Current leakage of industrial technologies with revealing state secret against nation is gradually increasing and scope of the spill is diversified from technology-oriented leakage to new economic security sector like information and communication, electrical and electronic, defense industry, illegal export of strategic material, economic order disturbance by foreign country, infringement of intellectual property, etc. So the spill damage can affect not only leaked company but also national interests and entire domestic industry. According to statistics from National Industrial Security Center of National Intelligence Service, a major cause of technology leakage is not only by external things about hacking and malignant code, but internal leakage of former and current employees account for about 80%. And technology leakage due to temptation of money and personal interests followed by technology leakage of subcontractor is steadily increased. Most studies in the field of security have tended to focus on measuring security capability of company in order to prevent leakage core assets or developing measurement Indicators for management rather than security activities of the company members that is most important. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of most underlying security education in security activities on security capabilities of enterprise. As a result, it indicates that security education have a positive(+) correlation with security capabilities.
Background: Esophageal perforation is an extremely lethal injury that requires careful management for survival,. Material and Method: We performed a retrospective clinical revi-ew of 14 patients treated for esophageal perforation at the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery hanyang University Hospital between July 1986 and August 1998. Result: The ration between male and female patients was 12:2 and their ages ranged from 9 to 68 years( average: 446 years). Iatrogenic perforations were found in 6 patients(42.9%) spontaneous perforations in 3 patients(21.4%) traumatic perforations in 2 patients(14.3%) and caustic perforations foreign body origin and esophagel cancer in 1 patient (7.1%) each. Four of the patients(28.6%) had esophageal ruptures located cancer in 1 patient (7.1%) each. Four of the patients (28.6%) had esophageal ruptures located in the cervical esophagus and 10 patients (71.4%) in the thoracic esophagus, The most frequent location was in the mid third portion of the esophagus (35.7%) there were also 2 patients(14.3%) in the upper third portion and 3 patients(21.4%) in the lower third portion. Complications encountered included mediastinitis empyema or pleural effusion mediastinal or lung abscess sepsis and aspiration pneumonia. The most frequent complication that occurred was mediastinitis in 9 cases (57%) Three patients underwent conservative treatment. Among the patients who underwent surgical treatment 5 patients underwent primary closure 6 patients underwent open drainage and 2 patients underwent reconstrumction (1 patients had an initial primary closure and 1 patient had an initial open drainage procedure). The mortality rates for those with conservative and surgical treatment were 66.7% (2cases) and 9.1% (1 cases) respec- tively. Conclusion: Perforation of the esophagus although very rare has a high mortality rate and thus aggressive operative therapy is necessary.
As an at-reactor(AR) storage method o( spent fuel, there are horizontal concrete module type, metal storage cask type, concrete storage cask type, dual purpose (transportation and storage) cask type and multi-purpose (transportation, storage and disposal) cask type. All other types except multi-purpose one have been already used for AR dry storage of spent fuels after obtaining operation license in various foreign countries. Also the development of multi-purpose type has been continued for operation license. In America, Japan, Germany, Canada, Spain, Switzerland, and Czech Republic, etc., AR dry storage facilities are under operation or on propulsion, and spent fuels are transported to interim storage facility or reprocessing plant after dry storage at reactor temporarily. At Wolsung site, in case of Korea, concrete silo type has already been introduced, and it is believed to be inevitable to store spent fuels at reactor temporarily, considering the reality that storage capacity of spent fuel is approaching to the limit in some nuclear power plants. In this report, the system characteristics, design requirements, technical standards and status of AR storage system, which is suitable for domestic site such as Kori, have been studied. In most cases, the licensed period of storage cask is limited up to 20 years and the integrity of material and maintenance of leaktightness are required during the whole service life.

As the high-rise building increase due to the gravitation of population to big cities recently, it requires high quality and high performance of Concrete. As a result, people are keenly interested in Meta-kaolin as new admixture favorable from an economic perspective, which has strength and endurance with admixture at the same level like Silicafume. Accordingly, as to Meta-kaolin, this study was to set by three levels like domestic one, foreign one, and Silicafume, the waterbinding material ratio 25%, and four level substitute like 0, 10, 20, and 30(%) in order to compare and analyze the quality characteristics of high-strength concrete according to the substitute of Meta-kaolin applicable with replacement of Silicafume. As a result of performing experiment, as to the higher the additive amount of Superplasticizing agents in order to secure target liquidity was, the more the substitute in each admixture increased. This study had a tendency that the Silicafume increased the additive amount of Superplasticizing agents with high fineness compared with Meta-kaolin. In addition, the higher the substitute in each admixture was, the more its strength increased On the strength property, the higher the substitute in each admixture was, the more its strength increased. This study has found out that the Meta-kaolin has shown the better strength than the one of Silicafume. On the other hand, the relationship between the Compressive strength and Elastic coefficient has shown the similar formula suggested from ACI363.

Quality characteristics (moisture, protein, ash, bulk density, falling number, damaged kernel, and foreign material) of 443 domestic wheat samples harvested between 2011 and 2013 were compared with those of 160 imported wheat samples from the United States, Australia, and Canada. Moisture content of domestic wheat (10.9~13.9%) was generally higher than that of imported wheat (8.0~12.6%). Large variation in protein content was found in domestic wheat compared to imported wheat even though variation in protein content of domestic wheat tended to decrease every year, implying quality control efforts for domestic wheat. A similar trend was observed in ash content, which was approximately 0.1% higher in domestic wheat kernels over 3 years. Imported wheat samples had a falling number of 300 or above. On the other hand, some domestic wheat samples had a falling number of 300, which meant low quality of wheat kernels. Generally, quality variations in domestic wheat kernels decreased over the years; however, it is necessary to maintain minimum requirements of moisture content and falling number for high and consistent quality domestic wheat.

This study focused on analyzing classification system, technique methods, quality levels of periodic amendment characteristics in planting of standard specification. Through analyzing the above and comparing with foreign case study, this study suggests the improvement directions. The results improvement directions are as follows. 1. Many kinds of new construction were set up through the amendments of Landscape Standard Specification, but there are still needs to combine some construction categories because of mismatches between upper and lower categories. 2. Although the Landscape Standard Specification was revised to be more concrete, the contents there remains an ambiguous expression. So, standard specification is needed to revise a depth of earth ball or strength of support materials and quantify collect period of topsoil and application time. In addition, standards about following supervisor's instruction should be more detailed or deleted. 3. The standard specification has not been specified despite enactment and amendments reflecting the periodical paradigm and the needs of users, so it is still needed to revise. In addition, quality levels, planting periods, size of earth ball and performance criteria of tree materials are needed to revise. Each specific classification and construction methods were made by amendments of standard specification, but some standards are not clear and concrete. Therefore, the standard specification is needed to revise the classification system, technique methods, and problem deduction of quality levels and proposal of improvement. This study will be reference material when Landscape Standard Specification is revised.
Objectives Our goal was to review literatures on tool-based manipulation for musculoskeletal diseases with emphasis on guasha and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation) by searching foreign and domestic controlled trials. Methods We found literatures published up to August 2016 in electronic databases (OASIS, KoreaMed, KMbase, NDSL, RISS, KISS, MEDLINE/PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials) without any limitations on language. Results 17 studies were included in the review. 13 out of 17 articles were published within this decade. VAS was the main evaluation tool for most of the articles (14 out of 17). 10 studies showed statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. In terms of materials used for treatment, 6 out of 17 studies used stainless steel. Considering anatomical locations for treatment, trunk area was treated the most, accounting for 7 out of 17 studies. Conclusions Our results show that recently, research on tool-based manipulation treatments for musculoskeletal diseases are actively being performed. Diseases of the vertebral column were the main target for tool-based manipulation treatments, and stainless steel was the most popular and safe material used. Further research should be performed for more accurate data.

According to science technology development, information society has progressed rapidly in the 21st century. Our consciousness and tradition have become entangled in the tide of Westernization. Therefore, the education of Chinese characters was neglected, and Chinese poetry literature was naturally neglected. This led to the abundance of material civilization, however, from the mental aspects, the daily life of modern people became insecure. There is a poet who has lived a lonely life of creation of Chinese poetry in this era. He is a Geasan Kwon Seung Geun(1940~) who writes only poem while being friends with nature. His Chinese poems were revealed through life experiences in nature, which is inspiring sympathy. The origin of his theme is nature. The poetry obtained from nature is rustic simple and pure. Therefore His poems have the style and taste of nature. The Chinese poetry literature of Geasan has been embodied the elements of self-interest, self-satisfaction, self-contentment and living in free at his literatue. On its basis, his Chinese literature has aesthetic boundary of remaining aloofness(自然而然的 超然)·rambling talk, living peacfully and play around with leisure·(閒遠物遊的 閑淡)·deviation rhyme of vividly and beautifully(生趣淸遠的 逸韻) The aesthetic boundary of Chinese poetry of Geasan can be seen as having a depth. This is the aesthetic boundary of Chinese poetry written by this generation in the 21st century.

The normal cement concrete is widely used material to build the construction recently, but it has a fault to increase the dead load on account of its unit weight is large compared with strength. So, many engineers are continuously searching for new materials of construction to provide greater performance at lower density. Many studies were carried out on the lightweight aggregate concrete in foreign country in the latter half of the 19th century, therefore lightweight aggregate concrete has been used successfully for many years for structural members. The main purpose of the work described in this paper were to establish its physical and mechanical properties of no-fines lightweight concrete using synthetic lightweight coarse aggregates. Test results are summarized as follows ; The water-cement ratio was shown less than 33% in use synthetic lightweight coarse aggregates, unit weights of synthetic lightweight concrete was shown less than $1,800kg/m^3$ and compressive strength was higher than $200kg/m^2$. And the pulse velocity was more than 3,000m/sec. The relationship of compressive strength between unit weight and pulse velocity was shown to be approximately linear.
The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of using stable isotopes as a hydrologic tracer, and to elucidate the groundwater circulation system and the source of S component dissolved in thermal water of the Chonju Jukrim thermal spring district based on the O, H and S isotopic variabilities of environmental materials including bedrock, rainwater, surface water, shallow subsurface water and thermal spring water. The ${\delta}^{18}O$ and ${\delta}D$ of subsurface waters and surface water show highly restricted range and plotted on the same meteoric water line as a ${\delta}D=8{\delta}^{18}O+19$ line, and derivate from the mean annual isotopic composition of the rain water but are analogous to those of rain waters precipitated during winter season, indicating that ground waters are originated from the meteoric water and are strongly affected by the seasonal variation of air mass. Thermal spring waters are more depleted in ${\delta}^{18}O$ and ${\delta}D$ than those of shallow ground water and surface water. It can be explained by the difference of recharge area. The hydrochemical properties of subsurface waters and surface water devide into two groups: $Ca(HCO_3)_2$ type including shallow subsurface water and surface water, and $Na(HCO_3)$ type of thermal spring waters. The ${\delta}^{34}S$ values of thermal spring water show very high positive and quitely distinct from those of shallow subsurface water and surface water that are similar to those of bed rocks, indicating that sulfate dissolved in thermal spring water has not only a terrigenic origin, but also originates partially from the foreign source containing very heavy ${\delta}^{34}S$ component such as an ancient sea water. However, the presence of $H_2S$ can not be ignore the affact of the isotopic fractionation to explaine the heavy ${\delta}^{34}S$ of thermal spring water. Overall, the Oxygen and Hydrogen stable isotopes can identify the source and the circulation system of the natural waters and the S-isotopes can provide a crucial clue on tracing the dissolved material transports in the circulation system of the natural water.
