH_3)_3N$, butyric acid, valeric acid and isovaleric acid, measured for assessment of the odor concentrations from livestock facility. As the results, it is found that the major matters of odor from livestock facilities were $NH_3$ and $H_2S$. The highest concentration of $NH_3$ is measured as 15 ppm at henhouse and $H_2S$ is measured as 858 ppb at penpig facilities. In the comparison of the average odor unit from livestocks, it is found that the highest odor unit was from swine and the lowest odor unit was from cow facility. So odor unit from swine facilities was 12 to 30 times higher than the odor unit from cow facilities.

  • This study aims to indicate fundamental problems and also to supply basic data for the reasonable distribution of the educational facilities in an effort to build better educational environments by examining and analyzing their changing process in primary and secondary schools in accordance with the changes in school year system in the period between 1900 to 1993. The following conclusion can be drawn : a. Separation of Middle and high schools due to the change of the school year system in 1951 into 6 - 3 - 3 - 4, has had great influence upon the arrangement of the educational facilities. b. Educational facilities in primary and secondary school are expanding, but they do not meet the criterion on an appropriate scale. Especially educational facilities of high schools need to be extended.

Solving Facility Rearrangement Problem Using a Genetic Algorithm and a Heuristic Local Search

  • In this paper, a procedure using a genetic algorithm (GA) and a heuristic local search (HLS) is proposed for solving facility rearrangement problem (FRP). FRP is a decision problem for stopping/running of facilities and integration of stopped facilities to running facilities to maximize the production capacity of running facilities under the cost constraint. FRP is formulated as an integer programming model for maximizing the total production capacity under the constraint of the total facility operating cost. In the cases of 90 percent of cost constraint and more than 20 facilities, the previous solving method was not effective. To find effective alternatives, this solving procedure using a GA and a HLS is developed. Stopping/running of facilities are searched by GA. The shifting the production operation of stopped facilities into running facilities is searched by HLS, and this local search is executed for one individual in this GA procedure. The effectiveness of the proposed procedure using a GA and HLS is demonstrated by numerical experiment.

경남 마산시의 지역별 쾌적도 평가 및 환경쾌적자원 조사분석 (Degree Assessment and Survey Analysis for Environmental Amenities of Use Areas in Masan City)

  • The purpose of this study is to research the environmental amenity factors of a city to devise the strategies to preserve the factors. For this study, the area of Masan city in Korea was chosen, and questionnaires, field studies, and statistical researches were used. Based on the results, the research showed the city surveyed had expanded by 1,069%, and the population of the city had increased by 272% from 1970 to 1995. In the city-life environment, the traffic was not smooth and the streets were not safe. The number of cars increased by 40,797% from 1970 to 1995, but the total length of roads increased only by 333%. The number of traffic accidents increased by 850%. Buildings were not preserved or maintained and did not have any traditional value. Additionally, buildings were not harmonious with environmental surroundings. Land allocation for utilization was not mixed well with tradition. In relation with the surroundings, there were not enough spaces for old people, and parking spaces were limited. In the field of public policy and finance, economic support and fundamental facilities were not enough. The survey of the household environment and the neighborhood environment showed that the room temperature, sunshine, air condition, and space were medial in the household environment. Public social facilities and entertainment culture had the lowest quality in the neighborhood environment. The city-life environment, the neighborhood environment, and the household environment affected the quality of life in order. The above results showed that cities should be planned upon sustainable development with the idea of emphasizing ecological harmony and considering people first, that citizen should be planned upon sustainable life by the harmony between people and the environment. Cities should be places where all people can live together pleasantly and cooperate with each other.

도시기반시설 서비스 구현을 위한 테스트 베드 구축 (Building Test Bed for the Implementation of Services using Urban Infrastructure Facilities)

  • 도로, 교량, 하폐수처리장, 공동구와 같은 도시기반시설은 u-City 구축에 있어 근간이 되는 요소로서, 도시민에게 편리한 삶을 제공해주는 동시에 지속적인 유지관리가 수반되어야 할 시설들이다. u-City는 이러한 도시기반시설을 u-IT기술을 활용하여 융복합, 지능화 함으로써 도시민에게 보다 유이한 서비스를 제공하고, 관리자에게 보다 효율적인 유지관리 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 공간으로서, 현재 이에 대한 연구개발이 활발히 진행되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 취지에서 도출된 도시기반시설 서비스와 관련 요소기술 개발 내용을 소개하고, 현장 적용성 시험에 필요한 테스트 베드 구축 내용을 고찰하고자 한다. 이 테스트 베드는 현장 적용 상태에서의 성능을 검증하고 실용 가능한 수준으로 고도화 하기 위하여 구축된 횡단보도가 포함된 왕복 6차선 도로로서, USN 센서 및 싱크노드, 봉합 콘트롤러가 설치되어 원격으로 상황을 감시할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
