도시철도 역사시설물의 효율적인 관리를 위한 삼차원 역사관리시스템 개발 (Development on the 3D Station Management System for Urban Transit)

  • In several years, the geographic information system has been being applied into various departments, i.e. estate, transportation, prevention against disasters, agriculture, environment, etc. Especially, it is very useful for us to manage the infrastructures of urban transit which are scattered and located in the vast areas of city. But, in the 2D geographic information system, it is impossible to manage the various inner facilities of stations which are in the same spatial location on GIS. Then, the 3D station management system has been developed for the efficient management of station facilities in urban transit. Through this system, from the virtual cyberspace of station on PC, we can move and go to any places of station we want without going to the station fields. So, we can manage the various information of location information, basis information, maintenance information about the inner facilities such as architectural structures, machinery facilities, electronic equipments. And, this system is also connected with the drawings and technical documents in each facilities. So, we're sure, this system will improve the efficiency of maintenance work and information management of stations.

수리시설물 통합관리시스템 실용화 연구 (A Practical Study of Unified Management System for Irrigation and Drainage Facilities)

  • About 50 percent of irrigation and drainage facilities in our country are deteriorated as they were constructed over 40 years ago. Worsening the problems in function might be caused by these facilities' constant exposure to the elements. With these reason, efficient maintenance and management of irrigation and drainage facili- ties are required. A computerized system is tailored on the basis of the each characteristics'data of irrigation and drainage facilities. The unified management system to be introduced in this study is a package program consisting of three subprograms. Facility Management(FM) system, the first component, is a relational database system for image processing and registering the characteristics of irrigation and drainage facilities. The objective of this program is to manage the ledger of each facilities and to scan the characteristics of facilities. Telemeter(TM) system, the second component, monitors and processes the data from the sensors statistically. This system is preprogramed for the complete design of TC/TM system. Hydrological Data Management(HDM) system, the third component, executes the hydrological analysis using meteorological data. The unified management system can provide the latest information, such as image data, lists and items of facilities, and items of reforming and rebuilding etc., of the facilities to the manager. At the same time, this system can manage hydrological and meteorological data in realtime.

  • The aimed to development general management system that can manage diverse facilities of city using RFID. Defining data format of items in each management, type and code for the urban facilities, the researcher designed database of urban facilities through the process of establishing logic model and data modelling. By inputting designed database into RFID Tag of each urban facilities and using RFID Reader and PDA, the researcher developed system that can efficiently manage the basic attributes and information and management information of urban facilities. Further, it was found that the characteristics of RFID Tag and GPS should improve the optimal hardware combination and PDA performance for the surrounding environmental influence and system performance.

  • 도시화로 인한 사회기반시설의 확충으로 인해 각종 시설물의 관리에 새로운 차원의 관리기술이 요구되고 있다. 90년대부터 GIS는 시설물관리와 계획에 효과적인 기술로 평가되어 정부 및 지자체에서 중장기 계획을 수립하여 시설물 관리시스템을 구축하고 있으며, 관련분야기술을 발전시키기 위한 연구가 지속적으로 이뤄지고 있다. 이런 측면에서 GIS구축 시 수치지도나 영상을 기본도로 사용하는 단점을 개선하기 위해 동영상자료를 이용한 정보시스템구축에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 동영상자료를 이용할 경우 실 세계적인 정보를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있어서 GIS의 사용효과를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 비행선에서 촬영된 비디오동영상과 GPS 위치자료를 이용하여 비디오영상을 수치지도와 연계시키고, 동영상에 나타나는 시설물에 대한 객체추적 및 속성자료 연결을 통해 시설물을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 시설물관리시스템을 프로토 타입으로 개발하였다. 제시된 시스템의 기능을 통하여 동영상자료를 이용한 시설물관리시스템의 구축 가능성과 활용성을 제시하였다.

  • Distribution facilities are installed dispersedly nationwide and in view of huge amounts. it makes it difficult to manage and update distribution facilities information manually. Consequently, much efforts have been exerted on computerization of distribution facilities information. KEPCO has been building distribution facilities information system using GIS technology(DGIS) to manage distribution facilities. In order to implement DGIS, digitizing the existing cartographical and land registration map is essential. In this regard, the Government is pursuing the NGIS project. In parrallel with it, DGIS project will be accelerated in the future. This paper suggests the efficient development plans to computerize distribution facilities using GIS technology.

  • 원격지에 위치하고 있는 조명 시설물을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 조명 시설물이 설치된 장소의 상태를 파악해야 한다. 그러나 기존의 네트워크 연결이 없는 동작 센서 기반의 전등은 센서의 정보가 제한적이고 센서 정보를 중앙에 알릴 수 있는 방법이 없기 때문에 효율적인 관리가 어려운 문제점이 있었다. 이 논문에서는 2가지 이상의 센서를 이용하여 조명 시설물의 다양한 상태 정보를 획득하는 관리시스템을 제안한다. 중앙에서 상태 정보를 얻기 위하여 지그비 기반의 무선 네트워크를 사용한다. 이 시스템은 다양한 센서 정보를 제공함으로써 관리자의 의사결정을 신속화할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.

유비쿼터스 기반의 도시시설물 관리시스템 개발 (Developing Management System for Urban Facilities Based on Ubiquitous)

  • 본 연구의 최종목적은 유비쿼터스 기술을 기반으로 도시의 각종 시설물들을 관리할 수 있는 종합관리시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 도시시설물을 대상으로 하여 관리대상별 항목, 유형, 코드 등의 데이터 포맷을 정의하고, 논리모델 수립 및 데이터 모델링 과정을 거쳐 도시시설물의 데이터베이스를 설계하였다. 설계된 데이터베이스를 각 도시시설물들의 RFID Tag에 입력하고, RFID Reader와 PDA를 이용하여 도시시설물의 기본속성 정보 및 관리정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 구축된 유비쿼터스 기반의 도시시설물 종합관리시스템을 현장에 적용한 결과 대상 시설물의 정보를 확인 할 수 있었으며, 수정입력이 가능하였다. 또한 RFID Tag와 GPS의 특성을 고려하여 주위환경 및 시스템 성능을 최적화시킬 수 있는 하드웨어 조합에 대한 연구가 수행되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.

Growth effects of novel heating system using heater-installed rearing tray on silkworm, Bombyx mori

  • Silkworms are very sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity, and unless it is a suitable temperature and humidity to grow, the productivity and quality of silkworms are greatly reduced. Therefore, it is very important to manage temperature and humidity for silkworm feeding facilities. In particular, it is essential to install heating facilities in Asian countries with distinct seasonal changes. During the feeding period, many farms manage the temperature and humidity of feeding facilities by installing and using electric heaters inside the facilities. However, it is very difficult to manage the room temperature stably by the heaters. In addition, unlike the temperature inside the facility, silkworms could undergo severe temperature changes as the inside of the rearing tray could not be warm enough. In this study, in order to improve the previous heating method, the new rearing method that directly heats the bottom of the rearing tray was developed. Compared to the previous room-heating system, the novel heater-installed tray (HIT) system significantly reduced the change in temperature during the experimental period. In addition, the number of days of silkworm growth up to harvest was shortened, which was effective in growth performance, and it was also found that silkworms grew more uniformly in HIT system than in previous system. Moreover, as the heater tubes were installed directly under the rearing tray, it quickly dried mulberry leaves and silkworm feces after feeding, and as a result, the environment in the tray was greatly improved with decrease the labor of breeder. In conclusion, these results suggest that the heater-installed rearing tray method greatly improves silkworm quality, increases weight of silkworms, and final profits compared to the previous room heating system with electric heaters.

농업수리시설물 관리시스템 도입에 대한 경제성 분석 (Economic analysis on the adoption of management system for irrigation facilities)

  • Irrigation facilities such as reservoir, sluice, and waterways are managed for preparing flood or drought. It is necessary to efficiently measure water level, flow rate, and related data in national-wide scattered irrigation facilities and to systematically manage data obtained from the facilities. This paper presents a management system for irrigation facilities in order to fast and exact measure their states. The management system consists of mobile device with QR-code function, sensors and gateways, a monitoring system and telecommunication networks. In order to present the benefits of the adoption of the management system against the legacy hand-writing way, this paper presents a economic analysis and its illustrative result.
